솔레이노-유량제어 방식 ABS의 응답성 향상에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Impronement on the Response of Solenoid-Flow control type ABS Modulator)

  • In this study, a hydraulic modulator of solenoid-flow type ABS, the master sylinder, and the wheel cylinder are modeled and simulated for increasing pressure characteristics of the brake. Response can be predicted by external force of the the master sylinder and pulses to the solenoid valve as input. For a demonstration of simulation result, experiment is done under the same condition as simulation condition after experimental apparatus of 1/4 car model is constructed. When factors of flow control valve are changed, the effect of each factor to response, how to improve response, and the most critical factors are considered from simulated result of time constant.

유압관로내 원통형 초크의 분류영역에서 맥동유동의 거동과 유동특성에 관한 연구 (Behavior and flow characteristics of pulsating flow in the jetflow region through cylindrical chokes)

  • Cylindrical chokes are used widely as components of hydraulic equipments. The dynamic characteristics between flowrate and pressure drop through the cylindrical chokes were discussed by the frequency characteristics of the chokes. It was assumed no pressure recovery occurred near the downstream of the choke. The pulsating jetflow from the outlet of cylindrical chokes show very complex behaviours which are quite different from the steady jet flow but it's not clarified quantitatively. In order to utilize the chokes as a flowmeter, it is indispensable to discuss the estimation of the dynamics of pressure drop in the downstream jetflow region of cylindrical chokes. In this experimental study, it is clarified that the reattachment length depended on pressure wave is compared with it depended on velocity wave. A pulsating flow is verified by visualization method. In the present study, the flow characteristic variables of laminar pulsating flow are investigated analytically and experimentally in a circular pipe. Characteristic parameters of the ratios of inertia(.PHI.$_{t,1}$) and viscous(.PHI.$_{z,1}$) term to pressure term are introduced to describe the flow pattern of laminar pulsating flow. flow.low.

  • 본 연구에서는 복합막의 합성을 위한 기초연구로 상용막에 대한 전기화학적 물성과 레독스-흐름전지의 충방전실험을 통해 셀저항과 막저항을 특정하였다. 셀저항율과 막저항율은 충전할 때보다 방전할 때가 더 높았으며 동일한 막에서는 충전심도가 커질수록 저항율이 커짐을 알 수 있었다. hydrocarbon type인 Selemion CMV막이 perfluoro type인 nafion 117, 551막보다 저항율이 작음을 알 수 있었으며 2N 염산수용액에서 충전심도가 0%일 때 셀 저항율과 막저항율이 각각 $12.864\Omega \textrm{cm}^2$, $8.751\Omega \textrm{cm}^2$ 였다.

원관내 맥동난류유동에서의 열전달 수치해석 (Numerical Analysis of Heat Transfer in Pulsating Turbulent Pipe Flow)

  • 본 연구에서는 원관내에서 동적으로 완전히 발달한 난류맥동유동에서 관벽에 서 균일한 열유속이 주어지는 경우에 대하여 난류모델로서 K-.epsilon. 2방정식 모델을 적용 하여 수학적인 모델을 세운 후 이를 수치적으로 해석하였다. 그 결과 시간평균 레이 놀즈수가 10000인 경우에 대하여 Strouhal수가 0.0005에서 0.05 그리고 맥동속도진폭 이 0.8이하인 맥동류에 대한 열전달 특성을 제시하였다.

개수로 내 식생구간의 흐름저항 및 흐름특성에 관한 실험적 고찰 (Experimental Study of Flow Resistance and Flow Characteristics over Flexible Vegetated Open Channel)

  • Hydraulic engineers and scientists working on river restoration recognize the need for a deeper understanding of natural streams as a complex and dynamic system, which involves not only abiotic elements(flow, sediments) but also biotic components. From this point of view, the role played by riverine vegetation dynamics and flow conditions becomes essential. Hydro-mechanic interaction between flow and flexible plants covering a river bed is studied in this paper and some previous works are discussed. Measurements of turbulence and flow resistance in vegetated open channel were performed using rigid and flexible tube. Measuring detailed turbulent velocity profiles within and above submerged and flexible stems allowed to distinguish different turbulent regimes. Some interesting relationships were obtained between the velocity field and the deflected height of the plants, such as a reduced drag coefficient in the flexible stems. Turbulent intensities and Reynolds stresses were measured showing two different regions : above and inside the vegetation domain. In flexible vegetated open channel, the maximum values of turbulent intensities and Reynolds stresses appear above the top of canopy. Method to predict a flow resistance in flexible vegetated open channel is developed by modifying an analytical model proposed by Klopstra et al. (1997). Calculated velocity profiles and roughness values correspond well with flume experiments. These confirm the applicability of the presented model for open channel with flexible vegetation. The new method will be verified in the real vegetated conditions in the near future. After these verifications, the new method should be applied for nature rehabilitation projects such as river restorations.
