This research was conducted to identify the factors that cause school related stress among middle school students, and to develop countermeasures in order to prevent the rebellious acts of middle school students that are on the rise and to pursue after effective guidance measures. To achieve these research objectives, 856 questionnaires were distributed to the two middle schools, situated in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi Province, and these questionnaires were analyzed, using the SPSS statistical package program. The conclusions were as follows; 1. Perceived factors for School Related Stress Overall average of the perceived degree school related stress factors was a level that goes beyond the normalcy. Stress on the grade was the highest Among these, the average of question items that addressed decrease in grade was the highest of all items followed by class factors, teacher-related factors, friend-related factors, and environmental factors. Accordingly, this research demonstrated that the students feel pressured by the university entrace examination and a school life that is focused on grades. The teacher-related factors and class factors were higher than the average, and others were relatively low. 2. School Related Stress according by Individual All the factors for school related stress were statistically significant difference according to the gender, and teacher-related factors, class factors, and environmental factors were statistically significant difference according to their school years. Their grade made their grade factors statistically significant difference, and the number of friends produced a statistically significant difference result on the teacher-related factors. Wheather they had extra classes or not made a statistically significant difference result on the class factors and environmental factors, and especially the time of doing physical exercises produced statistically significant difference on the environmental factors. 3. Countermeasures for School Related Stress according by Individual As for the countermeasures for school related stress according to the individuality, the active reacting was statistically significant difference according to the gender index, and the student's degree to react passively was statistically significant difference according to their grade. The students in different school years showed statistically significant difference reactions in both passive ways and active ways. students tended to react differently in an unreality index. Lastly, Wheather they had extra classes and physical exercises made then to react passively or actively. When the results are compiled, students are most affected by the stress related to grades, which reflected the university entrance examination oriented school life. An alternative is that the development of educational program that factors in the students' talents and aptitude is needed urgently. Moreover, character and career path related guidance and education are just as important as the academics. Given that the stress factors exert some degree of influence on the countermeasures, it is necessary to block the factors in advance and for all the teachers and parents to make an effort to react actively.

This is a paper on the validity of Extra Gigong Therapy(EGT) on Hypertension patients. We've treated hypertension patients EGT, used IEMD for analysis, so that come to these conclusions. 1. Average value of treatment group was 4.215, this is higher than one of control group. They had differences up to the standard. 2. Hypertension patients are divided into EGT treated group(treatment group) and non-treated one(control group). 3. Light stomach meridian has differences in treatment group and no differences in control group before and after EGT. That means EGT is effective. So does Spleen meridian. 4. With 12 meridians' electric potential values, we come to conclusion that EGT is likely to do hypertension patients good, especially on the point of view of liver, kidney, stomach and spleen meridian pathways. And bibliographies back up in this conclusion. 5. We classified hypertension patients into 4 factors: that is a spiritual factor, a physical factor, an eating factor and a circulation factor. Among these, a physical factor was seen of high frequency. There is a close connection between a physical factor and liver, kidney, spleen meridian pathways. The consequence was that subjects are suburban residents in the prime of time who had overworked.
In addition to technical skills and competencies, communication competence has been identified to be important to engineering students who will be drivers of innovation in a rapidly changing society. Drawing on the previous studies, this research examines the results of an empirical exploration of engineering students' perception of speaking ability and their communicative competence. To date, there has been most of the research conducted on 'writing' (e.g., its educational process, class designs, ability, etc.) for engineering students. However, relatively little attention has been paid to engineering students' speaking ability perception and their competence diagnosis. This study relies on quantitative data obtained from one survey questionnaire and one test conducted respectively. The sample consists of 386 engineering students as well as 481 non-engineering students for the 1st survey. And to measure communicative competence, 150 engineering students as well as 136 non-engineering students participated in the test. Our findings show that firstly, there were significant differences in perception of speaking ability by majors and gender. Whereas there was no difference in the same survey by grade. Secondly, there was a close and significant relationship between sub-factors of speaking ability. Thirdly, there were significant differences in communicative competence by majors. Whereas there was no difference by gender and grade. Fourthly, there was a close and significant relationship between sub-factors of communicative competence. These findings are expected to provide an explanation for the improvement on engineering students' speaking ability and to encourage the participation in extra-curricular activities and programs in engineering school.

When we observe binary responses in a cluster (such as rat lab-subjects), they are usually correlated to each other. In clustered binomial counts, the independence assumption is violated and we encounter an extra-variation. In the presence of extra-variation, the ordinary statistical analyses of binomial data are inappropriate to apply. In testing the homogeneity of proportions between several treatment groups, the classical Pearson chi-squared test has a severe flaw in the control of Type I error rates. We focus on modifying the chi-squared statistic by incorporating variance inflation factors. We suggest a method to adjust data in terms of dispersion estimate based on a quasi-likelihood model. We explain the testing procedure via an illustrative example as well as compare the performance of a modified chi-squared test with competitive statistics through a Monte Carlo study.
As society proceeds rapidly toward a knowledge-oriented stage, knowledge as an intangible asset has gained increasing importance. Companies increase their competitiveness and generate extra value through continuous investments in the management of intellectual property (IP). Thus, the prime concerns of companies have been protection of their technological innovation output through filing for IP rights, and maximization of their interests through utilization of intangible assets. Despite the importance of technological innovation in the management of a company, few studies have analyzed the key factors in the management of IP and activities for technological innovation. This study aims to derive policy implications for managing IP and effective capacity building for technological innovation. For this purpose, the author has employed empirical tests to identify the major factors influencing the direction of technological innovations in a company.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationships among transformatonal leadership, gropefficacy, and group performance. A total of 321 empolyees of a fire and marine insurance frim in Seoul anonymously completed the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire-Form V, which consists of three factors(charisma, individualized consideration and intellectual stimulation) for transformational leadership, and two factors(contingent reward and management by exception) for transactional leadership. The sample, which largely consists of sales supervisors and salesmen, includes 41 sales office branches. The findings of the study are as follows. Transformational leadership is closely associated with group-efficacy and group performance. That is, there are significant correlations between transformational factors and group-efficacy, between the factors and group performance, and between group-efficacy and group performance. A stepwise multiple regressio analysis revealed that transformational leadership augmented the subordinates's extra efforts. It was also found that group-efficacy was mediating the relationship between transformational leadership and group performance. The managerial implications of these findings and future directions of research are also discussed.

The purpose of this study was to find out the effects of the accord between consumers benefit factors and attribute factors of brand image on brand attitude. This study was based on Kellers conceptualizing model of brand image. The subjects were 605 working women in their twenties living in Seoul, Korea. The data were analyzed by Euclidian distance model, ANOVA of repeated measures, regression, F-test by Extra Sum of Squares Principle. The results were as follows. 1. There were significant differences among the brands and among the segmented groups in the accord between benefit factors and attribute factors of brand image and in the brand preference. Moreover there were significant interactions between the brands and the segmented groups in the accord between benefit factors and attribute factors of brand image and in the brand preference. 2. There were significant effects of the accord between benefit factors and attribute factor of brand image on brand attitude. 3. There were significantly different effects of the accord between benefit factors and attribute factors of brand image on brand attitude among the segmented groups.
In this study, 3-D analyses were conducted while taking every construction stage into account. Then 2-D analyses were conducted which yield the same results with the 3-D results. The crown settlement normalized by the ultimate value was compared during the process to overcome the discrepancy caused by different dimensions. When a bench or a core is left uncut to give extra support to the face and eventually the whole excavation boundary, this extra supporting effect also has to be included in the analysis. In this study, this effect is also implemented in terms of the load distribution factor. When the length of the bench is very short compared to the diameter of the tunnel in such cases as in short bench cut or in mini-bench cut, the supporting effect of the face does not disappear even after the bench is completely excavated and supported since the face is still too close to the point of interest. The 4th load distribution factor was defined to stand for the advance of the face after the completion of the excavation cycle. The 4th load distribution factor turned out to be very useful in determining the load distribution factors when a tunnel is excavated by bench cut with various bench lengths under different initial conditions.

This study deals with a quantitative analysis of the effects of colors on learning effectiveness. First, sensuous or emotional factors that school children feel about colors of teachers' clothes are measured by SD method and analyzed by factor analysis. Second, sensuous or emotional factors to enhance learning effectiveness are measured by SD method from teachers, and principal factors are extracted by factor analysis. Finally, the analysis of interaction between the effects of colors and the learning effectiveness is done using the sensuous or emotional factors found from the previous two analyses. The results are as follows: (1) For in-class concentration, the principal factors are "stable", and "near" feelings. The colors related to these feelings are black, red, and blue. (2) For question inducing, the first principal factors are "soft" and "stable" feelings, and the colors are white and black. The second principal factors are "gentle" and "refined" feelings, and the colors are orange and black. (3) For extra-curricular activity, the principal factors are "artless" and "plain" feelings, and the color is blue.

This study is to investigate the needs for the cool motorcycle helmet and the factors affecting the purchasing intention of cool helmet. The convenient sampling from motorcycle clubs were conducted during 5/20/2014~5/28/2014 on Google DAX. As a result, 197 participants were surveyed. The main reasons of sensing unpleasant feeling wearing helmet were identified as 'hot and uncomfortable feeling' and 'it ruins hair style'. The mean score expressed in terms of five point scale showed that the needs for cool helmet was 3.9 and the purchasing intention of cool helmet was 3.6, respectively. The significant factors influencing the purchasing intention of cool helmet were identified as 'the needs for cool helmet' (odds ratio=6.52) and 'extra paying intention for cool helmet' (odds ratio=1.77). The main reasons of sensing unpleasant feeling wearing helmet were similar to the previous research. However, we can expect that the initial target market for cool helmet would be the low end (less than \40,000 of extra paying intention) or the high end (more than \100,000 of extra paying intention). The main contribution of this study is dealing with the topics related to the purchasing intention of the cool helmet.
