Purpose: Recently, Housing area plan has tried to reflect a public space of various forms. However, most of cases are indiscriminately developments, which don't reflect the diverse needs of residents. In addition, a subject of the public space is not clear and consistently stable of the management, so the residents don't have an interest enough to take advantage of it. Method: In order to make a plan of the public space of a residential complex, an architect designer needs to take a few things into consideration. One is a physical facility in needs. And other one is a management of keeping a social place stably and consistently, which allows residents to be able to interact with each other. It should be regarded for residents to form a sense of belonging, while minimizing the interface friction. When all these problems are fulfilled, an interaction will be made to improve the quality of the living environment. Result: Therefore, in this study, it is necessary to define the meaning of territoriality of the external public space of housing complex. This study makes it possible to improve the relationship of neighborhood and the quality of the life for the residents, depending on the time. This is the first step as 'the research for the territoriality of the external public space of housing complex', in order to define about the concept, function, characteristic of territory(the base of territoriality) and to establish the territoriality that can form the physical or psychological boundary in public space.

The purpose of this study is to develop collaboration scripts as an instructional means to facilitate argumentation in computer-supported collaborative learning, and to analyze their effects. To develop collaboration scripts for argumentation, researchers used activity theory as a conceptual framework and refined the design principles by design-based research. Using LAMS, collaboration scripts for argumentation were developed based on the ArgueGraph. To examine their effects, 72 participants were divided into two groups by internal scripts and randomly allocated to one of three external scripts. Applying mixed methods, researchers analyzed argumentation competence related to the cognitive aspect, examined self-efficacy related to the motivational aspect, and identified the factors influencing collaborative learning processes and outcomes. Researchers found that the internal script is a critical factor to determine the dimensions, degrees, and duration of improvement in argumentation competence. That is, learners with higher internal scripts improved highly in the quality of single arguments, while learners with lower internal scripts improved continuously in the quality of argumentation sequences. The effects of the external scripts varied with the internal script levels and supporting periods. Besides, collaboration scripts for argumentation had positive effects on learners' self-efficacy, and learners with higher internal scripts had better self-efficacy. The factors influencing collaborative learning processes and outcomes showed different results depending on the learning context. Therefore, when scripting learner's interaction in CSCL, researchers should design the scripts adaptable to a natural context of activities.

Quality management is essential to achieve the desired quality throughout a program. Especially in phase of research and development(R&D) of a program, that is an effective and efficient way to achieve the quality goals and improve the quality of a program in total life cycles. For applying the quality management to a R&D program, characteristics of the program should be considered in various aspects. In this study, the characteristics of developments of defense weapon systems were analyzed and the meaning of quality in that field was defined. And then, application methods of the quality management were established and the quality management model with four view points(external, organization, programs, practices) was proposed. In addition, detailed tasks of the quality management activities were described and some examples of applying the model were introduced.

This is a brief review and discussion for present status and prospects of quality evaluation in medicinal plants as oriental medicine materials (OMM). Quality in medicinal plants could be defined as the combination of origin, external appearance, effectiveness and safety, and be evaluated by plant taxonomic, morphological, physiochemical and biological methods. For high-quality improvement and standardization of OMM, medicinal plants should be produced through using proper species or good variety and standard cultivation method in suitable cultivation area. Standardizing of quality means to meet with minimum qualifying criteria of OMM in the market while improving of quality to be over standard quality of medicinal piano in production. For making new high quality and standardized products, we need to keep standard field plants, standard OMM, standard plant specimen, and standard compounds. Researchers and administration have to study and propose the quality factors and their evaluating techniques and criteria, so high-quality and standardized produce of medicinal plane could be produced and distributed under the control of the relevant regulations, and would be contributed to increasing of national health.

As result of analysis of the importance in this study majority the answerers indicated as recognize it important and indicated that shows difference in average among the groups. In the age there was difference among group by marketing quality and symbolic quality of menu was indicated and in the symbolic quality factor of menu as the younger age indicate much more important. There was no factor indicates do florence in average among groups subject to educational degree however, in the marketing quality and symbolic quality of the menu the higher academic degree regards it higher as indicated. As a result of difference analysis subject to channel of education it indicated as appearance of difference among the groups among factors of internal quality, marketing quality and symbolic quality of the menu. The average among groups subject to number of consecutive years indicated as there is difference by factors of external quality, internal quality, marketing qualify and symbolic quality of the menu and, the service group between 15~20 years as longer servicing period evaluate lower.

Student evaluation of university teaching is a common tool for measuring the educational contribution of a professor and improving the quality of classes. There, however, exist external factors in the beyond of control of a instructor, which affect the result of Student's rating to prevent practical use of evaluation for administrative purpose. This paper investigates the factors that spoil the validity and the reliability of student evaluation and proposes a method to control the effect by the statistical analysis of evaluation data of Jeonju University for two years.

In recent years, FRP plates have been studied for flexural reinforcement of RC structures due to easy installation and good Quality control. This study presents experimental field test results for the effectiveness of flexural reinforcement of the RC slab using external prestressing with thin CFRP strips made by the pultrusion process. It was demonstrated that flexural strength was considerably increased with relatively easy installation when compared to the other methods used for the composite reinforcement.

This study investigates faculty support for quality assurance in online education, and offers suggestions for its improvement based on feedback from Instructional Design (ID) staff working at a public university in the U.S. Qualitative research using semi-structured interviews was conducted with seven ID staff in order to examine their perceptions regarding faculty support related to quality assurance in online education. The results of the data analysis indicate that four types of faculty support-quality assurance reviews using Quality Matter (QM) standards, templates, individual consultations with ongoing support, and monitoring-were offered for faculty. Faculty support for quality assurance in online education could be improved by developing specific quality assurance standards, recruiting external experts, examining learning effects, developing a quality assurance management system, and sharing documents among ID staff. This study highlights the necessity of quality assurance in online education and provides cases of faculty support in a real higher education setting.

The flexible solid state device has been widely studied as portable and wearable device applications such as display, sensor and curved circuits. A zero-bias operation without any external power consumption is a highly-demanding feature of semiconductor devices, including optical communication, environment monitoring and digital imaging applications. Moreover, the flexibility of device would give the degree of freedom of transparent electronics. Functional and transparent abrupt p/n junction device has been realized by combining of p-type NiO and n-type ZnO metal oxide semiconductors. The use of a plastic polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film substrate spontaneously allows the flexible feature of the devices. The functional design of p-NiO/n-ZnO metal oxide device provides a high rectifying ratio of 189 to ensure the quality junction quality. This all transparent metal oxide device can be operated without external power supply. The flexible p-NiO/n-ZnO device exhibit substantial photodetection performances of quick response time of $68{\mu}s$. We may suggest an efficient design scheme of flexible and functional metal oxide-based transparent electronics.
