근대 여자한복 유물의 문양연구 (A Study of Patterns of Women's Jackets (Jeogori) in Modern Korea)

  • This thesis has three main purposes: first, will show kinds, patterns, types, expression techniques of modern korean women's trimmings by every ten years. Second, it is to trace the effect of each decade on women's Hanbok trimming designs. Third, it will point out factors. that caused the change of modern Korean women's Hanbok trimming design patterns. Henceforth, there comes the result of the research and analysis. Trimming design patterns of modern women's Hanbok can be divided into three categories temporally: The first period of from 1910s to the first half of 1950s saw that design patterns did not changed much from traditional ones. It is because there were many catastrophes such as the invasion of Japanese Empire and Korean War. The compound design had expressed people's wish to earn many sons and babies at the end of Joseon Dynasty. But it turned to wishing luck for individuals affected by individualism and liberalism imported from the west. Realistic designs are the most frequently used and the least lines made up patterns. The second period of from the latter half of 1950s to 1970s saw that women wore their Jeogories and Chimas as suits. Screen printing technique enabled for various design patterns to come out. And the development of textile industry introduced various expression techniques such as making lace, meshing, flocking, burn-out etc cetera. The third period of 1980s saw that Hanbok became a kind of luxurious clothe as people's living standard rose. Hanbok again came into the spotlight, Hanbok designers came forward and their individualities are respected. The characteristic expression technique of grey-dying and geometric design patterns are more frequently used for the simple and modern beauty.

  • With the acceptance of western culture, our traditional culture is in the crisis of disappearing. This is especially evident in the clothing and textile field. Therefore it seems essential to apply the traditional Korean aesthetics to our clothing. The purpose of this study is to reconstruct the types of design and analyse the characteristics of patterns expressed in traditional roof-tile. This study attempted to use the roof-tile patterns as motive for all tapestry and fashion design work to realize a creative expression of formative world through on-screen restructuring. The traditional roof-tile patterns were selected for this study because they must be the products created with our ordinary aesthetic values and techniques, and thus may represent our people's unique culture. After all, the expression for a work should be based not on simple representations of a given object but on restructuring of diverse unique forms according to worker's subjective senses. A piece of clothing with the expression of traditional and formative must combine traditional aesthetics of tradition and form. The application of traditional and formative value of Korean pattern in clothing made to be adaptable for wear in our everyday lives. Today there various attempts to combine traditional aesthetics with modem design. Also, the development of unique Korean design aesthetics within the clothing will allow for a distinct elegance that can be recognized by the world know about the Korean culture through the high standards of our clothing.

주름에 의한 패션 디자인 -2000년대 이후 여성패션을 중심으로 - (Fashion Design with folds - Focusing on Women's Fashion after 2000-)

  • Creative application in elaborate techniques can not only make design constructs productive but also can widen designers' figurative perspectives. There are many techniques applied in fashion design such as folds, patchworks, embroidery, dyeing, industrial treatment, etc. In particular, folds play a significant part in enlightening clothes uniqueness in contemporary fashion design. The primary purpose of this study was to make new suggestion for the production of high value-added fashion goods by reviewing and synthesizing fold expressions. Diverse fold designs were retrieved through a comprehensive literature review on topic-related books, fashion dictionaries, and fashion encyclopedias. Significant cases of fashion designs using folds were retrieved from fashion magazines uploaded from 2000. There are three types of folds applied in fashion design. (1) The folds by needlework like tucks, smocking, shirring, and trimming type folds(ruffle, frill, flounce, and ruche). (2) The folds by chemical or mechanical treatment like permanent pleats and crinkle. (3) The folds of formative dress like drape. From a comprehensive review of the folds design cases after 2000, the following characteristics of folds design were identified: (1) a highlighted role in the whole, (2) mixture and deformation of techniques and materials, (3) 3-D surface effect, (4) creation of a unique figurative beauty, and (5) expression of diverse fashion image.

캐릭터애니메이션 TV광고의 표현유형 분석 연구 (Analysis of Expression Types of Character Animation TV Advertisements)

  • 2000년대 들어와서 국내 캐릭터애니메이션 TV광고들은 특정한 광고품목에 한정되지 않고 다양한 광고품목에서 나타나고 있다. 이와 함께 새로운 캐릭터유형들과 표현기법들로 수준 높은 작품으로 제작되어지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구논문에서는 캐릭터미학이론과 광고수사학이론을 바탕으로 캐릭터애니메이션 TV광고표현의 특징을 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 최근 4년간 발표된 광고들을 품목별, 캐릭터유형별, 표현기법유형별 분류, 조사를 통해서 캐릭터 애니메이션 TV광고의 표현경향과 흐름을 분석해보고자 하였다. 조사 결과 국내 캐릭터애니메이션 TV광고품목들은 제과, 음료 식품 등을 중심으로 나타나고 있었으나, 해를 거듭하면서 다양한 품목들로 확장되어 나타나고 있었다. 캐릭터유형에서는 인물과 동물캐릭터들이 주된 유형으로 나타났으나, 제품캐릭터, 가상캐릭터, 혼합캐릭터 등도 점차 증가 추세를 보이고 있었다. 표현기법유형에서는 셀 애니메이션기법이 주된 표현기법으로 나타났으며, 그 다음으로 풀(Full) 3D 기법, 셀과 실사, 셀과 3D, 클레이애니메이션기법 등의 순서로 나타나고 있었다. 이러한 분석추이로 볼 때 향후 국내캐릭터 애니메이션 TV광고품목들은 타깃(Target)들의 관여수준에 따라 다양한 품목에서 계속 나타날 것으로 보인다. 캐릭터유형에서도 인물과 동물캐릭터유형이 주된 유형이 될 것이며 이와 함께 가상 및 혼합캐릭터유형들이 새롭게 변형되어 등장할 것이다. 표현기법에 있어서도 셀 애니메이션기법을 기본으로 하되, 3D기술과 결합된 실사기법과 새로운 표현재료를 이용하는 기법들이 등장하여 될 것이다. 이렇듯 국내 캐릭터애니메이션 TV광고들은 광고품목과 캐릭터유형, 표현기법에서 더욱 새로운 차원으로 폭넓게 확장되어 갈 것으로 예상된다.를 보였다._d)$의 비$(L_d/D)$에 따른 전면교각에서의 수류변화의 영향이 후면교각에 작용하여 상호 복합적인 흐름 및 세굴특성을 나타내므로 이와 같은 복렬형 원주군의 세굴특성을 파상형 원주교각에 적용하여 국부세굴의 크기 변화를 해석하였다. 따라서, 교각주위에서의 수류특성 및 세굴의 변동은 원주군 및 교각파상의 크기와 간격 등과 같은 구조물의 배열조건과 Froude 수, 수심 등의 수리학적 조건에 따라 달라지므로 이의 조건을 체계적으로 변화시켜 가면서 교각주위에서의 국부세굴 및 세굴 감소특성을 검토하였다. 실험결과 오목 및 볼록 파상형 원주 주위에서의 세굴크기는 원형원주와 비교하여 전체적으로 감소하는 것으로 확인되었으며 특히 오목형 $B/\acute{h}=3$에서는 세굴경감효과가 탁월하여 70%이상 감소하는 것으로 확인되었으나 볼록형 $B/\acute{h}=5$에서는 세굴촉진특성이 나타나고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 파상형 원주에서는 하강류나 와류를 파상형의 내부로 유도하여 세굴의 크기를 조절할 수 있는 최적의 파상이 존재하고 있는 것으로 예측되었다.원 분야 소프트웨어의 개발에 기본 토대를 제공할 것으로 판단된다.았다. 또한 저자들의 임상병리학적 연구결과가 다른 문헌에서 보고된 소아 신증후군의 연구결과와 큰 차이를 보이지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 자극에 차이가 있지 않나 추측되며 이에 관한 추후 연구가 요망된다. 총대장통과시간의 단축은 결장 분절 모두에서 줄어들어 나타났으나 좌측결장 통과시간의 감소 및 이로 인한 이 부위의 통과시간 비율의 저하가 가장 주요하였다. 이러한 결과는 차가운 생수 섭취가 주로 결장 근위부를 자극하는 효과를 발휘하는 것이

갑상선 결절의 Ki67과 p27 발현도에 대한 분석 (Significance of Ki67 and p27 Reactivities in Various Thyroid Disorders)

  • Objective: The expression of Ki67, a proliferation marker, and p27, a cyclin dependent kinases(CDKs) inhibitor, has been studied in various human neoplasms. This study was carried out to determine whether these markers are useful in distinguishing benign from malignant lesions of the thyroid or predicting biologic behavior of malignant lesions. Material and Methods: Using immunohistochemical techniques with monoclonal antibodies to Ki67 and p27, we analyzed the expression of Ki67 and p27 in various thyroid disorders(25 follicular adenomas, 47 follicular carcinomas, 16 papillary carcinomas, 20 adenomatous goiters and 40 normal thyroid tissues). The labeling indices(LIs) were determined by counting cells expressing these markers in 1000 cells per immunostained slide. Results: Neoplastic thyroid diseases showed higher expression of Ki67 and lower expression of p27 than non-neoplastic diseases(p<0.05). The expression of p27 was significantly different between follicular adenomas($LI=55.4{\pm}5.7$) and follicular carcinomas($LI=23.2{\pm}10.2$). There was, however, no significant correlation between the degree of Ki67 and p27labeling indices and types of carcinoma or clinical aggressiveness of diseases. Conclusion: The degree of Ki67 and p27 expression was useful in distinguishing between benign from malignant thyroid lesions, particulary between follicular adenoma and follicular carcinoma, but was not directly proportional to the tumor aggressiveness.

  • 최근 대량으로 쏟아지는 감성공학 연구 결과와 논문들을 가치 있는 자료로 만들기 위해서는 감성 데이터가 산업 전반에 활용될 수 있도록 지표로 정리해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 "웹기반 감성 데이터 베이스 구축 및 보급에 관한 연구" 과제를 통해 작성된 감성 데이터 지표에 입각해서 앞으로 대량으로 출현할 감성공학 데이터의 지속적인 지표화를 위한 과정의 자동화를 제안한다. 문서 데이터의 지표화 작업이 자동요약과 유사하다는 점에 착안하여 자동지표화 시스템을 위한 기술들의 기초가 되는 정보유형 및 주요어 추출, 특성표현을 통한 정보문 추출에 대해 감성공학 코퍼스 분석을 통해 연구하고자 한다. 이는 감성공학 분야에서의 지식관리 시스템이나 자동요약 시스템에 활용될 수 있다. 활용될 수 있다.

Feasibility Study Of Functional Programming In Scala Language By Implementing An Interpreter

  • 본 논문에서는 스칼라 언어의 함수형 프로그래밍 기능의 타당성에 대해서 검토한다. 주된 관심사는 스칼라가 어느 정도까지 람다 식, 고차 함수, 제너릭 타입, 대수적 타입, 모나드 등 함수형 프로그래밍의 주요 특성을 표현할 수 있는 가에 있다. 이 목적을 위하여 명령형 프로그래밍 언어의 인터프리터를 구현한다. 동일한 함수형 프로그래밍 기법을 적용하여 인터프리터를 하스켈과 스칼라로 구현한 다음, 이 두 버전의 구현을 비교 분석한다. 명령형 프로그래밍 언어의 추상 구문트리는 스칼라의 제너릭스를 갖는 대수적 타입과 enum 클래스로서 표현되고, 명령형 프로그래밍의 상태 변환은 상태 모나드를 이용하여 구현된다. 또한 스칼라의 새로운 기능인 extension과 given도 사용된다.

하이테크(High-Tech) 패션의 변화 및 유형 (Variations and types of high-tech fashion)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze changes in high-tech fashion along with the types and characteristics of high-tech fashion that have appeared recently providing diverse material for the fashion field. High-tech fashion requires such research to learn how much distance one has in one's life. It is also meaningful to predict what direction high-tech fashion research may be needed. For research methods, previous research and literary studies were considered and photographs in which high-tech techniques were used were collected using the keyword 'high-tech fashion'. High-tech fashion types can be organized into the four types of luminescent types, mutual interaction types, 3D printing fashion, and virtual fashion. The research results were as follows. First, luminescent fashion was an important expression method of high-tech fashion. Materials for luminescent fashion first started with LED electric wire connections and many methods have been attempted with the appearance of electrically conductive clothing material, such as luminescent lasers and beam projectors. Second, interactive high-tech fashion often appears as variable fashion. The work of Hussein Chalayan, which was combined with advanced technology, set up a base for variable type interactive high-tech fashion in the 2000s. As bioengineering technology has developed, fashion that interacts with the environment without an energy source has appeared and the interaction among fashion, people, and the environment can be seen. Third, diverse forms of expressiveness in virtual reality such as 3D CLO shows a great difference with past high-tech fashion. Simple and diverse attempts made through virtual fittings reduce the limitations of time and space, permit interaction, and add a sense of reality through speed and dynamic physical beauty. Fourth, 3D printed fashion expresses complex and detailed clothing material that is different from those before with the development of computer 3D modeling technology. Modeling that can imitate geometric and bio-engineered structures is possible and mysterious feelings are passed on to people through creative expressions.

드리스 반 노텐의 컬렉션에 나타난 문양디자인 특성 (Characteristics of Pattern Design from Dries Van Noten Collection)

  • Dries Van Noten, one of the Antwerp Six, focused on recreating traditional attire from each region to complex contemporary attire and has shown designs that interpreted ethnic image in contemporary perspective from his very first collection. He has positioned himself as a designer with creative expression of ethnic image through broad use of various patterns. This paper analyze the use of pattern in Dries Van Noten's designs by season and item, and reflects on the characteristics of pattern use and influence on fashion image. Total of 887 clothing items were collected from Noten's collections on the Internet. Through analysis of frequency and percentage and cross tab of expression techniques, types, patterns of each motif, and classifications of print combinations, it was shown that Noten has applied six aesthetic rules in the use of pattern design. Pattern played the most significant role in his design. It was possible to achieve the balance of ethnic image and modern image with the mix of flower and abstract motives. Overall pattern was mostly used for practical purpose: border patterns and spaced patterns played a vital role in rendering uniqueness. Noten exhibited unity and variation in combining prints. He expressed the beauty of Oriental style by inserting solid color blocks in between patterns and decorations along trim lines.

Feature Selection with Ensemble Learning for Prostate Cancer Prediction from Gene Expression

  • Machine and deep learning-based models are emerging techniques that are being used to address prediction problems in biomedical data analysis. DNA sequence prediction is a critical problem that has attracted a great deal of attention in the biomedical domain. Machine and deep learning-based models have been shown to provide more accurate results when compared to conventional regression-based models. The prediction of the gene sequence that leads to cancerous diseases, such as prostate cancer, is crucial. Identifying the most important features in a gene sequence is a challenging task. Extracting the components of the gene sequence that can provide an insight into the types of mutation in the gene is of great importance as it will lead to effective drug design and the promotion of the new concept of personalised medicine. In this work, we extracted the exons in the prostate gene sequences that were used in the experiment. We built a Deep Neural Network (DNN) and Bi-directional Long-Short Term Memory (Bi-LSTM) model using a k-mer encoding for the DNA sequence and one-hot encoding for the class label. The models were evaluated using different classification metrics. Our experimental results show that DNN model prediction offers a training accuracy of 99 percent and validation accuracy of 96 percent. The bi-LSTM model also has a training accuracy of 95 percent and validation accuracy of 91 percent.
