웹툰에 나타난 새로운 표현형식에 관한 연구 (Study Regarding a New Expression Format to Have Been Given to Webtoon)

  • 웹툰이 활성화 되면서 웹 형식에 맞는 새로운 표현 형식들이 나타나게 되었다. 이를 살펴보면 웹툰에 나타난 새로운 표현양식은 크게 두 가지로 분류된다. 그 하나는 컴퓨터를 기반으로 형성되는 특징으로 CG사용의 보편화, 컬러만화의 대중화가 그에 속한다. 두 번째는 웹기반에서 생성되는 특징으로 세로 스크롤의 경향, 시간 개념의 도입, 애니메이션적인 연출 효과, 매체 최적화 제작 경향, 다양한 미디어 접목 시도를 들 수 있다. 웹기반의 만화 서비스에 대한 문제점이 노정되고 만화가나 만화계의 저작권 등의 해결할 과제도 산적해 있다. 그러나 웹툰이 가지고 있는 속성과 표현양식의 변화는 보다 만화의 지평을 넓혀 줄 것이다.

  • This study first aims on preparing a systematic analysis basis for the expression aspects of hairstyle in forms of postmodernism. Secondly, it studies the meanings and aspects the hairstyle trend through a post modernism approach about its expression methods based on the suggestive collection hairstyles. Third, it confirms that hairstyle is also one of fashion that can be represented as modern society and culture by explaining that post modernism appears in hairstyles. This study analyzes the expression aspects of hairstyle in forms of post modernism that appears in modern collections by preparing theoretical theories for this study based on former studies related to post modernism theory and clothes from a qualitative analysis. The results of this study prepared a theoretical analysis frame to study the expression aspects of hairstyle in forms of postmodernism first. Secondly, as a result of analyzing based on the analysis, they show that disoriginality of hairstyle can be freely interpreted by the author through borrowing and restoration, disformation through discord and incompletion, discenterization through non-westernization and sub-culture, and inter-text through many symbols and meanings. Thirdly, as the postmodernism movement that represents modern society, culture, and art movement is reflected on hairstyle, it can be considered as a small culture and a product of the era.

현대의상에 표현된 OP ART의 조형성 (The Modeling Nature of Op ART Expressed in Contempotary Dresses)

  • Unlike pure art such as painting and sculpture, dressmaking , a field of special plastic art, is characterized by its physical and functional nature. Having an inseparable relation with form, it is a field of art expressiion the human innersense of beauty in correlation with other various fields of art. In this respect, I think it should be necessary for us to study the forms of art from the past in order to study the forms of art from the past in order to study the correlations and mutual influencies between forms of pure art and dressmaking and to understand modern dressmaking from the standpoint of art. In this context, this study is an attempt to analze how the form and characteristics of OP ART , which represents the trends of the 1960's is embodied in modern dresses. The results are as follows : Fist , the expression of OP ART in dresses have visual effects harmonizing with bodily movements and , also, expanded the range and dynamics of expression which resulted from the introduction of visual phenomena in a fresh new sense by not limiting itself to the suggestion of patterns of OP ART. Second, OP ART paintings expressed the mobility and rhythimicity of a body in a limited space in a two-dimensional plane way of expression . When a dress is worn, however, it expands such mobility and rhythmicity in a cubic , three-dimensional way, maximizing the effects of , and boldly expression, OP ART, it can also create a new silhuette and ability of formation by seeking an open expression of OP ART rather than an expression of OP ART it self , due to the infinite possibility and unpredictability by the dynamics of movements and the elements principle of designs. Third , by applying the patterns of OP ART to dresses, we can obtain special visual effects of design, cover up the body's weak points, and create a desired three -dimensional sense by highlighting the beauty of the body's curved lines. Although modern dresses and OP ART are different genres of art, both have something in common in their pusuits. Since there is a infinite possibility in OP ART, there should be continuous attempts to combine dresses and art satisfying the sense of the times, which will lead dressmaking to a higher-dimensional dressmaking plastic art.

제품디자인에서 미적 표현형식으로서 움직임의 사례 -모리스 메를로 풍티의 지각에 근거하여- (A case on the moving as an aesthetic expression form in product design based on the perception of Maurice Merleau Ponty)

  • 메를로 퐁티의 지각에 근거하여 본 연구자는 움직임을 제품에 구조화된 고유한 미적 성질과 표현 그리고 가치가 통합되어 의미, 즐거움을 체험하는 형식으로 규정했다. 본 연구의 목적은 웨어러블, 유비쿼터스, 인터랙션, 놀이, D.I.Y, 유니버셜, 에콜로지는 이 움직임이 다양하게 제품디자인에 주제화된 형식, 양상임을 주장하는 것이다. 이는 움직임과 모든 디자인형식들 사이의 다음과 같은 유비추론의 방법과 형식에 따라 판단된 결과이다. 첫 번째, 움직임은 미적 표현과 가치의 통합으로써 미적 판단의 근본적, 보편적 명제, 공리다. 두 번째, 모든 디자인형식들은 미적 표현체계에 근거한 가치가 주제화된 사례다. 세 번째, 따라서 모든 디자인형식들은 미적 가치에 의거한 표현의 양상이다. 이상과 같은 판단, 추론의 확실성은 미적 표현으로서 움직임과 디자인형식 사이의 일치가 사실이라는 증명이다. 즉, 미적 가치가 연구된 모든 디자인형식들에서 주제로 성립하여 사용자가 실제로 미적 의미, 즐거움을 체험하였음에 대한 증명이다. 이에 대한 보증은 사용자의 생활 속에서 개개인의 체험이 유일하다. 움직임은 제품의 존재, 사용자의 당위를 미적(실천적) 차원에서 통합함과 동시에 이에 근거해 성립한다. 본 연구의 모든 연구사례에서 강조되는 것은 제품이 아니라 움직임이다. 따라서 제품디자인은 이러한 움직임을 제품에 구조화하는 활동으로 전환된다.

Adiponectin Gene Cloning and Its Expression in Insect Cell Expression System

  • This study was to examine expression of the recombinant full-length adiponectin (recombinant adiponectin) in insect ovarian cell culture system and to characterize structural properties of the recombinant adiponectin secreted in medium. Gene construct encoding the recombinant adiponectin contained N-terminal collagen-like domain (110 Amino Acids, AAs), C-terminal globular domain (137 AAs) and C-terminal peptides for detection with V5 antibody (26 AAs included adaptor peptide) and purification using the 6xHis tag (6 AAs). The approximate molecular weight of the product (monomer) was 35 kDa. Molecular mass species of the expressed recombinant adiponectin were monomer (~35 kDa), dimer (~70 kDa), trimer (~105 kDa) and hexamer (~210 kDa). The major secreted species were the LMW forms, such as monomer, dimer, and trimer. There was MMW of hexamer as minor form. HMW multimers (~300 kDa) were shown as a tracer or not detected on the SDS-PAGE in several experiments (data not shown). The multimer forms in this study were not compatible to those in animal or human serum and adipose tissue by other researcher's study in which the major multimer forms were HMW. By protein denaturing experiments with reducing reagent (${\beta}$-MeOH), anionic detergent (SDS) and heat ($95^{\circ}C$) on the SDS-PAGE, not all adiponectin multimers seemed to have disulfide bond linked structure to form multimers. The recombinant adiponectin which expressed in insect ovarian cell culture system seemed to have the limitation as full physiological regulator for the application to animal and human study.

  • For the past years, Korean Housing policy have been focused on quantity rather then quality, when they provide housing. Focusing great quantity on housing led monolithic and standardized house forms in limited area. Most of our traditional residental environment, which made Koreans to communicate with neighbors, disappeared from the result of providing great quantity on housing. However, the increase of the income and standard of living, changed people's view. People start to demand for the place which is commodious and comfortable to live. Moreover, more leisure time caused people to communicate with their neighbors. To meet the demands of new forms of housing, they started to provide a community space to increase sense of belonging and community spirit for the residents in apartment house. The forms of past house which is defined by uniformity is delivered from rational thoughts. People can get emotional satisfaction from Community space because it provides opportunity of communicating and increase community spirit. This research is to classify the emotional expression in Community space and analyze the elements that is expressed in community space of apartment house.

카무플라주 문양을 활용한 현대패션의 특성 (Characteristics of Contemporary Fashion using Camouflage Patterns)

  • This study aimed to identify the intrinsic characteristics of camouflage patterns by reviewing their origin, transitions and types from a theoretical background and analyzing their forms of expression in contemporary fashion. For a literature review and an empirical analysis of the camouflage patterns used in contemporary fashion, the study referred to domestic and foreign fashion magazines published between 2000 S/S and 2010 S/S, including Gap Press, Fashion News, Vogue and Harper's Bazaar, and other related data available on the internet. The findings of this study show that the forms of camouflage patterns used in contemporary fashion can be divided into four types: abstract patterns, plant patterns of flowers or leaves, animal patterns and dotted patterns. In terms of coloration, the camouflage patterns work to refresh the design, breaking from the image of military uniforms through the use of a wide range of color variation and combinations as well as the traditional camouflage colors based on khaki and beige. In terms of expression, most of them utilize printing. However, other techniques of expression, such as embroidery, beading, knitting, and collages are used to emphasize the beauty of handcrafted decorations along with the aesthetic value of reliefs. Through these tendencies of expression, the characteristics of contemporary fashion using camouflage are explained with an emphasis on feminine beauty, the expression of neutrality, and the use as decorative factors.

Jean Paul Gaultier에 나타난 초현실주의 특성에 관한 연구 (A study on Surrealism Repressed in Jean Paul Gaultier's works)

  • The surrealism art form comes from the world of unconsciousness. Based on its expression of the world of imaginary, it boldly demonstrates the arrangement and the forms of contradicted objects and the development of collage, montage, and protage techniques in the works which had a big influence on the growth of the modern art. The ideology and the modeling characteristics shown in the surrealism had various expressive forms and meanings in the modern compound expression and it grew out of the former standarlized forms and brought diversity and individuality based on the sensibility of the new avant-garde art form and showed great potential as it presented harmony in the multiple forms of art. The purpose of the research was to analyze the influences that were put on the surrealistic fashion art works and the works of the representative designer, Jean Paul Gotie. The characteristics of Jean Paul Gotie's surrealistic fashion comes from destruction, sexual image, and the mixture of heterogeneous. It is evident that the surrealistic fashion went beyond certain groups of avant-gardists' salvation of the world and were put to practice use, reaching out to the ordinary consumers. This was resulted from the revolutionary movement called, "anti-mode van fashion" led by Gotie. The surrealistic style will be led by various techniques and trends and developed through new characteristics in multiculture merged with various fashion styles.

디지털디자인에서 이미지의 變換 (Image Conversion in Digital Design)

  • 시각디자인(visual communication design)에서 이미지의 표현은 전통적으로 여러 표현매체(Media)의 매커니컬한 부분과 깊은 관계가 있다. 특히 디지털방식을 이용한 이미지 표현에서는 회화적인 표한 도면작성, 광학적인 표현, 영상이미지 등 다양한 형식의 이미지들이 디지털데이터로 전환됨으로써 이미지의 변환이 쉬워졌다. 한편 디지털형식으로 각종 표현매체가 통합됨으로써 여러 형식의 시각이미지들간의 함성이 활성화됨으로써 이미지표현의 범위가 다양해지고 있으며, 나아가 기존의 평면적인 표현에서 3D, 4D 등 다양한 차원의(dimensional) 표현들이 디지털디자인의 이미지표현에서 종합되고 있는 경향을 보이고 있다. 또한 이렇게 여러 이미지형식들이 종합되는 과정에서 부분적이거나 전체적인 이미지의 변환이 자주 발생하고 있으며, 그 변환은 크게 조형적인 측면과 기술적인 측면의 두 가지 요인으로 요약된다. 본 논문에서는 조형적 측면으로 기존의 회화적 표현과 사진술로 대표되는 광학적 표한 그리고 컴퓨터그래픽에서의 이미지 변환 원리를 유형화하고 기술적인 측면으로 데이터형식에 따른 이미지의 변환과 디멘션에 따른 세부적인 내용을 기술하였다. 이 중 특히 기술적이고 정량적인 측정이 필요한 내용에 대해서는 컴퓨터를 이용한 간단한 시뮬레이션을 통해 객관적이고 실증적인 결과를 요약하였고, 연구내용의 세부적인 결과를 실제 시각디자인 작업에서 활용하는 방안을 사안별로 제시했다.

인체 형태의 기하학적 분석에 기반한 분해와 조합의 패션디자인 개발 (Fashion Design of Disassembly and Assembly Based on Geometrical Analysis of the Body Figure)

  • The purpose of this study is the development of an experimental design that aims to implement three-dimensional fashion design by observing the human body, extracting and combining geometric shapes and forms, and focusing on attempts to decompose the geometry of the human body in art history. Considering the characteristics of fashion design, which inevitably reflect human images visually, this study considered works by deriving geometric shapes and forms of the human body and focusing on decomposition and combination to apply them to fashion design. The results obtained through the development of fashion design through decomposition and combination based on geometric human body analysis are as follows. First, geometric analysis of the human body as an object of expression continues from the history of Cubism to modern fashion design. Second, the geometric shapes of the human body that appear in contemporary fashion design maximize visual effects through three-dimensional composition, emphasizing simplicity while showing originality through various expressions. Third, when exploring the geometric shapes of a moving human body, it was possible to extract a wide variety of shapes and forms through drawing and simplifying the human body's movements. Fourth, the formative method of fashion design was introduced and used for the aesthetic combination of objects for fashion design through decomposition and combination. This study was able to show unique and diverse combinations of visually concise and ordered geometric shapes in the expression of fashion design by decomposing and combining them. The significance of these geometric forms is that they can diversify formative informativeness in the expression of fashion design with modern compositional beauty.
