The purpose of this study is to suggest specific function of each areas and way to express reasonable interior elements within interior design of sports center in Korea. The method of this research is case study of sports center In various fields since 1980. During the study, it Is very clear that the most important points in designing of sports centers interior space to accomodate main body training areas and service area for the users. The other point is to explain within the space plan that there should be a clear understanding of general regulation for the installation element, function and behavioral facts. The social, cultural roles of sports center must have the function as a multi service facility. In summary this research is to present datas and suggestion to various areas in sports center and refine its new meaning of sports center space plan with much better designing.

SAIDI(System Average Interruption Duration Index) is the index that signifies the power quality of customers. SAIDI is also used to know how well utilities operate their systems. The annual interruption time in the areas that consists of widely distributed customers, is generally longer than that in the areas that consists of heavily concentrated customers. The Reliability index of huge system is not necessarily better or worse than that of small system, because SAIDI is irrelevant to the total amount of power sold or the total number of customers. This paper proposes a customer density very relevant to SAIDI. The proposed customer density is used to modify the existing SAIDI to more clearly express the service level of power supply. A modified WSAIDI(weighted SAIDI) can be a useful indicator helping utilities improve the reliability of their systems and customers evaluate the service level of receiving power.

A church architecture which has an important meaning as a place which is for worship God, relationship, education, evangelism, service and formative meaning that express as a specific form. It has been changed by age or changes of theology, also its structure and form has been changed so as to change of a rutual. the church architecture that has been authorized as a architecture which is a representation of the age does not represent the age and it has weaknesses for expression of unique identification church has. Also, because it is lacking thoughts about regional viewpoint, it loses the characteristic of regional "landmark" like the past. In addition, a place of worship has been changed materiality of space like auditorium or seats so as to change of consciousness of worship, and it is exposed problems of expression of identification. Therefore the church architecture of twenty first centry needs to holy and be able to deliver their new standards and needs that fit original purpose of church for users.

Metaphors, as an important way to deliver information and convince the audience, have been used in print advertising extensively. This study researches the concept of metaphors and analyses seven Chinese advertisements in which metaphors are used in public service advertising. The nature of metaphors is to express one thing by using another thing. Using metaphors can put some creative ideas into pictures and make the pictures full of visual impact. Then the target audience will pay more attention to the picture and become impressed. When people look at the advertisements using metaphors, they will definitely look up in their existing knowledge to understand the message which the advertisements are delivering. So this makes the advertisements more attractive and the people would be more easily convinced.

Now many metropolitan electric railways are being constructed on the metropolitan area. But railways now in service have some inefficiency. These railways are operated like subways, for example, all slow trains and fixed train set. So this paper proposes the methods of improvement. For making rapid train, it is showed ' philosophy of rapid train ' that makes rapid train to be main service. And for effective operation, it is introduced flexible train set and 'separation-unification operation'. And for smart railway tracks, it is introduced making loop track and direct connection track between radiating and circular railways. By these methods, a master plan of improvement of metropolitan electric railways is made and vision of the railways becomes common to passengers.

The high speed train service will be offered for high-quality transport service in existing railway by Korean National Railroad(KNR). Therefore, this paper presents the results of analysis carried out to determine the dynamic response characteristics of deck plate girder bridges which are representative elevated structures of existing railway and to evaluate their suitabilities for supporting Korea Train Express(KTX) trainsets in the speed range 0-250 km/h. Their dynamic characteristics are analyzed concerning structural safety, train-operation safety and passenger comfort. The simplified method for 2-dimensional train/track/bridge interaction analysis is utilized in the analysis of dynamic behaviors of deck plate girder bridges.

The objective of this was to improve a transportation cost relation between Central Distribution Centers(CDCs) and Regional Distribution Centers(RDCs), to control inventory cost concerning safety stock for each service level, by reviewing distribution steps connecting CDCs and RDCs under the price discount. It was also to examine and compare operating costs for the following two alternative suggestions for setting the service standard as a counter measure for a stock-out of the distribution network system management. First, provision by dispersing the safety stock to the CDCs and RDCs; and second, exclusive provision of the safety stock only to the RDCs. The cost comparison analysis was made for each category of purchase costs, regular transportation costs, express transportation costs, and inventory holding costs.

본 연구는 초 중 고교 교원의 정치적 표현의 자유 수단으로서의 시국선언 행위가 국가공무원법, 집회및시위에관한법률 등을 통해 달성하고자 하는 헌법적 가치와 충돌하는 경우의 쟁점이 무엇인지 살펴보고, 초 중 고교 교원의 시국선언에 대한 우리 법원의 인식을 교원 승 패소 여부를 통해 탐색적으로 살펴보고자 했다. 연구결과 분석대상이 된 31건의 판례 중 24건의 판례에서 교원이 패소하였고, 7건의 판례에서 교원이 승소하였음을 확인하였는데 우리 법원은 정치적 표현 행위의 공익성 여부, 영향력 여부, 표현의 내용 등을 비교형량의 핵심근거로 활용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 초 중 고교 교원의 정치적 표현 수단인 시국선언과 타 가치가 충돌할 경우 적절한 비교형량을 위한 몇 가지 제언을 하고자 하였다.

우리나라 최초의 정지궤도 기상위성인 천리안 위성은 고속/저속 전송자료 서비스(HRIT/LRIT: High/Low Rate Information Transmission)를 통해 기상정보를 무료로 제공하고 있다. 본 논문은 천리안 위성의 기상정보를 수신할 수 있는 개인용 PC 기반 보급형 기상정보 수신시스템을 구축하는데 필수적인 기상정보 데이터 수신회로 개발을 소개한다. 기상정보 데이터 수신회로는 HRIT/LRIT 서비스 데이터 유닛에 대해 물리 계층과 데이터 링크 계층에 대응하는 작업을 수행한다. 이를 위해 기상정보 데이터 수신회로는 Viterbi 디코더, Sync. word 감지회로, Derandomizer, Reed-Solomon 디코더 등을 포함하고 수신된 기상정보 데이터를 호스트 PC에 제공하기 위해 PCI Express 전송 방식을 지원한다. 개발된 기상정보 데이터 수신회로는 FPGA(field programmable gate array)를 이용하여 구현되었으며 시뮬레이션과 실제 하드웨어를 통하여 그 기능이 검증되었다.

컨테이너 선사들은 세계경제의 불황과 고유가가 지속되고 있는 상황에서 선박운영비용을 낮추기 위한 다각적인 노력들을 전개하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서, Grand Alliance는 극동 북미서안 서비스인 CCX와 극동 북미동안 서비스인 NCE에 서비스별 선박추가 투입대신에 Dedicated Feeder 투입을 하기로 결정하였다. 즉, 기간항로의 선박이 북중국항만에 기항하지 않고 환적항인 부산항에서 Feeder선을 통하여 환적 운송하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 전용피더 서비스 도입을 통한 환적의 경제성 효과를 확인하기 위하여 Grand Alliance 컨테이너 서비스의 실제 운영 자료에 대해 분석하였다. 이와 같은 전략을 통해 Grand Alliance의 'NCE, 'CCX'항로는 기간항로에 투입되는 선박의 감속운항이 가능하게 되어 선박 운영비의 절감 효과를 보이고 있다.
