본 연구는 융합전문가 협동을 중심으로 특허경영이 신사업 개발 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구이다. 기존의 연구는 특허경영에 관해 정량적인 특허지표를 통해 사업성과에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것이 대부분이어서 특허 경영이 융합전문가 협동을 통해 신사업 개발 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구가 매우 미흡한 실정이었다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 기존의 특허 경영이 신사업 개발 성과에 미치는 영향과 융합전문가 협동을 중심으로 특허경영이 신사업 개발성과에 미치는 영향의 인과관계를 살펴보았으며, 가설 실증분석 검증 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특허경영은 매개변수인 융합 전문가 협동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특허경영은 융합 전문가 육성, 융합전문가 활용에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 특허경영은 신사업 개발 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특허경영은 사업의 성공 여부, 목표 매출액 달성 여부, 새로운 시장 개척, 새로운 기술의 개발, 고객 요구사항의 반영정도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 융합 전문가 협동을 매개로 한 특허경영은 신사업 개발 성과 중 재무적성과에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 융합 전문가 협동을 매개로 한 특허경영은 신사업 개발 성과 중 비 재무적성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 재무적 성과로는 사업 성공 여부, 목표 매출액 달성 여부이며, 비 재무적 성과로는 새로운 기술 개발, 새로운 시장 개척 등이다. 따라서 국내 융합 신사업 개발 기업들의 지속적인 경영성과 창출을 위해서는 정(+)의 영향이 확인된 융합 전문가 협동을 중심으로 새로운 기술 개발과 새로운 시장 개척을 통하여 신사업 개발성과로 연계될 수 있도록 힘써야 함을 시사점으로 제시하고 있다.

This paper examines the international commerce expert capability and business performance in global supply chain management. Based on the analysis of eighty-seven cases, the following results were found. First it was found that CEO's capability of global supply chain management firms and business performance are significantly correlated. Second, supply chain management manager's capability of global supply chain management firms and business performance are not significantly correlated. Third, CEO's capability have more a positive influence business performance than supply chain management manager's capability in global supply chain management firms.

The performance decreases as the workers get older and the degree of decrease in the performance shows a marked difference depending on each individuals. On the other hand, the older workers tend to have better ability to adapt to the new working environments and expert skills. Our purpose in this paper is to focus on the analysis about this conflicting situation, thereby important informations are applied in designing working conditions of older workers. Experimental results show that the expert skill of the aged workers can be improved through the effective use of their experiences, therefore some operation can not be influenced by age.

The material handling equipment selection, that is a key task in the material handling system design, is a complex, difficult task, and requires a massive technical knowledge and systematic analysis. It is invaluable to justify the selected equipment model by the performance evaluation before its actual implementation. This paper presents an intelligent knowledge-based expert system called "IMESE" created by authors, for the selection and evaluation of material handling equipment model suitable for movement and storage of materials in a manufacturing facility. The IMESE is consisted of four modules: a knowledge base to select an appropriate equipment type, a multiple criteria decision making procedure to choose the most favorable commercial model of the selected equipment type, a database to store the list of commercial models of equipment types with their specifications, and simulators to evaluate the performance of the equipment model. The whole process of IMESE is executed under VP-Expert expert system environment.vironment.

Based on process analysis as well as extensive operation experience, two fuzzy expert control algorithms, for startup and control, are proposed for a supercritical fluid extraction process which has high interacting multivariable structure. In the proposed algorithms, a new simple defuzzification method which only requires four fundamental arithmetic rules is also presented. Through numerical simulations, control performance using the proposed control algorithm is compared with that of a different fuzzy algorithm by an other researcher and that of conventional PID-type controllers which are tuned by well-known optimal criteria. Also, the proposed control algorithm has been tested to the bench scale supercritical fluid extraction process. As a consequence, the proposed fuzzy expert controller has shown fast and robust control performance while the other controllers show sluggish and/or highly oscillatory responses.

본 논문은 웹 기반의 한방 전문가 시스템(Oriental Medical Expert System)에 대한 룰 기반 진단 프로세스를 제공하는 확장성, 가용성, 변경 가능성을 가진 시스템으로, 오픈 소스 Drools 기반으로 Spring MVC 프레임워크와 Ajax를 이용하여 구현하였다. 본 한방 전문가 시스템의 처리 프로세스는 일반 사용자가 웹으로 접근하여 설문을 작성한 후 기본적인 진단 및 평가를 제공하여 주는 서비스를 제공한다. 한방 전문가 시스템의 효율적인 운영을 위하여 클라이언트와 서버 간에 비동기적 통신으로 JSON 데이터를 주고받아 서버의 부담을 감소하였으며, 데이터베이스 접근은 기존의 복잡한 JDBC 단점을 보완하고자 Mybatis 프레임워크를 적용하여 RDBMS의 성능을 향상시켰다. 또한, 웹 기반의 장점을 최대한 활용하여 사용자 수가 늘어남에 따라 서버 트래픽 문제를 해결하기 위하여 Nginx를 이용한 로드밸런싱 구조를 구축하여 서비스의 가용성을 확대하였다. 연구 결과로 확장성 테스트를 통하여 서비스의 안정화에 대한 검증을 나타내었다.

A rule based fuzzy expert system to self-tune PID controllers is proposed in this paper. The proposed expert system contains two rule bases, where one is responsible for "Long term tuning" and the other for "Incremental tuning". The rule for "Long term tuning" are extracted from the Wills'map and the knowledge about the implicit relations between PID gains and important long term features of the output response such as overshoot, damping and rise time, etc., while 'Incremental tuning" rules are obtained from the relations between PID gains and short term features, error and change in error. In the PID control environment, the proposed expert system operates in two phases sequentially. In the first phase, the long term tuning is performed until long term features meet their desired values approximately. Then the incremental tuning tarts with PID gains provided by the long term tuning procedure. It is noticeable that the final PID gains obtained in the incremental tuning phase are only the temporal ones. Simulation results show that the proposed rule base for "Long term tuning" provides superior control performance to that of Litt and that further improvement of control performance is obtained by the "Incremental tuning'.ance is obtained by the "Incremental tuning'.ing'.

Objectives This study aimed to assessing the performance of Sasang constitutional analysis Tool (SCAT) for Chinese as one of method to diagnose Sasang Constitution and evaluating the possibility of applying SCAT to foreign people. Methods This cross-sectional study was approved by IRB (Independent Review Board) at J Hospital in Yanbian. Informed consent to take part in the study was obtained from each of the participants. The performance of SCAT was assessed through Kappa coefficient and the concordance rate between SCAT and expert diagnosis. Results The concordance rate between SCAT and expert was 61.1% in total and the Kappa was 0.408. When the constitutional probability increased, the concordance rate and Kappa showed a increasing tendency. The concordance rate of Chosun race was 62.1% and others 60.7%. Conclusions SCAT, as Sasang constitutional diagnostic supporting system, may help the expert to diagnose Sasang constitution in Yanbian region.

Performance-based remaining life assessment of reinforced concrete bridge girders, subject to chloride-induced corrosion of reinforcement, is addressed in this paper. Towards this, a methodology that takes into consideration the human judgmental aspects in expert decision making regarding condition state assessment is proposed. The condition of the bridge girder is specified by the assignment of a condition state from a set of predefined condition states, considering both serviceability- and ultimate- limit states, and, the performance of the bridge girder is described using performability measure. A non-homogeneous Markov chain is used for modelling the stochastic evolution of condition state of the bridge girder with time. The thinking process of the expert in condition state assessment is modelled within a probabilistic framework using Brunswikian theory and probabilistic mental models. The remaining life is determined as the time over which the performance of the girder is above the required performance level. The usefulness of the methodology is illustrated through the remaining life assessment of a reinforced concrete T-beam bridge girder.

The development and the main features of an expert system for modeling the requirements of durable concrete in chemical exposure, called the Durable Concrete Advisor for Chemical Exposure (DCACE), are described. The system was developed to help improve the quality of concrete exposed to chemical environment by minimizing mistakes and deficiencies in selecting concrete constituents. Using Kappa-PC expert system shell, an object-oriented model was developed where the rule-based reasoning operates on or across objects. The American Concrete Institute manual of concrete practice was chosen as the main source of knowledge. Other textual sources were also consulted for knowledge acquisition. The major objectives of the research were acquisition and formalization of the relevant knowledge and building an expert system for making durable concrete for chemical exposure regarding sulfate attack, acid attack, seawater attack and carbonation. Similar to most expert systems, this system has explanation facilities, can be incrementally expanded, and has an easy to understand knowledge base. The performance of the system is demonstrated by an example session. The system is user-friendly and can be used as an educational tool.
