퍼지 의사결정을 이용한 연삭 가공용 전문가 시스템의 개발 (A development of the Grinding Expert System by Fuzzy Decision Making)

  • Grinding is used for machining high precision parts with high additional value. However, the grinding operation needs high skill and long experience of an operator because of a lack of the scientific knowledge and engineering principles. Also, the wheel and grinding conditions affect grinding results. For these reasons, it is difficult to construct computer integrated manufacturing system(CIMA). Therefore, it is necessary for Expert System to be informed of qualitative knowledge of grinding expert's skills and experiences. In this research, the Grinding Expert System is constructed by Fuzzy Decision Making Algorithm. Using this system, unskilled workers will be able to use the knowledge and experience of an expert.

대학 내 평생교육시설의 실태에 관한 연구 -국립산업대학교를 중심으로- (A Study on the Actual Conditions of Lifelong Education Facilities in University -Focused on National University of Industry-)

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify the actual conditions of the use and the plan of lifelong education facilities in national university of industry. This article discuses about the basic characteristics of the plan composition and the education programs of 8 lifelong education facilities in national university of industry. The results of this study are summarized as follows; 1) Needed spaces should functionally designed considering that basic and culture lecture, occupation skill and expert education, hobby/amusement/leisure, health/sanitation/sports, tradition culture understanding education among education programs of lifelong education facilities in universities are mainly constituted and occupation skill and expert education among theses are occupied with the most ratio. 2) Expansion of facilities is agent considering the number of students and lectures to be 3.0% from 1.7% of average ratio of continuous dimensions lifelong education facilities of each universities and composition following scale of the lecture room is set by organizing the number of students per lecture to small groups.

네일 샵의 서비스 품질 요인에 대한 평가 (Evaluation of Service Quality Factors on the Nailcare Shop)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the differences in the service quality evaluation on the skill and expert, the shop facilities and atmosphere, the time and access, and the price and benefit of a nail care shop by age, income, spendings of appearance and a nail care, and a regular nail care. The survey was performed with questionnaires and the subjects were was 240 consumers who used the nail care. The data were analyzed by frequencies, F-test, T-test, Factor Analysis, one way ANOVA. The results of the study were as follows: Service quality evaluation were classified four factors- the price and benefits, the skill and expertness, the facilities and atmosphere, the time and access. There were no statistically significant differences in the price and benefits by age, income, spendings of appearance and a nail care, and a regular nail care, but there were statistically significant differences in the skill and expertness, the facilities and atmosphere, and the time and access. The service quality on the time and access was evaluated as high by the consumer in the 30s, with more income, and with high appearance and nail care spendings. The service quality on the shop facilities and atmosphere was evaluated as high by the consumers with high nail care spending. The consumers with a regular nail care evaluated the service quality on the skill and expertness, the time and access, the shop facilities and atmosphere as high.

섬유 및 의복분야 공학교육 기반구축을 위한 직무체계 개발 기초연구 (A Basic Study on the Development of Skill System for Based on Engineering Education for the Areas of Textile and Clothing)

  • 본 연구는 직무능력표준 개발에서 기초적으로 검토되어야 하는 직무체계 중 섬유 및 의복분야의 직무체계 개발에 목적이 있다. 세부적인 연구목적은 섬유 및 의복분야의 직무를 분류하고 직무수준을 개발하는 것이다. 문헌고찰, 전문가 인터뷰, 전문가 집중토의를 통해 산업현장에서 통용되는 용어를 중심으로 직무를 분류하고 직무수준을 설정하였다. 직무분류 결과 섬유 및 의복분야의 직무군은 크게 중분류 3개, 소분류 10개, 22개의 직무가 도출되었다. 섬유 및 의복분야의 직무수준은 국가자격체제의 수준체계와 자격 및 교육과정, 산업 현장의 직무별 수준을 반영하여 7단계로 구분하였다. 도출된 직무 체계를 바탕으로 직무군과 직무 정의를 제시하였으며, 각 직무별 정의와 직무별 수준별 수행기준을 도출하였다.

  • 이 연구는 기계분야 직무체계 개발과 국가기술자격종목 연계실태 분석에 목적이 있다. 문헌연구, 면담조사, 전문가협의회를 통해 산업현장에서 통용되는 용어를 중심으로 직무를 분류하고 직무수준을 설정하였다. 직무분류 결과 기계분야의 직무군은 크게 중분류 3개, 소분류 11개, 이들 소분류를 다시 분류하면 총 42개의 직무가 도출되었다. 기계분야의 직무수준은 국가자격체제(KQF)의 수준체계와 자격 및 교육과정, 산업 현장의 직무별 수준을 반영하여 7단계로 구분하였다. 도출된 직무 체계를 바탕으로 직무군과 직무 정의를 제시하였으며, 각 직무별 정의와 직무별 수준별 수행기준을 도출하였다. 또한 개발된 직무체계와 국가기술자격 종목과의 연계실태를 분석하여 자격종목 개선방안을 제시하였다.

  • A full automatic interpretation of awake electroencephalogram (EEG) had been developed by the authors and presented at the past KACCs in series. The automatic EEG interpretation consists of four main parts: quantitative EEG interpretation, EEG report making, preprocessing of EEG data and adaptable EEG interpretation. The automatic EEG interpretation reveals essentially the same findings as the electroencephalographer's (EEG's), and then would be applicable in clinical use as an assistant tool for EEGer. The method had been developed through collaboration works between the engineering field (Saga University) and the medical field (Kyoto University). This work can be understood as an artificial realization of human expert skill. The procedure for the artificial realization was summarized in a methodology for artificial realization of human skill which will be applicable in other fields of systems control.

스노보드 시뮬레이터 운동 시 전문가와 비전문가의 하지 운동특성 분석 (Kinematic Study of Lower Extremity Movements in Unskilled and Expert Snowboarders During Snowboard Simulator Exercises)

  • In this study, joint angles of the lower extremity and tibial acceleration and angular velocity were measured during a snowboard simulator exercises in order to evaluate the skill of snowboarders. Ten unskilled and ten expert snowboarders were recruited for the study. A three-dimensional motion capture system and two inertial sensor modules were used to acquire joint movements, acceleration and angular velocity of the lower extremities during snowboard simulator exercises. Pattern variations were calculated to assess variations in the snowboard simulator motion of unskilled and expert snowboarders. Results showed that expert snowboarders showed greater range of motion in joint angles and greater peak to peak amplitude in acceleration and angular velocity for tibia than unskilled snowboarders. The unskilled snowboarders did not show symmetrical shape(same magnitude but opposite direction) in tibial angular velocity during two edge turns in snowboard simulator exercises. The expert snowboarders showed smaller pattern variations for joint angle of lower extremity, tibial acceleration and tibial angular velocity than unskilled snowboarders. Inertial sensor data and pattern variations during the snowboard simulator exercises could be useful to evaluate the skill of snowboarders.

  • This study was carried out to get an information on hotel Cook. We need to have a data, information and knowledge on Cook to improve a culinary art training program and working environment. This study was surveyed by 203 Cook to work for deluxe hotels at Bomun, Kyongju. The results were summarized as follows. 1. The great part (81.8%) of the Cook were a male, a half (53.2%) of the Cook were in their twenties or thirties. In academic background, 56.7% of the Cook graduated from senior high school and in career background, 44.4% of the Cook had under 5 years at food enterprise. 2. The almost of the Cook (83.3%) worked with restaurant for 8∼9 hours/day and 66.3% of the Cook earned a million won in a month. The higher grade Cook worked longer hours and earned more money than a lower grade one. 3. The most popular workplace of the male Cook were Western style restaurant, but one of the female Cook were a Korean style restaurant. 4. The Cook have 0.9 unit Cook qualification per one person and the most popular Cook qualification were a Western style culinary art. 5. A half of the Cook asserted their expert skill in Western style Cook, and a third Cook asserted their expert skill in Korean style Cook. 6. A great part of the Cook was unsatisfied with pay (49.2%), work environment (16.6%), human relation (10.4%), and if they have a chance of workplace transfer, 38.8% of the Cook wished to manage their one restaurant. 7. 66.5% of the Cook had a workplace transfer more than a time. The higher grade Cook had more chance to change workplace. Almost of the Cook had no chance to study a culinary art at overseas.

자동금형연마의 최적조건선정 전문가시스템 개발 (Development of Expert System for Optimal Condition of Automatic Die Polishing)

  • Generally, die polishing process occupies about 30 .approx. 50% of the whole die manufacturing time. However, die polshing has not been automated yet, since it needs a great deal of experience and skill. This study aims at development of an expert system for die polishing which gives such optimal parameters as tool and polishing conditions. Through experiments, polishing characteristics such as surface roughness, stock removal and scratch were analyzed quantitatively for each polishing tool, and a knowledge base for the expert system was established. Evaluation tests show that the developed system works well to suggest the optimal polishing conditions and it is very promising.
