This article presents a field evaluation of an IP-based architecture for heterogeneous environments that has been developed under the aegis of the Moby Dick project, covering UMTS-like (universal mobile telecommunications system) TD-CDMA (time division-code division multiple access) wireless access technology, wireless and wired LANs. The architecture treats all transmission capabilities as basic physical and data-link layers, and replaces all higher-level tasks by IP-based strategies. The Moby Dick architecture incorporates mobile IPv6, fast handovers, AAA-control (authentication, authorisation, accounting), charging and quality of service (QoS) in an integrated framework. The architecture further allows for optimised control on the radio link layer resources. It has been implemented and tested by expert users, and evaluated by real users on field trials with multiple services available.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the foodservice management practices in day care centers in order to provide basic information and guideline for development of foodservice facilities standard model and sanitation manuals. Basic survey and evaluation were done for 24 day-care centers categorized in four groups. General foodservice management practies, status of equipment, and hygienic conditions were evaluated. The results of the survey showed the followings: the cost of lunch and the cost of interim snack varied very much among each group; development of standard recipe as well as purchase of foods were not done by an expert; the hygienic condition of kitchens and dining-room needed more attention for improvement; the sanitary practies of employees showed potential problems; kitchen facilites were not standardized, especially only 20.8% of the facilities were equipped with the three-compartment sink, which was regarded as essential.

본 연구의 목적은 멀티미디어 데이터베이스의 개발 현황을 조사하고 멀티미디어 서비스 시장의 발전 경향을 조사함으로써 전문정보의 멀티미디어 데이터베이스 수요를 분석하는 것이다. 멀티미디어 데이터베이스의 개발현황을 파악하기 위하여 국내의 상용 멀티미디어 데이터베이스와 비상용 멀티미디어 데이터베이스의 분야별 재현형태별 분석을 하였다. 멀티미디어 서비스의 전망에 대한 분석을 위하여는 국내의 멀티미디어 전문가를 대상으로 멀티미디어 서비스의 환경, 시장, 이용자와 관련된 사항의 설문조사를 실시하였다.

The parameters of PID controller should be readjusted whenever system character change. In spite of a rapid development of control theory, this work needs much time and effort of expert. In this paper, to resolve this defect, after the sample of parameters in the changeable limits of system character is obtained, these parametrs are used as desired values of back propagation learning algorithm, also neural network auto tuner for PID controller is proposed by determing the optimum structure of neural network. Simulation results demonstrate that auto-tuning proper to system character can work well.

When a fault occurs on distribution network. blackout region may happen, then it should be restored as fast as possible to minimize interruption of electric service. In this paper. A near optimal method to restore distribution network is proposed. For an optimal restoration, the number or switching operations must be minimized. The proposed method generates a general restoration plan for any distribution network fault and designed to reduce switching operations considering available load transfers. In this method overall process time can reduce with heuristic rules, which make a reduction of search space before restoration process. To achieve a near optimal solution, multiple load transfer algorithm is proposed too.

Drew dividing management innovation business evaluation figure by manufacturing industry and service industry through leading study, gives weight by industry about drawn evaluation figure and must give estimation point of suitable level. This studies judge importance about evaluation figure by industry and consider priority order by evaluation figure using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) that use expert group and gave point.

To minimize the train operation interruptions and train exchanges, the RF transmission system is proposed. The current control room of the Seoul Metro has information of the train movement through the Total Traffic Control System, but it does not have information of the train itself, rail status, and other facilities' status. When some trouble occurs during train operation, the train crews should report the control room about the trouble and fix it. If the control room has exact information of the trouble, the expert in the control room can help the crews to fix the trouble swiftly and exactly. Since the crews are busy taking care of the trouble, they often miss to report the control room on time. The proposed RF transmission system relays the information of the train to the control room automatically in real time, and makes it possible to provide the passengers good service by reducing the train operation interruptions and train exchanges.

National technical qualification does not recognised degree of working-career in labor market and an industrial field situation. National qualification is supply to nurture expert manpower and accomplish of self-development and a duty accomplishment ability improvement at a side of personal. So, This study is purposed to find that a method for recognition of working-career on the national technical qualification system According to, this study is designed to questionnaire with BSC(Balaced ScoreCard), SEM(Structure Equation Model) with the delphi method, and is analysed using the AMOS 7.0 program package. Finally, This study is suggested growing to qualification standard for an examination a degree of master craftsman only under the change of national qualification systematization as a standard to operation and control.

This study has been performed to consider how to support to be effectively linked hiring of skilled human resources that were discharged through actually related education programs, as demand of they are recently being increased due to the expansion of the logistics market, and effort to train them is being propelled. That is associated with the Busan region, and field of logistics service is 3PL that is seriously considered the area of professional services at the last logistics market. Through the methodology of System dynamics, this study has been modeled about dynamic mechanism considered the growth of logistics marker and relation to employment, and has been estimated about ripple effect within logistics market of major policies related with them.
