기록관에서는 이용자의 요구사항에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 설계된 사용성이 높은 웹 기반 기록정보서비스를 제공할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 국가기록원 웹사이트 검색서비스의 사용성을 전문가 평가와 다양한 그룹의 이용자 대상 사용성 평가를 통해 분석하였고 이를 기반으로 개선방안을 제시하였다. 연구방법으로 문헌연구, 인터페이스 사용성 전문가 평가 중 하나인 휴리스틱 평가 및 이용자 대상 사용성 평가를 수행하였다. 전문가 평가 결과 정확성 영역에서 심각도가 가장 높았으며 에러대처 영역의 심각도가 가장 낮았다. 이용자 대상 사용성 평가에서는 이용자의 배경요인과 도움말 제공여부가 사용성에 영향을 준다고 가정하였다. 따라서 기록관리학 전공자, 웹/앱 개발자 및 그러한 배경요인이 없는 일반인 등 총 22명을 대상으로 사용성 평가를 실시하였다. 사용성 평가는 사전 설문조사, 5초테스트, 검색과업 수행 순으로 진행하였다. ISO 9241-11:2018의 사용성 구성요소인 효과성, 효율성, 만족도를 기준으로 분석을 진행한 결과 웹/앱 개발자의 검색 효과성이 가장 높았고 기록관리학 전공자의 경우 기록정보콘텐츠 검색에서만 효과성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 효율성에 있어 배경요인은 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났으며 검색도구에 익숙해질수록 효율성이 향상되었다. 도움말 제공은 효과성과 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 개선방안으로 이용자에게 익숙한 인터페이스와 검색기능의 제공, 도움말 지원의 확대, 일관성 있는 웹 인터페이스 제공을 제안하였다.

The Call Processing Language (CPL, in short), recommended in RFC 2824 of IETF, is a service description language for the Internet Telephony. The CPL allows users to define their own services, which dramatically improves the choice and flexibility of the users. The syntax of the CPL is strictly defined by DTD (Document Type Definition). However, compliance with the DTD is not a sufficient condition for correctness of a CPL script. There are enough rooms for non-expert users to make semantical mistakes in the service logic, which could lead to serious system down. In this paper, we present six classes of semantic warnings for the CPL service description: MF, IS, CR, AS, US, OS. For each class, we give the definition and its effects with an example script. These warnings are not necessarily errors. However, these warnings will help users to find ambiguity, redundancy and inconsistency in their own service description.

Objective: This study explores how pre-service teachers' knowledge changed in the field of movement education and the characteristics of the instruction they perceived during a 15-week course. Methods: The drawing of concept maps and interviews were used to discuss how pre-service teachers' knowledge changed and the characteristics of the course. Results: The results showed that the pre-service teachers interrelated concepts in a more systematic way, and the concepts they used were increased while master concepts were decreased, indicating that their knowledge changed in a far more hierarchical order after the class. Characteristics of the course that led to a change in their knowledge appeared under the proper guidance of a professor. This was well demonstrated by feedback and evaluation at the stage of planning instruction and simulation teaching. Conclusion/Implications: The study demonstrated that the proper guidance of a professor was a useful tool for fostering the professional development of pre-service teachers in regard to constructing knowledge in movement education.

Purpose: This study is as only basic research for the model Development of the New-Hanok Type Service Facilities in Apartment Housing, which is as a decisive factor used as a planning element for developing the model inherited tradition, There aimed at extracting the genetic factor of Korea's traditional architecture. Method: For this purpose, Consider the concept and regulations of the New-Hanok Type Service Facilities in Apartment Housing and examined the Domestic Application Status of the New-Hanok Type Service Facilities in Apartment Housing. It sets direction of the New-Hanok Type models development based on Expert advice and the literature, and was reviewed a primal reason system of Korea as an extraction base of genetic factors. Result: Then Through the framework of the vertical axis (the form), the horizontal axis (space), It extracted the genetic factors of the Korea Traditional Architecture, classified the genetic factors extracted as the structure(layout, construction, space), features, traditional beauty, investigated the content of the form representation and spatial meaning, and were characterized. Based on the result, It were comprehensive the genetic factors extracted as plan Elements for inheriting of the traditions.

Korea has gained the much more performances in the fields of pubic health laws and related policies on the basis of the substantial economic achievements. In 1977, the social medical insurance was established for companies with more than 500 employees, and in 1989, Korea successfully achieved the national medical insurance system covering the total population within only 12 years beginning with multiple insurers. There remained some problems, however, to be improved such as both the low level of contribution rates and benefit packages due to the inefficiency in utilizing limited medical resources. In 2000, all insurers were unified into a single insurer (National Health Insurance Corporation), and special independent Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service (HIRA) was also established. From the origin of medical insurance system in 1977, the Korean reimbursement system has been fee-for-service system, and after the establishment of HIRA, it has been providing objective and expert medical cost review services and health quality assessment services.

본 연구의 목적은 피부전문가들이 경험한 고객 불량행동이 감정부조화 및 서비스 사보타주에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구이다. 연구의 목적달성을 위해 서울. 경기지역 피부전문가 383명을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 분석방법은 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 이와 같은 연구절차를 거쳐 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 고객 불량행동이 감정부조화에 정적(+)상관관계가 나타났고, 감정부조화의 감정억제가 서비스사보타주에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose: This study investigates the use intention of artificial intelligence (AI) food service stores for senior customers, which are becoming a trend in the service industry. Research design, data and methodology: For the study, the extended technology acceptance model (TAM) and motivated consumer innovativeness (MCI) variables, proven by existing researchers, were used. In addition to the effect of motivated consumer innovativeness on customer value, we investigated the effect of customer value on trust and use intention. For the study, 520 questionnaires were distributed online by an expert survey agency. Data was verified through validity and reliability. Results: The analysis results of the research hypothesis verified that functionally motivated consumer innovativeness (fMCI), hedonically motivated consumer innovativeness (hMCI), and socially motivated consumer innovativeness (sMCI) all had positive effects on usefulness and enjoyment. Furthermore, usefulness had a statistically significant positive effect on trust, but perceived enjoyment did not; trust was found to positively affect the intention to use. Conclusions: We compared the moderating effects of seniors' gender and age (at 60) between groups. Although there was no moderating effect of age, it was verified that regarding the effect of usefulness on trust, the male group showed a greater influence than the female group.

사회의 여러 가지 공공문제가 부각될수록 공익광고의 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 또한 각 국가의 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화의 특성에 따라 공익광고의 주제가 다르며, 독특한 공익광고 운영체제를 갖추게 되었다. 본 연구는 한국과 중국의 정치, 사회, 문화 등의 차이로 인해 공익광고의 운영체제가 다를 것이라는 가정을 하게 되었다. 따라서 한국과 중국의 공익광고 운영 주체인 KOBACO와 CCTV에서 이루어지고 있는 공익광고 운영체제를 3가지 범주(공익광고 운영현황과 공익광고의 주제 및 공익광고 관리감독)로 구분하여 비교하였다. 문헌분석과 전문가 심층면접을 통해 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 이 자료에 근거하여 5가지 공익광고 발전정책을 제안하였다. 본 연구결과는 향후 한국과 중국의 공익광고 제작전략과 제도적 발전에 기여할 것이다.

Broadcasting telecommunication convergence service means a service where broadcasting and telecommunication converge. Recently with the advancement of technology, broadcasting telecommunication convergence service has been evolving to provide multimedia contents through various devices including wired and wireless network environment. Up to now, IPTV and smartphone-based convergence services have been dominant, but more developed and evolved technology and media will appear in the future. In order to derive the next generation broadcasting telecommunication convergence service supporting model, this study derives an evaluation model of broadcasting telecommunication convergence service and presents a case of evaluation of 30 demonstration projects supported by the Korean government from 2010 to 2014. In this study, we derive an evaluation model and evaluate the demonstration projects by reflecting the position of the main stake holders of service such as users, experts, and related organizational institutions, away from the existing simple service evaluation method. Expert questionnaire used AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method, and the evaluation results were divided into upper and lower groups to provide key implications by a gap analysis. From this analysis this study suggests guidelines for next generation broadcasting telecommunication service support projects. The next generation broadcasting convergence service business should be based on open platform type in terms of service type. In terms of service media, it should be centered on open devices such as smart phones and smart TVs. In terms of types of business responsibilities, it should be led by public organizations and it is necessary to increase the fund matching ratio by at least 62% when the private sector participates.

본 연구의 목적은 업무현장에서 다양한 경험을 하고 있는 특수경비원들이 현재 인지하고 있는 문제점들을 바탕으로 특수경비업무의 발전방안을 모색하는데 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 특수경비업무에 10년 이상 종사하고 있는 현장전문가 7명에게 면담조사를 실시하여 자료를 분석하였다. 특수경비업무를 몸소 수행하고 있는 특수경비원들은 특수경비업무의 발전방안을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 현재의 특수경비원 신임교육 제도는 특수경비업무 실무와 관련된 교과목으로 재편성하여 60시간 정도의 교육프로그램으로 개선이 요구된다. 둘째, 특수경비원 직무교육도 국가에서 관할하는 교육기관을 통하여 3개월에 9시간의 교육프로그램으로 전환하여 시행하되 교육이수여부관리에 중점을 두는 것이 적합하다. 셋째, 특수경비원들에게는 실무에서 필요로 하는 교육프로그램과 능력 있고 전문적인 강사진을 통한 분야별 양질의 교육이 진행되어져야 한다. 넷째, 경비업법에 규정되어 있는 특수경비원의 정년은 사회적 환경을 고려하여 상향조정되어져야 할 것이다. 다섯째, 특수경비업체와 경찰 서로간의 인식전환이 필요하다. 여섯째, 특수경비업무와 관련한 발전방안과 특수경비원들의 권익보호를 할 수 있는 특수경비협회의 창설이 요구되어진다.
