한국의 교통유도경비 도입방안 -교과과정을 중심으로- (The introduction of Traffic Inducement Security System in Korea - Centering on Curriculums -)

  • 도로점용공사를 비롯 각종 공사구간은 주변의 혼잡을 가중시키고 차량과 통행자들의 불편을 증가시키며 교통사고의 위험도를 증가시키는 중요한 요인이 되어 인명피해 사고가 발생하기도 한다. 또한 대형다중이용시설을 이용하기 위한 차량 및 이용자들로 인한 교통지체는 막대한 경제적 손실을 가져온다. 현재 공사장 등에 대한 교통안전체계를 위한 관련법규 제정되어 있으나 실효성 미비로 인명 사고 및 지체로 인한 경제적 손실 지속적 발생되고 있다. 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 선진국에서 시행하고 있는 교통유도경비(일본), 교통통제관제 (캐나다, 미국 등)의 제도 도입은 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 외국의 선진사례를 분석하여 현행 한국의 현황을 살펴보고 한국에 적합한 교통유도경비의 도입방안을 제시하는데 있다. 교통유도경비의 자격은 일정한 교육과 시험을 통과한 교통유도경비원에게 1급, 2급, 기술사를 부여하는 것이 바람직하다. 또한, 법제도를 개정하여 도로상의 공사와 혼잡한 장소 등에 있어서는 교통유도경비의 자격증을 가진 사람에 한하여 의무적으로 설치할 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다. 교육시간에 이론교육은 기본교육과 전문교육이 포함되어야 한다. 기본교육에는 법규의 이해, 직무의 이해 등이 포함되어야 하고 전문교육에서는 교통관리, 안전교육, 교통사고의 이해, 교통통제시설물의 조작, 사고시 처리방법 등을 실무교육에서는 현장에서의 교통유도업무(수신호, 안전물설치, 교통사고 처리, 응급처치 등)등이 포함된다.

The Multicultural Education in Korea: A Comparative Study of Korea & Canada's Multicultural Education

  • Using the observation technique and in-depth interview, the current study compared various aspects of multicultural education between Korea and Canada and suggested the direction Korea's multicultural education needs to take. As a part of class curriculum, the researcher interviewed the representative of Ansan Foreign Center (AFC) and the president of the Kosian's House, a NGO for multicultural educations. The observations and experiences of the researcher were also used in this study. The results of the current study are as follows. First, multicultural education is provided for the minority group in Korea, whereas multiculturalism is included and taught for every student in Canada. In addition, the current multicultural education of Korea focuses on language and culture acquisition to help the students to adjust. Canada, on the other hand, focuses on accepting other cultures and ethnic equality, creating both identities as their ethnic origin and as Canadians. Second, in language educations, both countries had students enrolled in lower school years than their age. However, the differences occurred in terms of emotional support and availability of expert teachers. Third, comparing teacher's attitude towards multicultural education, Korean teachers were not free from perceiving the multicultural student as 'different', whereas Canadian teachers have been taught since little to consider multicultural students as Canadians, but accept their ethnic backgrounds. Based on the results, the current study suggested multicultural education program for the majority group, increase in number of expert language teachers and teaching assistants, and an education program to teach multiculturalism as part of an identity of humankind. The limitations and suggestions for future studies were provided afterwards.

  • The purpose of this study is to allow all of the instructors including field instructors to understand relation between school education and computer, generalize and analyze basic data required to acquire basic knowledge to help utilizing the computer for education and seek for understanding. This study intented to present a method to activate computer education focused on utilization education at the elementary education stage. Accordingly, those computer educations on middle/high schools and universities and through social educations have been excluded from the object of the study. In order to conduct fruitful computer education, several supporting systems should be equipped completely such as teachers, facilities, software, etc. Especially, practical experience of using computer is the most important element in the computer education, every school should be equipped with computers to prepare for its generalization. Roles of the teachers have also very important influence on it. Research and development of education software require expert knowledge and enormous time and effort and the developed software should be followed by the systematic evaluation on its quality.

국내 소프트웨어 산업 지원 방안에 대한 연구

  • In recent, internal IT industries are suffering a severe pain due to stagnancy of business activities. Particularly, internal software industries are losing international competitiveness. As to solve this problems, the paper is studied about political plans for supporting internal software industries. The paper has two important topics which are enlarged plan of domestic demand and supplement of the expert personnel in internal software industries. The paper consists of three parts: one is plan which prevents for using illegal softwares, another is problems which is related to publication of expert programming books, and the other is If educations of governmental leading. The paper suggests realistic price of softwares, powerful inspection about illegal softwares as governmental leading, and continuous public relations for changing consumers'awareness.

  • 본 연구는 재무 및 경영에 대한 지식에 대해 체계적인 교육을 습득한 전문 기술자, 연구원들이 자신이 본래 가지고 있던 전문지식의 가치를 높임으로써 개인의 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위한 것으로써 이를 위해 균형성과표(BSC : Balanced Score Card)를 활용하여 개인의 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하고자 하였다. 결과를 분석해 보면, 기술직이나 연구직에 종사한 전문기술자들, 연구원들이 재무 및 경영에 대한 지식이 체계적인 교육과정을 통해 자신이 가지고 있는 전문지식에 대한 가치를 높임으로써 개인의 성과요인(학습과 성장, 고객, 내부프로세스)에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 연구에서는 국내에서 출현율이 높은 40 여종의 호기성 세균화상을 중심으로 실무에 필요한 전문가용 자료와 교육에 필요한 자료를 담은 실용적인 세균동정 화상 데이터베이스를 구축하였다. 구축된 시스템은 세균동정에 필요한 전문가의 축적된 경험과 지식을 체계화시킨 것으로 초보자도 쉽게 이용할 수 있어서 동정 과정상의 시행착오 배제에 의한 동정 효율의 극대화를 기할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 동정결과에 대한 신뢰도를 높일 수 있어서 환자의 검사 결과 처리에 걸리는 시간과 경비를 상대적으로 경감시킬 수 있다. 그리고 업무 진행과정상에서 새로운 세균에 대한 정보를 추가 등록할 수 있어서 임상병리사의 평생교육이 가능하게 되어 의료 질의 제고에 기여할 수 있다. 또한 실제 진단검사의학과에서 전문 인력의 기술 보완으로 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • The school system of fisheries high school was proper to specialist objective school system in order to training for expert human resource development.Training a field of human resources development from fisheries high school is fallow; fisheries production, seamen's training, ship engine and refrigerator, marine electronic telecommunication and information, fisheries foods production and fisheries foods production and distribution, fishery fisheries self-management, marine distribution, management and conservation of marine environment, safety and marine prevention of disasters, apparatus of marine development, under water area development.A new department opening and each department was revised toward to department name and department character. The unit-lesson hour of curriculum according to specialist objective school system of fisheries and marine highschool was revised. professional subject 98 unit-lesson hour(52%), normality subject 90 unit-lesson hour(48%), and educational activity of professional subject 10unit-lesson hour, total training activity 10 unit-lesson hour. And the special objective school system need to revise curriculum of 208 total unit-lesson hour.

공업계 고등학교 학생의 장독립·장의존 인지양식과 기술적 문제해결과의 관계 (The relationship between a cognitive styles and a technological problem solving among the industrial high school students)

  • The purpose of this study is to contemplate the relationship between a cognitive styles(field-independence/dependence, Fl/D)and a technological problem solving(TPS) among the industrial high school students. When it comes to perception, remembrance and consideration, we all have our own individual and steady patterns. We call them cognitive styles. FI/D is one kind of cognitive styles and it is about how dependently we perceive the field which each object has. Custer(1995) presented the technological problem among problem solving existed in various types as organizing it with four conceptional frames, which are invention, design, trouble shooting and procedures. We tested 56students belong to B industrial high school in A city, Korea. We used Group Embedded Figures Test(GEFT) to experiment the FI/D cognitive styles. We also did the TPS test by using an appliance which a researcher has developed. The appliance was made according to the technological problem and its validity was justified by an expert. We came up with a correlation coefficient between the FI/D cognitive styles and TPS to figure out what kind of relationship those two variable factors have and how much they are correlated each other. The correlation coefficient turned out ".59" which means they have significant and positive correlation.To find out the TPS difference between FI group and FD group, we compared each group's TPS score. As a result of the analysis, the FI group's TPS score is significantly higher than FD group's one.

전문계 고등학생을 위한 직업기초능력 프로그램 및 e-Learning 콘텐츠 개발 연구 -대인관계능력을 중심으로- (The Development of Job Basic Skill Program and e-Learning Contents for Vocational High School Students)

  • 본 연구는 직업교육의 내실화를 위하여 교수 학습능력 신장에 기초가 되는 직업기초능력 향상 프로그램 및 콘텐츠 개발에 그 목적이 있다. 이는, 관련문헌 분석, 전문가 협의회 등을 통해 직업기초능력 영역 중 e-Learning 콘텐츠로 개발하였을 때 효과적일 것으로 관련전문가들이 합의한 대인관계 능력을 개발하였다. 대인관계능력은 업무를 수행함에 있어 접촉하는 사람들과 원만하게 지낼수 있는 능력으로 이 연구에서는 대인관계 개요, 협동능력, 리더십능력, 갈등관리, 협상능력, 고객서비스능력으로 프로그램을 구성하여, 실사례를 중심으로 한 문제해결능력 향상에 초점을 두고, 동영상과 시뮬레이션, 게임 등의 멀티미디어적 전략을 활용하여 e-Learning 콘텐츠를 개발하였다.

시뮬레이션 교육에서 간호학생의 의사소통능력 측정도구의 신뢰도와 타당도 검증 (Reliability and Validity of the Assessment Tool for Measuring Communication Skills in Nursing Simulation Education)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to test whether Health Communication Assessment Tool (HCAT) developed by Campbell et al. in 2013 can be applied to assess Korean nursing students' communication skills in simulation education. Methods: The content validity of the Korean version of HCAT (K-HCAT) was evaluated through expert's assessment and a principal component analysis was conducted for testing construct validity. The convergent validity was tested by measuring relationship between the K-HCAT and those of existing communication assessment tool for standardized patient instruction. The evaluation was done by surveying 154 senior students from four different nursing colleges. Results: The K-HCAT was condensed into 15 items from the original 22 HCAT items. Four factors were extracted from the principal component analysis; factor loadings ranged from .50 to .83; cumulative explained variance was 62.65%. Four factors were entitled as 'relationship building', 'empowering', 'empathy/response', and 'education/feedback'. Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ for sub-dimensions ranged from .73 to .84. An evaluation of convergent validity showed that the scores of the K-HCAT were moderately correlated with those of an assessment tool for standardized patient instruction. Conclusion: The K-HCAT can be used as an effective tool for assessing nursing students' communication skills in various kinds of simulation educations Further research is needed to test the consistency of the K-HCAT.
