고등학생의 진로체험 유형과 부모지지가 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Career Experiential Learning and Parental Support on Career Maturity of High School Students)

  • 본 연구는 고등학생 진로성숙도를 함양하기 위하여 진로체험 유형과 부모지지가 진로성숙도 하위영역인 태도적 차원(진로계획성, 직업태도, 진로독립성)과 능력적 차원(자기이해, 진로탐색)에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 최근 1년 이내에 진로체험 프로그램에 참여한 경험이 있는 고등학교 1~3학년을 대상으로 온라인을 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, 최종 290명을 분석에 사용하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로성숙도의 태도적 차원인 진로계획성은 대화형, 견학 방문형 경험을 한 경우, 직업태도과 진로독립성 수준은 대화형, 견학 방문형, 현장체험형 경험을 한 경우 높게 나타났다. 능력적 차원인 자기이해와 진로탐색은 이론형, 대화형, 견학 방문형 경험이 있는 경우 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 진로관련 부모지지인 정서적, 정보적, 물질적 지지와 진로성숙도의 모든 하위영역은 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 셋째, 진로체험 유형이 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향력을 살펴본 결과, 대화형과 견학 방문형은 태도적 차원(진로계획성, 직업태도, 진로독립성)과 능력적 차원(자기이해, 진로탐색) 모두 진로성숙에 유의한 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이론형은 능력적 차원에 영향을 끼치는 요인으로 나타났다. 다음으로 부모지지를 투입하여 체험유형과 부모지지가 진로성숙에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 살펴본 결과, 정서적 지지가 진로탐색을 제외한 모든 진로성숙의 하위영역에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 정보적 지지는 진로계획성, 진로독립성, 진로탐색에 물질적 지지는 직업태도, 자기이해, 진로탐색에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 고등학생 진로성숙도의 하위 역량을 함양하기 위한 진로체험 프로그램의 핵심 구성과 실행에 의미 있는 정보적 역할을 하며, 부모지지와 연계한 실천적 측면을 강조하는 진로교육 운영지침에 유용한 자료로 제공될 것이다.

중학교 환경 교과서의 질문방략 (A Comparison of Questioning Styles in Middle School Environmeotology Textbook)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the questioning styles in middle school environmentology textbook In terms of frequency, type, and placement of questions. It was also to analyse and to compare the kinds of scientific inquiry processes elicited by the questions in the topics of textbooks. The instrument was the Textbook Questing Strategies Assessment Instrument (TQSAI) developed the Cooperative Teacher Preparation Project, University of California. The average number of Questions per topic was only 1.09 and the ratio of questions to sentences was 2.5%. Most of questions were in explanatory place(75%). Nearly 90% of experienced questions types were reasoning or application. The frequencies of non-experiential question were higher than those of experiential question. In action, there were much kinds of question-styles.

The Tidal Flat Environments and Experiential Learning Program of Southwest Coast, Korea

  • Ecosystems of the southwestern tidal flats in Korean peninsula have been seriously injured by human activities. The results are mainly due to the lack of public recognition and education on tidal flats. In particular, thoughtless visitors in tidal flats are giving rise up damages because of non-systematic experience programs to tidal flat ecosystems. Therefore, experience programs friendly to natural tidal flats are necessary as a plan to reserve tidal flats and to enhance the effects of environment education on the flats. Experience learning programs on tidal flats can divide into direct experience, indirect experience and local society works. Direct experience work must undergo tidal flats directly and consider on forming the flats with natural refinement functions. Indirect experience includes deeper knowledge on role, circumstance and ecosystems of the flats on the bases of direct experience on the flats. In addition, local society learning must have the feeling and understanding on socio-cultural characteristics of local society itself through above two works. Experience activity would be a kind of injuring one to tidal flats. However, appropriately planned experience and education works on tidal flats could be sustainable development to attract desirable human activity on coastal ecosystems.

초등학교 안전체험교육 공간 운영 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Operations of School Safety Experience Education Space)

  • 본 연구는 초등학생들에게 체험을 통한 안전교육을 일상적이고 반복적으로 제공하여 안전행동을 습관화하고 위기상황에 대응하는 능력을 제공하기 위해 학교 안전체험교육 공간 운영에 필요한 방안을 제시하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 전라북도 내 안전체험교육 공간 여건과 타시도 사례를 조사하여 학교 안전체험교육 공간을 운영하기 위한 요소로서 장소 및 규모, 체험장 및 거점운영 등을 도출하였다. 이에 대한 적정성을 밝히기 위하여 해당지역의 교사들을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였다. 분석결과 학교 안전체험교육 공간 운영으로 장소와 규모에 있어서 교실 2실 정도를 활용하되 학교 형편에 따라 복도, 다목적실, 체육관 등 다양한 장소를 모색해야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 체험장은 초등학생 맞춤형으로 운영하되 전문적 시설이나 대규모를 요구하는 경우는 전문 안전체험시설을 이용해야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 효율적인 운영을 위하여 거점 학교는 타학교 학생들의 접근이 용이한 곳에 위치하여야 하고 충분한 공간이 있는 학교가 선정되기를 바라고 있었다.

구성주의적 사회과교육을 위한 웹기반 가상공간에서의 경험학습방안 (The Study of Experiential Learning on Web-Based Cyberspace for Constructive Education of Social Studies)

  • 본 연구는 구성주의적 관점에서 사회과교육을 효율적으로 실현하기 위한 방안으로서 웹기반 가상공간에서 경험학습방안을 검토하였다. 구성주의적 관점에서 사회과교육은 인지적 구성주의에서 사회문화적 구성주의로, 사회문화적 구성주의에서 인지적 구성주의로, 공동구성주의로 이행되는 것이 사회과교육의 목적 내지 목표와 부합될 수 있다. 구성주의적 사회과교육의 목적 내지 목표를 실현할 교수-학습활동을 위해 웹활용 교육(Web-Based Instruction)은 효과적인 환경을 제공할 수 있다. 웹활용교육은 자칫하면 학습자가 수동적으로 될 위험성이 있으므로 교수-학습활동이 비구성적으로 되지 않도록 해야할 것이다. 구성주의 관점에서 사회과교육을 효과적으로 실현하기 위한 학습의 현장으로서 웹기반 가상공간은 특히 지역학습을 위한 장으로서 매우 유용하여 활용할 가치가 증대되며, 실제로 그 지역에 가지 않고서 답사와 조사를 할 수 있어 경험학습의 장으로 활용하기에 좋다.

체험형 패션 매장 내 체험적 요소가 점포 애착을 매개로 소비자 충성도에 미치는 영향 -패션 혁신성의 조절효과를 중심으로- (Effects of Experience Factors in Experiential Fashion Store on Consumer Loyalty Mediated by Store Attachment -Focusing on the Moderating Role of Fashion Innovativeness-)

  • As more consumers have turned to online shopping since the COVID-19 pandemic, communication through offline channels has also entered a new phase. Young consumers recognize offline channels as a play space for enjoying various experience elements. Applying Pine and Gilmore's (1998) experiential economy theory, this study initially explores the structure of experience factors in the context of experiential fashion stores (RQ1). Next, we investigate the effect of experience factors on consumer loyalty by mediating store attachment (RQ2). In addition, the moderating effect of fashion innovativeness was verified (RQ3). This survey targeted members of the MZ generation who have visited experiential fashion stores. A total of 225 survey responses were analyzed using AMOS 22.0 and SPSS 26.0. First, as a result of factor analysis, the experience factors of experiential fashion stores were classified into education, escapism, and aesthetic entertainment. Secondly, as a result of structural equation modeling (SEM), all three experience factors positively affected store attachment, and increased attachment positively enhanced consumer loyalty. Finally, as a result of multigroup SEM analysis, consumers with low fashion innovativeness considered educational experience as an important factor in inducing store attachment, while consumers with high fashion innovativeness value escapism and aesthetic entertainment experiences.

전통식품 기호증진을 위한 초등학생용 미각교육교재 및 지도서 개발 (Development of a Sensory Education Textbook and Teaching Guidebook for Preference Improvement toward Traditional Korean Foods in Schoolchildren)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a textbook and teaching guidebook on sensory education for lower grade students at elementary schools. The goal of sensory education was to improve preferences for traditional Korean foods. An advisory committee was organized that was composed of 8 professionals in the education field, in order to discuss the adequacy and validity of the textbook's content. The textbook's units consisted of three parts composed of the following: 'feel by the five senses' (2 lessons), 'enjoying traditional Korean foods' (9 lessons), and 'eating together' (1 lesson). The lesson activities were based on experiential learning. The teacher's guidebook contained an overview of the education process, with specific information and practical guidelines for each lesson. Ninety-seven children in 3rd grade from one school participated in a pilot lesson, which evaluated the educational effects and satisfaction. After the lesson, the children had improved preferences for foods which were taught about in the class, along with better eating attitudes. These results reflect that the developed materials were suitable for improving children's preferences toward traditional Korean foods.

대여 한복에 대한 연구 - 2006년과 2016년 시장과 소비자 변화를 중심으로 - (A study on the rental Hanbok - Focusing on the market and consumer changes between 2006 and 2016 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate changes in the rental Hanbok market and consumer during the past 10 years. This study was done by analyzing internet news about rental Hanbok and in-depth interview. The results provide basic data that can be used to understand the rental Hanbok market. Results showed the followings: First, the rental Hanbok market has expanded and consists of two types of rental Hanbok; ceremonial and experiential. The experiential Hanbok is new but a big part in rental Hanbok market. It is not existed until 2007 but it accounted for more than 60% of internet news about rental Hanbok in 2016. Second, there is a significant difference in consumer behavior between the two types of rental Hanbok. Ceremonial Hanbok showed consistent consumer behavior between 2006 and 2016. Consumer want to get benefits such as TPO(occasion suitability), economy, exhibition, trendy and exceptionality through renting Hanbok. On the other hand, experiential Hanbok, consumers are motivated by having unique, conformity and sharing memories. Based on these results, different sets of information reveal the unique features of the two types of rental Hanbok. And also needed to develop new designs and marketing strategies for them.

The effects of Dessert Cafe Franchise's Experiential value on Lovemarks and Brand loyalty: Focusing on the Control Variables by Structural Equation Model

  • Purpose - this research is to examine the relationship between Franchise's experiential value, lovemarks, respectful recognition, and brand loyalty focusing on the control variables. Control variables such as age, occupation, education, monthly income, and kinds of restaurant are included to measure influence on these as well. Research, design, data, and methodology - 500 questionnaires were distributed from June 10th to July 10th, 2017. 225 respondents were totally included in this analysis using SPSS and AMOS program. In order to test hypothesis, factor analysis and reliability verification firstly were employed, and then covariance structure analysis was used. Results - Empirical results are as followed. First, it can be mentioned that the esthetics of dessert cafe is analyzed to have a positive effect on the perception of love and respectful perception. Second, playfulness has a positive effect on perception of love. Third, respect perception has a positive effect on brand loyalty. When variables such as age, occupation, education, monthly income, and restaurant type were used as control variables, only monthly income had a significant effect on respect recognition. This shows that the control variable has a significant effect on the causal relationship of the variables. Conclusions - In summary, it can be stated that it is necessary for marketers to establish marketing strategies in order to boost customers' experiential value such as esthetics of franchise and also to strengthen lovemarks for respectful recognition and brand loyalty.

Constructionarium: Turning Theory Into Practice

  • Constructionarium Ltd is a not-for-profit organisation which delivers a residential, experiential, immersive learning opportunity to university students from across the built environment education sector. Since 2002, the Constructionarium education model has been available to students in engineering, construction management and architecture at a purpose built, 19-acre multi-disciplinary training facility in Bircham Newton, England simulating real site life and reflecting site processes, practices and health and safety requirements. The unique approach of Constructionarium puts experiential learning and sustainability at the heart of everything. In a week, students develop a practical understanding of the construction process, develop transferable skills, build a team and are exposed to the latest in sustainable technologies. Experiential learning is what differentiates a Constructionarium project from regular field trips or site visits. At Constructionarium the focus is on learning by participation rather than learning through theory or watching a demonstration. The projects cannot be replicated in a classroom or on campus. Using the hands-on construction of scaled down versions of iconic structures from around the world, students learn that it requires the involvement of the whole construction team to successfully complete their project. Skills such as communication, planning, budgeting, time management and decision making are woven into a week-long interrelationship with industry professionals, academic mentors and trades workers. Working together to enhance transferable skills brings the educational environment into the reality of completing an actual construction project handled by the students. Constructionarium has used this transformational learning model to educate thousands of students from all over the United Kingdom, Europe and Asia. Texas A&M University in the United States has sent multiple teams of students from its Department of Construction Science every operational year since 2016.
