비대면 패션·뷰티 공연의 체험요인이 지각된 가치를 매개로 고객만족에 미치는 영향 (The effect of experience factors of untact fashion·beauty performances on customer satisfaction through perceived value)

  • 본 연구는 Pine과 Gilmore(1998)의 체험경제이론(4E's) 이론을 바탕으로 비대면 패션·뷰티 공연의 체험요인(오락적 체험, 심미적 체험, 일탈적 체험, 교육적 체험)이 지각된 가치를 매개로 고객만족에 미치는 영향에 관하여 분석하였다. 2020년 비대면으로 서울에서 성공적으로 진행된 제15회 '아시아모델페스티벌' 패션·뷰티 공연 관람객을 대상으로 총 230부의 설문지를 배포 및 회수하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 통계분석 방법으로 SPSS 21.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하였고, 유의수준 p<.05에서 가설검증을 하였다. 연구 결과, 비대면 패션·뷰티 공연의 체험요인이 지각된 가치와 고객만족에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 지각된 가치는 고객만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 매개변수인 지각된 가치는 체험요인이 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같이 실증분석을 연구함으로써 실무적인 측면의 시사점을 제시하고 실무자 및 관련 연구에 참고할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하였다. 하지만 향후 연구에서는 이 연구에서 다루지 못한 변수들의 연구를 통해 학문적 발전에 기여해야 할 것이고, 다양한 비대면 공연을 대상으로 한 연구가 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

무용의 세대별 체험유형에 따른 지각된 가치와 재미에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Perceived Value and Enjoyment of Dance According to Experience Types by Generation)

  • 본 연구 목적은 세대를 M세대, Z세대로 나누어 무용을 통한 체험, 가치, 재미에 대한 각각의 공통점과 차이점을 분석하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 MZ세대의 특성을 구체적으로 확인하였고, 다양한 체험 요소를 통해 지각된 가치와 재미 요인의 관계를 검증하여 무용이 성장할 수 있는 시사점을 제시하였다. 연구 대상은 무용을 체험하였거나 무용 수업에 참여 경험이 있는 자를 표본으로 하였다. 설문조사는 2024년 5월 1일부터 5월 30일까지 하였다. 가설의 검증은 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중회귀분석, 차이분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, MZ세대는 무용의 교육적 체험과 심미적 체험이 가치에 영향이 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, MZ세대는 무용의 교육적 체험과 심미적 체험이 재미에 영향이 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 체험 요인에서 MZ세대의 차이점은 오락적 체험, 교육적, 심미적, 일탈적 체험에서 차이가 나타났다. 넷째, 가치 요인에서 MZ세대의 차이점은 예술적 가치에서 차이가 나타났다. 다섯째, 재미 요인에서 MZ세대의 차이점은 성취감에서 차이가 나타났다. 마지막으로, MZ세대의 공통점은 가치 요인에서 신체적, 정서적, 사회문화적 가치로 나타났다. 재미 요인에서는 신체정신적 재미와 사회적 함양으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 무용에 대한 세대별 차이 연구를 통하여 무용이 단순한 예술 형식을 넘어 사회적, 문화적 가치를 제공하는 중요한 수단임을 확인하였고, 차별화된 경쟁력을 통하여 성장할 가능성을 제시하였다.

임상치과위생사들의 일가치감 및 그 결정요인에 관한 연구 (A study on perceived value of work among the clinical dental hygienists and its determinants)

  • This study, to investigate the state of PVW among the clinical dental hygienists and its determinants, has polled 322 clinical dental hygienists working in Daegu, Kyung buk province, and Ulsan. Data were collected by self-administrated questionnaire. A SPSS 12.0 for Windows was used for statistical analysis. The obtained results were as follows: 1. The average of PVW among the respondents was 3.43. 2. The area average of PVW determinants was as follows; job significance, 3.31, process efficiency, 3.42, product usefulness, 3.32, vision realizability, 3.53, social recognition, 3.23 and the total average, 3.36. 3. The married have higher PVW than the unmarried in all areas(p=.012, p=.008, p=.036, p=.007). 4. As for working experience, in the case of perceived self value, those having 1~2 years experience have the highest PVW(p=.000), apart from perceived self value, those having over 6 years experience have the highest PVW in all areas(p=.015, p=.001, p=.002). Relating to the task, those working in the patient consulting and managing part have the highest PVW, relating to the annual salary, those having over 25 million won have the highest PVW(p=.000, p=.000, p=.001, p=.000). 5. The relationship between PVW and PVW determinants, in all respects, is meaningful, so it was found that the higher determinants are, the higher PVW is. 6. The whole explanation variate of PVW determinants was meaningful in PVW, perceived self value, value fulfillment emotion, respectively representing 38.8%, 55.6%, 61.5%(pE.001). PVW of clinical dental hygienists should be considered as a significant criterion of indivisual and organizational effectiveness. To improve effectually PVW of the clinical dental hygienists, there is need to establish culture in a system of hospital that redound to their social recognition.

The Role of Brand Page Experiences on Consumer Engagement in Social Media

  • This study develops and empirically tests a comprehensive model of consumers' brand page experiences that illuminates dynamics among perceived values (practical value, stimulation, enjoyment, and social identification), brand page engagement dimensions (cognitive engagement, affective engagement, and behavioral engagement) and brand loyalty. An online survey was employed for data collection. We collected 358 usable responses for data analysis. Structural equation modeling results show that three dimensions of perceived values (practical value, perceived enjoyment, and social identification) positively affect brand engagement dimensions, while perceived stimulation affects affective engagement only. As for the roles of brand page engagement, affective and behavioral engagement positively influence brand loyalty. This study demonstrates how consumers' perceived values of brand page experience influence each dimension of brand page engagement and how each dimension has a different impact on brand loyalty. The results of this study provide substantive contributions to the consumers' brand page experience and engagement literature and brand page management on social media for developing brand loyalty.

국선도 수련 노인의 양생 체험 (Lived Experience of Yangsaeng Exercise through Kouk-Sun-Do among Korean Elderly)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide understanding of the meaning of 'Yangsaeng' through lived experience of the elderly who practiced Kouk-Sun-Do. Methods: A hermeneutic phenomenological methodology developed by Max van Manen was adopted. The data were collected from the interviews and observations on the actual experience of 9 people who were over 65 years old and practiced Kouk-Sun-Do from August to December 2006. Results: The essential themes were discovered as 'body in comfort', 'spouting vigor', 'improving selfconfidence', 'developing one's mind', 'setting oneself in order', 'being aware of the value of Kouk-Sun-Do', 'recognizing importance of value of getting along' Conclusion: Therefore, practicing "Kouk-Sun-Do" is a suitable exercise for the elderly, as an effective nursing interventions for improving the quality of life of older people.

내러티브에 기반한 교육과정 장학 모형 개발의 예비적 탐색 (Preliminary Study of Developing the Curriculum Supervision Model Based on the Narrative)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the model of curriculum supervision that can substantialize the educational value by studying actual condition and problems of present curriculum supervision. And this study focuses on reciprocal actions based on communication and dialogs. As the model of supervision mentioned above, this research proposes the supervision model of curriculum based on narrative. We need to move the view point of bureaucratic administrative supervision to new vision. For the supervision matched with this new approach, the teachers' experience has to be reinforced by dialogs and communication between school members and the person in charge of supervision in the mood of respect. The educative value of school can be recovered by the narrative through interaction, respecting school members' experience and meanings in their life according to personal practical knowledge based on teacher's experience, forming the school community by mutual communication, and constructing school culture coping with change of new environment.

몽골 유가공 체험관광 잠재수요 추정 (Estimation of Potential Demand for Dairy Processing Experience Tourism in Mongolia)

  • Dairy processing experience tourism, that combines production, processing, and services, can be a good alternative to increase added value in Mongolian livestock industry. In addition, in order to successfully pursue this, it is necessary to first identify consumers' potential demand for the experience tourism and the factors affecting demand. Accordingly, this study estimated consumers' potential demand for dairy processing experience tourism using data from 758 people obtained through an online survey targeting Ulaanbaatar residents. As a result of the estimation, it was found that the variables that affect potential demand are the experience fees, average monthly household income, gender, age, arol consumption, and education level. The potential demand for dairy processing experience tourism was measured by multiplying the population of Ulaanbaatar by the estimated probability of accepting the experience tourism, and the total revenue was maximum at 32.303 million Tuk when the experience fee was 50,000 Tuk. The implications based on the analysis results are that, in order to promote participation in the experience tourism, it is necessary to promote it primarily to people with high average monthly household income, high level of education, younger age groups, and male. It can be said that preference is high and sufficient potential demand exists, but it is suggested that appropriate setting of experience fees is important.

CoffeeSERV측정모형을 활용한 커피전문점 서비스품질의 가치지각, 고객만족, 행동의도의 영향관계 연구: 조절초점동기의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Impacts of the Service Quality of Coffee Shop Adapting the CoffeeSERV on Customer's Perceived Value, Customer Satisfaction, Behavioral Intention: Focusing on Regulatory Focus Theory)

  • Purpose - This study examined the relationship between service quality, perceived value, customer satisfaction and behavioral intention of coffee shop using CoffeeSERV scale. In this model, CoffeeSERV scale consists of fundamental characteristics, physical environment, confidence, beverage characteristics, and representation factors. In particular, this study tried to demonstrate the moderating effect of customer's regulatory focus orientation among in the relationships between service quality, perceived value, customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. Research design, data, and methodology - This study intends to expand the existing service quality research by using the coffee shop service quality measurement tool developed by domestic researchers. I wanted to find some implications for the trend. In particular, this study applied the regulatory focus theory to identify individual differences of customers regulatory focusing motivation. In order to verify several hypotheses, the data were 227 college students and analyzed with SPSS/PC 21.0 and SmartPLS 3 program. The moderating role of customer's regulatory focusing motivation was tested using multi-group analysis with SmartPLS 3 program. Results - The resutls are as follows. First, the fundamental characteristic factors only had a significant influence on the utilitarian value perception, but in the hedonic value perception, all other service factors except for the beverage characteristic had a statistically significant effect. Second, utilitarian and hedonic value had significant effects on customer satisfaction. Third, customer satisfaction had a significant effect on behavioral intention. Finally, the regulatory focus orientation played a moderating role in the relationship between beverage characteristic - utilitarian value, representation - utilitarian value, fundamental characteristic - hedonic value, physical environment - hedonic value, confidence - hedonic value, and utilitarian value - behavioral intention. Conclusions - The results of this study show that the various service quality factors that make up the CoffeeSERV scale have different effects on utilitarian and hedonic value. This means that perceived benefits from product and service experience have different impacts on the customer's experience. Therefore, marketers should identify the impacts of service quality dimension that customers who use coffee shops consider important, understand the impact process of these quality factors on experience value, customer satisfaction, and behavioral intention, and allocate limited marketing budget. The results also show that it is possible to establish differentiatied response strategies using customer's regulatory focus orientation to find ways to enhance utlitarian and hedonic value, customer satisfaction, and behavioral intention using various Coffeeshop service quality factors. At the end of this paper, some limitations and future research directions were suggested.

A study on consistency and accuracy of pulse diagnosis in Eight-Constitution Medicine

  • The aim of this study is to evaluate appraiser's consistency and accuracy about pulse diagnosis (PD) in discrimination of eight-constitutions using Gage R&R study. Cumulative numbers of PD for discrimination of eight constitutions of three appraisers' experience were 75,000 cases, 50,000 cases, 1,100 cases, respectively. Three Appraisers diagnosed subject's eight-constitutions by PD with blinded method. Gage R&R study was used to verify the results. In the measurements of consistency, appraiser B (agreement = 80%, Value of k = 0.8276) was very good, appraiser A (agreement = 70%, Value of k = 0.7465) was good, and appraiser C (agreement = 50%, Value of k = 0.5365) was moderate. In the measurements of accuracy, appraiser B (agreement = 70%, Value of k = 0.6812) was good, appraiser A (agreement = 60%, Value of k = 0.6414) was good, and appraiser C (agreement = 0%, Value of k = -0.1000) was poor. The results suggest that accuracy of discrimination of constitutions relatively depend on experience and number of cases of PD. Further large controlled study is needed to evaluate the accuracy of PD.

가치 중심적 HCI를 위한 새로운 방법론의 개발: 모바일 인터넷 서비스의 사용자 경험 구조를 중심으로 (Visual Probing of User Experience Structure: Developing a New Methodology for Value-Centered HCI)

  • 지금까지 HCI분야의 많은 연구들은 사용성 (Usability)을 중요한 연구 주제로 인식하여 왔다. 그러나 연구의 범위를 사용성에 한정하는 것은 HCI 분야의 잠재성을 좁히고, 사용자 경험 (User Experience)의 개념도 좁은 범위로 한정시키게 된다. 따라서 향후 HCI 분야의 연구는 정보 기술의 사용성 측면의 뿐만 아니라, 정보 기술의 사용을 통한 다양한 사용자 경험을 구조적인 관점에서 살펴보아야 한다. 즉 사용성 중심의 연구가 아닌, 보다 전반적이고 구조적인 측면에서 사용자 경험을 살펴보는 새로운 방향의 HCI 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다. 이와 같이 사용자 경험을 보다 전반적이고 구조적인 측정에서 이해하기 위해서는 사용자가 특정 정보 기술의 사용을 통해 추구하는 가치 (Value)와 그와 같은 가치를 실현 시킬 수 있는 정보 기술의 속성 (Attribute) 및 결과 (Consequence), 그리고 속성, 결과, 가치 간 연관 관계를 구조적인 측면에서 살펴보아야 한다. 본 연구는 사용자 가치에 대한 대표적인 이론인 Means-End Chain Theory와 속성, 결과, 가치 간 연관 관계를 파악하기 위한 정성적 연구 방법론인 Laddering 기법을 기반으로 사용자 경험 구조 파악 및 가치 중심적 HCI (Value-Centered HCI)를 위한 새로운 연구 방법론을 제안하고자 한다. 또한 본 연구에서는 새롭게 제안된 방법론을 통해 모바일 인터넷 서비스에 대한 사용자 경험 구조를 도출하고, 모바일 인터넷 상황에서 도출된 결과 및 본 연구에서 새롭게 제안된 방법론의 이론적이고 실용적인 의의를 제시하고자 한다.
