통신서비스 시장의 경쟁이 날로 심화되고 기술속성이 표준화되면서 접점에서의 차별적 활동과 경험이 고객가치 창출을 위한 중요한 수단으로 인식되고 있지만, 정작 고객접점의 활동이 소비체인에 따라 어떤 식으로 구성되어 있고 어떤 영향력을 행사하는지, 접점의 서비스 품질이 고객성과에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 규명한 연구는 미흡하였다. 특히 현재 가구기반 통신서비스시장은 PLC단계별로 다양한 서비스들이 포진해 있는 바, 서비스가 도입-성장기에 있는지 이미 성숙-쇠퇴기에 들어섰는지에 따라 접점에서 요구되는 소비자들의 서비스 니즈가 달라질 수 있음에도 이를 실증한 연구는 전무한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 도입-성장기에 있는 가구기반 통신서비스로 VoIP와 IPTV, 성숙쇠퇴기에 있는 가구기반 통신서비스로 유선초고속 인터넷과 유선전화를 선정하여 각 서비스별로 MOT접점에서 고객들이 어떤 경험을 하고 있고 무엇을 중시하고 있는지 영향력을 확인한 후 접점의 서비스 품질이 고객성과에 미치는 효과가 통신서비스의 PLC 단계에 따라 어떻게 달라지는지 그 상대적인 영향력을 살펴보았다. 858명의 응답자를 대상으로 실증한 결과 접점에서 소비자들의 경험과 요구사항은 상이하게 나타났으며 서비스품질과 관련해서는 도입-성장기에 있는 서비스들은 유형성과 확신성이, 성숙-쇠퇴기에 있는 서비스들은 신뢰성과 공감성, 상호관계성이 고객성과(고객만족, 재구매의향, 구전의향)에 긍정적인 역할을 함이 제시되었다. 끝으로 이러한 결과에 대한 시사점과 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

The Purposes of this article are to find Christian religion and Germany expressionism which were background of Nolde's art and analyze formation and special quality, expression mode of holy picture. If synthesize contents of these analysis, we could know that faith is giving religious inspiration continuously during his lift to Protestant experience through the Bible. Though there is some difference by time but we could foretell that he accomplished modern holy picture of new sensitivity by doing individual expression with equal Bible subject traditionally in 20th century that change unlike existent holy picture with these motive power. That is, with new trend which religious inspiration as imagination which spring up in experience that is not experience of artificial Christian religion is then expressionism various that historically, he accomplished unique holy picture to related each other with the historic event.

Purpose: This study was to identify the meaning of the experience of 'well-being' of female college students in Korea and provide fundamental materials to improve nursing interventions. Methods: The participants were six female students who gave consent to participate in this study. This study was conducted between August 2006 and November 2006. Each interview took one to three hours. The contents of the interviews were recorded and dictated afterwards. In addition, the interviews were carried out such a way that the gathered information was sufficiently saturated. The data was analyzed with the phenomenological analytic method suggested by Giorgi (1985). Results: As a result of analysis, the following have been identified.: proper dietary treatment, proper physical treatment, harmonized psychological treatment, environmental-friendly treatment, and hypersensitivity to the mass media. Conclusions: The finding of this study offers profound information on the 'well-being' of female college students in Korea and provides fundamental materials to improve the quality of nursing interventions.

The aim of this study is to provide the conduct and development of the experience program according to recreating village project by the inhabitants participation on the culture and historical villages resources. The conduct and development of the experienced program according to recreating village project by the inhabitants participation is that should be developed step by step the experienced program. The result of this study are summarized as follows; firstly, the experienced program of the village is typical exchange program. secondly, the inhabitants participation is necessary on the experienced program, and the planning program that the improved residential quality life. thirdly, the experienced program will be represent to the attributes. lastly, the experienced program is the important that the village's leaders of all competences. Therefore, the experienced program must be able to take advantage of the residents and to develop of the better programs.

The purpose of this was to classify consumer groups according to the life styles and analyze buying intention and evaluation criteria of apparel product, opinion to 4p\`s aspect among consumer groups. And it was to clarify relationships between the experience of CATV home shopping and buying intention and evaluation criteria of apparel product, opinion to 4p\`s aspect. The subjects of this study were 270 women living in Chonbuk and Chonnam regardless their experience in CATV home shopping. For data analysis, frequency, percentage, mean, t-test, factor analysis were conducted. The results were as follows; First, the type of life style were classified into the following subdivisions: products confirmed type, price-quality regarded type, time regarded type, new product regarded type. Second, the significant differences among the classified life style groups were found in buying intention, evaluation criteria of apparel product, and opinion to 4p\`s aspect. Third, there were significant differences in buying intention, evaluation criteria of apparel product, and opinion to 4p\`s aspect according to TV home shopping experience.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide understanding of the meaning of 'Yangsaeng' through lived experience of the elderly who practiced Kouk-Sun-Do. Methods: A hermeneutic phenomenological methodology developed by Max van Manen was adopted. The data were collected from the interviews and observations on the actual experience of 9 people who were over 65 years old and practiced Kouk-Sun-Do from August to December 2006. Results: The essential themes were discovered as 'body in comfort', 'spouting vigor', 'improving selfconfidence', 'developing one's mind', 'setting oneself in order', 'being aware of the value of Kouk-Sun-Do', 'recognizing importance of value of getting along' Conclusion: Therefore, practicing "Kouk-Sun-Do" is a suitable exercise for the elderly, as an effective nursing interventions for improving the quality of life of older people.

Stereoscopic (3D) content must be viewable in a variety of visual environments, from 3D theaters to 3D mobile displays. However, the depth sensations provided by 3D media are affected by the viewing conditions, such as screen size, viewing distance, and other factors. This user experience (UX) aspect makes it difficult to create multi-purpose 3D content. This paper describes two study cases in which the authors have focused on the UX and the multi-purposing of 3D content. The first case is an evaluation of 3D image quality on a mobile display. The second case is a trial development of a scalable 3D conversion process.

The purpose of this study was to understand mother's experience of caring child with a severe atopic dermatitis. Twelve participants were selected and collected on their caring difficulties using in-depth interview. Data were analyzed according to the method of Colaizzi. Significant statements were extracted from the data. From the significant statement, 18 clusters of themes and 7 categories were emerged. Eighteen cluster of themes formed 7 categories : Thinking of atopic dermatitis during 24 hour, Mom would cure you, You are atopic, I'm depressive, I need 12 or more bodies to take care of him/her, Great conversion of daily life, From a bitterness to a frailness, In peace with an atopic dermatitis. In this study, it was implicated that mothers were suffered from caring children with an atopic dermatitis and nurses need to have more interests in the maternal stress and their quality of life as well as provision of information.

Although virtual reality technology may not be deemed as having a satisfactory quality for all users, it tends to incite interest because of the expectation that the technology can allow one to experience something that they may never experience in real life. The most important aspect of this indirect experience is the provision of immersive 3D audio and video, which interacts naturally with every action of the user. The immersive audio faithfully reproduces an acoustic scene in a space corresponding to the position and movement of the listener, and this technology is also called spatial audio. In this paper, we briefly introduce the trend of spatial audio technology in view of acquisition, analysis, reproduction, and the concept of MPEG-I audio standard technology, which is being promoted for spatial audio services.

Background: While the application of procedural methods to solve the infertility problem has increased, the decline in the quality of life of women who experience infertility has been disregarded. Methods: This qualitative study used phenomenological analysis of data collected from 13 women with infertility in South Korea to reveal the subjective meaning of physical experiences perceived by women over the course of treatment. Results: Upon analyses of the treatment experiences of women with infertility in South Korea via a phenomenological analysis method, 10 themes were extracted and integrated into four theme clusters ("Perceiving infertility," "The body that gives birth," "A process in an endless tunnel," "Caring for my marginalized identity"). Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that women with infertility in South Korea perceived their own bodies as givers of birth living in traditional and patriarchal societies. A contextual flow proceeded to the final stage of women caring for their marginalized identity, which had suffered throughout the course of their infertility journey.
