This study is aimed to measure the cause and effect relationship on observation on KS evaluation by surveys related to KS certification, opinions and satisfaction on KS certification, expected effect through KS certification, profitability performance, financial performance, and productivity performance based on department heads and acting chiefs working on KS certification, to SMEs which have acquired KS certification mark in Korea. This study aims to examine how KS certification is impacting on companies' expected effects, management performance and development by examining the realistic effects of KS certification in various aspects and expected effects on companies.

In this study, we examined how the psychological safety influence expected image outcomes(image gain, image risk) and how expected image outcomes impact one's involvement in creative work. And, we examined the relationship between creative work involvement and job performance. We also investigated mediating role of expected image outcomes between psychological safety and creative work involvement. Survey data was collected from 271 employees working in a South Korea. The results of structural equation modeling using LISREL 8.50 indicate that psychological safety was positively related to expected image gain, but not significantly related to expected image risk. The result also expected image gain was positively related to creative work involvement, contrary to prediction of hypothesis 2-2, expected image risk was positively associated with creative work involvement. In addition, creative work involvement has positive effect on job performance. Finally, the relationship of expected image outcomes about psychological safety and creative work involvement was mediated by expected image gain partially. We extended the literature and contributed better understanding of the creativity research by answering calls for further research on involvement in creative work rather then the outcome of the creative process.

Purpose: This study aims to identify the factors that affect the expected frequency of performance and the importance in nursing practice of total care service recognized by nursing college students. Methods: This is a descriptive study. A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted on 288 nursing students of E university and data was collected and analyzed using the SPSS program. Results: The average scores for the expected frequency of performance and the importance in nursing practice of total care service were $4.07{\pm}0.58$ and $4.00{\pm}0.50$ respectively. The expected frequency of performance was found to have a significantly positive correlation with the importance in nursing practice. Additionally, the factors that influenced the degree of recognition in the expected frequency of performance and the importance in nursing practice of total care service among nursing students were comfortable care and respiratory care, respectively. Conclusion: The major finding of this study shows a significantly positive correlation between the expected frequency of performance and the importance in nursing practice. These results suggest that effective and systematic education is needed on factors affecting the expected frequency of performance and the importance in nursing practice for nursing college students.

In the previous e-government studies, there was no study in which the ambitious problem of assessing the expected performance of an e-government software when it is adopted in other country. This study was motivated to propose a new method to resolve this research question. With using the KIPONet (Korean Intellectual Property Office Net) as a target e-government software, which has been successfully implemented and operated by the Republic of Korea government since Jan 1999 for the purpose of managing the intellectual property rights (IPRs), we propose a Hybrid Qualitative Reasoning (HQR) approach to predicting the expected performance of the KIPONet. The main recipes of the HQR are that the HQR considers causal relationships existing among both qualitative and quantitative variables of the KIPONet, and that uncertainties embedded in some variables are handled by using Monte Carlo mechanism. The application of the proposed HQR to predicting the expected performance of the KIPONet results in statistically significant outcomes with 95% confidence level.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the barriers and the enhancing factors and predictors to postpartum care performance. Methods: The Research design in this study was a cross-sectional correlational survey. Subjects were 145 women at 6 to 10 weeks post delivery at an OB & GY clinic. Data was gathered with postpartum care performance, and other related variables including emotional status during pregnancy, fatigue, health recovery status, maternal role and identity. Data was analyzed using the SPSS WIN(version 11.0) program. Results: The mean score of postpartum care performance was 3.08 of 5, it had significant differences in emotional status during pregnancy, coincidence of expected sex, health recovery status, postpartum fatigue and postpartum depression. The maternal role and health recovery status were enhancing factors of postpartum care performance. Also, the barrier factors were fatigue, depression and coincidence of expected sex. Among these factors, the present health recovery status had an predictability of 11.7%, postpartum fatigue 3.2%, and coincidence of expected sex 2.5%, for a total predictability factor of 17.4% on postpartum care performance. Conclusion: Among these related factors to postpartum care performance, present health recovery status was the most predictable factor and then postpartum fatigue, and coincidence of expected sex. We need to establish a strategy to reduce postpartum fatigue and implement nursing interventions for health related consequences in postpartum women.

본 연구는KS 표시 인증을 획득한 중소기업을 중심으로 KS인증과 관련된 제반 질문사항에 대한 설문(KS심사기준 준수, KS인증운용 의견, KS인증 만족도)조사를 하였다. KS인증을 통해 기대되는 효과, 수익성, 재무성과, 생산성에 대하여 그 인과 관계를 추정하기 위한 것으로서, KS 표시 인증의 실질적인 효과를 다양한 측면에서 연구한다. 또한 기업에 기대되는 효과를 연구하여, 궁극적으로는 KS 표시 인증이 기업에 기대되는 효과와 경영 성과 및 발전에 얼마나 영향을 주고 있는지 알아보고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 문화관광부의 소속기관 및 산하단체의 정보시스템 운영환경을 통합한 문화정보 통합센터의 구축 운영을 가정한 사례를 중심으로 기대성과를 분석하는 방법론을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 목표로는 첫째, 문화정보 통합전산환경 구축 운영에 따른 성과를 사업적 기대가치와 전략적 기대가치로 구분하여 성과항목을 도출하도록 하였으며, 둘째, 사업적 기대가치의 경우에는 균형성과표(BSC) 관점에서 핵심성공요인(CSF) 기법을 이용하여 정보화업무 효율화성과, 조직혁신 및 발전성과, 대민서비스 향상성과, 문화적 가치제고 성과 등 4가지 관점으로 범주화하여 세부 성과항목을 도출하는 방법을 제시하였다. 셋째, 사업적 기대가치중 정보화업무 효율화 성과의 경우에는 TCO(Total Cost of Ownership) 관점에서 경제적 성과 측정을 위한 세부 평가항목 및 평가지표를 개발하고 문화정보화 부문의 사례를 중심으로 구체적인 측정방법을 제시하였다.

This paper investigates the framework of vision-based dense displacement and strain measurement of miter gates with the approach for the quantitative evaluation of the expected performance. The proposed framework consists of the following steps: (i) Estimation of 3D displacement and strain from images before and after deformation (water-fill event), (ii) evaluation of the expected performance of the measurement, and (iii) selection of measurement setting with the highest expected accuracy. The framework first estimates the full-field optical flow between the images before and after water-fill event, and project the flow to the finite element (FE) model to estimate the 3D displacement and strain. Then, the expected displacement/strain estimation accuracy is evaluated at each node/element of the FE model. Finally, methods and measurement settings with the highest expected accuracy are selected to achieve the best results from the field measurement. A physics-based graphics model (PBGM) of miter gates of the Greenup Lock and Dam with the updated texturing step is used to simulate the vision-based measurements in a photo-realistic environment and evaluate the expected performance of different measurement plans (camera properties, camera placement, post-processing algorithms). The framework investigated in this paper can be used to analyze and optimize the performance of the measurement with different camera placement and post-processing steps prior to the field test.

In parameter design introduced by Taguchi, we analyze a performance measure, so called SN ratio. The SN ratio is a function of the expected loss due to the variation of quality characteristic. In this paper, an easy way for developing performance measures is presented, which can be used to control several quality characteristics simultaneously in parameter design. To develop such multivariate performance measures, the transformation method of the expected loss and combining techniques are employed. And the analysis of real empirical data for an application of the proposed method is also presented.

Process capability Indices compare the actual performance of manufacturing process to the desired performance. The relationship between the capability index Cpm and the expected squared error loss provides an intuitive interpretation of Cpm. By putting the loss in relative terms a user needs only to specify the target and the distance from the target at which the product would have zero worth, or alternatively, the loss at the specification limits. Confidence limits for the expected relative loss are discussed, and numerical illustration is given.
