지하철역 환승구간 내 시각정보체계 개선 제안 -신도림역 행선안내서비스를 중점으로- (Suggestions of Improvements on Visual Information System in Subway Transfer Station -Mainly with Service for Destination Information in Sindorim Station-)

  • 지하철은 도시대중교통의 대표적인 이동수단이며 교통체증 없는 빠른 이동으로 복잡하고 밀집된 도시이동에 적합하다. 서울 지하철은 1974년 개통 이래 현재까지도 수도권과 외곽지역에 노선을 증축중이며 이로 인해 환승역과 환승구간이 늘어나 지하철역 이용이 나날이 복잡해지고 있다. 유동인구가 많고 동선이 겹치는 환승역에서 빠른 이동과 정확한 열차이용을 위해 역사 내에서 제공하는 시각정보체계는 매우 중요하며, 지하철 이용경험이 없는 사람일지라도 관련정보를 쉽게 제공받을 수 있어야 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 현재 제공되고 있는 시각정보체계의 문제점을 알아보고 서비스 개선방향을 제안하고자 하였다. 평소 유동인구가 많고 1,2호선의 집결지인 신도림역을 중심으로 연구가 이루어졌으며, 선행연구와 정성적 조사를 통해 환승공간에서 이용자의 행태와 인지특성을 통해 1호선 환승센터와 승강장에서의 열차정보이용이 어렵다는 것을 알게 되었다. 이를 근거하여 방향성 있는 유도사인을 통해 동선을 제시하고 즉각적인 안내정보의 피드백과 대중교통 초보도 이용하기 쉬운 신도림역 정보제공 서비스를 제안함으로써 지하철 사용경험을 개선하고자 하였다.

건물하부 통과를 위한 터널설계 시공사례 (A Case Study on Design and Construction of Subway Tunnels Underneath Existing Buildings)

  • This paper concerns a case study on the design concept, analysis, construction methodology of a subway tunnel excavated in the soft ground beneath an existing building where the distance between the bottom of the building and the crown of the tunnel is separated by about 3 meters only. The silot tunnels are excavated in advance, and side reinforced-concrete walls are installed. Then, main tunnels are excavated with ring cut method. The steel ribs are installed and supported by the side walls made in advance. Between the steel ribs and the side walls, the screw jack is installed to apply prestressing so that settlement can be controlled at minimum. Various in-situ seasurements are made and compared with computed values obtained by numerical methods. By choosing this underpinning method with very caraful construction control, tunnelling projects could be finished successfully without having any damage to the building located very closely to the tunnel crown.

수도권 2기 지하철 개통에 따른 지하철 통행패턴 변화 - 1995-2004년 변화를 중심으로 - (An Analysis of Subway Ridership Variations in Seoul metropolitan area)

  • Since the operation of subway line 1 between Seoul and Cheongryangri stations in 1974, the rail length and riderships have been increased during the three decades. Furthermore, it was a remarkable increase of line length between 1995 and 2004 by the operation of Lines 5, 6, 7, and 8 within Seoul metropolitan area. This study reports the variations of riderships by the changing urban spatial structure. According to analysis results by station-to-station origin-destination trip tables, there were increasing ridership changes in new stations within new subcenters, while there were little ridership changes in old stations within Seoul and existing subcenters. The levels of competition between the existing and new lines brought about the difference of ridership changes.

  • The Maglev travels at levitated status from the rail in some gab (about $8\sim10mm$). it make difference with the existing subway or the another LRV. The detection method of the train speed and the train position to be used at Maglev's signaling system differ with the existing subway or the another LRV's. so, the signal system construction of the new method is necessary. This paper describes the configuration and characteristic of the total signaling system (TTC/Wayside/Cab/Guide way system etc.) developed for Maglev, and the design concept of the signaling system based on the latest wireless LAN communication for driverless operation.

  • As for the travel demand analysis of the past, forcasting has been conducted by the use of revealed preference(RP) informations about actual or observed choices made by individuals. Forcasting method using RP data needs implicit assumptions that there will be no remarkable changes in existing transport conditions. However in case of occuring the great changes in existing conditions or adding a new choice-set of hypothetical options, it is very difficult to predict future travel demand. Fortunately in recent years, especially in the mode choice analysis, it has been perceived that the importance of individual performance data using stated preference(SP) experiments as well as RP data. But the research reports has not been reported sufficiently from models estimated using SP data. Under this background, we analyze the factors affecting the mode choice behavior as a fundamental study against the modelling task with SP choice data. For this analysis, we assumed subway operations in the secondary cities where there are no subway lines until now, and set up a choice-set of hypothetical options based on Experimental Design Method.

준고속 도시철도의 진동분석 및 저감대책 (Vibration Analysis and Mitigable Countermeasures of Semi High-speed Subway Electric Trains)

  • Subway electric trains need to be faster for accommodation of long distance passengers. The faster run of the existing trains results in deterioration of ride quality due to noise and vibration. To reduce the noise and vibration of the electric train, a running test of the electric train was performed and an ADAMS/Rail model was set up to verify the running test results. The experimental results show that the sources of the cabin noise and vibration basically comes from the irregularity of the railroad track and the deterioration of the connection part between cabin and bogie. Consequently for mitigation of noise and vibration of the electric train, the redesign of the center pivot with softer stiffness and the minimization of rail irregularity are necessary. the frequent maintenance of the train will lead to better comport.

교통카드 데이터를 이용한 수도권 광역급행철도 환승행태에 관한 연구 (An Investigation of Rider Behavior to Transfer Seoul Metropolitan Transit Using Public Transport Card Data)

  • 최근 정부에서는 수도권 주요거점을 30분대에 연결하기 위해 광역급행철도 건설을 추진하고 있으며, 광역급행철도의 정거장은 대부분 기존 노선과 환승역으로 연결되어 환승에 대한 중요성이 증가하고 있다. 환승저항이 경로선택에 미치는 영향에 관한 많은 연구가 이루어져 왔으나, 대부분 일반 지하철을 대상으로 하여 광역급행철도의 환승행태에 관한 연구는 전무한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 수도권의 대표적 급행노선인 신분당선을 대상으로 환승행태 분석을 수행하였다. 통행량 집중정도와 요금지불 유무에 따른 환승행태 분석을 위해 요일, 시간대, 이용자 특성에 따라 데이터를 구분하여 경로선택모형을 구축하였다. 분석 결과, 광역급행철도 이용자는 환승이동시간에 비해 환승대기시간에 큰 저항을 가지며, 특히 첨두시간대에는 환승대기시간의 차내시간 한계대체율(EIVM)은 3.51배로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 광역급행철도 환승 1회당 EIVM은 2.6분으로 분석되었으며, 일반 지하철을 대상으로 한 선행연구의 결과에 비해 현저히 낮은 값이다. 이는 일반지하철과 광역급행철도의 환승저항에 차이가 존재하며, 지하철 교통수요 예측 시 일반지하철과 광역급행철도 환승페널티를 차등 적용할 필요성이 있음을 시사한다.

Presenting an Effective Model for Technology Transfer with the Maintenance Approach in Case of Tehran Subway

  • In recent years, technology developments in different countries, especially in newly industrialized countries, are extremely indebted to appropriate technology transfer by these countries. Nevertheless the technology transfer process in the present situation is complex, and its success is related to the coordination rate with the political, economic, social, and environmental objectives of countries. Today debates related to the transfer of the technical know how accompanied by equipment hardware has found remarkable importance such that countries seek increasing comprehensive capabilities in the field of transferred technology for which Preventive Maintenance (PM) is one of the aspects. This research with the purpose to determine the technological capability level and to study the role of PM in the effective & appropriate technology transfer in subway industry is carried out for presenting a suitable model for the technology transfer in this industry with an attitude towards the effects of principal PM factors. For this purpose, after the study of different and relevant models existing in the field of suitable methods for technology transfer, some equipment PM theories and models were selected as the base for the compilation of the questionnaire. With the help of questionnaire, main PM factors that are effective in the field of technology transfer were extracted, and finally, their effects on technology transfer were analyzed, identified and a comprehensive model suggested in this connection.

연계버스 서비스권역 결정에 관한 연구 (A Development of an Optimal Feeder-Bus Service Area)

  • 본 연구는 대중교통 활성화에 초점을 맞추어 대중교통의 주축을 이루고 있는 지하철과 버스를 중심으로 연계버스 서비스 권을 설정하는 방법을 제시하였다. 연계권역설정은 지하철과 버스의 상호보완적 체계를 이루어 도시체계의 비용손실을 최소화하는데 그 목적이 있으며, 이는 지하철을 중심으로 첨두시 향도심성 대중교통이용자들이 버스로 직접 도심통행시와 인접지하철역까지 버스를 이용하여 환승으로 도심통행시의 편익을 감안한 모형과 그 해법을 제시하였으며, 권역구획은 범용 GIS Package의 IDRISI를 이용하였다.
