The purpose of this study is an analysis about space of housing cultural center with the marketing based on experience. By changing housing market, housing cultural center is a place to give an information, added value, image of housing. Consumers who experience a housing cultural center have an effect on purchase an apartment. The image of enterprise is important to select commodities to consumers. Today, company's brand image and concept include womanish, worthy and, sensual those. Under these views, housing cultural center should have continuous culture spaces that provide various experiential chance for consumers. The methods of this study are an analysis of brand image, analysis and application of experiential elements for housing cultural center. The results of this study have five parts. First, in Sense part, there are presented the sense of sight, smell and touch include material's color, finishing material, sound and etc. Second, in Feel part, consumers feel friendly and comfortable to brand through synesthesia. And they have a liberal mind about brand. Third, in Think part, consumers can experience a brand's image as a subject of event or space. Forth, in Act part, consumer is acted to scale of a space and aim of exhibition. Finally, in Relation part, consumers can have relation each other who visit Housing cultural center. And they can joint for interchange of information, culture enjoyment. In conclusion, this study has a great value of graft marketing view on the planning of Housing cultural center.
Recently, due to the introduction of high-tech equipment in interactive exhibits, many people's attention has been concentrated on Interactive exhibits that can double the exhibition effect through the interaction with the audience. In addition, it is also possible to measure a variety of audience reaction in the interactive exhibition. Among various audience reactions, this research uses the change of the facial features that can be collected in an interactive exhibition space. This research develops an artificial neural network-based prediction model to predict the response of the audience by measuring the change of the facial features when the audience is given stimulation from the non-excited state. To present the emotion state of the audience, this research uses a Valence-Arousal model. So, this research suggests an overall framework composed of the following six steps. The first step is a step of collecting data for modeling. The data was collected from people participated in the 2012 Seoul DMC Culture Open, and the collected data was used for the experiments. The second step extracts 64 facial features from the collected data and compensates the facial feature values. The third step generates independent and dependent variables of an artificial neural network model. The fourth step extracts the independent variable that affects the dependent variable using the statistical technique. The fifth step builds an artificial neural network model and performs a learning process using train set and test set. Finally the last sixth step is to validate the prediction performance of artificial neural network model using the validation data set. The proposed model is compared with statistical predictive model to see whether it had better performance or not. As a result, although the data set in this experiment had much noise, the proposed model showed better results when the model was compared with multiple regression analysis model. If the prediction model of audience reaction was used in the real exhibition, it will be able to provide countermeasures and services appropriate to the audience's reaction viewing the exhibits. Specifically, if the arousal of audience about Exhibits is low, Action to increase arousal of the audience will be taken. For instance, we recommend the audience another preferred contents or using a light or sound to focus on these exhibits. In other words, when planning future exhibitions, planning the exhibition to satisfy various audience preferences would be possible. And it is expected to foster a personalized environment to concentrate on the exhibits. But, the proposed model in this research still shows the low prediction accuracy. The cause is in some parts as follows : First, the data covers diverse visitors of real exhibitions, so it was difficult to control the optimized experimental environment. So, the collected data has much noise, and it would results a lower accuracy. In further research, the data collection will be conducted in a more optimized experimental environment. The further research to increase the accuracy of the predictions of the model will be conducted. Second, using changes of facial expression only is thought to be not enough to extract audience emotions. If facial expression is combined with other responses, such as the sound, audience behavior, it would result a better result.
At platform-reinforcing side stone plate having been exhibited in outdoor exhibition space of Gyeongju National Museum, split and exfoliation were proceeding due to weathering at joined·restored parts. Accordingly we checked imbibitional minerals in the stone through observation and analysis with polarized microscope, and studied capillary water absorption rate using Schmidt Hammer rebound hardness measurement and Karsten Tube.
In 2010 there are 759 public libraries in Korea, and they have been increased constantly for the recent four to five years. In order to make them as cultural spaces in local communities, Korean government is now planning to increase the number of public libraries up to 900 and to build small to medium-sized multiple purpose libraries rather than large and single purpose ones. Especially in the case of public libraries in metropolitan cities, which are main libraries in those areas, they should be designed to play major functions of cultural experience, exhibition, and life-long education as well as to meet the basic needs of providing books for public reading and of building and developing branch libraries based on local characteristics. Above all, in order to make a public library as a center of local culture, a space planning focused on increasing utilization and satisfaction of the residents is required. It is essential to conduct a survey to understand the needs of the residential users and reflect their opinions. In this regard, our research process was constructed as follows. First, precedent studies on a certain densely populated area were reviewed. Second, a survey was conducted in Ulsan city to figure out the needs and the satisfaction level of the actual users. The purpose of this study is to propose a better space planning approach for public libraries in metropolitan cities based on the analysis.
To faithfully represent the intention of the work in the exhibition space, lighting that provides high color reproduction like natural light is required. Thus, many lighting technologies have been introduced to improve CRI, but most of them only evaluated the general color rendering index (CRI Ra), which considers eight pastel colors. Natural light provides excellent color rendering performance for all colors, including red and blue, expressed by color rendering index of R9 and R12, but most artificial lighting has the problem that color rendering performance such as R9 and R12 is significantly lower than that of natural light. Recently, lighting technology that provides CRI at the level of natural light is required to realistically express the colors of works including primary colors but related research is very insufficient. Therefore this paper proposes exhibition hall lighting that fulfills CRI with a focus on CRI Ra, R9, and R12 based on the characteristics of natural light. First reinforcement wavelength bands for improving R9 and R12 are selected through analysis of the actual measurement SPD of natural and artificial lighting. Afterward virtual SPDs with a peak wavelength within the reinforcement wavelength band are created and then SPD combination conditions that satisfy CRI Ra≥95, R9, and R12≥90 are derived through combination simulation with a commercial LED light source. Through this, after specifying two types of light sources with 405,630nm peak wavelength that had the greatest impact on the improvement of R9 and R12, the exhibition hall lighting applied with two W/C White LEDs is designed and a control Index DB of the lighting is constructed. Afterward experiments with the proposed method showed that it was possible to achieve high CRI at the level of natural light with average CRI Ra 96.5, R9 96.2, and R12 94.0 under the conditions of illuminance (300-1,000 Lux) and color temperature (3,000-5,000K).
Vilhelm Wohlert is the Danish architect who designed Louisiana Museum of Modern Art near Copenhagen. Because of Louisiana Museum's popularity, Vilhelm Wohlert's name was started to be aware since 1990s. Although he is a well-known architect in Denmark, unfortunately his name is unknown in other countries. He designed various design projects from small scale furniture design to large scale museum and public projects. There are three programmatic categories in his architecture: exhibition programs including Louisiana Museum, residential program including private houses, and public programs including churches and schools. This thesis focuses on his residential design projects. Even though he designed a multi-family houses, Wohlert's house design consists of mainly one-off large private houses located in a nice natural environment. In chapter 3, the general history of his house projects was studied. Among them, the first exhibition house for Forum was explained more deeply to show Wohlert's early house design philosophy. In chapter 4, three built house projects were analyzed in detail. Analytical diagrams were used to show the key elements in the residential space. They are program composition, circulation, spatialization elements, final construction. His buildings have been compared with Alvar Aalto, Frank Lloyd Wright, and other Scandinavian architects. But there are some major differences that make Wohlert's design unique. In chapter 5, the case analysis results were summarized together to highlight the specific design characteristics found in Wohlert's residential design process. The universal spatial quality found in his residential projects can be applied in contemporary spatial designs.

According to Carol Duncan, the museum can be studied in the aspect of space and object from viewer experience. The paradigm of modern museums is shifting away from the object toward the human. The modern museum begins to have the diversity activities and the experience by the body. The purpose of this study is to analyze methods of Carlo Scarpa's museum works. An Italian architect, Carlo Scarpa had characterized montage architecture through fragments and isolations. This study reviews the works of Carlo Scarpa's museum focused on Museo di Castelvecchio. Carlo Scarpa had left the existing materials and coated it with new materials intentionally. This method makes the layer and it exposes the historical times. The layer is a reinterpreting technic of Venetian architecture. The perceptive experience appears at the exhibition boundary through light, material, pattern, axis, and composition of elements. Through the analysis, the architecture of Carlo Scarpa's museum provides a walking path and the composition of exhibition objects with visual logics. It makes and show us the experience with combining images. Carlo Scarpa had tried to expose the past times in the architecture of museum with expression on the layers and to connect the body's movements with seeing and gazing. This expression makes possible the perceptual experience. It can be understood as the montage characteristic. Through this, Carlo Scarpa's museum makes us relationship with historical architecture. Carlo Scarpa had planned a exhibitional promenade in the architecture of museums. In this regard, this is the museography of Carlo Scarpa's museums that should be paid attention to modern times in historical architecture.

There are various exhibition halls, shopping malls, theme parks around us and analysis of interest in exhibits or contents is mainly done through questionnaires. These questionnaires are mainly depend on the subjective memory of the person being investigated, resulting in incorrect statistical results. Therefore, it is possible to identify an exhibition space with low interest by tracking the movement and counting the number of visitors. Based on this, it can be used as quantitative data for exhibits that need replacement. In this paper, we use deep learning-based artificial intelligence algorithms to recognize visitors, assign IDs to the recognized visitors, and continuously track them to identify the movement path. When visitors pass the counting line, the system is designed to count the number and transmit data to the server for integrated management.

The aim of this thesis is to investigate exhibition spaces which are being expanded and transformed concurrently with social phenomena that are also the result of rapid changes, all of which are reflective of a modern society in transition. Such investigation would also include an analysis of changes in the viewing public and artworks themselves, and also an assessment of the public nature of art and its effective aspects. Expansion of exhibition spaces and the increasing connection between art and the public have very important ramifications, in many respects. They present opportunities for the viewing public to immerse themselves in artistic spaces, with some reaching further into other activities - activities that they often share with other individuals. This also leads them to expand their range of activities, turning them into more mobile, proactive audiences. In connection, many corporations have turned their attention to this public aspect of art, which has resulted in a display of art in different types of spaces. The government also began to adopt 'public art' as a matter of policy, using it as a medium of communication between the state and its populace. The public aspect of art, being highlighted as a result of expansion and diversification of exhibition spaces, will have a significant impact not only on the viewing public, but also on the art market. This represents a momentous change for creators of art, which naturally warrants close scrutiny and research.

Attempts to embody the three-dimensional world into works have continued without distinguishing between the times and the media, and the purpose is to realize an immersive state rather than the reproduction of reality. It was considered that the flat screen, which is the medium that finally faces the viewer in digital media art, hinders complete immersion, and this study investigated and analyzed the cases of works that give a sense of reality of space beyond the limits of the screen. Using the results of the analysis to produce the work, it was found that the presentation of the realistic space and enhancing immersion in the digital media art field should be viewed not only as visual video content on the screen, but also as an installation suitable for the exhibition environment and the resulting space itself.
