딥러닝 기반 운동 자세 교정 시스템의 성능 (Performance of Exercise Posture Correction System Based on Deep Learning)

  • 최근 COVID-19로 인해 홈 트레이닝의 관심도가 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 HAR(human activity recognition) 기술을 홈 트레이닝에 적용한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 기존 HAR 분야의 논문에서는 동적인 자세보다는 앉기, 일어서기와 같은 정적인 자세들을 분석한다. 본 논문은 동적인 운동 자세를 분석하여 사용자의 운동 자세 정확도를 보여주는 딥러닝 모델을 제안한다. AI hub의 피트니스 이미지를 blaze pose를 사용하여 사람의 자세 데이터를 분석한다. 3개의 딥러닝 모델: RNN(recurrnet neural networks), LSTM(long short-term memory networks), CNN(convolution neural networks)에 대하여 실험을 진행한다. RNN, LSTM, CNN 모델의 f1-score는 각각 0.49, 0.87, 0.98로 CNN 모델이 가장 적합하다는 것을 확인하였다. 이후 연구로는, 다양한 학습 데이터를 사용하여 더 많은 운동 자세를 분석할 예정이다.

조리 전공 대학생의 생활습관과 자신의 건강상태 인식이 체지방률에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the Life Style and Self-Recognition of Health Conditions on the of Body Fat % in Hotel Culinary College Students)

  • This study was to investigate the effects of the body fat $\%$ on life styles and self-recognition of health conditions in hotel culinary college students. This survey was conducted using the questionnaires for 144 students (110 males, 34 female) in Hongseung-located college. More exercise time and less frequency of alcoholic beverage they intake, lowered their body fat $\%$. Males did stronger exercise and had lower body fat $\%$ than females. The stronger exercise they did, the lower body fat $\%$ they had, and were more satisfied with their present weight. Since they had more alcoholic beverage, they smoked more. Less smoking, more abdominal obesity they were. The less satisfaction with their body weights, the higher body fat $\%$ they had. The obese less were content with their weights. More recognition of obese shape, higher body fat $\%$ they had and abdominal obesity they were. Female had higher body fat $\%$ and were more abdominal obesity, did weak action, less smoke and weak exercise than male. Higher body fat $\%$ they had, more abdominal obesity they were. The more part time jobs they had, they did not smoke or were not satisfied with their body weights. Female students in culinary arts division had higher body fat $\%$ and were dissatisfied with their body weights and did less exercise or subnormal exercises. 손목형 웨어러블 디바이스에서 사람의 심박변화와 활동강도를 이용한 운동 검출 방법 (Exercise Detection Method by Using Heart Rate and Activity Intensity in Wrist-Worn Device)

  • 웰니스에 대한 관심이 증대됨에 따라 개인의 건강상태를 웨어러블 디바이스로 모니터링하는 연구들이 늘어나고 있다. 이에 따라 웨어러블 디바이스에서 운동과 일상 활동을 구분하는 다양한 방법들이 연구되어 왔다. 이러한 기존 연구는 대부분 기계학습을 활용한 방식이다. 하지만 개인별 학습 데이터에 의존적인 과적합 문제와 연속적인 사건으로 구성되는 사람의 행동을 독립적으로 취급하여 인식 결과가 중간에 끊기고 오인행동이 생기는 문제가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 운동 시 심박이 오르내리는 생체반응 원리를 기반으로 한 운동 상태 검출 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 3축 가속도 센서와 PPG 센서를 통해 활동강도 및 심박 수를 산출하여 심박 회복기를 판단한 후, 활동강도 검사 또는 심박 상승기 검사를 통해 운동 상태를 검출한다. 실험 결과에서 제안하는 알고리즘은 평균 정확도 98.64%, 정밀도 98.05%, 재현율 98.62%로 기존 알고리즘보다 개선된 모습을 보였다.

Salivary Flow According to Elderly's Whole Health and Oral Health Status: According to Application of Oral exercise and Salivary Gland Massage

  • In old age, measures to cope with the natural phenomenon of aging and various diseases of the elderly due to the deterioration of physical function are also a challenge for this society. While interest in systematic health is increasing, it is true that awareness and interest in oral-related diseases is relatively lacking. This study aims to present basic data necessary to improve the quality of life for senior citizens aged 65 or older by improving the oral dryness caused by systemic health. By research method, improve oral dryness caused by whole-body health with the elderly over 65 and promote their oral health, inducing the increase of the salivary flow rate through oral health care education, oral exercise, and salivary gland massage. First, on the DMSQ according to the general characteristics of the elderly, the recognition of the whole body and oral health status, independent sample t-test and One-way ANOVA were conducted. Second, on changes in the salivary flow rate and saliva pH according to the general characteristics of the elderly, recognition of oral and whole-body health status, and whole-body health, paired samples t-test was conducted. Studies have shown that salivary gland flow increased significantly after oral exercise and salivary gland massage, the salivary flow rate significantly increased. In all variables of the recognition of the oral health status, the salivary flow rate increased after oral exercise and salivary gland massage, and in the whole-body health, regardless of hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disorders, and osteoporosis, the salivary flow rate increased after oral exercise and salivary gland massage, and the salivary flow rate increased after oral exercise and salivary gland massage if the subjects responded that they did not have thyroid abnormality, anemia, abnormalities of breathing, hypotension, gastrointestinal disturbance, or kidney diseases. As a comprehensive analysis of this study, many felt oral dryness when they had a problem with the whole-body health, and many felt oral dryness when they had a problem with oral health cognition. After applying oral exercise and salivary gland massage as intervention methods in the oral health care for the elderly, the salivary flow rate significantly increased, and it is judged that the methods were very effective for controlling oral dryness. Furthermore, it is judged that the factors affecting oral health, whole-body health, and oral dryness would be identified, which would be helpful for the promotion of whole-body health and oral health. It is judged that continuous research would be needed so that measures for the application of the oral care program and system for the elderly would be prepared in the future.

키넥트 모션인식과 ECG센서의 심박수 측정을 기반한 스마트 원격 재활운동 시스템 (Smart Remote Rehabilitation System Based on the Measurement of Heart Rate from ECG Sensor and Kinect Motion-Recognition)

  • The Microsoft Kinect is a motion sensing input device which is widely used for many motion recognition applications such as fitness, sports, and rehabilitation. Until now, most of remote rehabilitation systems with the Microsoft Kinect have allowed the user or patient to do rehabilitation or fitness by following the motion of a video screen. However in this paper we propose a smart remote rehabilitation system with the Microsoft Kinect motion sensor and a wearable ECG sensor which can allow patients to offer monitoring of the individual's performance and personalized feedback on rehabilitation exercises. The proposed noble smart remote rehabilitation is able to monitor and measure the state of the patient's condition during rehabilitation exercise, and transmits it to the prescriber. This system can give feedback to a prescriber, a doctor and a patient for improving and recovering motor performance. Thus, the efficient rehabilitation training service can be provided to patient in response to changes of patient's condition during exercise.

슬링의 안정화운동이 고등학교 남자 배구선수들의 흉추부, 견부, 슬관절부 통증 수준에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Stabilization Exercises on the Pain of the Thoracic, Shoulder and Knee Joint in High School Volleyball Players)

  • Background: This study aims to examine the effects of sling exercise and common exercise on the pain level of various body parts. Methods: This study divided the subjects into a sling-exercise group and a common exercise group to for each group across the measurement times after practicing exercises twice per week for 8 weeks (total 16times). To compare the means of the experimental group and the control group on each variable, the ANOVA for repeated measure was used and if there was any significant difference across the measurement times, post-hoc comparisons were conducted for the difference. The T-tests for group difference according to exercise type on each of the variables showed the results as follows. Results: The results of this study suggest that there were significant difference in pain in shoulder pain, but no significant difference could be found in the Thoracic pain & Knee joint pain. There was no significant difference to distinguish between the sling exercise and the common exercise. Conclusions: Currently the sling exercise is not spread out widely in Korea, so that the recognition and studies of the sling exercise is still lacking. Hence, this study can hopefully facilitate popularity of the sling exercise and systematic prospect studies on it in the near future.

  • A Study on Scoliosis Milwaukee Brace , Therapeutic Exercise -Oh, Kuyung- Hwan Scoliosis implies an appreciable lateral deviation in the spine. There are numerous theories of the etiology of scolisosis. but the true causative factors remain unknown ;thus this affliction currently cannot be prevented. Treatment essentially consists of early recognition, correction of existing curves, and prevention of the further progression of the curves . Tremendous strides are being made in the treatment of severe scoliosis but the desire for early nonoperative treatment is of paramount important. Many conservative nonoperative procedures have been advocated. Among th-em .Milwaukee brace and therapeutic exercise are the most effective ones .

A VR-based pseudo weight algorithm using machine learning

  • 본 논문에서는 어떠한 장치를 착용하지 않고 덤벨의 무게감을 인지하여 덤벨 운동을 할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 가상현실 기술이 발전하면서 가상세계에서 현실 세계의 물리적 피드백을 시뮬레이션 하는 연구가 많이 진행하고 있다. 노인들에게 있어 재활 운동은 정확한 모션 인식이 중요하다. 또한, 노인들은 무거운 덤벨을 들 수가 없다. 본 논문에서는 재활 운동을 위해 실시간으로 입력되는 동작 데이터를 머신러닝을 활용하여 정확성을 판별하였다. 실험으로서 한손 덤벨 운동, 양손 덤벨 운동, 어깨 덤벨 운동 3가지를 실험하였으며, 재활 운동이 정확히 이루어지는가에 대해 실험하였다. 가장 안정적인 운동은 양손을 활용한 덤벨 운동이었으며 가장 적은 오차율을 나타내었다. 마지막으로, 가상에서 실제 적용하기 위해 가상 체육관 콘텐츠를 개발하였다.

  • 체감형 스포츠 게임은 센서나 카메라를 이용하여 사용자의 신체 움직임을 추적하고 현실감을 느끼게 하는 운동 게임이다. 최근 체감형 스포츠 게임을 학교 체육활동에 사용하기 위해 가상현실 실내 스포츠룸 시스템을 설치하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 시스템은 주로 화면 터치 사용자 상호작용을 사용한다. 본 연구에서는 2차원 벽 터치 인터랙션이 아닌 3차원 공간에서 사용자의 움직임을 추적할 수 있도록 AI 이미지 인식 기술을 사용하는 브이캐치 비전 시스템을 개발했다. 그리고 본 시스템의 운동 효과를 알아보기 위하여 사용성 평가 실험을 진행했다. 실험에서 피험자에게 혈중 산소 포화도와 실시간 심박변이와 키넥트 골격 이동량, 각도 변화량을 측정하여 정량적 운동 효과를 살펴보았다. 실험 결과 브이캐치 비젼 시스템 사용 시 통계적으로 유의미한 심박수 증가와 신체 움직임양 증가로 운동 효과가 있었던 것으로 나타났다. 실험후 설문조사 주관적 평가 결과에서 대부분의 피실험자들은 이 시스템을 사용한 운동이 재미있고 만족스러워했다.

The Effects of Female College Students' Participation in Dance Sports on Body Attractiveness Recognition and Desire for Exercise

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of female college students' participation in dance sports on their perception of body attractiveness and their desire for exercise. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, female college students residing in Gwangju Metropolitan City and Jeonnam in 2022 were selected as the population, and a total of 390 students were selected as study subjects using cluster random sampling. A total of 300 participants, 170 participants in dance sports and 130 non-participants, were selected as study subjects, excluding 90 copies of double entry and insincere data. As a survey tool, the questionnaire whose reliability and validity had already been verified in previous domestic and foreign studies was modified and supplemented to suit the purpose of this study. The collected data were computerized according to the purpose of analysis using SPSS Windows 20.0 Version, a statistical program. The results obtained through this procedure are as follows. First, there were partial differences in physical evaluation according to demographic characteristics. Second, there was a partial difference in exercise desire according to demographic characteristics. Third, physical evaluation was found to partially affect exercise desire.
