It is impossible to obtain the growth of library and the information culture of high quality without the desirable policies. Korean libraries have been developed steadily through the efforts of the authorities concerned. libraries, the library and information science, and the library business area. For the growth of Korean library culture and knowledge information society in the 21st century, I suggest that we should set up new library policies: (1) establishment and effective administration of advisory organizations of library, (2) revision of "the library and reading promotion law" and other related laws, (3) establishment of an exclusive bureau for administration of library, and (4) continuous development of informatized library.d library.

The biggest obstacle in utilizing Telerobotics is that an exclusive line is necessary to connect the distant place and manipulator for the purpose of remote control. Moreover, installment of an exclusive line Is limited to relatively short distance, as the installment entails more difficulties with longer distance and increasing installment cost. The purpose of this paper is to suggest a methodology of factory automation by using Lab VIEW to control and monitor actuators, which are the basis of controlling manipulators, form distant places.

In this paper, the present state of the experiments in the mechanical engineering education is analyzed and the improving methods of the experimental education are presented. Data at twelve universities are collected. In spite of the general understanding of the importance of the experiments, the portion of the experiments is less than 10%. It shows the need to increase the experiments. Experiments for basic mechanics are fairly well performed, but experiments for applied subjects would be strengthened. Several improving methods such as systematic support for experiments, use of the exclusive assistants for experiments, and so on are discussed.

In this paper we tried to overcome the limit of contents which occur when we implement the augmented reality technology adapted application on commercialized mobile system. First of all, we checked the requirement analysis of exclusive mobile system to support augmented reality. And then we designed and realized the mobile system based on this facts. Also we embodied augmented reality application based on NyARToolkit which assists augmented reality techniques. Finally the implemented contents operated properly in our exclusive mobile system. Consequently we confirmed the suitability and validity of our system through above test.

The aim of this study is to analyze the distribution structure of exclusive digital muti-media broadcasting's contents. This study takes into distribution wether exclusive contents create an additional window being serviced to other media. And it investigates how the contents work in window through analysis of programming table and interview with programming editors of each DMB service company. The window effect is a same notion to the one source multi use. In the film industry, window means a movie distribution that a film can be on one after the other starting the cinema, DVD, local cable channel, and terrestrial television. The key point of this paper is how to new media, DMB, creates its additional window and changes the existing window structure.

It's prohibited to take sand from southeastern EEZ(Exclusive Economic Zone) from January 2017 in korea. So, the supply of sea sand has been decreased and costs of sea sand are rising as a result in the southeast region. This paper deal with appropriateness of the taking sea sand, circumstance and fisheries damages by extraction of EEZ sand and proposed control measures for ensuring quality of sea sand and consider fishermen support plan for ensuring a stable supply of sand in southeast region of korea.

In this paper, we present MI-MESI write-invalidate snooping cache coherence protocol which addresses several significant drawbacks of MESI and MI-MESI write -invalidate snooping cache coherence protocols under the split transaction bus based multiprocessor environment. In this protocol, each cache block maintains one of six cache states which represent Modified-shared, Invalid-by-other, Modified, Exclusive, Shared and Invalid states. By using these cache states, our protocol reduces both the access contention and unnecessary updates for the memory modules significantly, and thus providing the fast memory access time.

$Pb(Zr,Ti)O_3(PZT)$ is very attractive ferroelectric materials for ferroelectric random access memory (FeRAM) applications because of its high polarization ability and low process temperature. However, Chemical Mechanical Polishing (CMP) pressure and velocity must be carefully adjusted because FeRAM shrinks to high density devices. The contaminations such as slurry residues due to the absence of the exclusive cleaning chemicals are enough to influence on the degradation of PZT thin film capacitors. The surface characteristics of PZT thin film were investigated by the change of process parameters and the cleaning process. Both the low CMP pressure and the cleaning process must be employed, even if the removal rate and the yield were decreased, to reduce the fatigue of PZT thin film capacitors fabricated by damascene process. Like this, fatigue characteristics were partially controlled by the regulation of the CMP process parameters in PZT damascene process. And the exclusive cleaning chemicals for PZT thin films were developed in this work.

Copy machines have been used in the 3 dimensional shape machining like the non-sphere surface. This study is intended to show the possibility of manufacturing of a non-sphere shape without a exclusive CAM(Computer Aided Manufacturing) software in the process of metallic mold. It has been examined under the two types of working conditions. One is a cutting by manual programming and the other is a cutting by a general-purpose CAM software. Two kinds of output data were compared and analyzed, and data by a manual program were discovered more accurate than those of a general-purpose CAM software. In this study, I came to a conclusion it is possible to manufacture a 3 dimensional shape without a exclusive CAM software.

We have developed the exclusive CAD/CAM system for the machining of impeller blades. This study is about the mod-eling method for the effective machining of impeller blades farmed by ruled surface. As the impeller is consisted of boss part and blade part, the boss is modeled by rotational surface of hub curve on z-axis and the blade is described by ruled- surfaces between hub curve and shroud curve. This modeling process can be carried out on the software developed in this study. And, the developed software can describe the impeller as a solid model through interface with Solid-Works soul- ware. The developed software containing the interface method proposed in this study was very effective fur impeller modeling.
