상황인지 시스템은 상황 데이터의 변화에 따라 적절한 서비스를 해주는 시스템이다. 하지만 일상에 적용되지 못하는 이유로 예외 발생 가능성을 들 수 있다. 데스크탑 컴퓨팅 프로그램에서는 C++/C#/JAVA등 프로그래밍 언어에서 예외 처리를 지원하지만 상황인지 시스템에서는 다양한 장비들이 연결되어 있어 개발자의 부담이 커지고 처리의 시점이나 위치를 결정하기 어렵기 때문이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 프로그래머가 예외를 다루는 데에 있어서 다수의 장비를 지속적으로 탐지할 수 있도록 장비의 의미구조와 AspectJ를 이용한 상황인지 시스템의 예외 탐지 및 처리 방법을 제안한다.

This article explored the customers protection regulations in electronic payment system by Article 4A of the UCC and EFTA of 1978 and by Electronic Financial Transaction Act of Korea. Both Korea and America have various regulations to protect concerned parties(customers). For examples, the errors of payment order, money-back guarantee, and unauthorized payment order etc. First, this Article focuses on the allocation of risk of loss caused by ambiguous term in payment orders that do not express the subjective intention of the senders. Second, most rights and obligations created by Article 4A of America can be varied with the agreement of affected parties. But there are some exceptions. The exceptions include the money-back guarantee. So Receiving bank have to pay to originator the ordered money included interest. However, Korea also has money-back guarantee but bank do not pay interest to sender. Lastly, Electronic Funds Transfer Act of 1978 and Regulation E has US$ 50 regulation in order to protect customers on the unauthorized payment order. Article 4A imposes duty to detect unauthorized payment orders to originator in relation to the establishment of commercially reasonable security procedure, while Korean law imposes the duty to notify the bank in order to decrease the loss resulted from unauthorized payment order.

This study investigates the application of management information systems to the quality of local government financial reports, especially the principle of transparency and the law of accountability, which have been measures of financial statement performance evaluation. The study was conducted in Enrekang Regency, Indonesia, which, based on the results of the examination, the Supreme Audit Board reported the status of Disclaimer, Fair with Exceptions, and Fair without Exceptions for three years each. This study used a sample of 35 respondents, finance department employees who worked on local government financial reports. Descriptive quantitative data were collected using a questionnaire instrument, then with the assistance of the Program Solution and Product Statistics (SPSS) Program, data were processed to test hypotheses. The results showed that the use of management information systems based on information and communication technology (ICT) had a significant influence on the quality of local government financial reports. The findings of this study indicate that the application of ICT-based management information systems affects the accountability and transparency of local government financial reports. This finding is reinforced by the use of the principles of government agility in the form of government apparatuses that apply responsive dexterity, flexibility agility, and competency agility.

In this paper, an ALU for Simultaneous Multi-Threading (SMT) microprocessors is designed. The SMT architecture improves notably performance and utilization of processes compared with conventional superscalar architectures by executing instructions from multiple threads at the same time. This ALU adopts data bypassing method to process multi-threads. And it can flush instructions in the same thread that generate exceptions such as branch misprediction. interrupt etc, performance of SMT microprocessors with data bypassing and exception handler can be improved.

According to the OECD/NEA estimates, nuclear power plants (NPPs), whether with a large reactor or with small modular reactors (SMRs), are competitive with many other electricity generation technologies in a significant number of cases, one of the exceptions being natural gas in the USA with the current level of prices. However, SMRs have particular features and requirements setting conditions for their deployment. This paper presents the preliminary analysis by OECD/NEA of the economics, opportunities, and market for small nuclear reactors.

Carbon/Carbon Composites due to their far superior thermo-mechanical properties are used in a number of demanding applications. However, the material still is used only in specific high tech applications with few exceptions in general industrial applications. The material is extremely expensive and the major challenge is to reduce its cost. Various innovative processing routes are outlined to reduce the cost of processing.

The free trade zone would be evaluated at the point of granting exceptions of lease and disposal of land and manufactory, the organic relationship of the Manufacture and distribution, the reduction of rental value for foreign investment company and tax refund or exemption for customs duty that can be able to extend and draw new foreign investment enterprises. But despite of these, Free Trade zone, taking it in all its bearings, I considered its institutional problems and tried to find betterment of this.

Karst water was defined as 'Water which fills the cavities of the earth continuously and is only subject to gravity and hydraulic pressure.' Karst springs are water outlets from karst-hydrologically active cavities in water-soluble rocks, whether they are on the surface or within the earth. Karst springs behave so differently that the general principles of classification for all springs can be applied to them with a few exceptions. Firstly, classification according to the outflow: perennial springs, periodic springs, rhythemically springs, episodically flowing spring. Secondly, classification according to geologic and tectonic conditions: bedding springs, fracture springs, overflow spring, ascending spring.

프로그램을 실행하는 동안 다양한 오류가 발생할 수 있고 이러한 예외사항은 체계적으로 검사하고 처리해야한다. 예외사항의 의미구조를 잘 표현하면 프로그래밍언어의 신뢰성을 증진할 수 있고, 설계와 표준화, 최적화 및 번역 과정에 중요한 역할을 수행한다. 본 연구에서는 기존에 제시된 작용식을 사용하여 예외사항을 처리하는 방법을 자바 프로그램의 예제를 통하여 제시한다. 다른 의미구조들과 제시된 작용식을 판독성(Readability), 지능성(Intelligibility), 모듈성(Modularity), 확장성(Extensibility), 융통성(Flexibility)의 다섯 영역에서 비교하여 본 작용식의 우수성을 확인하고자 한다.

An independent bank guarantee(aka an independent guarantee) is provided as an security on a principal obligor's performance of his obligation, and a guarantor should pay the guaranteed amount only upon a beneficiary's written demand. A standby letter of credit has been used in the United States, since it was construed that a bank should not issue a guarantee. There was wide misunderstanding that a standby letter of credit differs from an independent bank guarantee. However, a standby letter of credit is the same security as an independent bank guarantee, and in international business a standby letter of credit is not differentiated from a independent bank guarantee. An independent bank guarantee are independent from the underlying contract, unconditional, and irrevocable. And a guarantor should pay upon written demand without proving a principal obligor breaches the underlying contract. These features of an independent bank guarantee has been abused in international transactions. Thus it has been proposed that some exceptions to the features of an independent bank guarantee should be allowed. United Nations Convention on Independent Guarantees and Standby Letter of Credit(1995) stipulates some exceptions to payment obligation. Export bond insurance, a part of export insurances, operated by the Korea Export Insurance Corporation under the Export Insurance Act, is used as a security for unfair calling by a beneficiary under an independent bank guarantee. Most of the export subsides by the government are prohibited under WTO's Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures. However, as export insurance is allowed under the WTO, it operates a significant role in enhancing the export. In the event that export bond insurance is provided for a guarantor, an obligor who is subject to recourse by a guarantor, can be exempt from the recourse in case of unfair calling. The Korea Export Insurance Corporation, an insurer, bears unfair calling risk by a beneficiary. Generally it is understood that a demand shall be made before the expiry of an independent bank guarantee. However this is not absolutely true, it shall be decided by URDG, ISP98, the governing law.
