조세심판 문서 검색 효율 향상 모델에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement Model of Document Retrieval Efficiency of Tax Judgment)

  • 조세 심판에 대한 선결정례는 법원 판례의 경우 유사 심판례를 검색하여 파악하는 것이 매우 중요한 상황이다. 그러나 기존 심판문에 대한 검색은 사용자가 입력하는 키워드를 통하여 검색하는 방법을 사용하고 있으나, 정확한 키워드의 입력이 필요하며, 키워드를 모르는 경우 필요한 문서를 검색하는 것은 불가능하다. 또한 검색된 문서 중에는 내용이 다른 경우도 발생한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 정확한 심판례의 검색을 위하여 문서를 3차원 공간에 벡터화하고, 코사인 유사도를 계산하여, 거리상 가까운 문서를 검색하는 방법의 효율성을 향상시키기 위하여 심판례에서 사용되고 있는 단어들의 유사도를 분석한 후, 최빈값을 추출하여 본문의 텍스트에 삽입하는 방법으로 검색하고자 하는 문서의 코사인 유사도를 향상시키는 방안을 제안한다. 제안 모델을 통하여 조세와 관련된 심판례를 검색하고자 하는 사용자에게 신속하고, 정확한 검색을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

3차원 자세 추정 기법의 성능 향상을 위한 임의 시점 합성 기반의 고난도 예제 생성 (Hard Example Generation by Novel View Synthesis for 3-D Pose Estimation)

  • It is widely recognized that for 3D human pose estimation (HPE), dataset acquisition is expensive and the effectiveness of augmentation techniques of conventional visual recognition tasks is limited. We address these difficulties by presenting a simple but effective method that augments input images in terms of viewpoints when training a 3D human pose estimation (HPE) model. Our intuition is that meaningful variants of the input images for HPE could be obtained by viewing a human instance in the images from an arbitrary viewpoint different from that in the original images. The core idea is to synthesize new images that have self-occlusion and thus are difficult to predict at different viewpoints even with the same pose of the original example. We incorporate this idea into the training procedure of the 3D HPE model as an augmentation stage of the input samples. We show that a strategy for augmenting the synthesized example should be carefully designed in terms of the frequency of performing the augmentation and the selection of viewpoints for synthesizing the samples. To this end, we propose a new metric to measure the prediction difficulty of input images for 3D HPE in terms of the distance between corresponding keypoints on both sides of a human body. Extensive exploration of the space of augmentation probability choices and example selection according to the proposed distance metric leads to a performance gain of up to 6.2% on Human3.6M, the well-known pose estimation dataset.

자동차 연료 시스템에관한 연료 응고, 누설, 불량 휘발유 및 연료 첨가제에 의한 고장 사례 고찰 (Study of Failure Examples for Fuel Coagulation, Leakage, Low Grade Gasoline and Fuel Additives in Automotive Fuel System)

  • The fuel system of a vehicle is a very important compotent, as it provides the firing resources to the combustion chamber of the engine. However, improper operation of the system can generate bad condition or start-off during engine revolution. This study analyzed several examples of failure that had originated in the field. In the first example, the driver operated a vehicle containing both gasoline and LPG in the fuel tank, but the gasoline fuel remained unused for a few months. Therefore the fuel pump was clogged because of gasoline congelation. The second example, dealt with fuel leakage that occurred from the slightly torn O-ring connecting the fuel lines. The third example, pertained to engine damage and power-down owing to the usage of proor-quality fuel and ingredient. Therefore, it is necessary to take adequate measures to prevent the failure of the fuel system of vehicle.

Temporal Transfer of Locomotion Style

  • Timing plays a key role in expressing the qualitative aspects of a character's motion; that is, conveying emotional state, personality, and character role, all potentially without changing spatial positions. Temporal editing of locomotion style is particularly difficult for a novice animator since observers are not well attuned to the sense of weight and energy displayed through motion timing; and the interface for adjusting timing is far less intuitive to use than that for adjusting pose. In this paper, we propose an editing system that effectively captures the timing variations in an example locomotion set and utilizes them for style transfer from one motion to another via both global and upper-body timing transfers. The global timing transfer focuses on matching the input motion to the body speed of the selected example motion, while the upper-body timing transfer propagates the sense of movement flow - succession - through the torso and arms. Our transfer process is based on key times detected from the example set and transferring the relative changes of angle rotation in the upper body joints from a timing source to an input target motion. We demonstrate that our approach is practical in an interactive application such that a set of short locomotion cycles can be applied to generate a longer sequence with continuously varied timings.

  • 비상위치송신기(ELT)는 무수한 조난시의 응급구조에 큰 역할을 해왔다. 비행사, 항해사 그리고 지상 사용자들은 세상 어디에서든지 비상시에 조난신호를 위성에 송신이 가능한 장치를 갖추고 있는 것이다. 이 논문에서는 비상위치송신기의 본체를 낙하충격에 대하여 MSC/Dytran을 이용하여 해석하였다. 그리고 그 결과를 Karas' Example 이론 결과에 비교하였다. 또한, 추락생존성 시험에 대해 MSC/Nastran을 이용해 해석하였다. 비상위치송신기의 충격조건하에 과도응답해석을 하였다.

일반 교통망에서 브라이스 역설 발견 모형 (A Model for Detecting Braess Paradox in General Transportation Networks)

  • This study is for detecting the Braess Paradox by stable dynamics in general transportation networks. Stable dynamics, suggested by Nesterov and de Palma[18], is a new model which describes and provides a stable state of congestion in urban transportation networks. In comparison with user equilibrium model based on link latency function in analyzing transportation networks, stable dynamics requires few parameters and is coincident with intuitions and observations on the congestion. Therefore it is expected to be an useful analysis tool for transportation planners. The phenomenon that increasing capacity of a network, for example creating new links, may decrease its performance is called Braess Paradox. It has been studied intensively under user equilibrium model with link latency function since Braess[5] demonstrated a paradoxical example. However it is an open problem to detect the Braess Paradox under stable dynamics. In this study, we suggest a method to detect the Paradox in general networks under stable dynamics. In our model, we decide whether Braess Paradox will occur in a given network. We also find Braess links or Braess crosses if a network permits the paradox. We also show an example how to apply it in a network.

관계성 측면에서 본 경복궁의 미학특성 분석 (An Analysis of Aesthetic Characteristics of Gyeongbokgung from a Viewpoint of Relationship)

  • This study is one of studies which refer aesthetic characteristics and relationship about Korean traditional architecture. In this rapidly changing society, it is worthy to recognize our traditional aesthetics from which we may get a solution for improving our surrounding. The major purpose of this study was to present a holistic framework to understand aesthetics of Korean traditional architecture in a viewpoint of relationship. As a secondary purpose with this framework, Gyeongbokgung which is one of Korean traditional palaces in Chosen dynasty was analyzed and appropriate case example images were gained. Through this process, the framework could get better capability to persuade relativity of this study by showing relevant example. Through the purpose, the uniqueness of this study were like following; First, it referred a word 'relationship' clearly and exposed it to a systematic framework. Second, it referred space characteristics and aesthetics characteristics of Korean traditional architecture synthetically comparing with that other literatures referred the characteristics partially focused on their interests. Third, many literatures showed the characteristics partially by some case examples and photos but, it showed a complete case example and appropriate photos to endow persuasive power for understanding the framework.

철도부지 상부 인공지반을 활용한 국내외 복합개발 주거지의 공간구성 특징에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Spatial Composition Characteristic in Housing Development of Domestic and Foreign through the Mixed Use Development of Railroad Site)

  • Purpose: Lately, The mixed use development on railroad site came up in government policy about securing development available land for public rental housing and social cohesion. The Purpose of this study is to analyze the spatial composition characteristic in housing development example of domestic and foreign through the mixed-use development of railway depot. Method: Site cases are as follows: Shimura Depot(Japan), Kowloon Bay Depot(Hongkong), Chai Wan Depot (Hongkong), Tsuen Wan Depot(Hongkong), Montparnasse Station(France), Euralille Depot(France), Sin Jeong Depot (Korea), Tai Wai Depot(Hongkong), Tseung Kwan O Depot(Hongkong) and Rive Gauche(France). Railway Depot caused various problems such as the lacking of the feeling of solidarity of local inhabitants and the sense of community. In the case of Hong Kong and a France development example to solve these problems, the architectural characteristics appears. Result: At first it is located facilities together such as commerce, duties, the culture. Further, the publicity of the house place is strengthened because an open space, a park are developed on the railroad site. And a variety of connection systems appear between the outside space with a house housing complex built on the artificial ground. Particularly, the development example has an approach and convenience, and it was confirmed that publicness was considerably high.

자가 표본 기반 단일 영상 초해상도 복원을 위한 혼합 놈 패치 유사도 검색 (Mixed-Norm Patch Similarity Search for Self-Example-based Single Image Super-Resolution)

  • 본 논문은 표본 기반 단일 영상 초해상도 복원 방식의 성능 개선을 위한 혼합 놈을 이용한 패치 유사도 검색 방식에 대해 제안한다. 초해상도 영상 복원 과정에서 패치의 국부 통계 특성을 반영하기 위해 패치 경사도에 따른 놈의 차수를 결정하고, 놈의 차수를 패치간의 유사도 검색을 위한 함수로 사용하는 방식에 대해 제안한다. 실험 결과를 통해 제안하는 유사도 검색 방식은 기존 검색 방식의 성능을 개선할 수 있는 능력이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • Generally, a linear vibration theory regards a vibratory system as the superposition of many degrees of vibratory system. Modal analysis stems, in fact, considers the vibration system as what has input, output, and transfer function that relates the input and output. When we want to control, however, the vibratory system, we define, first, the object function that can be vibration energy of certain vibratory system. Then, we try to find the transfer function that can minimize the object function. We can readily extend this approach to control the distributed vibration system. For example, the vibrations of a vehicle, including ships and trains. In this case, we may want to minimize the vibration of the area we select. For example, minimize the vibration of the passengers' seat, but allowing the vibration of other area; for example engines and wheels. This paper introduces a general theory that can control the vibration of the selected area, which can be called as "regional control of vibration." In fact, this is the extended theory of well known sound control of "bright zone"(Choi and Kim, 2002).]. Several illustrative examples demonstrate the applicability and properties that are not available if we use modal analysis method.
