The purpose of this study is to present the research data to improve the quality of triangular ward in general hospital in Korea. Drawing documents analysis were used to examine the condition of ward. This study in focused on patient room and atrium according to connection type of triangular ward, allocation of NS, module and direction of patient room. The results of this study is as follows; Triangular ward has two joint pattern(conner and conner, side and side). Conner and conner joint pattern is good at planning of lighting than side and side joint pattern. Triangular ward can has different module system in each side. Allocation of NS is important factor which is focused on patient relationship or ward control.

The rehabilitation for the workplace accident victims is basically aimed to get them back to their working place through the secondary care processes which have some more special and more professional rehabilitation than any others, after the primary treatments like operation in an acute hospital since the accident. They need more concentrative rehabilitation efforts according to classified injury types during the period of acute, sub-acute and convalescent. This study is for the partial research of rehabilitation hospital for workers' accident victims and presents design data which can be used for the appropriate area calculation and spatial composition. Drawing documents analysis, interviews, observation were used to examine the condition of existing rehabilitation hospitals.

본 연구는 현대사회에서의 독서치료의 중요성을 인식하여 현재 국내에서 수행되어지고 있는 독서치료 연구동향을 단행본, 학위논문, 학술잡지 기사를 대상으로 연도별, 학문영역별, 대상자별, 연구유형별 등 다각적으로 조사$\cdot$분석하였다. 본 연구는 독서치료 관련 연구를 위한 기초 자료를 제공할 것이며, 향후 독서치료 연구자에게 연구방향을 제시해 줄 것이다.

음성인식의 연구 대상은 낭독음성에서 대화음성으로 발전해가고 있다. 이를 위해서는 대량의 대화코퍼스가 필요하다. 그러나 아직 충분한 양의 대화코퍼스가 구축되어 있지 못하며 코퍼스의 주석 정보 또한 복잡하고 다양하게 표현하고 있어 효율적인 활용이 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 TEI를 기반으로 하여 대화 영역을 텔레뱅킹으로 설정하고 대화코퍼스를 구축하여 구축된 대화코퍼스의 주석 정보를 XML(extensible Markup Language)로 표준화할 수 있도록 DTD (Document Type Definition) 정의하고 저장 시스템을 설계하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the consciousness of residents and managers in multi-family housing management. Research methods used in this study were survey, field study. The parts of evaluation tool are composed of maintenance, operating management, residential life management. The evaluation tool of questionnaire got contents through documents research. This study indicates; first, residents' evaluation about the degree of satisfaction was totally lower than its importance. Specially, perception on residential life management was lowest. Second, it seems that managers assume indifferent attitude toward management works. It was caused by low pay, inferior work environment, and residents' exceeding interferences. In future, such efforts as residents participation, improvements of managerial work environment are required for the housing management efficiency.

The meanings of colors vary with time and space. For the most important events in a person's life, such as wedding or funeral, people use color to symbolize their identities or roles. Traditionally, the colors of dress had indicated the wearer's age, class, or marital status in Korea. However, Korea's exposure to western cultures has affected in many dimensions of its modern history. Especially, influenced by social change, the traditional dress has undergone many modifications in forms, silhouettes, materials, and color. However, women's mourning dress has been maintained as a long lasting tradition and the use of white in mourning dress has been regarded as a norm until recently, while men have worn a regular black suit with a black tie. But, the shift from white to black in mourning dress has been observed in recent mourning practices. To examine this change of color in Korean traditional mourning dress, a historical approach utilizing multiple resources, such as interview, observations of events, documents, and archival records was applied.

BOLERO project and TradeCard System are attracted public attention as new settlement method that is able to substitute for documentary letter of credit. BOLERO is the business processes and methods, together with the digital information system, which are provided by Bolero International for communicating Messages and Documents and facilitating business transactions. TradeCard aim to make international business-to-business e-Commerce easy, fast, inexpensive and secure while innovating current documentary compliance and financial settlement mechanisms. The main purpose of this paper is to search the possibility of paperless trade. Since, this paper examine the international legal feasibility of these systems and compare the strength and weakness.

Since the internet is open to public in 1990, electronic commerce(EC) user has increase rapidly. Now EC is considered not only as communication method but also as new economical activities. EC is a kind of new commerce model which uses electronic means. And EC has global characteristics so that many country's legislation which regulates it differently makes an obstacle to vital of EC. The purpose of this study is to examine legal problems of internet electronic commerce. First, there are some legal problems whether electronic document has same legal function like traditional documents. Second, electronic signature must has authenticity, integrity, non-repudiation, writing and confidentiality in order to use looks like common signature. Finally, electronic contract is concluded on principle of mutual agreement. It is apparent that the concept of arrival is applied to the date and place in conclusion of electronic contract.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the meanings of delivery of each trade term in INCOTERMS 2000, to investigate various kinds of transport document as a proof of delivery, and finally to find their problems. As a result of examination, following problems are considered to happen practically. First, a multimodal transport document referred in FOB term seems to be unappropriate because FOB term can be used in sea or inland waterway transport. Second, Assuming resale in transit in CFR or CIF term, non-negotiable Sea Waybill seems to be inappropriate. Third, As Sea Waybill is not a document of title, it can not be a security when the bank negotiate seller's draft. Fourth, INCOTERMS 2000 deleted the reference to charter party in CFR or CIF term. This deletion may raise any legal problems for the liabilities of carrier when the contradictions happen between the charter party B/L and charter party. Finally, if CFR or CIF means symbolic delivery, other documents besides B/L can not be a symbols of goods.

As the interest about smooth logistics increases lately, the importance of multimodal transport, which performs the key role of logistics emerges, Through there are many issues respecting multimodal transport, the issue of the efficiency of multimodal transport seems to be the most importance. This paper examine as to the problems & systems of the multimodal transport including transportation document and customs clearance for door to door services. I wish our country will use total logistics automation systems for encouraging multimodal transport chance and make a partial amendment of commercial code including the customs clearance regulation. This study will assist in the development of logistic and the enlargement of multimodal transport transaction.
