침자극과 이완요법이 시험 스트레스에 미치는 영향 - 심박변이도와 동공크기변이도를 사용하여 - (The Effects of Acupuncture Stimulation and Progressive Relaxation Therapy on Examination Stress of Students -Using Heart Rate Variability and Pupil Size Variability -)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of acupuncture stimulation and relaxation therapy on autonomic nervous system for students with examination stress by HRV, PSV and to find out relationship with anti-stress effect. Methods : The study group consists of 42 students were classified into three groups randomly : acupuncture stimulation group(male n=8, female n=6), relaxation therapy group(male n=8, female n=6) and rest group(male n=8, female n=6). Using heart rate variability and pupil size variability, we measured the value of HRT, SDNN, SDSD, LF norm, HF norm, LF/HF ratio, Pupil area, and compared the changes the sympathetic- parasympathetic activity. Measurement value were compared before and after, during midterm examination and normal times. Results : 1. HRT, LF/HF ratio, LF norm of acupuncture group was significantly decreased and HF norm were significantly increased in HRV after acupuncture stimulation at a term of examination. While variables of the other group were no significantly different. 2. SDNN of acupuncture group were significantly increased in HRV after acupuncture stimulation at normal times. 3. Pupil area, LF norm, HF norm of three group were no significantly different in PSV at a term of examination. 4. Pupil area of relaxation group were significantly decreased in PSV at normal times. While variables of the other group were no significantly different. 5. HRT of rest group were significantly decreased in HRV between three groups at a term of examination and normal times. 6. Pupil area of relaxation group were significantly decreased in PSV between three groups at a term of examination and normal times. Conclusion : The results suggest that acupuncture stimulation is associated with changed activity in the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. Measurement values of HRV and PSV are suitable to estimate the activity of automatic nervous system.

  • 이 연구는 인터넷 기반에서의 3자(환자, 의사, 약사)간의 상호대화형 원격진료 시스템 구현으로서, 효율적인 진료와 빠른 처리를 위한 전자진료차트 및 자료처리에 관한 내용을 제시하고 있으며, 데이타베이스 구축은 IIS 4.0 웹서버 상에서 ASP와 SQL을 연동하여 구현하였으며, 온라인 및 오프라인 겸용모드의 효율적인 자료처리를 위한 시스템 통합과 환자와 의사간의 상담, 그리고 오프라인 상에서의 진료와 환자가 지정한 약사로의 처방전 전송 및 조제, 그리고 진료데이터의 저장 및 검색으로 인한 반영구적인 진료데이터저장, 환자 및 의사의 이 진료데이터를 이용한 보다 정확한 진료 및 처방 등이 가능하도록 하였다. 그리고, 일반회원 및 유료회원, 의사와 악사간의 데이터처리를 각각 등급을 나누어 다르게 하고 있으며, 이에 따른 서비스 접근권한이 부여되기에 각 회원들의 인증이 반드시 뒤따르게 하였다.

건강검진센터의 공간유형과 구조체계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Spatial Configuration of Type of Health Examination Center)

  • Due to development of modern medical services and economics, people raised expectation and demand about medical services from previous disease treatment to comprehensive health care covering prevention and health care. Responses of each medical facility to these social needs and the evolution of concept of medicine rapidly occur. The health examination centers are being operated with the purpose of health examination and this trend is reflected on several aspects such as the size of the facilities, function and configuration of space in health examination centers. Thus, health examination centers consisting of various space systems appear, but this trend and interpretations are lacking. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to draw trends of system through analysis of types and its evolved space systematic analysis and establish it. Analysis targets were classified into small, medium and large groups by sizes based on number of space and a total of 12 health examination centers in four for each category were selected. As research methods, functional relationship of space was examined through analysis of type in which segmentalized type tools were applied in local units. The flow diagram was established based on direction turning point and was classified into sub-flow and main-flow in local units and the systems between local units were derived. Finally, the results of this study can be summarized as the following three results. 1) The space connection system of health examination center showed four systems such as circulation, independence, continuation, and network. 2) Local type indicators and global type indicators which were evolved more from limitation of type analysis tools in existing research were derived so that more systematic analysis could be made. 3) Network system is distributed approach system and space for each function is formed around public space.

  • The goal of this research is to develop a Remote Medical Examination System on Oriental Medicine on the very high sped information communication network. We developed a remote medical examination system based on the sample examination data of 10 patients and develop the information of search database based on contents. We analyzed the sample data and the requirements of patients, doctors, and nurses. By the analyzed result, we designed and constructed a prototype are as follow: the multimedia ORDBMS server system, network interface technology, internal/external database schema design, oriental medicine expert knowledge base design, inter-data search algorithm design and thesaurus.

  • 본 연구는 선원 신체검사제도 개선을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하기 위한 목적으로 우리나라에서 시행중인 신체검사 항목들과 선진해운국에서 시행중인 신체검사 항목들을 비교 분석하였으며, 또한, 선원신체검사 판정기준에 대한 객관성 강화를 위해 육상의 철도 운송 종사자와 해운선진국의 신체검사 판정기준을 비교분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 현행 신체검사 항목에 대한 유지, 수정, 새로운 항목의 추가와 판정기준에 대해 의학 전문가의 자문을 통해 객관적 기준을 제안함으로써 선원 신체검사 제도의 개선을 위한 기초정보자료를 제시하였다.

OSGi 기반 USB 단말기 시스템을 이용한 ADHD 간편검사 (ADHD Simple Examination Using an OSGi Base USB Terminal System)

  • 최근 유비쿼터스가 최대의 화두로 떠오르고 있다. 새로운 지식 정보와 경쟁력 강화를 위한 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 혁명은 기술 활용 체제라는 새로운 패러다임 전환과 이에 따른 대대적 변화를 예고하고 있다. 또한, u-러닝 기반여건과 학습 장애상황들을 극복하기 위해서는 기술 공학적으로 상당히 접근되어 있는 시스템과 생활 지도 측면의 검사가 반드시 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 OSGi(Open Service Gateway Initiative)에 기반을 둔 USB(Universal Serial Bus) 단말기 시스템을 이용하여 초등학교에서 증가 추세이며 반드시 해결해야 할 주의력 결핍 및 과잉장애(Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, 이하 ADHD)에 대한 간편검사를 구현하였다. OSGi 기반 USB 단말기 시스템은 다수의 USB 단말기들과 OSGi를 탑재한 서버가 고속의 USB 버스를 이용하여 네트워크를 구축한 다양한 유비쿼터스 시스템으로 정보의 보호, 네트워크의 안전성, 비용 절감 및 유지 보수가 용이함, 주의 집중력 향상 등의 장점이 있고, ADHD는 조기 진단과 치료가 절실하기 때문에 본 논문에서 다루게 되었다. OSGi 기반 USB 단말기 시스템을 활용한 ADHD 간편검사를 통하여 지필 검사의 단점을 보완하고 컴퓨터를 이용한 검사의 문제점을 해결할 수 있었으며, 학생 지도에 도움을 줄 수 있는 시스템 적용을 확인하였다. 본 논문 결과에 비추어 학교에서 공식적으로 실시하는 인성검사나 지능검사와 일반 시험문제 풀이 그리고 수준별 학습용 시스템, 맞춤형 설문 조사 프로그램, 장애인을 위한 학습 시스템, 다수가 같이하는 게임시스템으로도 사용이 가능하다.

  • Recently as the testing of fire detector used the testing device for fire detector, there are something the matter in the perception function loss of fire detector, structure and form of the testing device for fire detector. The problem at oxidation of emitting smoke ashes hazardous article part and so on that checking person absorbs be. In this paper the problem or the conventional the examination equipment of fire detectors is analysed and researched. To solve these problems after the theoretical study and design and paint drawing of equipment the prototype of composite examination equipment of fire detectors was made. After compared with the conventional, part that improve of composite examination equipment of fire detectors are verified through the examination. In the future it will be useful the operation state and correct operation time of the fire detectors are measured after the research about the quality of the material and transparency of bellows cover is done.

  • The civil service examination system is an important part of the history of education in East Asia. In China, the civil service examination system lasted for almost 1,300 years. Through this, each dynasty was able to prevent the concentration of power to the hereditary nobles and to give competent talents an opportunity to rise to an important position in the state. In terms of medical education, in China, doctors have already been selected through tests since the Song Dynasty. However, the actual cases of medical tests currently remaining in each dynasty are very rare. This paper, firstly, examines the implementation method of the medical test during the Qing Dynasty and examines how it influenced the merit rating. and secondly, this paper examines the actual cases of the remaining Qing medical exam questions, in terms of content, related to the medical text "Uijonggeumgam (醫宗金鑑)" and was influenced by the style of the civil service examination at that time.

기술사 자격 검정 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on Improving to Examine of P·E Qualification)

  • The domestic professional engineer qualification system has been changed after the enactment of the law in 1963. However, the domestic professional engineers have been unaccepted and unrecognized internationally. In addition, the domestic professional engineer system is operated in accordance with the individual laws of each ministry, but the official qualification examination is conducted by the Human Resource Development Service of Korea. Thus, the domestic professional engineer system has many problems in system itself and operating. In this research, we compare the domestic qualification system with the systems of other foreign countries, and propose how to improve the qualification system. This study limits the scope to the qualification examination for P·E. We suggest 3 ways to improve the qaulification examination; (1) The structure of the qualifications, (2) The testing method, and (3) The unification of the qualification system and operation.
