A bladder diverticulum occurs when the bladder mucosa herniates or protrudes through the muscular wall of the baldder. The majority of congenital bladder diverticula occurs in males. They are the most common in the region of the bladder base, most frequently in the region of the ureteral hiatus, in which case they are known as Hutch's diverticula. They can give rise to obstruction or reflux. We had experienced a case of bilateral Hutch's diverticulum associated with vesicoureterai reflux in a 23 month old male. Chief complaints were urinary frequency and dysuria. Voiding cystourogram and CT scan revealed large bilateral Hutch's diverticulum with bilateral vesiciureteral reflux grade VI. There was evidence of urinary infection. This patient was successfully treated by ureteroneocystostomy. We report this case with a brief review of related literatures.

This study is concentrated on the development of real-time estimation model and vision control method as well as the experimental test. The proposed method permits a kind of adaptability not otherwise available in that the relationship between the camera-space location of manipulable visual cues and the vector of manipulator joint coordinates is estimate in real time. This is done based on a estimation model ta\hat generalizes known manipulator kinematics to accommodate unknown relative camera position and orientation as well as uncertainty of manipulator. This vision control method is roboust and reliable, which overcomes the difficulties of the conventional research such as precise calibration of the vision sensor, exact kinematic modeling of the manipulator, and correct knowledge of position and orientation of CCD camera with respect to the manipulator base. Finally, evidence of the ability of real-time vision control method for manipulator's position control is provided by performing the thin-rod placement in space with 2 cues test model which is completed without a prior knowledge of camera or manipulator positions. This feature opens the door to a range of applications of manipulation, including a mobile manipulator with stationary cameras tracking and providing information for control of the manipulator event.

Managing the quantitative measurement of the data control activities in enterprise wide is important to secure management of data governance. However, research on data governance is limited to concept definitions and components, and data governance research on evaluation models is lacking. In this study, we developed a model of quantitative assessment for data governance including the assessment area, evaluation index and evaluation matrix. We also, proposed a method of developing the model of quantitative assessment for data governance. For this purpose, we used previous studies and expert opinion analysis such as the Delphi technique, KJ method in this paper. This study contributes to literature by developing a quantitative evaluation model for data governance at the early stage of the study. This paper can be used for the base line data in objective evidence of performance in the companies and agencies of operating data governance.

Hydrogels containing ketoprofen were prepared by adding NaOH or $Ca(OH)_2$ solution to Eudragit L, S and Eudispert hv at various concentration. And xerogels were prepared by drying hydrogels. On the other hand, organogels containing ketoprofen were prepared by mixing Eudragit L or S and propylene glycol. Effects of polymer content and base on drug release were investigated using KP V dissolution method. The release rate of ketoprofen from Eudragit L & S hydrogel decreased with increasing in polymer content. And the drug release rate from cal. hydroxide based gels were more decreased than that from sod. hydroxide based gels. At pH 7.2 dissolution medium, e release of ketoprofen from Edispert hv hydrogel followed apparent zero order kinetics. The release of ketoprofen from xerogel involved in simultaneous absorption of water and desorption of ketoprofen via a pH-dependant swelling controlled mechanism. The release of ketoprofen from Eudragit S organogels followed apparent zero order kinetics, providing strong evidence for a surface erosion mechanism.

Design and characteristic improvement of existing folded dipole antenna is presented to adopt W-CDMA(1.885~2.170 GHz) wideband antenna radiators. The antenna structure has +/- 45 degrees dual polarization. In order to overcome the narrow bandwidth and low gain characteristic typical of the microstrip antenna, double layered structure was employed. The antenna achieved below - 20 dB reflection coefficients each ports, - 20 dB of port isolation, above 7 dBi of gain, providing evidence that the proposed design can be used in the W-CDMA service frequency band antenna.

Genetic diversities, population genetic structures and demographic histories of the thread-sail filefish Stephanolepis cirrhifer were investigated by nucleotide sequencing of 336 base pairs of the mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) control region in 111 individuals collected from six populations in Korean coastal waters. A total of 70 haplotypes were defined by 58 variable nucleotide sites. The neighbor-joining tree of the 70 haplotypes was shallow and did not provide evidence of geographical associations. Expansion of S. cirrhifer populations began approximate 51,000 to 102,000 years before present, correlating with the period of sea level rise since the late Pleistocene glacial maximum. High levels of haplotype diversities ($0.974{\pm}0.029$ to $1.000{\pm}0.076$) and nucleotide diversities (0.014 to 0.019), and low levels of genetic differentiation among populations inferred from pairwise population FST values (-0.007 to 0.107), support an expansion of the S. cirrhifer population. Hierarchical analysis of molecular variance (AMOVA) revealed weak but significant genetic structures among three groups ($F_{CT}$ = 0.028, p<0.05), and no genetic variation within groups (0.53%; $F_{SC}$ = 0.005, p = 0.23). These results may help establish appropriate fishery management strategies for stocks of S. cirrhifer and related species.

The study aims to articulate a definition of luxury brands, to propose a framework for consumer luxury brand relationships and to provide empirical evidence of the proposed model. The study conducted two surveys in Portugal and the United States in 2009 and 2013 for selected luxury brands. The study employs factor analysis and structural equation modelling techniques to test the hypotheses. The study finds a link between luxury products and consumer's psychological association represents in a hierarchical order of: cognitive attributes at its base level, extrinsic attributes on a secondary level and intrinsic attributes at the advance level. The findings suggest a concept for luxury brands from three dimensions of: luxury product characteristics, consumer's psychological characteristics, and consumer's psychological association with the luxury product. The research was conducted in Portugal and the United States so that there is always a potential criticism concerning the ability to generalize research results to a broader international population. The findings provide a holistic perspective in the understanding of luxury brand constructs and a definition of luxury brands in the way why consumers involve symbolic consumption. The successful application of the findings in a brand setting would be of particular interest to marketers and brand strategists.

Purpose - Today's world revolves around search engines which are the driving force behind any marketer. The thirst for marketing has led to the evolution of online 'Pay per click' over last few years and is the most widely used instrument. Research design, data, and methodology - Exploratory research design highlights many marketing variables getting affected by pay per click marketing. To analyze the said phenomenon, the data was gathered through questionnaire from the sample of 338 respondents which were selected by simple random sampling method mostly from the National Capital Region (NCR) of Delhi in India. The data collected from the respondents was loaded on SAS base for exploratory factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results - Pay per click as a marketing tool has significant impact on the consumers. The most prominent factors of pay per click marketing identified in the research are Ad quality, Competition, Targeting, Trend and Budget. Conclusions - Organic as well as inorganic ads, keeping in mind the end goal to gage the exchange of these two postings in the marked look territory. Additionally, here we dissected supported pursuit promotions in all. It would be beneficial to break down the impact of promotion position on the pay per click marketing.

A study was carried out to grow an understanding of the microstructural development of friction stir welds on an AZ91D magnesium alloy, and to evaluate the mechanical properties of the welds. AZ91D plates with the thickness of 4mm were used, and the microstructural development of the weld zone was investigated using optical and scanning electron microscopes. Square butt welding joint with good quality was obtained at the conditions of under 187mm/min of travel speed with 1100 to 1250 rpm of tool rotation speed. The microstructure within the weld region consisted of fine equiaxed grains with no evidence of the original dendritic structure. The hardness tests showed slightly increased harness in the weld region, and the minimum hardness measured is in that of the parent material. Tensile strength of the weld zone was remarkably improved due to very fine recrystallized structure. XRD pattern of weld zone revealed the removal of $\beta$ intermetallic compounds, $Mg_{17}$Al$_{12}$, which had been distributed in the base metal.l.

Background: Oral cancer is the most common cancer among men and second only to breast cancer among women in Pakistan. For the effective control and prevention of oral cancer, Pakistan needs to recognize the importance of research and generation of the evidence-base which can inform policy making and planning and implementation of intervention programs. The objective of this review was to quantify oral cancer research output in Pakistan. Materials and Methods: A systematic electronic search in "Medline", "ISI-Web of Science" and "Pakmedinet", supplemented by a Google search, was carried out in January and February, 2014, to identify literature from Pakistan relevant to oral cancer. The selection of publications for the review was carried out according to preset criteria. Data were recorded and analyzed using Microsoft Excel. Results: A total of 166 publications comprising 62 case series, 36 cross sectional, 31 case control, 10 basic laboratory research, eleven reviews and two trials, were included in this review. Some 35 % of the publications focused on risk factors for oral cancer. COMSATS Institute of Information Technology was the institution with the highest contribution. Conclusions: There is a lack of research in the field of oral cancer research in Pakistan. Focused efforts should be put in place to improve both quality and quantity of oral cancer research in the country.
