In the customer-centered era, financial institutions have understood the importance of Customer Relationship Management(CRM), and heavily invested into building the required technology infrastructure more than ever. In a competitive environment that are changing fast, knowledge management is necessary. To know customers' needs and desire, we have to approach their environment and mind, and the method by estimating in terms of supposing or imitating. Applying customers' knowledge is effective and will come up with a stepping-stone to get rid of threatening factors by having competitiveness in a competitive environment and extending and changing the corporation. This purpose, the study has identified knowledge-oriented infra that corporations know and customer relations by conducting a poll of local corporations and have presented motives that can effectively carry out knowledge-based customer relations. To gain competitive advantage, these Institutions need to understand their customers' potential value to find out more and to recognize the significant changes of customer. Then the CRM implementation will help Financial Institutions move to more of a sales culture away from product and closer to the customer.

Image has more power in the 21st century than ever before. With the advance in technology and media, image is either made or received more easily and promptly using digital technology. Because of that, it has been hard for digital images to gain value as a work of art. But after NFT technology was developed and then applied to digital images, we have come to distinguish the original from the copy of it. People are trying various ways to allow digital images to be acknowledged as art, and changing the nature of digital images that makes new paradigms in the history of art. Through NFT artworks rising as a new style, this paper analyzed and investigated the new properties and changing characteristics of digital images in order to anticipate the characteristics of artworks that the public produces, enjoys, and consumes. This study is grounded on experimental analysis methods, and this author expects that it can contribute to figuring out which kinds of visual culture and artworks digital image is influencing currently from various perspectives.

Purpose - The hospitality industry has experienced significant transformations in recent years, primarily driven by advancements in technology and changes in consumer behavior. The worldwide COVID-19 epidemic has intensified a trend of hotel guests increasingly relying on meal delivery applications. Considering the recent COVID-19 pandemic, this study sets out to investigate how hotel guests have been using food delivery apps before and during the outbreak. Research design, data, and methodology - This study utilizes a systematic literature review as its research design. A systematic literature review is a methodical, well-structured procedure for locating, analyzing, and synthesizing pertinent research articles. Result - The findings shed light on four main aspects: convenience and accessibility, safety and hygiene assurance, personalization and customization, and local exploration and cultural immersion. These findings provide valuable insights into the evolving preferences and behaviors of hotel guests in utilizing food delivery apps, particularly in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Conclusion - This study has contributed to the understanding of the changing role of food delivery apps among hotel guests. By recognizing the evolving dynamics and leveraging the opportunities presented by food delivery apps, hotels can adapt to meet guest expectations, enhance customer satisfaction, and thrive in the ever-changing landscape of the hospitality industry.

The development of artificial intelligence in the field of construction and construction is revitalizing. The performance and development techniques of artificial intelligence are changing rapidly, but if you look at the cases of domestic construction sites, they are using technologies from 5 to 7 years ago. It is right to follow a stable method in consideration of commercialization, but the previous AI development method requires more manpower and time to develop than the current technology. In addition, in order to actively utilize artificial intelligence technology, customized artificial intelligence is required to be applied to ever-changing changes in construction sites. it is the reality As a result, even if good AI technology is secured at the construction site, it is reluctant to introduce it because there is no advantage in terms of time and cost compared to the existing method to apply it only to some processes. Currently, an AI technique with a faster development process and accurate recognition has been developed to cope with a fluid situation, so it will be important to understand and introduce the rapidly changing AI development method.

Considering the current rise in elderly population, institutions and facilities caring for the elderly are currently unable to satify the growing needs of the aged wanting the better qualities of life. Therefore, this study will analyze institutions and policies for the elderly in Japan, which has already experienced the rise in elderly population about 30 years earlier than Korea. Because the living conditions of Japan is somewhat similar to that of Korea, analyzing its solutions, both governmental and private, will help better understand the current situations of Korea and possibly offer guidelines as to better serve the growing demands of the aged. In Japan, the social welfare policies directed at caring for the elderly are mainly directed by the government: however, the private services tend to be more adroit at meeting the ever-changing demands of the elderly. Incidentally, the privately owned elderly homes of Japan are a major part of so called the "Silver Industries". The elderly home that are run by private corporations consititute 50 percent of all private institutions for the elderly. These homes tend tobe situated in a city, or near a city environment, serving 25 to 99 people. The types of such homes can be classified from A to D,E,F, reflecting the various services offered by such homes meeting the various demands by the elderly populatiov. Analyzing the social tred of Japan for theelderly, it can be said that the responsibility of the elderly should not only be relied upon the government, but to the society as whole, both public and private. The ever-changing demands of the elderly, wanting better qualities of life, can be better served by systematic analysis of the demands and the various solutions to such demands. Also, the necessary governmental policies in support of elderly welfare, will be needed.be needed.

Developing and managing Web applications are more complex than ever because of their growing functionalities, advancing Web technologies, increasing demands for integration with legacy applications, and changing content and structure. All these factors call for a more inclusive and comprehensive Web application design method. In response, we propose a context-based Web application design methodology that is based on several classification schemes including a Webpage classification, which is useful for identifying the information delivery mechanism and its relevant Web technology; a link classification, which reflects the semantics of various associations between pages; and a software component classification, which is helpful for pinpointing the roles of various components in the course of design. The proposed methodology also incorporates a unique Web application model comprised of a set of information clusters called compendia, each of which consists of a theme, its contextual pages, links, and components. This view is useful for modular design as well as for management of ever-changing content and structure of a Web application. The proposed methodology brings together all the three classification schemes and the Web application model to arrive at a set of both semantically cohesive and syntactically loose-coupled design artifacts.

Today, the need for more flexible and adaptive production system and integrated management of their manufacturing information and facilities is ever increasing to cope with competitive and ever-changing global market environments and complexity of new control systems. This paper presents the whole system architecture and the technological characteristics of for each individual system layer which are able to flexibly integrate and manage high-speed and high-precision machining systems. It is investigated that monitoring and integrated management of the control systems can be realized with consideration of detailed information of various CNCs, and the management function may be easily constructed and extended using components of the manufacturing execution layer.

Power electronics is an interdisciplinary area that is interstitial to all of the major disciplines of electrical engineering including power, electronics and control. Today, the covering field of power electronics has more widely spread out with the help of ever evolving microelectronics and computer science. Whereas, in Japan the tendency is becoming remarkable nowadays that science, especially "mathematics" and "hardware work", are falling into disfavor with the young people. For these reasons, it has become a very important problem to find out "what are the truest essentials of power electronics\ulcorner" and "How to give students incentives to learn power electronics\ulcorner " from an educational point of view In under-graduate and graduate courses in universities. On the other hand, the power electronics engineers in companies are always required to comply with the ever changing trend of global and open market. However, it takes long time to cultivate their skills. Against the background, "The Cooperative Research Committee on Education of Power Electronics" was established in the IEEJ Industry Applications Society during 2000-2001. Maintaining the permanence of a company in the current rapidly changing business environment is not an easy task. Rather, the lifespan of a company can be said to be gradually decreasing. As such, the author of this paper, which describes the current market environment, is the sales organization of a large company. While leading the company, I thought about how to overcome the rapidly changing market and create an organization that continues to grow. As a result, I succeeded in creating an organization that continued to grow over the past two years, and the main activity of this result was the use of sales computer. It was clear that it was an information sharing activity. This can be said to be a result of proving that a series of activities to create and share information is important for the sales organization of ICT companies to actively respond to the rapidly changing market environment. Therefore, this study attempted to examine the relationship between knowledge management and business performance in the sales field of ICT companies, which has not been covered so far. Knowledge management is a four-stage activity from a process perspective, divided into knowledge creation, knowledge storage, knowledge transfer, and knowledge utilization. did. As a result of the study, first, knowledge management activities, such as knowledge creation and knowledge storage, were found to have a significant impact on financial performance. Second, knowledge management activities such as knowledge creation, knowledge storage, knowledge transfer, and knowledge utilization were all found to have an impact on non-financial performance. In the end, this study confirmed that efforts to turn tacit knowledge into knowledge in order to respond to the ever-changing ICT market are ultimately an important factor in growing a company.

International Competition for Parc de la Villette has evoked the old architectural question that is about the conflict between unchanging architecture and ever changing time. Tschumi and Koolhaas suggested well-known solutions for it, both of which had started from the criticism of general urban design approach that ignored changing factors in time. However, this study argues that the approaches of Tschumi and Koolhaas are even opposite to each other in spite of their common aims. Influenced by deconstructivists' theories, Tschumi tries to generate the 'text' on the surface of la Villette so that the different users of the park can read it differently. The text is built by 'superimposing' different systems such as points, lines, and surfaces. This study criticizes such formalistic approach since such 'forms' do not generate any dialogue with the real users but just stay as a backdrop for irrelevant events. Meanwhile, Koolhaas concentrates on the 'ground-ness' of la Villette. What he deals with is the real ground which embraces all the potentials on it already. His 'bands' express nothing but the metamorphosis of the ground, and the ground generates the 'differences' out of itself by repeating itself ceaselessly. This study tries to clarify all those happenings and meanings by intimate investigation of various drawing works for the la Villette project by Tschumi and Koolhaas.
