델파이·AHP기법을 통한 유적정비 사후평가 지표 개발 (A Development of the Post-evaluation Index about Maintenance of Remains by Using Delphi and AHP Method)

  • Recently, conservation and utilization of cultural heritage has been regarded as importance. So, various research papers about maintenance of the remains have been presented in many conferences. But most of researches have focused on introduction about maintenance methods and explanation about maintenance concepts of remains. And even in case of a few papers treated post-evaluation about maintenance of the remains the criteria of the evaluation has tended to somewhat subjective. So, the purpose of this study is to show the objective post-evaluation indexes which was developed by Delphi AHP methods. This research was proceeded in two stages. First, we arranged the evaluation index in a hierarchy to be made through the analyses about references and researches about maintenance of remains. 304 evaluation articles were elicited through the process. And then, elicited evaluation articles were classified with 'conservation' and 'utilization'. Second step was to figure out importance and validity of hierarchical evaluation articles with twice questionnaire surveys. This research used interval scale to comprehend validity and AHP method to evaluate relative importance of each other articles.

  • Evaluation in both an art and a science. The art of evaluation involves working with the management to agree upon purpose and users of results, creating design and gathering information that are appropriate for a specific situation and a particular policy making context. The value of evaluating extension p개grams has received a lot of attentions recently, and many extension educations see evaluation as an integral part of their work. The science of evaluation involves determining standards and developing indicatiors, selecting methods appropriate to gather information in a systematic way, analyzing information to assist in determining the value of the program in an objective manner. First, extension specialists have to consider relative merits about methods of gathering evaluation data. Selection of method should be influenced by the type of information desired, time availability, and cost of using the method. Second, good evaluations involve stakeholders at all stages including planning, implementation, and utilization of results. Third, far from being an "add-on ," evaluation begins with the initial planning of an educational program. Fourth, it is important for extension specialists that although evaluation is valuable and essential in any effective program, one of the biggest mistakes of extension program evaluators in to promise results that cannot possibly solve all the problems of project.

학교교육 질 제고를 위한 학교평가 체제 개선 연구 (A Research on Improving School Evaluation System for Quality School Education)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate school administrators' perceptions of school evaluation, examining the current situation in the hope of finding solutions to the problems caused by current evaluation. The subjects of this research were consisted of 230 middle and high school administrators in Busan. The instrument used for the study were the questionnaire included 27 questions concerning the current situation, the problems and improvements of school evaluation. The results of this study were as followed: (1) school administrators generally have a positive attitude toward school evaluations. But, they thought need to enhance their leadership qualities so that teachers can feel more positive about participating in school evaluation. (2) school administrators have to show more of an interest in the planning, performance and the use of the results of evaluation. (3) to enhance the quality of teaching practices in school they have to improve their methods for providing feedback of the results of evaluations. (4) the biggest problem related to school evaluation is the lack of quality and professional knowledge of the evaluation teams. And each school develops a unique curriculum and focuses on the improvement of instruction methods.

  • 지역혁신과 클러스터 정책은 지역정책의 새로운 아젠다로서, 최근 여러 국가와 지역에서 관심을 갖는 주제이다. 여기서 우리의 주요 관심사는 지역혁신과 클러스터 정책을 어떻게 평가할 것인가, 그리고 그 평가에 있어 어떤 모델과 방법을 사용할 것인가라는 데에 모아진다. 1990년 이후 국가 및 지방정부에서는 개선된 정책을 수립하기 위한 지식 창출의 도구로서 정책평가를 강조해 왔다. 이 논문의 목적은 지역혁신과 클러스터 정책의 평가와 관련된 주요 논의를 요약하고, 더 나은 정책평가에 기여할 수 있는 방법론을 제안하는 데에 있다. 우선 지역혁신과 클러스터 정책을 개관하고 그 정책의 주요 특성과 정책평가로 제기되는 주요 과제를 보다 상세히 분석한다. 다음으로 현재 사용되는 평가 관행을 개선시키는 데 도움이 되는 몇 가지 방법을 제안한다. 마지막으로 지역혁신과 클러스터 정책을 평가하는 데 있어 고려해야 할 몇 가지 사항을 제시한다.

과학영재교육센터 평가 기준 개발 (Standards for Evaluation of a Center for Scientifically Gifted Education)

  • 본 연구는 대학부설 과학영재교육센터의 종합적인 평가 기준을 개발하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 먼저, 국내 대학부설 과학영재교육센터의 운영 현황을 분석하고 과학영재교육센터 운영에 있어서 시급한 문제점을 도출하였고, 다음으로 ‘특수목적고’와 시·도교육청이 운영하고 있는 ‘과학영재반’과의 차별성을 위한 대학부설 과학영재교육센터의 위상을 정립하기 위한 과학영재교육센터 평가의 기본 방향 및 평가틀을 구안하였다. 이를 바탕으로 과학영재교육센터 평가 영역별 평가 기준 및 평가 방법을 구안하였다. 마지막으로, 이상의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 실제 과학영재교육센터 평가에 적용하기 위한 평가 종류(시기)에 따른 평가 방법과 활용 방안을 정리·제시하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 과학영재교육센터 평가 기준은 우리나라 대학부설 과학영재교육센터의 효율적인 평가를 위해 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

SW교육 평가 방법의 적합성 및 현장 유용성에 대한 초등교사 인식 분석 (Elementary Teacher Perceptions of Evaluation Methods about Suitability and Usefulness in Software Education)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 SW교육에서 활용되고 있는 다양한 평가 방법들에 대해 교사들의 인식을 분석하여 현장 유용성을 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색하는 것에 있다. 이를 위해 SW교육 평가 관련 연수 및 교육을 받은 교사들을 대상으로 설문하였다. 연구 결과, SW교육 수업에서 산출물, 포트폴리오, 관찰 평가를 사용하는 것은 Computational Thinking(CT)을 평가하기에 적절하며 현장 적용에도 유용하다는 인식이 컸다. 반면, 지필평가와 자기평가는 현장에 적용하기에는 유용하나, CT를 평가하기에는 상대적으로 부족하며, 포트폴리오, 디자인, 그리고 인터뷰 평가는 CT를 측정하기에는 적합하나 현장 적용은 어렵다고 응답했다. 끝으로, 평가 수행 시에는 평가 기준, 평가 요소, 그리고 평가 전략 순으로 어려움이 있다고 인식하였다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 결과를 기초로 SW교육 평가방법을 현장에 효과적으로 적용하기 위해 고려해야할 방안들을 제언하였다.

디자인 분야에서 빅데이터를 활용한 감성평가방법 모색 -한복 연관 디자인 요소, 감성적 반응, 평가어휘를 중심으로- (An Investigation of a Sensibility Evaluation Method Using Big Data in the Field of Design -Focusing on Hanbok Related Design Factors, Sensibility Responses, and Evaluation Terms-)

  • This study seeks a method to objectively evaluate sensibility based on Big Data in the field of design. In order to do so, this study examined the sensibility responses on design factors for the public through a network analysis of texts displayed in social media. 'Hanbok', a formal clothing that represents Korea, was selected as the subject for the research methodology. We then collected 47,677 keywords related to Hanbok from 12,000 posts on Naver blogs from January $1^{st}$ to December $31^{st}$ 2015 and that analyzed using social matrix (a Big Data analysis software) rather than using previous survey methods. We also derived 56 key-words related to design elements and sensibility responses of Hanbok. Centrality analysis and CONCOR analysis were conducted using Ucinet6. The visualization of the network text analysis allowed the categorization of the main design factors of Hanbok with evaluation terms that mean positive, negative, and neutral sensibility responses. We also derived key evaluation factors for Hanbok as fitting, rationality, trend, and uniqueness. The evaluation terms extracted based on natural language processing technologies of atypical data have validity as a scale for evaluation and are expected to be suitable for utilization in an index for sensibility evaluation that supplements the limits of previous surveys and statistical analysis methods. The network text analysis method used in this study provides new guidelines for the use of Big Data involving sensibility evaluation methods in the field of design.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 Fisher(1995, 2003)의 다차원적 정책평가방법 중 상황적 타당성 평가를 활용하여 우리나라의 장애인 고용·일자리 정책을 평가하고 그에 따른 정책적 함의를 도출하는 것이다. 우리나라에서 진행된 다수의 장애인 고용·일자리 정책평가 연구들이 계량적인 연구방법에 치우쳐 균형 있고 종합적인 평가에는 소홀한 측면이 있었다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 실증주의적 방법론의 한계를 보완하는 질적 또는 현상학적 접근을 통해 균형 있는 정책평가를 시도하였다. 연구결과, 장애인 고용서비스·일자리의 개선을 위해 기관 간 연계·협력 강화, 고용서비스 사각지대 해소, 질적 개선, 맞춤형 고용서비스 확대, 프로그램 내실화, 정책·제도적 환경개선, 개인 심리정서적 지원강화가 향후 우리나라 장애인고용정책에서 중요한 것으로 나타났다.

Serviceability evaluation methods for high-rise structures considering wind direction

  • High-rise buildings are very slender and flexible. Their low stiffness values make them vulnerable to horizontal loads, such as those associated with wind or earthquakes. For high-rise buildings, the threat to serviceability caused by wind-induced vibration is an important problem. To estimate the serviceability under wind action, the response acceleration of a building at the roof height is used. The response acceleration is estimated by the same wind speed at all wind directions. In general, the effect of wind direction is not considered. Therefore, the response accelerations obtained are conservative. If buildings have typical plans and strong winds blow from relatively constant wind directions, it is necessary to account for the wind direction to estimate the response accelerations. This paper presents three methods of evaluating the response accelerations while considering the effects of wind direction. These three serviceability evaluation methods were estimated by combining the wind directional frequency data obtained from a weather station with the results of a response analysis using wind tunnel tests. Finally, the decrease in the efficiencies of the response acceleration for each serviceability evaluation method was investigated by comparing the response acceleration for the three methods accounting for wind direction with the response acceleration in which wind direction was not considered.

  • IMO type C independent tank is one of the cargo containment system specified on IGC code. It is normally adopted for small and medium size liquefied gas carrier's cargo containment system and it can be applied to fuel tank of LNG fueled vessel. This study focuses on rule scantling process and evaluation methods in early design stage of type C independent tank. Actual design results of 22K LPG/Ammonia/VCM carrier's No.2 cargo tank are demonstrated. This paper presents the calculation methods of design acceleration and liquid height for internal design pressure as defined on IGC code. And this paper shows the applied results of classification rules about shell thickness requirement and buckling strength. Additionally this paper deals with evaluation methods of structural strength and cumulative fatigue damage using FE analysis.
