The study of space through image evaluation has reached the stage of measuring the emotion with the development of IT technology and the advent of VR AR era. Many researches have been trying to evaluate the space and measure the emotion in objective form by providing various forms of spatial images such as photographs, sketches, and CG. In order for these studies to be used as objective data with logical relevance, it is necessary to describe in detail the method of collecting the data used in the experiment, the characteristics of the test procedure, and the method of analysis. This study is a basic study for constructing a database by systematically organizing the attributes, experimental methods and experimental procedures of subjects. From the viewpoint of securing the objectivity and reproducibility of the paper, we analyzed the spatial image evaluation process focusing on 1) evaluation subject, 2) experimental method, and 3) analysis standard. It is necessary to examine whether the object of evaluation and the form of image and the method of providing it meet the purpose of the study. In addition, the size and order of the image, the viewing time and the interval (break time) should be different according to the gender and group experiment and the individual test method.

본 연구는 병원정보시스템 품질 평가에 대한 문헌들을 고찰하고, 소프트웨어 품질 속성과 측정 내용들을 분석하여 병원산업의 특성을 반영한 바람직한 정보시스템 평가 방법의 제안에 있다. 병원정보시스템 품질 평가의 척도와 내용들은 주관적이며 일관성이 결여된 내용들이 주를 이루고 있었고, 가장 많이 채택된 척도는 만족도이었다. 또한 ISO9241-11에서 제시된 사용성 측정 내용들과 병원정보시스템에서 사용된 품질 측정항목들을 비교해 보면, 같은 품질척도에서도 전혀 다른 품질 측정 내용을 사용하고 있는 것으로 조사되었고, 병원 산업의 특수성을 나타내기에도 매우 단편적이며 구체성이 결여되어 있었다. 결국 병원산업의 특수성과 품질 평가의 활용도를 증진시키는 방법은 ISO9241-11과 같은 표준 품질 모델과 업무 맥락의 관점에서 사용자 중심의 품질평가 항목 개발이 필요하다.

본 연구는 프로젝트 경영 분야 중 Al-Harbi (2001)의 논문을 Pyrczak (2008)이 제시한 평가절차에 의하여 분석하였다. 분석 대상으로 선정된 Al-Harbi (2001)의 논문은 프로젝트 경영에서 의사결정방법론으로서의 AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) 적용 가능성을 제시하였다. 이러한 논문의 평가를 위해서 여러 절로 구분하여 Pyrczak (2008)에서 제시하는 분석표에 의해 논문을 세부적으로 평가하였다. 본 연구는 연구 논문의 평가 방법을 정량화된 수치에 의해 보여줄 수 있음을 제안했다는 점에의 의미를 갖고 있다.

본 연구에서는 한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)에서 구축한 한국과학기술인용색인(KSCI) 데이터베이스를 이용하여 연구자들의 인용현황을 분석하였다. 그리고 세계적으로 가장 널리 이용되고 있는 TS사의 JCR방식으로 영향력 지표와 즉시성 색인을 생성하여 이를 분석하였다. 산출된 영향력 지표와 즉시성 색인을 2002년도 JCR 지표와 비교하였고, 이를 근거로 한국과학기술인용색인(KSCI) 데이터베이스의 필요성 및 국내학술지 평가를 위한 새로운 모델을 제시하였다.

Purpose: There has been no attempt to establish an objective implant surgical evaluation protocol to assess residents' surgical competence and improve their surgical outcomes. The present study presents a newly developed assessment and rating system and simulation model that can assist the teaching staffs to evaluate the surgical events and surgical skills of residents objectively. Methods: Articles published in peer-reviewed English journals were selected using several scientific databases and subsequently reviewed regarding surgical competence and assessment tools. Particularly, medical journals reporting rating and evaluation protocols for various types of medical surgeries were thoroughly analyzed. Based on these studies, an implant surgical technique assessment and rating system (iSTAR) has been developed. Also, a specialized dental typodont was developed for the valid and reliable assessment of surgery. Results: The iSTAR consists of two parts including surgical information and task-specific checklists. Specialized simulation model was subsequently produced and can be used in combination with iSTAR. Conclusions: The assessment and rating system provided may serve as a reference guide for teaching staffs to evaluate the residents' implant surgical techniques.

2000년대에 들어와서 강력하게 추진되고 있는 국내 학회와 학술지에 대한 평가는 학회와 학술지의 장래를 결정하게 되는데 여기에 대한 한국지구과학회의 대응과 그 결과를 제시하고 앞으로 지구과학이 어떤 방향으로 연구하고 교육해야 하는지를 토의해 보고자 한다. 2002년에 실시된 학술진흥재단 평가에서 한국지구과학회지가 우수하게 평가되어 학술진흥재단의 등재지로 선정되었으며, 한국지구과학회의 정체성을 결정하는 지구과학 학문 분류 (2002년도)가 학술진흥재단에 그대로 반영되었다. 그리고 2003년도부터 국가 학문 분류를 확정하기 위하여 KISTEP(한국과학기술기획평가원)에서 실시한 공청회와 의견 수렴에 적극적으로 참여하여 우리의 학문 분류 안을 관철시켰다. 그리고 2003년도 학술진흥재단학문분류를 위하여 지구과학분야의 학문 분류 안을 제출하였다. 앞으로도 학술지 평가와 학문 분류 조정이 계속적으로 이루어지기 때문에 지구과학의 정체성과 함께 지구과학의 학문 분류에 대하여 지속적으로 연구해야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 국내 웹 접근성 평가 연구동향을 분석하여, 부족한 점과 웹 접근성 평가 연구가 나아가야 할 방향성을 제시하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 목적 달성을 위해 2000년 1월부터 2017년 3월까지 약 17년간 한국연구재단 등재학술지 및 등재후보 학술지에 발표된 논문을 대상으로 총 59편을 선정하였다. 선정된 논문들은 웹 접근성에 대한 평가자, 평가 대상, 평가 방법, 평가 결과별로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 평가자 측면은 '단독 평가(66%)'가, 평가 대상은 '웹 사이트(83%)'가 가장 높은 비율이었다. 평가 방법은 자동평가, 자동과 수동 병행이 유사한 비율이었다. 마지막으로 웹 접근성 문제없음을 나타낸 논문은 단 2편이었다. 본 연구는 평가 동향을 분석한 메타 연구가 부족한 상태에서 한국의 웹 접근성 연구 및 웹 접근성 평가 연구의 바람직한 방향성을 제언했다는 데 의의가 있다.

PURPOSE. The aim of this review was to analyze the evaluation criteria on mandibular implant overdentures through a systematic review and suggest standardized evaluation criteria. MATERIALS AND METHODS. A systematic literature search was conducted by PubMed search strategy and hand-searching of relevant journals from included studies considering inclusion and exclusion criteria. Randomized clinical trials (RCT) and clinical trial studies comparing attachment systems on mandibular implant overdentures until December, 2011 were selected. Twenty nine studies were finally selected and the data about evaluation methods were collected. RESULTS. Evaluation criteria could be classified into 4 groups (implant survival, peri-implant tissue evaluation, prosthetic evaluation, and patient satisfaction). Among 29 studies, 21 studies presented implant survival rate, while any studies reporting implant failure did not present cumulative implant survival rate. Seventeen studies evaluating peri-implant tissue status presented following items as evaluation criteria; marginal bone level (14), plaque Index (13), probing depth (8), bleeding index (8), attachment gingiva level (8), gingival index (6), amount of keratinized gingiva (1). Eighteen studies evaluating prosthetic maintenance and complication also presented following items as evaluation criteria; loose matrix (17), female detachment (15), denture fracture (15), denture relining (14), abutment fracture (14), abutment screw loosening (11), and occlusal adjustment (9). Atypical questionnaire (9), Visual analog scales (VAS) (4), and Oral Health Impact Profile (OHIP) (1) were used as the format of criteria to evaluate patients satisfaction in 14 studies. CONCLUSION. For evaluation of implant overdenture, it is necessary to include cumulative survival rate for implant evaluation. It is suggested that peri-implant tissue evaluation criteria include marginal bone level, plaque index, bleeding index, probing depth, and attached gingiva level. It is also suggested that prosthetic evaluation criteria include loose matrix, female detachment, denture fracture, denture relining, abutment fracture, abutment screw loosening, and occlusal adjustment. Finally standardized criteria like OHIP-EDENT or VAS are required for patient satisfaction.

최근 연구개발 투자규모가 급속히 증가함에 따라 정부는 R&D사업의 투자효율성을 높이기 위한 다양한 정책을 구사하고 있다. 구체적으로 R&D사업에 대한 성과평가를 강화하고 평가결과를 예산의 조정 및 배분에 반영하는 등 성과중심의 평가체계를 정착시키기 위해 노력하고 있다. 이처럼 국가연구개발사업에 대한 평가가 성과중심으로 체계화되기 위해서는 R&D 성과물을 과학적 객관적으로 분석할 수 있는 성과지표의 개발이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 전 부처 연구개발사업에 공통으로 적용할 수 있는 성과지표인 SCI논문지표를 바탕으로 교육과학기술부 3대 연구개발사업에 대한 구체적인 사례분석을 실시하여 이들 사업이 우리나라 전체 R&D에서 차지하는 질적 양적 위상을 파악하고자 하였다. 이러한 분석을 위해 SCI 관련 기존지표와 더불어 4개의 신규지표를 소개하였고 신규지표들의 타당성 조사를 위해 모의실험을 실시하였다. 그 결과 보완된 순위보정영향력지수(ordinal rank normalized impact factor, omIF)가 분야간 비교 시 가장 적절한 성과지표인 것으로 분석되었다.

A journal listed by the Thompson Reuters for Scientific Citation Index Expended(SCIE) is important to be recognized internationally. There is no domestic journal related the exercise or sports discipline in spite of some domestic journals related other disciplines are recently listed in the SCIE. To be listed our Korean Journal of Exercise Nutrition(KJEN) on the SCIE, it is important to satisfy the criteria of SCIE. The criteria for journal evaluation and selection by Thompson Reuters include four main aspects. Evaluation of basic journal standards include timeliness of publication, international editorial conventions, bibliographic information in English and application of the peer review process. The editorial contents, international diversity and citation analysis are also evaluated. This study will propose the key points for listing the KJEN at SCIE journal.
