The purpose of this study was to identify the criteria of evaluating a price-comparison website, and to investigate the consumers' perceived importance and satisfaction of each criterion. Also, it compared both the importance and satisfaction levels based on consumers' socio-economic and Internet-usage characteristics. Data for this study came from a questionnaire completed by consumers (n=417), who had used the price-comparison website, and were analyzed through factor analysis, t-test, and ANOVA. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the evaluation criteria of the price-comparison website were categorized into five variety of information, accuracy, convenience, credibility, and the website system. Second, convenience of searching information was seen by consumers as both the most important and most satisfactory criterion. Variety of information was also considered important. For most of the evaluation criteria, the level of consumers' satisfaction was significantly lower than the level of consumers' recognized importance. Third, consumers in their 20s, students, and housewives were less likely to be satisfied by the price-comparison website overall. Older people were less likely to be satisfied with the convenience of the website, and the higher-income group was less likely to be satisfied with the variety of information on hand.

본 연구의 주된 목적은 기업의 공급업체로부터 구입하는 제품의 표준화 제품 비율에 따라 공급업체 선정요인별 중요도에 있어서 차이가 존재하는지를 평가하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 연구 대상 분야를 사무용품 및 사무기기 분야로 한정하여 사무용품 및 사무기기 공급업체 선정을 위한 평가요인을 1단계에서는 사무용품 및 사무 기기 공급관련 요인, 제품관련 요인, 거래기업의 관리능력관련 요인으로 분류하고. 각 요인별로 세부요인을 설정하여 총 16개의 세부요인으로 분류하고, 각 요인별 상대적 중요도 산출을 위하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 평가 요인별 상대적 중요도는 AHP기법을 이용하여 도출하였다. 연구 결과 표준화 제품의 구입 비율이 높은 기업일수록 고객화 된 제품의 구입비율이 높은 기업보다는 온라인방식을 이용한 구입을 선호하는 것으로 나타났으며, 공급업체선정 요인에 있어서도 차이가 존재하는 것으로 평가되었다.

The purpose of this study is to extract the main planning factors of environment friendly apartment complex through the residents' evaluations on importance levels of the planning factors. The major findings of this study are as follows; 1) Understanding on the environment friendly apartment complex is lacking, and the satisfaction level on the living space as the environment friendly apartment is very low. 2) The residents in the low-storied apartments want the introduction of facilities for energy saving, and those in the high-storied apartments demand to develop to green area. 3) In evaluating the importance of the environment friendly planning factors and the image of the apartment complex, the guarantee of green area and the development of water friendly space are closely related with the image of the apartment complex. So, they are the planning factors that should be handled importantly.

Accurately evaluating and predicting the performance of facilities is a key task in establishing a maintenance strategy for facilities. The importance of performance evaluation is becoming more pronounced, especially when the aging of facilities requires a huge budget. In this study, performance assessment models were developed for road and railway tunnels. Delphi analysis was performed to identify sub-elements necessary to evaluate the performance of a tunnel. The relative importance of the evaluation factors was derived from the AHP analysis. The correlation analysis was performed between each assessment factor and the final result to verify the significance of the model. For the correlation analysis, the survey data measured through precision safety diagnosis in tunnels in use was applied. The cost effectiveness analysis was also conducted according to the scenarios with different composition of performance factors in order to improve the practical applicability of the evaluation model developed in this study.

Today, residential building is considered of be one of the most important space of their quality of life and health. Residential buildings should provide comfortable environments to support the activities of their occupants. And good residential buildings are made by appropriately combining residential spaces, such as living room, master bedroom, bedroom, kitchen, restroom, and so on. These combinations in residential building are must be compatible with the activities of the occupants and their needs. The objective of this research is to investigate and analyze the relative importance and space priority between residential space in residential buildings depending on occupants' characteristics, such as, gender and age. Especially, this research is to find space weighting factors for integrative evaluation in residential buildings based on occupant survey. These weighting factors play an important role in determining the relative importance of various residential spaces for integrative residential space evaluation. And, the result from this research will help designers and researchers to find space planning strategies in residential building, and develop new integrative evaluation framework for improving residential quality from the occupants' point of view.

The purpose of this study was to investigate these major factors on patient satisfaction, and to examine the affecting level of major factors in. The subjects in this study was 70 hospitals that were surveyed the hospital evaluation program containing the survey of patient satisfaction by KHIDI(Korea Health Industry Development Institute) from 1997 to 1999. The collected data was analysed SPSS for Windows(Ver 10.0). On basically, frequency analysis, t-test, and ANOVA was performed and, for more analysis, correlation analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, logistic regression analysis was utilized. According to this study, the major factors of inpatient satisfaction are divided 3 types facility factor, manpower factor, and service factor. And the major factors of outpatient satisfaction are analyzed 5 types; facility factor related direct medical service, facility factor related indirect medical services, manpower factor, pharmacy factor, and facility factor related utilization convenience. The importance of this study lies in the identification of major factors on hospital patient satisfaction.

본 연구의 목적은 한국의 교육서비스 수출활성화를 위해 대학교육 서비스품질의 평가요인과 속성을 도출하고 중국인 유학생들을 대상으로 각 요인들의 중요도와 만족도에 대해 어떻게 인식하는지를 실증 조사하였다. 본 연구에서는 다음과 4가지 연구문제를 제시하였다. 첫째, 대학교육 서비스품질 요인의 중요도 평가에 국립대 재학 유학생과 사립대 유학생간에 차이가 존재하는가? 둘째, 대학교육 서비스 품질 만족도에서 국립대 재학 유학생과 사립대 유학생간에 차이가 존재하는가? 셋째, 대학교육서비스 품질요인의 중요도 평가와 만족도 평가 간에 차이가 존재하는가? 넷째, 한국 대학교육 서비스품질 평가요인의 전반적 한국 대학교육서비스품질 만족에 미치는 상대적 영향력은 어떻게 다른가? 검증결과, 첫째, 국립대와 사립대 중국인 유학생들의 대학교육 서비스품질 중요도평가에 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 품질만족도에서 관계복지요인에서만 국립대와 사립대 간의 만족도 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 국립대와 사립대 모두 서비스품질요인 중요도에 비해 실제 만족하는 정도와는 1% 유의 수준에서 매우 유의적인 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 강의요인과 교육시설요인만이 대학의 전반적 교육서비스 품질 평가요인 만족에 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 전반적 만족도에 대한 영향력은 강의요인이 교육시설보다 더 컸다. 본 연구의 결과는 대학당국이 외국학생 유치전략 수립 시교육서비스와 관련된 품질차원들을 중심으로 외국인 유학생을 위해서 적절한 시스템과 적절한 방안을 세워야 한다는 점을 시사한다.

Despite the rise of importance of Facility Management(FM), relatively little attention was paid to evaluate FM efficiency and drive for greater FM efficiency. The purpose of the present paper is to offer a quantitative analysis of 14 Key Success Factors(KSF) and 22 detailed maintenance practices in order to develop FM evaluation system. In addition, from survey with Owner/Property Manager group and Facility Manager group, the present paper measures both importance of detailed maintenance practices and performance satisfaction. It is expected that by using the result of this survey, this paper helps increase efficiency in FM. Moreover, It is expected that this paper will be used as base line data in developing FM practice evaluation system.

This is the study to stir up importance in bakery and to present evaluation of menu goods in barkery of tourist hotels. In order to achieve the purpose of this paper, it is gone ahead of the literature review including the previous research on the manu goods evaluation of tourist hotels. The major field research is to build a frame of the paper and present the model to release my humble theory. The limitation of the study was to make much of literature basis due to insufficient previous research on the issue. This is an unprecedented study on bakery department in tourist hotels in Korea thus no research model was unavailable for cross reference or comparative research. The evaluation of bakery menu good is directly related to the satisfaction of tourist hotels bakery consumers and we need a substantial managerial development method of bakery menu goods. This study has two goals in line with the purpose of investigation, that is to say, by understanding vital statistics of consumer and influence factor were created, and finally the factors and consumers and professional worker identified. The study would be framed into 5 parts like introduction, literature review, inquiry a plan and analysis method, consequence and discussion & conclusion. After the exploitative research, the study was approached to make findings through the questionnaires designed to find the relationship factor between consumer's evaluation and professional worker's evaluation of bakery menu goods in tourist hotels.

해상교통환경의 위험도를 평가하기 위해서는 위험도를 구성하고 있는 위험요소들을 명확히 식별하고, 식별된 위험요소들을 평가할 수 있는 기준을 마련하여야 한다. 한편 이러한 각 위험요소들의 위험수준의 합으로 전체 위험도를 나타낼 수 있으므로, 각 위험요소가 전체 위험도에서 차지하는 비중인 상대적 중요도가 분석되어야 한다. 본 연구는 선행연구에서 국내 외 해상교통환경 위험도 평가모델들의 검토를 통하여 제시된 국내 해상교통환경의 위험도를 구성하는 20가지 위험요소와 평가기준 및 해상교통전문가 집단에 의한 설문조사를 통하여 계층분석적 의사결정법으로 분석한 각 위험요소의 상대적 중요도를 바탕으로, 국내 목포항 및 그 진입수로에 대한 해상교통환경의 위험도를 평가하였다. 목포항 및 그 진입수로는 비교평가를 위하여 총 4개의 해역으로 구분하여 분석하였으며, 분석결과 위험요소 해수운동 복잡성 예인선 도선사 선박교통관제 등에서 위험수준이 높게 나타난 정등해 항로의 위험도가 가장 높게 평가되었다. 이러한 평가결과는 동일한 해역에서 본 연구와는 다른 정성적 혹은 정량적 위험도 분석기법을 이용한 연구들의 평가결과와 대체로 일치하였다.
