IT governance becomes one of hot issues in corporate information system including university ERP. IT governance provides IT value and mitigates IT-related risks such that the organization takes new business chances and grows in the future. In this study, we briefly introduced IT governance and university ERP in the viewpoint of alignment to the business goal of the organization. And then, we proposed an strategic approach of IT governance for university ERP system with new performance evaluation items from IT-BSC. Finally, we pointed out some related research topics as further studies.

Tracheo-innominate artery fistula[TIF] is the uncommon delayed fatal complication of tracheostomy. The mortality rate of the lesion, if not treated surgically, approaches 100%. A 64-year-old man presenting with a TIF after tracheostomy was treated by lateral repair and muscle interposition between the innominate artery and trachea. Preoperatively, bleeding was controlled by gauze packing around the tude under manual compression and hyperinflation of the balloon cuff of the tracheostomy tube. No abnormality was found by angiographic evaluation. The patient failed to regain consciousness and died 4 days later from sepsis.

In recent years, significant advances have been made enabling travel demand analysis and network design methods to be used as increasingly realistic evaluation tools. What has been lacking is the integration of travel demand analysis with network design models. This paper reviews some of advanced (integrated) modeling approaches and presents future research directions of integrated modeling system. To design urban transportation networks, it is argued that the travelers' free choice of mode, destination and route should be introduced into transportation network design procedure instead of assuming that trips from a zone to a workplace are fixed or deriving them in a normative procedure to achieve hypothetical system optima.

The evaluation of the logic capability and the library generation method of the multiplexor-based logic module is described. Optimizing logic module for silicon area and logic capability is essential to build a efficient FPGAs(Field-Programmable Gate Arrays). Because the multiplexor-based logic module can implement a large number of functions, it presents difficulties for library-based approaches. However, the logic functions of the logic module can be significantly reduced by lmiting the number of variables and sum-of-products and by removing same functions with different variable ordering using algorithm presented in this paper.

In this paper, a detail evaluation of ultimate strength of offshore unstiffened tubular members with bending and local denting damage which are subjected to combined axial force and bending moment and to component load is presented through theoretical and experimental approaches. Based upon the results obtained here, the damage effect on the ultimate strength of tubular member under combined loads and component load is investigated.

In this paper we consider a series of algorithms for calculating radicals of matrix polynomial equations. A particular aspect of this problem arise in author's work. concerning parameter identification of linear dynamic stochastic system. Special attention is given of searching the solution of an equation in a neighbourhood of some initial approximation. The offered approaches and algorithms allow us to receive fast and quite exact solution. We give some recommendations for application of given algorithms.

Deteriorations of concrete are governed by combined factors such as environmental stressors, processes and rates of deteriorations. Due to this reason, it's very difficult and important issue to predict quantitatively the service life of concrete structure. From this pont of views, the purpose of this study is to propose the approaches on the further development for predicting the remaining service life of concrete by analyzing the deteriorations mechanism and evaluating the existing models.

The purpose of this study was to analysis on the current state of batterer intervention programs in South Korea. This study was composed of two parts. First, intervention programs for domestic violence batterer in foreign countries were reviewed. Second, bitterer programs in South Korea were explored. In order to expand these bitterer programs in South Korea, culturally appropriate intervention, more innovative research on comparison analysis of diverse intervention approaches, program impact, type of curriculum, and intervention protocol, evaluation criteria, requirements pertaining to program facilitators, political assistance, and coordinated community response and community service are strongly needed.
