최근 들어 비즈니스 환경의 변화로 인하여 비즈니스 프로세스 관리(BPM)라고 하는 경영관리기법이 주목을 받게 되었다. 그러나 다양한 업무환경에 따른 적합한 BPM을 도입하는 것에 대한 적절한 지침이 제시되어 있지 않다. 본 연구는 BPM에 요구되는 기능적인 사항과 기술적인 사항들을 분류하고 정의하여 기능적 및 기술적 체계를 제시한다. 또한 이러한 체계를 기반으로 BPM 평가방안을 제시한다. 제시된 평가방안은 4가지 BPM의 유형별로 다른 중요도를 반영하여 BPM을 평가할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구는 BPM을 도입하고자 하는 기업의 주요한 지침으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Sensitive testing has been widely employed for many years in connection with the development and evaluation explosives detonation devices and propellants. Perhaps its earliest and possibly most important implementation was in biological studies of dosage mortality and response to drugs. Recently sensitivity experiments has been employed in the evaluation of new materials subject to stress in various environments and in delineanation of unstable combustion regions in chemical propulsion systems. This paper discussed a sta-tistical development of sensitivity testing.

기업의 생산성, 품질향상 및 원가절감 등을 위해 공공기업에서도 ERP시스템을 도입하여 활용중이다. 본 논문은 ERP 도입 후 업무프로세스 개선 정도를 분석하여 ERP 도입 성과를 제시하였다. 이를 위해 K사를 대상으로 업무프로세스 개선이 어느 정도 향상 되었는지 설문을 통하여 자료를 수집하고, AHP기법을 이용하여 평가 방안을 제시하고 분석하였다. 설문을 통해 각 업무 분야별 가중치를 결정하고, 업무개선정도를 평가하기 위해 업무효율성, 업무처리 투명성, 정보공유도 향상, 사용편의성에 대해 ERP 도입 후 효과를 평가하였다. K사가 ERP 도입 초기임을 감안하면 ERP도입의 성과가 발현되는 것으로 판단할 수 있다. 프로세스 개선효과가 가장 크게 나타난 분야는 인사관리로 직원들이 실질적으로 활용 가능한 업무프로세스들이 포함되어 있어 가장 높은 평가를 받았다. 그러나 업무개선정도 지표인 정보공유도 향상은 상대적으로 낮은 평가를 받음으로써 추후 ERP시스템 보완이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 이와 같이 본 연구에서는 사용자 중심의 주관적인 평가를 AHP기법을 이용하여 ERP 도입성과를 정량화하여 보여줌으로써 공공발주기관의 ERP 도입 성과를 측정 평가하는데 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

한국교육과정평가원에서는 시$\cdot$도 교육청의 협조 하에 장기 연구를 통하여 초$\cdot$중등 교과 교육과정의 편성 과정과 운영 실태를 파악함으로서 제7차 교육과정의 현장 정착을 위한 개선 방안을 마련하고자 한다. 초등학교 중심으로 이뤄진 제1차년도(2003년) 연구에 이어 제2차년도인 작년(2004년)에는 중등학교 중심으로 연구가 수행되었다. 즉, 본 고에서는 중등학교 수학 교과를 중심으로 수업 관찰 및 설문, 면담조사 결과에 기초하여 주로 '단위학교 및 교사 수준에서의 수학과 교육과정 운영 실태 분석'에 관한 연구에 한정하여 다루었다. 궁극적으로, 본 고에서 다룰 연구 부분은 우선적으로 제7차 교육과정의 특징인 학생 중심의 다양하고 특성화된 만들어 가는(재구성하는) 교육과정이 중등학교의 수학 수업에서 실제로 어떻게 구현되고 있는지를 파악하고, 또 이를 토대로 그러한 교육과정을 보다 성공적으로 구현하기 위해서 단위학교 및 교사 수준에서 요구되는 지원 방안에 대하여 제안하는 것이다.

As nation's infrastructure is getting old, nondestructive evaluation of existing structures and construction quality control are getting important. In this paper non-destructive evaluations of concrete members using impact echo and SASW methods are introduced. Both techniques are based on the stress wave propagations. Experimental tests were performed using beam type concrete member where voids and cracks are included. Within reasonable accuracy, void locations were detected using impact echo method and the dynamic modulus of concrete were measured using SASW method. Both NDT methods showed a feasibility for the implementation into quality evaluaton of concrete members in practice

A vector DLL represents signal tracking scheme utilizing navigation results, and it has been known that it has better performance than a conventional scalar DLL. This paper discusses the structure and conceptual benefits of the vector DLL, and describes implementation of the vector DLL in a software GPS receive. Also, the benefits of the vector DLL are confirmed by an experiment. Through the experiment, the code tracking accuracy between the vector DLL and a scalar DLL implementation is compared in static environments, and the navigation accuracy is analyzed using GPS signals received from a commercial GPS simulator.

Evaluation in both an art and a science. The art of evaluation involves working with the management to agree upon purpose and users of results, creating design and gathering information that are appropriate for a specific situation and a particular policy making context. The value of evaluating extension p개grams has received a lot of attentions recently, and many extension educations see evaluation as an integral part of their work. The science of evaluation involves determining standards and developing indicatiors, selecting methods appropriate to gather information in a systematic way, analyzing information to assist in determining the value of the program in an objective manner. First, extension specialists have to consider relative merits about methods of gathering evaluation data. Selection of method should be influenced by the type of information desired, time availability, and cost of using the method. Second, good evaluations involve stakeholders at all stages including planning, implementation, and utilization of results. Third, far from being an "add-on ," evaluation begins with the initial planning of an educational program. Fourth, it is important for extension specialists that although evaluation is valuable and essential in any effective program, one of the biggest mistakes of extension program evaluators in to promise results that cannot possibly solve all the problems of project.

In order to alleviate the environmental pressure caused by production process of thermal power plants, the application of cleaner production is imperative. To estimate the implementation effects of cleaner production in thermal plants and optimize the strategy duly, it is of great significance to take a comprehensive evaluation for sustainable development. In this paper, a hybrid model that integrated the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) with least squares support vector machine (LSSVM) algorithm optimized by grid search (GS) algorithm is proposed. Based on the establishment of the evaluation index system, AHP is employed to pre-process the data and GS is introduced to optimize the parameters in LSSVM, which can avoid the randomness and inaccuracy of parameters' setting. The results demonstrate that the combined model is able to be employed in the comprehensive evaluation of the cleaner production in the thermal power plants.

Numerous small and medium-sized manufacturing companies have implemented or plan to introduce ERP for their own survival in the highly competitive global market. Despite of increasing number of companies implementing ERP, there has been few research on evaluation of ERP performance in small and medium manufacturers. Thus, in this paper, the impact of ERP implementation on the organizational performance based on Balanced Score Card is investigated and also critical success factors are discovered. The results of analysis show positive relationships between the ERP implementation and organizational performance. This paper suggests some practical implication on the ERP implementation to the practitioners.

일선학교에서 평가는 주로 객관식 평가를 하여왔다. 주관식 평가는 객관식보다 높은 수준의 인지 능력을 측정할 수 있으나 채점의 객관성과 신뢰성의 문제로 기피하여 왔다. 본 논문은 주관식 평가를 위해 주관식 문제 채점 모형을 제안하고 유의어 사전을 이용한 채점 시스템을 설계, 구현하였다. 제안된 시스템은 주관식 문제의 다양한 유형을 처리할 수 있도록 하고 시스템의 사용법을 알지 못하는 교사라도 쉽게 이를 이용할 수 있는 편리성을 제공하였다. 이 시스템을 통해 채점의 시간과 노력을 덜고 채점의 객관성을 획득할 수 있다. 시스템의 실험 결과 시스템 채점이 교사 채점의 최고와 최저 사이에 오는 경우가 73%에 달하는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 앞으로 본 연구가 주관식 문제 채점 방법 연구의 기반이 될 것으로 기대된다.
