국가 또는 지역의 재난에 대비한 대표적인 대피시설인 터널 및 지하차도에는 법 규정 및 편의상의 이유로 라디오 중계방송 설비가 설치되어 있다. 하지만 이 시스템은 라디오 방송으로 한정되며 DMB 방송이 되지 않고 전국 공동 방송만 중계되어 지역적으로 발생한 재난 또는 비상상황을 효과적으로 알리는 것은 불가능하다. 이를 개선하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 각 지역의 재난관리소에 원격재난방송장치를 구축하고 인터넷 또는 LTE 망을 이용하여 각 터널로 전송하는 시스템을 구현한다. 터널에 있는 시스템에서는 디지털 신호로 수신한 SMS, 미디어 파일, 실시간 방송 또는 영상을 디코딩하여 FM, DMB 주파수로 변환하는 모듈레이터를 거쳐 기존 중계 장비를 이용하여 비상방송신호를 송출한다. 본 연구에서 제안하고 구현한 방법은 터널 및 지하차도에서 비상상황 발생 시 효율적인 정보제공 및 원격 현장 통제에 활용 가능하다.

Recent abnormal climate has increased the frequent of heavy rains and floods, and over 100 people have been killed in the last decade caused by these. In the midst of severe flood disasters, safety education to learn how to respond and evacuate them has become important. The purpose of this study was to analyze the needs and effective education types for the flood disaster school safety education. This study shows Analysis the current state of school safety education based on the 7 standards of school safety education, especially in disaster safety categories through the survey of secondary school teachers and students. And a desirable form of flood safety education was derived by analysis of awareness of flood disaster safety education and their educational needs. More than 70% of teachers and students hoped for a experience-based flood disaster safety education, they wanted to learn once a year, one hour from a safety education specialist in experience facilities. As for the contents of the training, they wanted to experience evacuation in the event of flood disaster, and also wanted education related to survival swimming. The most necessary thing for the establishment of experience-based disaster safety education was the expansion of experience facilities.

빌딩의 고층화 및 공공시설물의 대형화로 인해 승강기는 매우 중요해지고 있다. 특히 공연장, 극장과 같이 관람객이 동시에 이동을 할 경우 엘리베이터 사용에 병목이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 병목을 제거하고 관람객의 이동 동선을 유도하여 엘리베이터 사용 효율을 증대하기 위한 기술을 제안한다. 제안 기술의 구성은 재난 발생 시 엘리베이터 이용 상태 및 대기자를 감지하는 센서부와 센싱 데이터를 취합하여 이동 경로를 생성하는 프로세싱부, 관람객의 이동을 돕는 이동 경로 표지부로 나뉘어진다. 이에 대한 기술을 설계하고 이를 구현하여 성능을 검증하였다.

우리나라 선박들이 해적에 의해 피랍되는 경우가 늘어나면서 해적의 위험으로부터 벗어날 수 있는 다양한 방법이 연구되고 있다. 정부는 2011년 1월 선박설비기준을 일부 개정하여 선원대피처를 지정된 위험해역을 항해하는 모든 선박에 설치하도록 강제화하였다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 선박 피랍의 위험상황 발생시 장시간 대피 거주해야 하는 선원대피처의 적정규모를 선원들의 피난 안전성에 기초한 이론적인 산출과 FDS를 이용한 화재시뮬레이션을 통해 설정하고자 한다.

본 연구는 고령자시설의 현황과 고령자의 군집보행속도를 조사한 전보에 이어 고령자를 고려한 피난안전설계를 위한 기초연구로서 노인요양시설의 근무자의 소방안전관리실태에 관한 설문조사를 실시 및 분석하였으며 그 결과 화재시 재실자의 피난가능여부와 소방서와의 연락체계에 관한 질문에서 초기피난의 문제점을 도출할 수 있었으며 노인요양시설의 비상구 및 주야간 상시 관리자 수 및 피난시설에서 대응책이 필요할 것으로 사료되어 향후 체계적인 피난안전계획의 구축이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

A study on fire phenomena in a subway transit mass station has been carried out as a part of disaster prevention plan at the subway station. The ventilation facilities installed in both the platform and the trackway are designed to convert into a smoke exhaust system in emergency situation, creating such an environment as necessary for evacuation. 3 dimensional Numerical Simulations based on the CFD are carried out using a simulation tool, Fire Dynamic Simulator. Additionally, four different vent modes are made and performances are compared with the original design mode and each other to find better operation of vents at both the platform and the trackway in case of fire. From the result, an vent operational characteristics under the condition of installed PSD is clarified for the effective smoke and heat removal from the platform area compared with non installed PSD.

The subway station is not only an effective means to solve urban traffic problems, but also a kind of representative city shelters with a variety of functions such as urban beauty and disaster prevention. At the same time, the subway station as public facilities need activate the urban functions and through the effective design schemes for a variety of the facade of underground entrance to improve users' awareness and reliability for the subway station as a city shelters. This study is conducted to purpose the design direction considering design and disaster preventing characteristics of the underground subway station entrance. In addition, it will provide a basic reference for the subway station in the renovation and construction. The study is composed of literature reviews and field survey. The literature reviews through papers and documents related to the city shelters, the components and characteristics of city shelters, and components and characteristics of facade design of underground entrance at subway station. Before the field survey through the online surveys with evacuation capabilities and screening only the subway station. And field survey is conducted on the site with careful observation and confirmation. Last cluster analysis were applied to the finally selected samples by the SPSS Win18.0

Along with the opening of the high speed railroad in 2004, the number of long tunnels constructed is increasing and will be continued. In this respect, the fro inside the tunnels is a main cause of drastic damages to both facilities and lives of passengers on board, especially more severe consequences are expected if the fire occurs on a train in urban area. Even though, the threat to human lives due to the increasing number of tong tunnels and increasing train operation times inside such tunnels is getting bigger, the studies to measure safety of the tunnel and to enhance the safety of passengers have not been carried out enough in Korea. Therefore, in this paper, we will use the probabilistic method to predict the average number of deaths of passengers in case of fire on a train iii tunnel, and show the potential risk to passengers which can be a guide for safer design of tunnels to be constructed.

사물 인터넷(IOT)을 기반으로 한 지하철 재난 조기경보 및 승객 대피를 위한 재난전조 시스템 개발 연구가 이미 선행연구를 통해 수행하였다. 본 논문에서는 역에 설치된 센서 데이터를 분석하여 재난을 신속 하게 감지하기 위한 후속 연구이다. 특히, 본 연구는 초기 시스템 구축 시 센서의 설치 위치에 따라 다를 수 있는 환경변화를 고려한 마할라노비스 거리를 기반으로 통계적 방법론을 개발하였다.
