This study investigates ethical fashion consumption factors and corporate social responsibility (CSR) factors to segment consumer groups by ethical fashion consumption (EFC) and identify differences of EFC groups in the perception of CSR and demographics. I surveyed 390 people over age 20 in February and March, 2017. Data were analyzed with factorial analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA, LSD, Chi-square, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, using SPSS 20.0. The survey showed. 1) Five EFC factors (boycott/active purchase, donation/environmental protection, saving, legal consumption, and recycle) were extracted. 2) Four CSR factors (responsibility for stakeholder, ethical/environmental responsibility, social/charitable responsibility, and economic responsibility) were extracted. 3) EFC consumers were classified into four segments (low ethic, recycle, legal, and high ethic). 4) The perception of CSR factors was different among EFC groups. 5) The distribution of age level, education level, occupation, monthly purchase cost of clothing, and religion were different among EFC groups.

The state-of-the-art AI systems pose many ethical issues ranging from massive data collection to bias in algorithms. In response, this paper proposes a more ethic-friendly AI architecture by combining Federated Learning(FL) and Blockchain. We discuss the importance of each issues and provide requirements for an ethical AI system to show how our solutions can achieve more ethical paradigms. By committing to our design, adopters can perform AI services more ethically.

The environment surrounding oriental medical' doctors made change in accordance with changes of the society to make change of the doctors' ethics. In particular, some of practitioners made light of patients to let people distrust all of the medical professions. To improve such a situation, oriental medical doctors' ethics should be examined historically and philosophically. This study examined the literatures of Oriental medicine on oriental medical doctors' ethics to investigate difference of medical ethics between the Western medicine and the Oriental medicine and to suggest a way promoting oriental medical doctors' ethical consciousness. The ethics of the literatures of Oriental medicine might be classified into the two, in other words, 'medical technology' and 'mental attitude'. 'Medical technology' laid emphasis upon not only a lot of researches on Oriental medicine but also doing best to give patients medical treatment carefully. 'Mental attitude' laid emphasis upon keeping 'humanity(仁心)' thinking much of patients not to pursue excessive profits. To recover ethical consciousness, not only 'reinforced school education' but also 'reinforced legal regulation' was required. And, oriental medical doctors, nongovernmental organizations, common people and other social members were demanded to make efforts together to elevate oriental medical doctors' ethical consciousness.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relation among adolescents' school consumer education, cell phone consumption behavior and satisfaction with cell phone consumption life. Finally, this study aims to find right ways for leading to adolescents' reasonable consumption life and improving the school consumer education. A survey was conducted to the second grade students 430 of middle school residing in Seoul and the Capital area. As the result of examining the relation among school consumer education, consumption behavior, and consumption life satisfaction, the learning of 'information analysis and decision making process' has a positive effect on 'reasonable purchase and active problem-solving' behavior, and the learning of 'consumption culture' on 'active problem-solving and ethic use' behavior, the learning of 'problem-solving and rights and responsibilities' on 'ethic use' behavior. In addition, it shows that 'ethic usage behavior' in consumption behavior has a positive influence on 'relation satisfaction', and 'reasonable purchase' behavior and 'active problem-solving' behavior on 'practical usage satisfaction'.

The aim of the present study was to design ascorbyl glucoside (AG) loaded solid lipid nanoparticles (SLNs) to improve skin penetration of AG. AG loaded SLNs were prepared using double emulsion method. The prepared AG loaded SLNs investigated particle characteristics (particle size, polydispersity index, zeta potential, loading capacity). Skin penetration study was carried out using SkinEthic RHE as one of the reconstructed human epidermis models. The mean particle size and zeta potential of SLNs were 172.65 - 347.19 nm and -22.90 - -41.20 mV, respectively. The loading capacity of AG loaded SLNs demonstrated that loading efficiency and loading amount were ranged from 44.18% to 57.77% and 12.83% to 16.15%, respectively. The results of penetration showed that all SLNs enhanced the skin penetration of AG and the amount of AG from SLNs were approximately 3.7 - 7.4 times higher than that from AG solution. Therefore, AG loaded SLN might be a promising topical drug delivery system.

In this study, Niacinamide (NI) was loaded into solid lipid nanoparticles (SLNs) and skin permeability was evaluated to improve skin permeability of NI, which was a skin whitening substance. NI was able to effectively load within SLN with a double-melting emulsification method, producing stable particles with average particle sizes of 263.30 to 436.93 nm and a zeta potential of -34.77 to -57.60 mV. Artificial skin tissue (SkinEthic^TM RHE) derived from skin keratinocytes derived from human epidermal tissue was used for the skin permeation study of NI. Skin transmittance and deposition experiments of NI confirmed that all SLN formulations improved skin transmittance and deposition rates of NI, approximately 5.4 ~ 7.6 and 9.5 ~ 20.8 improvement over SLN applications. Therefore, SLN manufactured in this study have shown sufficient results to improve the skin permeability of the functional whitening substance, NI.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the religious motive and to clarify the relation between religion and fashion and to predict the trends in the future fashion by analyzing the religious motive in the aspects of inner meanings and methods. 1. We can see ego-superiority as inner meanings of religious motive is expressed mysterious image. Mysterious feeling is reflected in modem fashion in the form of the transparency of light and mysterious color in religious painting that is reemerged as a gorgeous and luxurious sense or it is reflected in modern fashion in the form of borrowing grand ways of art and elements of clothing. And this results from longing for aristocratic gorgeousness and from desire for light that is based on love and salvation. 2. We can see religious motive in modern fashion is a will to be converted to religion because of fin de sie-cle anxiety, and this is reemerged in modem fashion as borrowing of religious symbols in the casual wear or as combination of sacred religious motive with vulgar image and they are going to get mental satisfaction by this. 3. Religious motive has the inner meanings of ethic completion and this is reemerged through covering bodies, minimizing details and using dark tone color by having an inspiration in religious clothing. And this results from antipathy to extreme gorgeousness of modern fashion and excessive exposure and from mental desire for returning to an inner nature.

Tour is cultural method that makes educational effects smoothly, metaphorically. In a context, dark tour have a function that sustains memorial of accidents and with social meaning, ethic value. This study aims to understand practical solutions of Sewol-Ho memorial on focusing Dark Tourism. This paper considers fascination with this subject and examines explored for good decision. It means that we examines a construction of tour contents within the dark tourism. This article evaluates an dark tourism in a contents program various country, for considering in a case at a Sewol-Ho accident. As a result, we comment some variety choice of strategy effectiveness for a sustainability of ethic value and education memorial.

The purpose of this study is to survey on the engineer's sense of value. For this, we analyzed the ethic code of the engineer relation groups and executed the survey of consulting committee. The subjects of analysis were six associations related to engineer, and analysis of the ethics was done on the basis of 'four levels of engineer's ethics or sense of value'. The subjects of survey were 57 professions. The ethic code shows the most important engineer's sense of value is dignity maintenance, development of individual and social welfare as well as public service. The survey shows the most important sense of value when engineer make decisions at the present is practicality and economical efficiency. And it shows the most important sense of value when engineer make decisions in the future is practicality and economical efficiency.
