This paper is contents that experiment exhaust performance of contaminant by establishment height gas table and hood establishment height. Hood made to control from gas table to 10 centimeters space from 30 centimeters to 70 centimeters. Exhaust fan operated by 110V, 160V, 220V, and gas used propane gas. Center part appeared highest as result that measure wind velocity and temperature from hood lower part. Wind velocity from hood lower part was proved that dominate contaminant exhaust performance. Exhaust performance of carbon dioxide and heat showed that 30 centimeters case overmatches because establishment height of hood compares 80 centimeters. Case of carbon dioxide of exhaust performance by establishment height of hood overmatched more than heat.

This study was performed to assess the financial performance of medical institutions and examine the affecting factors in Taegu metropolitan and Kyungpook province. The major results are as follows ; The liability to total assets was significantly different according to the ownership type of medical institution. It was the highest in the case of juridical person having a special status. The total assets turnover and value added to total assets were significantly different according to the type of medical institution, period of establishment, and ownership type of medical institution. They were higher in the tertiary medical institution, in private hospital and university hospital, and they were increased with establishment period of medical institution. The growth rate of patient revenues were significantly different according to the type of medical institution, period of establishment, and the growth rate of adjusted inpatient days were significantly different by period of establishment. The return on assets and net profit to gross revenues were the highest in private hospital. Private hospital went into the black, but other hospitals went into the red figures. According to the multiple regression analysis for the net profit to gross revenues, ownership type, period of establishment, and management strategy of medical institution were significant It was higher in private hospital and medical institution with prospector management strategy, and it was increased with establishment period of medical institution. In multiple logistic regression analysis for the status of financial performance in medical institution, period of establishment, management strategy of medical institution were significant It was better in medical institution with prospector management strategy and longer period of establishment.

In this short paper, we revisit the random key predistribution methods for wireless sensor networks with regard to their intrinsic phase called the path-key establishment. First we show that the path-key establishment is less practical than expected and may degrade the performance of key establishment significantly. We then propose a novel path-key establishment method for those schemes and analyze its advantageous performance improvement.

This study attempts to empirically analyzes whether the establishment of a company-affiliated research institute affects corporate performance and innovation-oriented enterprises, and suggests implications for policy establishment. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze if the establishment of an affiliated research institute and internal competency variables affect innovation and innovative performance-type companies. As a result, the establishment of an affiliated research institute was found to have a positive effect on the probability of belonging to an innovation-oriented company group, and it was found that it had a significant effect on business performance. In particular, there was significant effect on the production capability among internal competencies and the inclusion of innovative business groups is analyzed to have a mediating effect. Based on the research, the policy directions for encouraging the establishment of an affiliated research institute of small and medium-sized enterprises and revitalizing the research institute were suggested, and limitations and future research directions were suggested.

In this study, an attempt was made to propose the establishment of an integrated platform for utilizing research results as one of the measures that can increase the effectiveness of using research results compared to research investment. To this end, the study endeavored to compare and analyze the information services provided by domestic websites and platforms that provide information on the results of national R&D projects. Based on the analysis results, the derived performance utilization platform service direction and performance utilization plan are: 1) establishment of a performance integration platform that integrates the performance information, 2) specification of service users and provision of consumer-oriented services, 3) metadata for linkage of integrated information Standardization, 4) expansion of customized services using the latest technology, and 5) reinforcement of performance data-based analysis services. This study conducted an analysis of literature and about 20 domestic and foreign research performance information providing sites. In future research, there is a need to integrate a unified platform and further analyzed its performance.

This study aims to clarify the impact of environmental issues on sustainable environmental management performance through the establishment of internal and external networks and environmental management activities. As a result of analyzing 163 final collected data of companies, social environmental issues did not have a significant effect on the internal sharing system, but they had a significant positive effect on both regulatory response and cooperation network establishment. In addition, the regulatory response to the environment has a significant effect on both the internal sharing system, cooperation network establishment, and environmental management activities. Lastly, environmental management activities have a significant impact on sustainable environmental management performance, indicating that environmental issues are leading to environmental management activities and performance by promoting sustainable growth of companies.

In this paper, comments on the needs of establishment of railway test line - capable of mid and long term performance evaluation of vehicle/infra/electricity/signal component/system - are described. Based on the previous studies, national/social/economic needs, the states of similar lines of foreign countries, concept of test line, and basic application plan are summarized. Especially, core things needed to the establishment of test line are commented.

The public safety management guidelines were introduced in 2019 and continue to be dedicated to advancing comprehensive measures for public safety management, with a primary focus on prioritizing the safety and well-being of the public within governmental institutions. To achieve this goal, our previous study developed a establishment procedure of risk assessment-based safety inspection system for public institutions that order construction projects and applied it to highway construction projects to evaluate its effectiveness. To enhance the practicality of the establishment procedure, it is essential to collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders regarding its performance and suitability. This study conducted a survey involving 200 participants who had experience with the establishment procedure, and performed statistical analyses to evaluate its performance and applicability. The survey results indicated that the participants reported a high level of satisfaction (scoring 4 and above on a 5-point Likert scale) in several areas: specialization of safety inspection items for different types of work (with a satisfaction rate of 65%), the evaluation process for safety ratings (64.5%), and their willingness to recommend the procedure to other institutions (75.5%). In the factor analysis with Varimax rotation, two factors emerged: (1) a specialization factor related to safety inspection items, and (2) a grading factor associated with safety evaluation results. Regression analyses of these factors unveiled significant positive relationships with improvements in safety and health performance, including the prevention of fatal accidents, heightened safety responsibility, and raised safety inspection standards. The establishment procedure of safety inspection system developed in our previous study can play a crucial role in reducing accidents resulting in fatalities and injuries at construction sites, ultimately contributing to a safer working environment for all involved parties.

In large networks, maintaining precise global network state information is impossible. The imprecise network state information has significant impacts on Quality-of-Service(QoS) routing and path establishment. In this paper, we develop analytical models for investigating the QoS routing schemes that are designed to tolerate imprecise network state information, and study the performance of various QoS routing schemes, including randomized routing, multi-path routing, and probability based routing, using both the models and simulations. We further propose a new mechanism, called local rerouting, that improves the effectiveness of QoS path establishment in the presence of imprecise global network state information. Local rerouting is orthogonal to existing schemes for dealing with imprecise state information and can be used in conjunction with them to alleviate the impacts of the imprecise information. The results of our performance study indicate that local rerouting is robust and effective.

The proposed algorithm can always set up the optimal threshold value regardless of channel characteristics using an adaptive threshold establishment method that determines the threshold level according to channel noise power, and then it uses the specially designed training symbols that can make the algorithm's estimation performance be less sensitive to power delay profile variation in a multipath channel. In result, the estimation performance of the proposed technique is less affected by channel characteristic variation.
