본 연구는 지역대표도서관 중심의 지역단위 공동보존서고 건립의 타당성을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 관계법령, 국가정책, 도서관계의 인식도, 실제 수장공간의 측면에서 공동보존서고 건립의 타당성을 분석한 결과, 공동보존서고 건립의 타당성은 충분한 것으로 밝혀졌다. 따라서 본 기초연구를 바탕으로 한 지역단위 공동보존서고의 건립 및 운영모형이 조속히 개발되어야 한다. 그리고 주무부처인 문화체육관광부와 광역시도는 공동보존서고 건립에 문화정책의 우선순위를 두어야 한다.

본 연구는 대학도서관 공동보존서고 설립 운영의 중요성을 검토하고 타당성을 논증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 설립 운영의 중요성은 도서관 수장공간, 국가 지식정보관리, 사례분석의 측면에서 검토하였다. 그리고 설립 운영의 타당성은 지구촌 지식정보의 출판 유통, 도서관 관계법령의 법리, 범정부 학술정보관리의 정책, 도서관 수장공간의 현실적 측면에서 논증하였다. 그 결과, 권역별 내지 거점형 공동보존서고의 설립 운영은 중요하고 타당한 것으로 밝혀졌으므로 이를 바탕으로 대학도서관을 위한 공동보존서고 모형을 조속히 개발할 필요가 있다.

2021년 12월 7일 전부 개정된 「도서관법」 (법률 제18547호) 제31조 제1항은 "지방자치단체의 장 또는 시·도교육감은 공립 공공도서관을 설립하려면 미리 공공도서관 설립·운영계획을 수립하여 문화체육관광부장관으로부터 설립타당성에 관한 사전평가를 받아야 한다"고 규정하고 있다. 공공도서관 건립의 사전평가는 공공도서관 건립규모의 적정성 제고 및 분포 조정을 통한 시·도별 및 시·군·구별 불균형 및 격차를 해소하여 지역균형발전을 도모하며 공공도서관 건립단계에서 핵심인프라(사서, 자료, 시설, 시스템 등)의 충실한 확보를 유도하여 서비스 만족도와 운영 내실화를 기할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 공공도서관 설립타당성 사전평가제의 기본방향, 평가체계 및 평가모형(안)을 개발·제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 제시한 평가모형(안)은 공공도서관 설립타당성 사전평가제의 법적 근거와 제도적 정당성을 확보하고, 지방자치단체나 교육청은 공공도서관 건립계획 수립에 필요한 지침 제시를 통한 사전평가 준비의 혼란 방지와 편의성 제공하여 부실한 공공도서관 건립 및 운영에 따른 세금 낭비를 차단할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The recent decline in the school-age population has led to a more conservative and conservative approach to the establishment of schools. In the judgment of school establishment, it is required to make a decision method that can make objective and comprehensive judgment of various situations rather than local analysis of a single school. In this changing situation, EduFine system and placement establishment system were introduced to comprehensively analyze the feasibility of student placement and school establishment. However, the EduFine system of the Ministry of Education has few users because it is difficult to use education and it is difficult for users to use. Based on the GIS, the placement establishment system was able to analyze the number of students and the status of apartment buildings in a comprehensive manner. But placement establishment system has been used mainly in support of investment assessment rather than research. Therefore, there is a need to increase the utilization of users by linking two systems or integrating them into one system. In this study, we want to derive the functions to improve the GIS - based layout establishment system through user analysis such as comparative analysis and survey of existing systems. In particular, the purpose of the study is to improve the function of system, to improve the students' placement ability and the school establishment work ability and to improve the user satisfaction.

Purpose: The planning of medical facilities involves formulating a comprehensive medical basic plan, translating it into spatial dimensions through a space program. Feasibility assessment often relies on empirical methods like floor area per bed. However, with the shift towards specialized medical concepts, proportional scaling to bed numbers is challenging. This study proposes scale planning improvements during the feasibility assessment stage for comprehensive hospitals, analyzing cases using area determination factors and standard areas based on medical resources. Methods: The Korean Development Institute's Public Investment Management Center (KDI) identified issues in the scale determination of medical facilities in the Preliminary Feasibility Study Guidelines and investigated alternative approaches for determining the scale of a case that passed the preliminary feasibility study in 2019. The study assessed the feasibility of applying individual factors to determine not only the number of beds but also the scale at the sector and department levels. Additionally, a statistical analysis was conducted to examine the correlation between the total number of beds and various area determination factors. Results: Results suggest a strong correlation between total beds and major equipment needs, but in hospitals with <500 beds, this correlation weakens. Ward section scale is better calculated per ward type, not just total beds. Outpatient department scale depends on specialists, influencing treatment room numbers. Medical personnel play a crucial role in determining the scale of sections like rehabilitation therapy rooms, operating rooms, dialysis rooms, and overall facility scale.

This paper suggests the establishment of construction arbitration tribunal in The Korean Commercial Arbitration Board or the construction arbitration institution under the Ministry of Construction for effective system of Construction Arbitration. Our conclusion tells that it is desirable to establish construction arbitration institution under the Ministry of Construction upon the result of analyzing some factors such as participation of construction workers, sophistication of construction field. In contrast, it is more desirable to establish the construction arbitration tribunal in The Korean Commercial Arbitration Board when we consider the feasibility, sophistication of ADR, organization, rules, arbitrator availability, internationalization Therefore, our final suggestion is to establish construction arbitration tribunal in The Korean Commercial Arbitration Board for effective system of Construction Arbitration. More detailed are as follows: . Establishment of the committee for resolution of construction disputes consisting of experts and specialists from construction-related institution, union, law firm and universities. 1 The committee manages finance, rules on construction arbitration and arbitrator members. 1 Establishment of intermediation team, construction arbitration team, housing arbitration team, real estate arbitration team under the construction arbitration tribunal . Establishment of a committee of arrangements consisting of experts and specialists from The Korean Association of Arbitration Studies, Korea Arbitrators Association, The Korean Commercial Arbitration Board, The Construction Association of Korea in order to accomplish effective system for construction arbitration.

The purpose of this study evaluates a feasibility and economical efficiency of new renewable energy. According as weather change is serious problem now days, every people make attention to the reduction of greenhouse gas. The revitalization of new renewable energy creates the variety of energy source, stability of energy supply and reduction of greenhouse gas. In this study evaluates a feasibility and economical efficiency from new renewable energy of various photo voltaics, wind power, small hydro and biogas. Feasibility does in standard of technical characteristic, politic support, marketability, establishment present condition and development aim. Economical efficiency does in standard of developmental unit cost, utilization factor, equipment life, politic support cost, interest ratio. The results of this study were as follows photo voltaics, wind, small hydropower, biogas in order feasibility is high. Developmental unit cost, utilization factor, equipment life, politic support cost and analyzed the relationship of interest ratio fluctuation and economical efficiency. From all new renewable energy the utilization factor most is important in economical efficiency but necessary utilization factor is difficult because environmental problem.

본 논문에서는 기존시가지에서 공동구 건설에 대한 합리적 의사 결정을 위한 기본계획 기준 수립의 방법에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 기존 연구에서는 타당성 평가에 의하여 최적노선을 선정 하였으나, 기본계획 기준에서는 공동구 설치 여건의 객관성을 높이기 위하여 타당성 및 경제성 분석에 의한 결과를 종합평가하여 분석 대상 전체 구간에 대하여 종합순위를 산정한다. 또한, 종합평가 결과를 기반으로 지역에서 진행 예정인 연계 사업 검토 후 중·장기 투자계획을 수립하는 방법을 도입하였다. 추가적으로 논문에서 제시한 기준 수립의 검토를 위하여 서울의 서북도심권에 대하여 기본계획 절차를 적용하여 분석을 수행하였다.

The purpose of this research is to go beyond the policy support of the traditional sixth industry and to build a business model of the farmers' business by establishing the business model of the establishment of the sixth industry utilizing agricultural products of individual farmers. First, we defined the business model of the 6th agricultural industry, and secondly set up two models via FGI based on the 9 block model of BMC (Business Model Canvas), and applied feasibility, cost appropriate, differentiation point Through the establishment of hard-working business, sales consolidation, consumer-centric model set. Third, using the Delphi method in each area of 9 Block, the final 21 components were set. Through this BMC model, it was shown that discrimination and accessibility are important factors in the 6th agricultural field foundation business model.

본 연구에서는 청주시에 새로 건립되는 도서관을 만화특화도서관으로 건립하는 것을 제안하며, 최고의 복합문화공간 구성으로 지역주민의 정보활용능력 및 미래역량 강화에 기여할 수 있도록 하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 만화·웹툰 특화도서관 조성 기초조사 및 현황 분석을 기반으로 만화·웹툰 특화도서관 조성계획을 제안하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 만화·웹툰 특화도서관의 청주시에 만화·웹툰특화도서관을 설립하는 것의 근거와 타당성을 구체적으로 제시하였다. 둘째, 만화·웹툰 특화도서관의 비전, 사명, 역할과 기능 등을 구체적으로 제안하였다. 연구 결과를 근거로 청주시에 만화·웹툰특화도서관을 건립하게 된다면, 이 도서관은 지역 랜드마크로서의 도서관이 될 것이고, 지역 특색 및 관광자원으로서의 도서관이 될 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 만화·웹툰 창작과 체험을 위한 다양한 정보서비스 제공을 위한 시설, 설비 등 공간을 제공함으로써 미래 산업을 이끌어 가는 인재 양성에도 기여할 수 있을 것이라고 본다.
