To operate UAV in the civil airspace, the airworthiness of UAV system have to be proven by the civil certification system. However, it is difficult for UAV to be certified by the existing certification system because the existing certification system has been developed for the manned aircraft. So, many civil aviation authorities and research institutes are studying developing airworthiness standards for UAV certification. To develop an airworthiness standards for UAV, the airworthiness level of safety have to be established based on UAV categorization. I would like to introduce an quantitative methods for establishing airworthiness level of safety of UAV based on UAV categorization and example of Smart UAV.

Nowadays, the demand of the output analyzed from the gridded data has been sharply increased as the remote sensing technologies and GIS related industry have been developed. Therefore, a metadata access system which fits the requirements of the users should be developed for better managing and utilizing gridded data. In this background, this study defined a common application schema through the analysis of the metadata built by numerous institutes based on the draft metadata standards proposed from the study which maily concentrated on establishing the standards of distributing metadata for the gridded data supported by ETRI at 2003. Also, XML based integrated system was developed to access metadata maintained by SaTReC as well as SIMC to facilitate more convenient data access for the grid data users. The results of the pilot system developed from this study can be expected to contribute to build an more efficient and enlarged integrated access system of the metadata for the gridded data.

본 논문은 건축구조 관련규제를 검토하여 분석함으로서 건축구조 안전에 대한 제도적 문제를 도출하고자 하였다. 분석대상 법령으로는 건축법과 동시행령, 동시행규칙, 건축물의 구조기준 등에 관한 규칙 건축구조기준을 대상으로 하였다. 분석결과로는 구조안전의 확인 절차상의 적용에 미비점이 있는 것으로 분석되어 개선방안을 제시하였다. 보완사항으로는 용어사용의 적합성과 구조안전확인서 적용의 적합성, 특수구조의 건축구조기준 제정이다.

The government has applied the Construction New Excellent Technology Endorsement System to enhance national competitiveness and advance domestic construction technology since 1989. Nevertheless, It's application hasn't been expanded to overall construction industry, due to insufficient verification of the cost effectiveness. So, the government has established the standardized cost estimation guideline to verify the cost effectiveness in 2011. This research classified the technology group based on 27 cases of the cost estimation reports to increase understanding of the cost effectiveness of the new excellent technology. It is expected to contribute establishing reasonable and feasible cost estimation standards.

The purpose of this study is to present the method to select optimal size for the industrial products which are closely related to human's body size. For this purpose, human factors such as body characteristics, body features, and preference in product selection which needs to be considered in setting standards were analyzed. This analysis is to select optimal size to minimize losses caused by the difference of size between demand by the customers and supply from the manufacturers. Using loss function, repetitive calculation process algorithm by using bisearch method was applied in selecting the sizes of demand and supply which minimize the total expected losses. For cumulative normal distribution probability, IMSL routine DNORDF was used. In case study, comparison has been made between the result which was calculated using presented algorithm and the results calculated by the process currently used by KS and ISO by measuring aged women's body size in human factors side and sorting them through the factor analysis and cluster analysis for feature factor extraction. Thus, they can be used as a basis for establishing industrial product standards.

In order to expand the supply of hydrogen vehicles, the first thing to be done is to build an infrastructure to supply hydrogen. There are fixed and mobile types of hydrogen refueling stations that can supply hydrogen. Mobile hydrogen refueling stations have the advantage of supplying hydrogen to two or three areas, so the introduction of mobile hydrogen refueling stations is considered at the initial stage of hydrogen vehicle dissemination. However, mobile hydrogen refueling stations have greater risks than fixed hydrogen refueling stations due to the hazard associated with movement and intensive installation of facilities in vehicle, so stricter design standards to lower the risk must be applied. Therefore, in this study, basic data for establishing safety standards for mobile hydrogen refueling stations were proposed by suggesting improvements such as the location of emergency shutoff valves, the number of gas detectors etc., using HAZOP analysis.

After the fire in Grenfell, a special fire safety survey was conducted, and the spirit of building fire safety is increasing. However, as can be seen from the fact that more than 80 people were injured in the Ulsan residential fire in 2020, there are no cases of making it a life safety standard for buildings, and there is an urgent need to investigate this. In this research, we will investigate the five fires that occurred in Grenfell, England, derive the problems, and use them as basic data for establishing the safety standards for Korean-style human life in the future.

Also, the paper studies the status of QMS building based on TL 9000 by researching and analyzing the positive cases of QMS established by companies on the basis of TL 9000 standards.
