Today, executives in the company operate their organizations under highly competitive environments with dynamic technological, economic, and political changes. Under these new environment changes, they play the important role in establishing the future directions and strategic orientations of organizations. In general, executive information systems (EIS) are designed to support these roles of executives. They can help executives access and use the information they require about the organization's internal and external environments. In spite of such potential EIS support for executives, only a limited number of empirical studies have been published in this area. by employing a well-established theory of computer usage behavior (Technology Acceptance Model : TAM), this study systematically investigates the key factors in the successful utilization of an EIS. The empirical results from this study may prove useful for both IS researchers and practitioners.

The existing safety-management manual is confined to list data based on regulations, and only provide ways to prevent accidents/incidents for particular work which accidents occur frequently. As it is difficult to understand the complete process involved the work, we can not expect the manual to function as a guide to prevent unfortunate events. When establishing WBS(work breakdown structure) of railway line engineering, consideration of the characteristics of train operation will enable many benefits. Therefore in this research it is conducted to materialize it in the manual. Main contents in this research are to review the way that change complete work performance process and person in charge of different tasks into WBS(work breakdown structure), and trough the newly developed WBS , the ways to improve roles and functions of the manual which Korean Railroad made are recommended.

Integral transforms and fractional integral formulas involving well-known special functions are interesting in themselves and play important roles in their diverse applications. A large number of integral transforms and fractional integral formulas have been established by many authors. In this paper, we aim at establishing some (presumably) new integral transforms and fractional integral formulas for the generalized hypergeometric type function which has recently been introduced by Luo et al. [9]. Some interesting special cases of our main results are also considered.

본고는 국가 대표 정보센터의 역할을 수행할 한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)의 정보수집 최적화 방안을 모색하기 위한 기초 연구이다. 이를 위해 우선 국내와 해외의 도서관 및 연구소 자료실의 정보수집 현황을 살펴보고 KISTI의 정보수집 현황을 분석하였다. 그리고 정보수집의 최적화를 위한 방향을 제시하고 향후 수행해야 할 정책적 과제에 대하여 언급하였다.

The paper draws the scales of supply and shortages of port logistics area's human resources based upon the future prospect of its supply and demand. Due to the problems that we face today with human resources training and inequality between the levels of demand and supply, introduction of a new training system by local universities and their overall improvement are brought up as the needs of the times. In order for these to happen, the local universities need to assure originality by specializing Port Logistics area. They need to develop demand-oriented port logistics education programs through establishment of cooperation among the universities, as well as expand qualitative and quantitative improvement their educational programs. In addition the local universities have to act as the central of nurturing local talents by developing an educational-governmental cooperation, leading port & logistics' educational policy as think-tank and producting ready-to-work talent.

This article is concerned with various aspects of establishing the global standard for occupational safety and health management system (OHSMS). The notion, main features, and brief history of the OHSMS are presented. The OHSAS 18000, its assets and liabilities, are reviewed as a prototype of the global standard. It is also addressed the possibility of combining ISO 9000(quality management system), 14000(environmental management system) and the OHSMS into the integrated management system (IMS) as a whole. The concepts of internal and external customers are presented to explain why the environment, safety and health should be incorporated into the notion of total quality 'Participation of the members' and 'standardization of the 4Ms (Man, Machine, Materials and Method)'are emphasized as the major enablers of the IMS. Finally, the industrial, academic and governmental roles are discussed for developing the IMS and setting it down into the Korean industries.

Tamoxifen is a central component of the treatment of estrogen receptor (ER)-positive breast cancer as a partial agonist of ER. It has been clinically used for the last 30 years and is currently available as a chemopreventive agent in women with high risk for breast cancer. The most challenging issue with tamoxifen use is the development of resistance in an initially responsive breast tumor. This review summarizes the roles of ER as the therapeutic target of tamoxifen in cancer treatment, clinical values and issues of tamoxifen use, and molecular mechanisms of tamoxifen resistance. Emerging knowledge on the molecular mechanisms of tamoxifen resistance will provide insight into the design of regimens to overcome tamoxifen resistance and discovery of novel therapeutic agents with a decreased chance of developing resistance as well as establishing more efficient treatment strategies.

Asia has 60% of the world population and only about 34.5% of the world arable land. However, Asians traditionally consume very large amount of horticultural produce and depend heavily on vegetables for the sources of horticultural food crop. The vegetable production in Asia is highly intensive and multiple and successive cropping are routinely practiced. Concomitant with the rapid economic growth in many east Asian countries, the demands for high-quality horticultural crop have been drastically increased among many Asians and their interest in high-quality products, outstanding cultivars, machinery and equipment, production technology has been sharply increased in recent years. It is therefore believed that establishing and maintaining closer and regular relations among scientists and societies could provide an excellent momentum for promotion of horticulture on a global basis and both the ISHS and the ASHS could play decisive roles for this kind of promotion.

Currently, China's urban landscape is undergoing a gradual shift from incremental development to stock renovation. Furthermore, the planning and development objectives of urban communities have evolved from solely focusing on physical space construction to promoting sustainable development within a humanistic society. The current approach to community planning and construction, which emphasizes a singular dimension of residential life, overlooks the multifaceted aspects of community life and production. This oversight leads to a lack of attention to interpersonal relationships within the community, difficulties in establishing a connection between people and their environment, and numerous other issues. Consequently, this paper seeks to redefine the concept of sociality within community spaces by considering the continuum of time and space within communities. It aims to delineate the roles of "power" and "rights" within the community context, with a particular focus on everyday life, in order to reevaluate strategies and methods for fostering dynamic community development.

In this study, we investigate the changes and realities of the content production process focusing on Image generation AI revolutions such as Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, and DELL-E, and examine the current status of related department operations at universities and Find out the status of the current curriculum. Through this, we suggest the need to produce AI-adaptive content talent through re-establishing the capabilities of content-related departments in art universities and quickly introducing curriculum. This is because it can be input into the efficient AI content development system currently being applied in industrial fields, and it is necessary to cultivate talent who can perform managerial and technical roles using various AI systems in the future. In conclusion, we will prepare cornerstone research to establish the university's status as a source of talent that can lead the content industry beyond the AI content production era, and focus on convergence capabilities and experience with the goal of producing convergence talent to cultivate AI adaptive content talent, suggests the direction of curriculum application for value creation.
