스트라치 시스템의 긴장응력해석을 위한 명시적 해석법의 개발 (A Development of Explicit Algorithm for Stress-Erection Analysis of STRARCH System)

  • 본 연구에서는 스트라치 시스템의 긴장설치과정 해석을 수행하기 위한 개선된 명시적 해석법을 제안하였다. 스트라치 시스템은 Stressed-Arch에서 유래한 용어로 슬리브에 의한 갭이 도입된 유동 하현재가 내부의 긴장재에 의한 초기장력의 도입으로 서서히 닫히게 되고, 이에 따라 전체 구조물이 상승하여 최종적인 아치형태의 구조물을 형성하는 독창적인 구조시스템이다. 스트라치 시스템의 초기장력 도입과정을 긴장설치(stress-erection process) 과정이라 하며, 초기곡률의 도입에 따라 유동 상현재에는 과도한 초기변형이 발생하여 소성거동에 의한 강체회전이 발생하는 불안정 구조물이 된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 스트라치 시스템의 불안정 거동특성을 해석하기 위해서 소성힌지가 적용된 보-기둥요소를 사용하여 유동상현재를 모델링하였고, 불안정 구조물의 해석법에 효과적으로 사용되는 동적이완법의 개선된 알고리즘을 개선하여, 실제 스트라치 구조물의 긴장설치과정 해석을 수행하였으며, 실제 프로젝트에 대한 해석결과의 분석을 통하여 제안된 해석법의 적용성을 검증하였다.

  • There are hundreds of ship blocks which are under the block assembly, painting, and outfitting assembly works in the pre-erection shops of shipyard. Generally, each block is planned to be processed in a pre-erection shop according to the block type by the long-term production-scheduling before six months. However, many blocks can't be processed in the planned time and the planned shop since the before and after block-processing changes or delays the planned sequential works in pre-erection shops. Therefore, it is essential to monitor the current location of each block and work in process to cope with the changed situation of pre-erection shops. Present study integrates PDA, GPS, and CDMA not only to chase the location of each block but also to exchange the pre-erection work order and the work report between the production-scheduling server and the production managers in the pre-erection shops. This study shows a prototype for the block tracing and process monitoring in the pre-erection shops.

  • In this paper the erection method of the Seohae Bridge starter is presented. The erection method of starter for cable stayed bridge was changed from conventional bracket supported erection to heavy lifting supported directly by stays. There was the need to reduce the erection time drastically. The cost saving was obtained as a bonus.

  • In this study, we improved the layout of deckhouse pre-erection area where erects the blocks and developed the pre-erection block arrangement system for the improvement of productivity and effectiveness. The major operating point of the pre-erection area is to fabricate as many as possible that has restrict area and working plate. The developed system has information management module, scheduling module, schedule control module, statistics module, and information integrate module. The heuristic algorithm is issued and evaluated with real data. And genetic algorithm is used for the evaluation of issued it.

  • 탑재 공정 계획은 도크 공기를 만족토록 탑재 전략과 탑재 블록 순서를 결정하는 것이며, 탑재일정 계획은 결정된 탑재 순서에 따라 블록의 탑재일을 결정하는 것이다. 일정 계획에 따라 부하 분포가 다양한 양상을 보이며, 이는 생산 비용에 영향을 미친다. 제한된 가용 자원을 효율적으로 사용하면서 최단 공기에 탑재를 완료할 수 있는 최적의 공정 계획을 수립하기 위해서는 공정 계획과 일정 계획의 다양한 조합에 대해 시뮬레이션해 볼 수 있어야 한다. 최적 탑재 공정 계획 시스템 구축을 위해서는 탑재 순서를 자동으로 생성하는 시스템과 부하 평준화 시스템이 요구된다. 본 논문에서 탑재 순서 자동 생성 방안을 약술하였다. 부하 평준화는 같은 도크 기간에 건조하는 모든 선박에 대해 동시에 행하여야 신뢰성 있는 결과를 얻을 수 있다. 이럴 경우 탐색 범위가 매우 넓어짐으로 효율적인 최적화 기법이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 유전 알고리즘을 이용한 부하 평준화 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 시스템 개발로 일정 계획이 고려된 다양한 공정 계획 시뮬레이션이 가능하다.

  • In this paper an effort is made to develop an innovative spatial arrangement concept pertaining to ship building industry. The spatial scheduling is the problem that concentrates on effective planning of available space and arrangements of blocks and in a priority manner. In order to create an effective spatial scheduling. a database providing the priority has to be available to make the erection sequence. Such a system works hand in hand with erection sequence generator program The erection sequence program works on the conventional network analysis method which uses a typical parent-children idea for the calculation of the ENT(possible earliest network start time) and LNT(possible latest network start time). This program works in a cyclic manner taking turns by calculating the ENT in upward trace and LNT on the return trace thereby generating the entire erection sequence diagram for the requisite problem The generated database serves as an input data for spatial scheduling problem. When the system works it takes into consideration the entire system based on heuristic concepts as mentioned. There system uses the spatial aspects such as the available area of the P. E area and plan area of the corresponding blocks and its priority of erection from the erection sequence generator program develops the spatial scheduling arrangement. In this paper using all these concepts an innovative spatial schedule development system developed.

대공간 건축물 Erection 공법에 관한 사례 조사 연구 (The Case Study on the Erection Method of Large Span Structures)

  • 최근 산업 발전과 더불어 대공간 건축물의 수요가 급증하고 있다. 이 분야 선진 기술은 지간 300m 이상의 대공간 건축물 실현도 가능하게 하고 있다. 대공간 구조에는 쉘구조, 스페이스 프레임 구조, 막구조, 케이블구조 등이 있다. 대공간 건축물은 기둥 없이 넓은 공간을 확보해야 하는 구조적 특성 때문에 설계초기 단계에서부터 시공문제를 병행하여 검토할 필요가 있다. 대공간 건축물 시공에 있어서 erection 공법은 공사비용, 공사기간 그리고 안전성 등에 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 알려져 있다. 대공간 건축물 erection 공법은 현장 여건 및 제반 조건에 따라서 그 수를 헤아릴 수 없을 정도로 많고 다양하지만, 대표적인 공법으로는 Element 방식, Block 방식, Sliding 방식, Lift-up 방식 그리고 복합방식 등이 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 대공간 건축물을 대상으로 시공당시 적용한 erection공법을 조사하여 이것을 규모별, span별, 층고별, 구조형식별로 분석 및 검토하여 향후 대공간 건축물의 효율적 erection 공법 개발을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.

Application of Sensor Technology for the Efficient Positioningand Assembling of Ship Blocks

  • This paper proposes the application of sensor technology to assemble ship blocks efficiently. A sensor-based monitoring system is designed and implemented to improve shipbuilding productivity by reducing the labor cost for the adjustment of adequate positioning between ship blocks during pre-erection or erection stage. For the real-time remote monitoring of relative distances between two ship blocks, sensor nodes are applied to measure the distances between corresponding target points on the blocks. Highly precise positioning data can be transferred to a monitoring server via wireless network, and analyzed to support the decision making which needs to determine the next construction process; further adjustment or seam welding between the ship blocks. The developed system is expected to put to practical use, and increase the productivity during ship blocks assembly.

선체 블록의 물량 정보 생성 및 블록 탑재 시뮬레이션에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Generation of the Production Material Information of a Building Block and the Simulation of the Block Erection)

  • At the initial design stage, the generation process of the production material information of a building block and the simulation process of the block erection, which are required to perform the production planning and scheduling, have been manually performed by using 2D drawings, data of parent ships, and design experiences. To make these processes automatic, the accurate generation method of the production material information and the convenient simulation method of the block erection using the 3D CAD model, which was generated from the initial hull structural design system early developed by us, were proposed in this study. For this, a 3D CAD model for a whole hull structure was generated first, and the block division method for dividing the 3D CAD model into several building blocks was proposed. The generation method of the production material information for calculating the weight, center of gravity, painting area, joint length, etc. of a building block was proposed as well. Moreover, the simulation method of the block erection was proposed. Finally, to evaluate the efficiency of the proposed methods for the generation of the production material information and the simulation of the block erection, these methods were applied to corresponding processes of a deadweight 300,000 ton VLCC (Very Large Crude oil Carrier). As a result, it was shown that the production material information of a building block can be accurately generated and the block erection can be conveniently simulated in the initial design stage.

To make these processes automatic, the accurate generation method of the production material information and the convenient simulation method of the block erection based on the initial hull structural model(3D CAD model), were developed in this study. Here, the initial hull' structural model was generated from the initial hull structural CAD system early developed by us. To evaluate the developed methods. these methods were applied to corresponding processes of a deadweight 300,OOOton VLCC. As a result. it was shown that the production material information of a building block can be accurately generated and the block erection can be conveniently simulated in the initial design stage.
