The objectives of this study were (1) to measure the level of satisfaction on rural for local public service. (2) and analyse variables related to the public service. Reviewing the literature and related studies for theoretical framework, Six criteria characterize public service : (1) responsiveness. (2) convenience, (3) speed, (4) correctness, (5) pleasantness, (6) equality, which are reflected in the instrument of this study. By the results of analysis, two dimensions (convenience, responsiveness) and total satisfaction are related to their residential lengths of the same rural area. For the total public service satisfaction gender, age, educational level, income level, occupation, and residential years explained in 13.3% For the convenience dimension their variables accounted for 22.4%. For responsiveness dimension their variables interpreted in 23.2%. For speed and correctness dimension their variables explained in 21.6%. For pleasantness dimension their variables accounted for local public services in 15.3%. For equality dimension their variables explained in 16.2%.

A two-sample test for equality of survival distribution is one of the important issues in survival analysis, especially for clinical and epidemiological research. With interval censored data, some testing methods have been developed. This study introduces some testing methods and compares them under various situations through simulation study. Based on simulation result, it provides some useful information on choosing the most appropriate testing method in a given situation.

We propose the Bayesian testing for the equality of two Lognormal population means. Specially we use the fractional Bayesian factors suggested by O'Hagan (1995) based on the noninformative priors for the parameters. In order to investigate the usefulness of the proposed Bayesian testing procedures, we compare it with classical tests via both real data analysis and simulations.

The purpose of this study was to test the effect of the gender equality career education program on vocational gender egalitarianism and career identity of middle school students. The subjects of this study were 72 middle school students in Busan. They were divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group, with 36 students each. Korea Gender Egalitarianism Scale for Adolescents and Career Identity Scale of My Vocational Situation(MVS) were used to measure vocational gender egalitarianism and career identity. Collected data were analyzed using t-test. Results of analysis showed that the experimental group showed higher vocational gender egalitarianism and higher career identity than the control group. The implications of this study for career guidance were discussed and recommendations for future research were made.

The statistical inference of Cronbach's alpha measure of internal reliability is known to be inaccurate when sample size is small and the assumption of normality is violated. In this paper, we describe the permutation method in which we compute resampling p-values for testing the difference between two or more independent Cronbach's alpha coefficients. When the over-all permutation test is significant, we also make pairwise post-hoc comparisons using permutaion method. The permutation tests for the equality of two independent Cronbach's alpha coefficients and three independent Cronbach's alpha coefficients are illustrated with an example analysis of survey data.

The purpose of this study was to investigate home economics teachers' perception of cultural diversity education, to provide an efficient educational material for the multicultural education in teacher education and teacher retraining. 160 Home economics teachers answered the survey questionnaires. To analyze the data, SPSS 19.0 for Windows was used to conduct frequency analysis, factorial analysis, credibility analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Duncan's multiple comparison. The results of this study were as follows. Four dimensions of cultural diversity education were derived by factor analysis: cultural equality, diversity implementation, diversity value, comfort with diversity. As for their awareness about cultural diversity education, it was in the order of cultural equality, followed by diversity implementation, diversity value, and comfort with diversity. The groups were significantly different according to demographic variables. As for the whole awareness about cultural diversity education and the diversity implementation, group of age 40 teachers recognized more highly than other groups. Furthermore, teachers outside Jeonbuk area recognized more highly the cultural equality, diversity implementation, diversity value than those in Jeonbuk, which is the 3rd high area in the nation of multicultural family proportion. As for cultural equality and diversity implementation, teachers over 15 years of experience, recognized more highly than other groups. Those with the teacher certification in the college of education, recognized more highly the cultural equality, diversity value, comfort with diversity than teachers from the other colleges. Teachers who need multicultural education, recognized more highly cultural equality, diversity implementation, awareness of diversity than those who don't. These results imply that in home economics education, there must be more systematic studies on school field education and related educational programs in order to revitalize multicultural education. And for teachers with highly recognizing cultural diversity to conduct a systematic multicultural education more efficiently, there should be both systematic pre-service education programs at college level and in-service education programs for the teachers in terms of cultural diversity education.

The optimal analysis has objective functions, equality constraint functions and inequality functions. Objective functions may be used with inequality function, because occasionally variables are moved to non-analytic condition with calculating objective functions. But inequality constraint functions are very complicated problem in a optimal analysis. this paper suggest a method to solve inequality constraint functions.

We consider some numerical solution methods for equality-constrained quadratic problems in the context of structural analysis. Sparse orthogonal schemes for linear least squares problem are adapted to handle the solution step of the force method. We also examine these schemes with substructuring concepts.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of equality of both sexes and self-esteem on perception of dating violence among university students and presents basic data for helping healthy adaption of university life. A survey was held to the university students in Chungcheong cities from April 28 to May 12, 2018. of 225 copies of the questionnaire distributed, a total of 200 copies were in the final analysis. For data analysis, SPSS 21.0 for Windows was used. As a result, there were correlations between variables, the Perception of dating violence of university students were affected by the Equality of both sexes and Self-esteem. and the largest effect was the Violent experience. In conclusion, it is need to development program and counseling with considering healthy intimate relationship and right gender-role for improving adaption of university life.
