초고층 복합주거 유형은 도심지에서 신도시 개발 및 도시재생에 있어 중요한 위치로 주목받고 있다. 하지만 초고층 주상복합의 경우 친환경계획요소에 대한 정리와 실제 거주자들을 대상으로 한 만족도에 관한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 초고층 친환경계획요소를 단지, 건물내부, 설비 및 유지관리로 구분하여 전문가를 대상으로 중요도 거주자를 만족도를 평가하였다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 보다 다양한 관점에서 평가할 수 있는 M-IPA를 이용하여 초고층 복합주거 친환경 계획요소의 개선방안 및 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 그 결과 첫째, 단지 부문은 복합적 토지이용, 친환경 교통은 유지관리를 지속해야 할 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 건물내부 부문은 생태적 단지환경, 실내공기환경이 개선이 시급한 것으로 나타났고, 실내온열환경은 유지관리를 지속해야 하는 것으로 판단되었다. 마지막으로 설비/유지관리는 재료 및 설비와 에너지 관리 지표가 개선이 시급한 것으로 나타났다.

국내의 대표적 친환경 도시 조성사례인 수도권 제2기 신도시 내에 입주한 4개권역 총 80개 아파트단지를 대상으로 아파트단지 내 정성적 친환경 계획요소(독립변수)가 정량적 아파트 실거래 가격(종속변수)에 미치는 영향도를 통계적 계량기법을 활용해서 실증 분석하였다. 기존 도시 및 건축학적 차원에서의 정성적인 계획요소 분류체계를 발전적으로 좀 더 확장하여 환경경제학적 차원의 정량적인 계량분석 방안을 모색하였다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다. 또한 실증분석 결과로 수도권 제2기 신도시 아파트단지에 도입된 친환경 계획요소가 아파트 실거래가격에 미치는 매우 비중있고 주목할 만한 경제적 유발효과를 실증적으로 확인할 수 있었으며, 특히 주목할 점은 신 재생에너지 도입 등 최신 녹색신기술이 적용된 다양하고 차별화된 친환경 계획요소가 이미 보편화되어 아파트 실거래가격에 매우 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

The objective of study is to propose theoretical basis for applying planning elements to Environment-friendly Public Land Development in integrated perspective of 'eco' and 'health'. For this purpose, First, the definition of 'Environment-friendly Public Development' and the interrelation between 'eco' and 'heath' as the component element of it are proposed. Secondly, based on internal and external case studies, eco and health related planning elements are deprived. And to assess the planning elements efficiently, representative planning elements are selected by each content. Thirdly, based on the analysis of specialist question, how the selected planning elements contribute to the improvement of human health and ecosystem is assessed. The result of study could be useful to reflect the regional condition and to predict the effect of the application.

This study focused on the analysis of residential satisfaction depending on the extent of the application of environmental-friendly elements on the outdoor space of the apartment complexes. The purpose of this study is to present the basic materials of the environmental-friendly outdoor space planning of residential complexes. The major findings of the study are as follows. First, the results of the comparative analysis of the satisfaction of the outdoor space of apartment complexes show that the complexes with the most application of environmental-friendly elements had higher residential satisfaction. But, there was no meaningful statistical difference between the complexes with the highest level of application of the environmental-friendly elements and the complexes with medium level of application. Secondly, according to a comparative analysis, the overall residential satisfaction of the apartment complex was the same as the residential satisfaction of the outdoor space. Therefore, the overall satisfaction of the apartment complex seems to be influenced by the satisfaction of the outdoor space. Thirdly, the results of the correlative analysis of the satisfaction of the apartment complex showed that the satisfaction of the apartment complex increases as the satisfaction of the outdoor space of the apartment complex increases. The results of this study can be used as the basic materials for environmental-friendly outdoor space planning of apartment complexes.

Multi-use housing and commercial buildings have been emerged according to social and economic changes of CBD in Seoul Metropolitan Areas. The purpose of this study is to clarify the characteristics of the multi-use building, to analyze the problems on the base of survey and to suggest the solutions for architectural planning, focusing on eco-friendly dwelling environment. A field survey with 46 subjects has been carried out with structured questionnaire. Some problems in planning of the complex building have been discussed in terms of environmental issues and design criteria. In conclusion, basic planning directions for improving the building environmental quality have been suggested.

In accordance with recent highly advanced economic growth, the demand of leisure life is quite increasing, and also the increase of nature-friendly leisure with health-pursuing concept where human -being enjoys pleasant environment, is to me said as one of recent social traits. Accordingly, it is research the present situation and characteristic of the popularized housing-type accommodating facility, and then this study has discussed on the method how to plan the interior space of such facility to meet with environmental -friendly peculiarity and the object for health enhancement. At first, the program which applied the sustainable design techniques should be preceded, and when planning of interior space, the management method and space planning on the facility and the system should be properly considered in order to enhance the user's health. So to speak, in order to keep and promote the space user's health, those proposing methods such as the followings have been suggested likely as, consideration regarding to air-ventilation and lighting, usage of environmental-friendly material, use of life drainage, custom-typed plane planning, utilization of balcony space, storing furniture and systemization of kitchen space, themed bathroom, inducement of indoor-gardening, and so on. It is expected that this could be applied very usefully to the space plan of the small-scaled housing-type accommodation under planning to develop or renovation.

The purpose of this study is to accumulate basic data to establish planning direction of the environment-friendly remodeling through residents' consciousness in apartment Housing. The results are as follows : 1)More than half of residents thought remodeling is influential in decreasing of environmental pollution. 2) The important planning factors of the environment-friendly remodeling appear saving-energy, increasing health & amenity, coping with the change of population & society.

The purpose of this study is to develop and adapt indicators for the rural community assessment. Bearing in mind, indicators are derived from the various theoretical literature review and the efficiency of the indicators has been tested through comparing and evaluating 3 different rural communities which was selected based on their distance from Seoul. In order to assess a rural development project, the assessment indicators should include at least 5 domains of natural environment, socio-economic, quality of living environment, community characteristics, public participation, which are the basic formation of indicators of this study. Furthermore, this approach could be a ground for the environmentally friendly rural development planning.

The main purpose of this study is to define the characteristics of emvironmental-friendly design which is found on in the planning of apartment housing complex. For this purpose, the subject of analysis were focused on the plans which had been authenticated an apartment housing complex development of Green Buildings. In conclusion, the characteristics of environmental-friendly design in the of apartment housing complex which are analysed through this study can be summarized as follows: It is shown that most plans hardly used the designs items such as 'preserving geographical feature' , 'use of substitutive sources' while the application ratio of 'making streamlets' , 'artificials afforestations' , 'making pedestrain road and bicycle road' is highest. this analysis means many planners and designers depends on only a few design elements when they plan apartment housing complex. it is because they don't have a correct understanding of environmental-friendly development.

This study takes notes on energy problems and sustainability of rural housing. The purpose of this study was to analyze the actual conditions of rural and applying energy saving of rural housing. For this, we tried to review literatures and conduct a field survey. The results of this study were as follows, first, rural housing of energy saving type environmental friendly applied planning factors with gradual carbon decrease by considering economic efficiency, current application and technical level. Second, the principal concepts of this housing are economic, locality and energy efficiency, it is applicable three kinds of the concepts of environmentally friendly housing. Third, this housing in planning must decrease energy consumption and increase air conditioning efficiency by means of air tightness and improvement insulation capacity.
