With the occurrence of the 4th Industrial Revolution, environmental change is happening in the healthcare industry as overall flow of Industry heads to ICT-based business environment. Healthcare Industry, which has the characteristic of public goods, is requiring a reliability and continuity of healthcare industry, however, the introduction of security is being delayed due to the problem of compatibility and extendability of existing system. Accordingly, in this research, we have built a section and role for stakeholders to be concerned in order to induce, analyze and introduce a needed security technology for rapidly building a security system in a smart healthcare environment. We have suggested a possibility of extendability regarding a multi-dimensional effort of stakeholders for establishing a healthcare security system.

The main purpose of the article is to study the key aspects of the use of modern technologies to ensure economic security in the context of achieving high efficiency of public administration.The economic security of the country is a multi-level system, the structure of which is determined by the peculiarities of the structure and key development priorities both in the regional aspect and nationally. The fundamental role of economic security is realized through a set of goals and objectives that are achieved in the process of ensuring it, among the main ones is the effective, dynamic and progressive development of the economy, which is impossible without the development of innovations. The essence of ensuring economic security from the standpoint of innovative development lies in the development of innovations that can increase the level of competitiveness of the state-level economic system, which necessitated an analysis of the conditions and dynamics of innovation development. As a result of the study, the basic aspects of the implementation of modern technologies were analyzed in the context of achieving high efficiency in public administration.

The relevance of the study implies the need to explain the main determinants of environmental policy, allowing countries to converge on a common working basis. The purpose of the research is to explore ways in which the environmental aspects of EU regions and territories can be shaped to apply to domestic environmental policy. A total of 997 representatives from the Ukrainian UTCs, who are involved in local environmental policy, participated in the survey. Results of the research. A hierarchy of regional environmental policy objectives has been identified. Three key principles of eco-policy development have been distinguished. The means of the innovative approach strategy implementation have been outlined (formation of the regional market of environmental services; organization of interaction between environmental agencies and market structures; establishment of environmental funds which finance environmental activities; implementation of the "collateral return" system; formation of a system of benefits and loans to enterprises that successfully implement the environmental policy). The means of the prognostic approach implementation strategy to the development of the region's environmental policy have been determined (the use of an orderly and successful long-term strategy of economic development of the region; obligatory consideration in the mechanisms strategy aimed at improvement of environmental management system of the region, interbranch impact of the projects implemented on the region's ecological situation; taking into consideration the economic and geographical peculiarities of the region, the necessary infrastructure, issues of the territorial location of the large enterprises in the region and their impact on the environment). The means of the traditional approach strategy implementation have been outlined (activity programs focused on solution of specific problems, rather than on the implementation of measures for environmental restoration and enhancement; nature conservation problems have interbranch, interdepartmental character due to unity of the region's ecosystem; tracking complexity of changing conditions (water basins, woodlands, air-mass transport), regional boundaries generally do not coincide with natural ecosystems boundaries). The practical significance of the study lies in providing recommendations for the implementation of certain aspects of Ukrainian UTC's environmental policy.

This Study aims to analyze the factors for the success of commercialization of the facial extraction and recognition image security information system of the domestic companies in Korea. As the results of the analysis, the internal factors for the success of commercialization of the facial extraction and recognition image security information system of the company were found to include (1) Holding of technology for close range facial recognition, (2) Holding of several facial recognition related patents, (3) Preference for the facial recognition security system over the fingerprint recognition and (4) strong volition of the CEO of the corresponding company. On the other hand, the external environmental factors for the success were found to include (1) Extensiveness of the market, (2) Rapid growth of the global facial recognition market, (3) Increased demand for the image security system, (4) Competition in securing of the engine for facial extraction and recognition and (5) Selection by the government as one of the 100 major strategic products.

This study aims to present implications to the basic directions according to organization's own objectives, roles, physiology and changes, etc for private security being activated. The change in organization can lead to foster the foundation for coping with sharp social environmental changes. The fundamental factors leading organizational changes should include intentional, planned and future-oriented activities. This is because organizational changes can be achieved by organizational learning. Besides, organizational learning is indeed important in terms of improvement in business methods and security services, but it should be also much more examined than in any other organization, since business particularity lies in getting in most sensitive contact with customers on the spot. Therefore, this study aims to propose the developmental directions of organizational learning by positively exploring the basic learning directions according to the influences of organizational learning, focusing the organizational efficientization strategies coping with environmental changes on the organizational learning.

U.S. National Research Council proposed benefits framework for energy R&D project as economic benefits, environmental benefits, security benefits and knowledge benefits. Following this framework, U.S. National Renewable Energy Laboratory evaluated the projected benefits of Federal Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Programs in the indicators of energy-expenditure savings, energy system cost savings, $CO_2$ emissions reductions. oil savings, natural gas saving and avoided additions to central conventional power. As this result, geothermal energy have predominant position in the energy-expenditure savings, natural gas saving and avoided addi t ions to central conventional power to FY2050. The projected benefits, in monetary value, of the whole supply-potential of geothermal energy in Korea were evaluated as 480.2 billion Won, 43.1 billion Won and 135.8 billion Won for the private energy-cost savings, social environmental-cost savings, and import energy-cost saving, respectively.

The article proposes a method of modeling a comprehensive indicator for evaluating the effectiveness of regional management of innovation activity. This will make it possible to assess the effectiveness of personnel, financial and credit and foreign economic activity of the regions from the standpoint of an integrated approach. The modeling technique is proposed to be carried out using the tools of taxonomic analysis and the calculation of a complex indicator of the effectiveness of the innovation activity management.

The main purpose of the study is to analyze the specifics of training future preschool education specialists for the development of conscious citizenship and environmental values of students. The methodology includes a number of theoretical methods of analysis. The importance of the issue of professional training of a specialist in a preschool institution is proved, along with an increase in the general and professional culture of a teacher, his readiness to work in alternative institutions for preschool children, it is necessary to develop creative pedagogical thinking, independence, motivational and value attitude to the profession, readiness for further self-education. Based on the results of the research, the key aspects of training future preschool education specialists for the development of conscious citizenship and environmental values of students were determined.

The main purpose of the article is to analyze the features of the impact of digital technologies on environmental management in the public administration system of the regions. The revival of the economy and its digitalization, which emerged after the first wave of the economic crisis, is already fraught with an aggravation of the ecological situation in the region. Of course, the conventional model of economic growth has by now exhausted its capabilities and can be characterized as environmentally unsustainable. Digital technologies bring changes that cannot be ignored. Based on the results of the study, key aspects of the impact of digital technologies on environmental management in the public administration system of the regions were identified.

The purpose of this study is to present the environmental factors of positive and negative aspects that affect the information security compliance intention, and reveals the relationship of the individual's the security compliance intention. The subjects of this study are employees of organizations that apply information security policies and technologies, and effective samples were obtained through surveys. In the process of analysis, the study model was verified through structural equation modeling. The measurement variables consisted of security policy, security system, technical support, work impediment, security non-visibility, compliance intention and organizational commitment and used for analysis. The results confirmed that security compliance factors such as policy, system, technical support, and non-compliance factors, work impediment, respectively, had an impact on organizational commitment, leading to compliance intention. The verification result of the research model suggests the direction of establishing a security compliance strategy for employees to improve the level of information security compliance of the organization.
