NATM 터널 유지보수를 위한 환경부하 산정모델 개발 (Development of Environmental Load Estimating Model for Maintaining NATM Tunnel)

  • 인간이 절대적으로 필요한 사회기반시설은 설치 및 유지관리 시 큰 환경부하를 발생한다. 특히, 유지관리는 장기간에 걸쳐 수행되며 보수방법 및 주기에 따라 환경부하가 달라지기 때문에 신뢰할 수 있는 추정 값을 제시하는데 한계가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 터널을 유지관리 할 때 발생하는 환경부하를 기획 또는 설계초기단계에서 신속하게 평가할 수 있도록 환경부하 추정모델을 개발하였다. 간략한 설계 자료만으로도 환경부하를 추정할 수 있는 모델개발을 위하여, 유지관리 단계에서의 환경부하 산정 방법론을 분석하고, 장기적인 유지관리의 특성을 고려한 보수주기와 보수율을 적용하였다. 최종적으로 모든 사용자들이 유지관리단계의 환경부하량을 편리하고 신속하게 추정할 수 있는 평가모델을 개발하는 것이 본 연구의 목표이며, 이를 통해서 도로 및 터널사업의 친환경적인 유지관리에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

RTF 필터링을 이용한 모바일매핑시스템 레이저 데이터의 도로 장애물 제거에 관한 연구 (A Study for Removing Road Shields from Mobile Mapping System of the Laser Data using RTF Filtering Techniques)

  • 현재 전 세계적으로 환경보전이나 석탄자원 고갈 등의 문제로 인해 친환경 자동차의 개발이 매우 중요한 이슈로 대두되고 있으며, 이에 따라 고정밀 3차원 도로 지도제작에 많은 관심을 기울이고 있는 추세이다. 이와 같은 목적의 달성을 위해 현재까지 MMS을 이용한 데이터 획득 방법이 가장 효과적인 것으로 보고되고 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 항공 레이저 측량 데이터에 대한 처리를 목적으로 개발된 기본적인 RTF 필터 알고리즘을 MMS에 적합하도록 수정하여 적용하였다. 실험을 통해 도출된 정량적 분석 결과 지면은 99.71%, 비지면은 99.95%의 매우 높은 제작자 정확도를 나타내고 있으며, 도로 내에 존재하는 자동차, 가로수, 중앙분리대 등의 도로 장애물이 효과적으로 제거된 결과가 도출되었다. 이를 통해 실무 작업에 효과적인 적용 및 작업 효율성 향상을 기대할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

환경비용을 고려한 수출입컨테이너 화물의 운송경로 선택에 관한 연구 (Study on the Selection of Transport Route for Import-export Container Cargo based on the Environmental Cost)

  • 본 논문에서는 운송시간과 운송비용으로 구성된 희생량 모델과 운송경로의 환경비용을 이용한 수출입 컨테이너화물의 운송경로 선택에 관하여 고찰한다. 먼저 희생량 모델, 운송의 환경비용, 수출입 컨테이너화물의 물동량과 운송경로별 분담율에 대하여 간단히 살펴본다. 그리고 부산항의 수출입 컨테이너화물을 서울로 운송하는 경우를 가정하고 운송시간과 운송비용, 화물의 운송에 의하여 발생하는 환경비용에 대하여 고찰한다. 또한 환경비용을 고려한 희생량 모델을 이용하여 각 운송경로별 희생량을 계산한다. 마지막으로 계산된 운송경로의 희생량에 기초하여 수출입컨테이너 화물의 운송경로를 결정한다. 본 연구의 결과, 운송의 환경비용을 고려하는 경우 수출입컨테이너의 육상운송 분담율이 감소하며 연안운송 분담율이 증가하는 것을 확인하였다.

유기농업단지 주요경관요소의 경관형용사 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Landscape adjective characteristics for the Major Landscape Elements in Organic farming)

  • Up to date, the majority research on the major landscape elements in organic farming has been mainly focused on the practice of seeking efficiency. The problem is that this type of study contributes to polluting the agricultural environment and damaging the ecological circulation system. As an alternative, there is a growing body of research on organic farming, but it is not widely applied that research on how to manage the landscape considering the scenic characteristics of farming villages practicing organic farming. Hence, in this paper we utilized landscape adjectives as a way to enhance the objectivity of the organic agricultural complex landscape assessment. More specifically, not only this study used a landscape image of an organic agricultural complex to identify a landscape adjective suitable for the landscape elements but also this study confirmed the suitability of landscape adjectives comparing to the opinions of experts and the public. To carry out, this study performed the experts survey which is composed of 12 major landscape elements, including rice paddies and fields, monoculture and diverse crops, dirt roads, windbreak trees, accent planting, dum-bung(small pond), natural small river, natural waterways, plastic film houses, one-storied houses, and pavilion. As a result of deriving the landscape adjectives from the main landscape elements, there were nine landscape adjectives that were consistent with experts and the public, including "clear" and "Artless" for rice paddies and fields, while the mismatched landscape adjectives were 'traditional'. The accent planting was a combination of landscape adjectives such as 'natural' and 'clear', while the windbreak trees was a consensus of all landscape adjectives. Only two adjectives, 'friendly' and 'wild', agreed on the dirt load, nine dum-bung(small pond), ten natural small river, nine duckery, eight one-storied houses, 10 pavilion, eight monoculture and diverse crops, and three natural waterways. The most common landscape adjectives were windbreak trees, pavilions, and natural small river, all 10 landscape adjectives. However, it is considered that only three of the 10 landscape types on the dirt road and the natural number are matched. Thus, additional management measures will be needed. In addition, it was analyzed that the most common landscape adjectives were "Artless" and "friendly" 13 times. The landscape adjectives of the organic farming complex responded by experts were analyzed to be suitable for natural, clear, zingy, silent, traditional, artless, friendly, wild and Leisurely, and consistent with the general public's opinion.

친환경 고결제와 저회를 활용한 유동성 복토재의 공학적특성 (Engineering Characteristics of CLSM Using Bottom Ash and Eco-friendly Soil Binder)

  • 일반적으로 관매설공사는 관 등의 매설물을 시공하고 나머지 부분을 모래나 토사를 이용하여 되메우는 방식으로 진행된다. 그러나 매설물 주변의 다짐이 어렵거나 다짐효율이 떨어지는 등 다짐 시 많은 문제가 발생하고 있으며, 되메우기 공사 시 매설관의 변형과 파손을 유발하여 궁극적으로 도로함몰의 원인으로 발전하게 된다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방안 중 대표적으로 유동화토를 활용한 공법이 있으며, 최근 환경보호와 자원 재활용의 차원에서 모래와 공학적 성질이 유사한 석탄회를 활용한 유동화토에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 석탄회 중 비회는 많은 연구가 진행되어 여러 방면으로 재활용이 이루어지는 반면, 저회는 대부분 재활용되지 못하고 회처리장에 매립됨에 따라 저회에 대한 재활용 요구가 증가되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 친환경 고결제를 활용하여 환경적으로 유리하며 유동화토 기준에도 적합한 저회의 활용방안을 모색하기 위하여 친환경 고결제와 대표적인 현장발생 토사인 화강풍화토 및 저회, 비회 혼합토를 대상으로 유동특성, 강도변화 특성 등을 구명하고, 토양오염도 평가를 수행하여 저회를 활용한 유동성 복토재의 활용방안을 제시하였다.

  • It is necessary to consider the stability, economic environmental-friendly problems by the development of the road, supply of the automobile, environmental problem as designing the exhaust system. To reduce the noise and the vibration of the automobile, it is needed to consider the pulsation noise, air current noise, vibration of air pipe which generate the intake and exhaust noise of the automobile. Moreover, the discharge sounds, intake sound, radiation sound, transmitted sound are occurred. To reduce this influence, the variable valve is needed and to control these factors, path transformation muffler and active type muffler are needed. While engine efficiency could be reduced with this transformationand resistance by the pressure, thermal property. In this study, how to design exhaust systems yielding higher condversion efficiency, lower backpressure and optimize the performance. this study is recommended for exhaust system and designers and engineers involved in SI engine exhaust system and it will furnish information for you to design more efficient.

GIS를 이용한 대기질 관리 정보 지원시스템(e-AIR) 구현( I ) (Development of Air Pollution Information System Using GIS (e-AIR))

  • Public awareness of air pollution problem has increased the need for real time air pollution information system about changes in air pollution level. The purpose of this study is to construct e-AIR, a user-friendly air pollution information system for urban air quality using GIS(geographic information system) technology for windows. GIS was ideally suited featuring a geographical characteristics(e.g., road, traffics, buildings) and very effectively used in mapping and symbolization for the distribution of the spatial/periodic pollution status(e.g., pie or column chart, graduated symbols) which can be effectively applied to a information system on the web-site. And a user interface, GUI(graphic user interface) was designed very diversely and simply enabled the users connect with e-AIR and obtain a useful information of air quality. A interpretive technique, air pollution health index(e.g., PSI, AEI) was used also which transforms complex data on measured atmospheric pollutant concentrations into a single number or set of numbers in order to make the data more understandable. Eventually the final-step of this study was to construct e-AIR based on Web GIS could be assessed anywhere if internet is available and offer a very useful information services of the air pollution to the public like a weather news.

환경친화적인 도로 비탈면 훼손지 복원을 위한 적정 식물배합에 관한 연구 - 생육보조재 취부 공법을 중심으로 - (Study on the Seeding Mixtures of the Restoration and Revegetation Works for making of Environmentally Friendly Road Slopes -Using the Thin-Layer-Soil-Media Hydroseeding System-)

  • This study aimed to address problems and suggest solutions in applying seed mixture design criterior of the slope revegetation works according to "The guidelines of Slope revegetation design and construction" proposed by the Ministry of Construction and Transportation. To do this, the planting thickness was set to be the same 2cm while the composition of seeds was made different, which was planted in artificial slopes and fields. The main results were summarized as follows. In the test, when applying the provisional standards of the plant mixtures proposed by the Ministry of Construction and Transportation, tree seeds and native plants were found poor coverage effect in the early stage in all test plots due to introduced grasses. This was because introduced winter grasses which grew well in the early stage, could grow densely, so it might hamper the growth of other plants. Therefore, it was found desirable that standards for seed mixing should be adjusted down by 10% and the ratio of introduced grasses in the mixture should be lowered to 25% while native plants should increase to 20-25%.

MMA 모르터 복합체의 강도특성 및 부재설계 (I) (Member design and strength characteristics of the MMA mortar composites (I))

  • The repair of manhole raise has been caused much construction times and disruption of traffic flow, serious environmental pollution from crushed construction wastes, and budget waste due to the repeated repair construction works. In order to overcome such problems, we have developed the new manhole repairing composite structures by using a glass fiber-reinforced polymer (GFRP) pipe, which can raise manhole to the regular height of the overlayed road pavement with rapid construction and minimum traffic jams. This environmental-friendly technology is method completed by the methyl methacrylate monomer (MMA) double wide flanged GFRP pipe composite structures in order to raise manhole to the regular height. In this paper, two kinds of the compressive strength tests of MMA mortar composites were conducted and evaluated by a general compressive strength test, and compressive strength test after freezing-thawing resistance test. It was found that this MMA mortar composites will be used for the application of the double wide flanged GFRP pipe composite structures.

Strength Characteristics of Soil Cement Reinforced by Natural Hair Fiber

  • This study systematically examines the changes in the compressive and tensile strength of soil cement reinforced by natural hair fiber, which is regularly produced from human. Extensive experimental tests of various test specimens have been carried out in a laboratory. Several factors are considered, including the soil type, amount of cement, amount of fiber, fiber length, loading type, and curing age. The test results indicate that both the compressive and tensile strengths are significantly affected by the fiber, either increasing or decreasing depending on the conditions. The increase in tensile strength is significant in the sand-based soil cement due to the tensile resistance of the fiber which is interlocked with the surrounding soil or cement particles. The natural fiber provides a larger strain to failure due to its extensibility, which allows greater deformation. Based on the test results, natural hair fibers can be an effective and environmentally friendly way to improve soil ground subjected to tensile loading, such as an embankment slope, road subgrade, or landfill, thus reducing the cost for cement and waste treatment. The study results provide a useful information of better understanding the mechanical behavior of natural hair fiber in soil cement and the practical use of waste materials in civil engineering. The findings can be practically applied for improving earth structures under tensile loading.
