The present study purposed to examine how the knowledge, consciousness and attitude affect life resources use of the subjects, first-year middle school students and their mothers, and ultimately, to provide basic materials for maximizing the effect of the education consciousness and attitude on environment-friendly life resource management in everyday living. The followings are the results of the analysis of the collected data. First, in the aspects of analysis of valiance in the general home environment factors of this research, there were some significance according to fathers and mothers' educational level, fathers' job, the type of a house about students and mothers' life resources use. Second, knowledge about middle school students' life resources use had negative correlations with attitude. But consciousness had positive correlations with attitude. Knowledge about their mothers' life resources use had negative correlations with attitude, but consciousness had positive correlations with attitude. The results of mothers were similar to those of middle school students. Mothers' consciousness and attitude had positive correlations with middle school students' consciousness and attitude.

The biodegradability test of bulking agents in feces composting process is conducted to increase the management efficiency for environment-friendly rural toilet developed by National Rural Resource Institute in 2001. In the case study through references and field study, ash, fallen leaves, and wood chips are commonly used in the ecological toilet. Extension officers and farmers prefer rice straw, fallen leaves, and chaff among the rural resources as a bulking agents in the aspect of getting and storage as the result of questionnaire survey. As the result of biodegradability test including the temperature change, $CO_2$ gas production, and C/N ratio change of composting pile under the condition of aerobic composting apparatus, rice straw and chaff are good bulking agents for environment-friendly rural toilet. It is recommended that easy getting materials among the above mentioned materials are used for bulking agents as the region and season in environment-friendly rural toilet.

The Purpose of this paper is to establish development strategies for sustainability of environment-Friendly agriculture based on farm awareness analysis. To analysis farm management, a series of farm household surveys were conducted on farmers residing in Embong-Myun. The sample size of the survey is 108 respectively. As a survey result, satisfaction level about market stability and understanding of upper organization is high, on the contrary, awareness of related organization is low in a relative sense. Most of farmers reveal their intention to sustain environment-Friendly agriculture but future agriculturalist and an ageing society that one face as well. In order to establish development strategies for sustainability of environment-Friendly agriculture, an infrastructure should be consistently expanded. On the other hand, self-supporting ability of farmer's organization and education system attempt to expand for sustainability.

Purpose: Environmental pollution problems have become more and more serious, how to effectively protect the environment has become a hot spot of concern to all sectors of society. The way to solve this problem is environmentally friendly management. However, theoretical perspectives and research frameworks of existing research on environmentally friendly management are still unclear. This study aims to examine how the CEO's beliefs for SMEs of Chinese distribution industry affect the environmentally friendly management based on institutional theory. Research design, data, and methodology: This paper collected data from 215 SMEs in China distribution industry and conducted a series of data analysis and hypothesis testing based on an institutional theory perspective using Amos and SPSS to verify the effects of regulatory pressure, normative pressure, and imitation pressure on firms' environmentally friendly management. Results: Through the analysis, this paper tests that normative pressure and imitative pressure have a positive effect on CEO's beliefs. However, regulatory pressure did not have a significant effect on beliefs of CEO. Meanwhile, the degree of CEO's beliefs has a positive effect on environmentally friendly management in Chinese distribution SMEs. Conclusions: Theoretical contributions, practical implications, and future research directions are discussed.

This study analyzed the management situation of two organizations that have produced environmentally friendly agricultural and livestock products. One organization sells and processes environmentally friendly agricultural products like as grains, vegetables, fruits and processing foods. Another organization processes and sells environmentally friendly livestock products, specially beef products. Indices of management analysis are stability ratio, activity ratio and profitability ratio. Stability ratio indices are debt ratio, net worth ratio, fixed ratio and current ratio. Activity ratio ones include fixed assets turnover and net worth turnover. And profitability ratio is showed through return on investment, net return on sales and return on equity.

Purpose. To examine the orientation of the eco-friendly Health care service on korean Hospital nurses Methods. Between October 2012 and November 2012, two hundred eighty five nurses (mean age, $25{\pm}17$ years; age range, 22~42yrears) were enrolled in this study. They performed a questionnaire which related to environmental problem, hospital infectious wastes manage and eco-friendly care service orientation. Results. Within the results, There were statistically significant correlation between "Hospital infectious wastes management" and "environmental problem awareness"(r=0.45, p<.001), "eco-friendly care service orientation"and "environmental problem awareness" (r=0.48, p<.001), and "eco-friendly Health care service orientaton" and "Hospital infectious wastes management"(r=0.50, p<.001). Conclusions. In current study, these results express that it is necessary to promote environmental problem awareness and hospital infectious wastes management practice for the "orientation of the eco-friendly Health care service on korean hospital nuurses.

Disasters that occur most frequently in rural areas are drought, flood, damages from wind and cold weather. In order to overcome the damage caused by natural disasters, various projects related to safety and disaster prevention. However, Government-centered disaster recovery operating system showed difficulties to utilize the natural scenery and ecological environment of rural villages. So the participation of the residents is necessary. Therefore, this study aims to find a more effective disaster recovery direction by suggesting the application method, Inhabitant-friendly improving a village environment contents in Rural Disaster Villages, for continuous disaster management. The research methods were literature analysis, interviews, and expert discussion. As a result, it was found that the rural disaster village environmental improvement facilities, inhabitant-friendly recovery system, and inhabitant-friendly village environment contents and suggests a application method of inhabitant-friendly village environment contents. The research will be used as basic data when preparing a guide for improving the environment for residents in rural villages.

Purpose - Considering the environmental issues in corporate management is now a necessity, not an option. In addition, consumers' interest in health and environment has increased rapidly. This study aims to investigate how the management style that pursues environmental protection affects the various outcomes at each management process such as planning, producing and supervising process. Research design, data, and methodology - We surveyed 319 manufacturing companies from April 1 to April 30, 2016. Green purchasing, environmental technology management and management support are selected as independent variables and firm performances as dependent variables. Three analyses including factor, regression and moderating were conducted. Results - Regression analysis was performed to set up hypotheses. Consequently, the total six hypotheses were adopted and then innovative management style showed moderating effect. Conclusions - Companies should consider environmental factors to improve the financial performance in the long term. Especially the cooperative style enhances financial performance by implementing eco-friendly design in cooperation with customers. Also, eco-friendly activities with suppliers could have direct environmental protection effects. Therefore, a manufacturer needs to cooperate with both suppliers and customers to maximize the protection effect. The production of eco-friendly products and implementing eco-friendly design with customers positively affect product quality.

The objective of this paper is to analyze management performance of organic farming management organizations in the large-scale environment-friendly agricultural districts, focusing on cases of organic farming organizations in Chungnam Asan city and Gyeongnam Sancheong-gun which are leading regions in Korean organic agriculture. The management performance in Asan Organic Farming Organization showed that ratio of operating gain to revenue in 2008~2009 increased by 1.2% point compared to in 2006~2007. The management performance in Sancheong Organic Farming Organization showed revenue gain by KRW 2 million in 2009 whereas it suffered a loss by KRW 24 million in 2008. The management performances implied that the amount of financial performance was not yet large and would be a symbol for soundly developing organic farming organization. This paper suggested that network system, recycling agriculture, and the enlargement of processing industry would be very useful to maximize synergy effect in organic farming organizations in a large-scale environment-friendly agricultural districts.
