인터넷의 발달은 전통적인 0시장에 의한 상거래를, 기술에 의한 안전하면서 세계 시장을 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 전자상거래 구조를 제공하고 있다. 현재 전자상거래의 대상은 실물에 대한 상거래와 디지털 컨텐츠에 대한 상거래로 크게 분류할 수 있으며, 실물에 대한 상거래는 전통적 상거래 방식이 컴퓨터로 바꿔 상황이라고 볼 때, 디지털 컨텐츠에 대한 상거래 즉, D-Commerce에 대한 상거래의 개념이 도래하고 있다. 디지털 컨텐츠의 상거래에 필요한 요소 기술에 대한 연구, 그리고 특히 새로운 유통 비즈니스 모델에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 디지털 저작권권리(Digital Rights Management: DRM)는 디지털 컨텐츠의 보호와 적절한 유통체계를 설립하여 안전하게 상거래를 할 수 있게 하기 위한 새로운 기술이다. XrML은 권리(rights)를 명시하는 언어로써 디지털 컨텐츠와 그에 따른 서비스들을 사용할 수 있는 권리와 조건들을 명시해준다. XrML은 현재 디지털 저작권권리(Digital Rights Management: DRM)에 가장 많이 쓰이고 있는 Rights Language이다. XrML은 ContentGuard가 개발한 DRM 서술 언어로 전 세계 산업계 표준으로 추진하기 위하여 파트너 회사 확대, 기능 확장, 무료 / 공개 형식으로 보급을 추진중이다.

아동친화도시는 아동이 행복하게 살 수 있도록 지역사회 환경을 조성하는 것으로 아동권리가 보장된 환경이 조성될 때에 가능하다. 이에 본 연구는 아동권리와 행복감의 관계에 대해서 검증하여 아동이 살기 좋은 아동친화도시구축을 위해 지원해야할 사항이 무엇인지 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 아동친화도시 인증을 받은 W지역의 초등학생과 중학생 1000명을 대상으로 설문조사하여 이를 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 초등학생이 중학생보다 아동권리인식이 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째로, 행복감에 영향을 미치는 아동권리는 건강과 사회서비스, 교육환경으로 나타났다. 셋째로, 행복감에 영향을 미치는 아동권리는 학교급에 따라 다르게 나타났는데, 초등학생의 경우는 가정환경, 안전과 보호, 교육환경이 중요하게 부각되며, 중학생은 건강과 사회서비스, 안전과 보호가 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 아동친화도시 구축을 위해 보건, 복지, 교육, 안전 등의 다양한 측면을 고려한 융복합적 개입과 접근이 필요함을 제언하였다.

Purpose - This study verified the mediating effect of volunteer activities in the influence of global citizenship consciousness on human rights sensitivity of university students majoring in business administration. Research design, data, and methodology - The survey was conducted on 172 4-year college students in G City, Korea. SPSS 23.0 program was used to perform frequency analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis. In addition, path analysis was conducted to confirm the mediating effect of volunteer activities. Result - First, the "justice domain" had a statistically significant effect on human rights sensitivity. Second, the "cognitive domain" had a positive and significant effect on volunteer participation. Third, the volunteer participation of university students majoring in business administration had a positive and significant effect on human rights sensitivity. Fourth, in the relationship between global citizenship consciousness and human rights sensibility of university students, volunteer participation had a partial mediating effect. Conclusion - The period of college enrollment is an important time to establish life goals and strategies as adults. Therefore, if the university environment is built to grow into a healthy global citizen, it will help to cultivate global competence and the "sensitivity to human rights" that is more emphasized in the era of the 4th industrial revolution.

This study examined human rights perception, cultural diversity perception, level of character perception, and influencing factors for university students in order to prepare basic data on integrated education methods of character, human rights and cultural diversity and education program models. The research questions are as follows. 1. What are university students' perceptions of character, cultural diversity and human rights? 2. What is the status of the experience of family life education on character, cultural diversity, and human rights, and is it related to the level of perception? 3. What variables affect character perception, cultural diversity perception, and human rights perception? The survey targeted 407 students at two universities in Seoul and used IBM PASW Statistics as a tool to analyze data. The study results are as follows. First, university students' character, cultural diversity and human rights perception were above average; however, empirical education is still required because they had low scores in the area of action. Second, male university students have less experience in family life education on character, cultural diversity and human rights compared to female university students. Third, it is necessary to integrate education for character, cultural diversity and human rights because the most influential factors in character perception, cultural diversity perception and human rights perception were character education. The role of family life education should be considered important because personality education in the home showed a relatively high correlation.

In order to efficiently manage groundwater resources, it is necessary to establish clear definition about the rights to use groundwater because it directly governs the interests of various stakeholders, from users to policy makers. In this paper, we examined the characteristics of Korea's rights to use groundwater through legal precedents, public recognition, laws, and institutional stipulaton. Inclarity about the scope and definition of the right, and the absence of legal basis ruling the exclusion and duration of groundwater use have entailed numerous cases of legal disputes between the parties with incompetible interests. In the perception survey, various responses were obtained from the surveyee regarding the scope of rights perceived by groundwater users, how to respond to groundwater shortages, and opinions about expanding public uses of groundwater. In Korea, the legal authority to use groundwater is governed by different laws while considering groundwater as both private and public property. In foreign countires, the right to use water is separated from property ownership, and it limits the volume and pumping rate of groundwater during a specified period. In order to better manage groundwater resources, it is necessary to come up with a public consensus on the right to use groundwater by considering the opinions of various stakeholders and accomodating them in adminstrative effort in directing groundwater management.

디지털 저작물의 전송환경이 빠른 속도로 바뀜에 따라서 디지털 저작물의 저작권 보호가 중요한 이슈로 부각되고 있다. DRM(Digital Right Management)은 디지털 저작자나 출판업자, 그리고 인터넷 서비스 제공자들에게 디지털 저작물을 접근하고 사용하는데 있어서 신뢰할 수 있는 환경을 만들 수 있는 관심 있는 분야이다. 본 논문에서는 라이선스 에이전트를 이용하여 기존의 DRM 기법이 가지고 있는 정적인 DRM이나 온라인 환경에 제한된 어플리케이션의 단점을 개선한 디지털 저작물의 보호 기법에 대하여 제안한다. 제안된 논문은 동적인 DRM 기법으로 동적인 요구 제어 기술을 바탕으로 라이선스 에이전트를 이용하여 온라인과 오프라인 환경에서 동시에 모니터링과 추적을 수행한다. 제안된 시스템은 PKI 보안 환경에서 사용자의 행동이나 데이터 보안을 실시간으로 감시하여 불법적인 접근과 사용을 막는다.

본 연구의 목적은 아동의 놀 권리가 보장된 학교 놀이 환경을 구축하는 것이다. 이를 위해 학교 놀이 환경이 갖추어야 할 핵심내용을 추출하여 학교가 자체적으로 평가할 수 있는 체크리스트를 개발하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위하여 아동의 놀 권리와 관련된 유엔아동권리협약과 일반논평 17번의 문헌고찰을 통해 놀이 환경이 갖추어야 할 16개의 핵심내용을 도출하였다. 그리고 학교 놀이의 주체인 아동, 부모, 교사와의 초점집단면접을 실시하여 학교 놀이 환경이 갖추어야 할 기본 요건을 알아보고 전문가의 내용 타당성 검토를 받았다. 이를 기초로 학교 놀이 환경 평가체크리스트의 주요영역 10가지를 구성하였다. 아동의 놀 권리를 보장하기 위한 학교의 놀이 환경 평가 체크리스트의 10가지 영역은 첫째, 충분한 놀이 시간, 둘째, 충분한 놀이 공간, 셋째, 아동 최선의 이익과 아동 참여, 넷째, 비차별, 다섯째, 다양성과 자유, 여섯째, 도전과 모험, 일곱째, 안전, 여덟째, 학교정책, 아홉째, 놀이교육, 열째, 지역사회와의 협력이다. 학교는 놀이 환경 평가 체크리스트의 기준에 따라 아동의 놀 권리 증진을 위한 기본요건을 갖추어야 할 것이다.

디지털 콘텐츠의 내용이 다양해지고 유통 구조가 복잡해짐으로 인하여 발생할 수 있는 문제들을 해결하기 위한 방안으로 모바일 환경에서 디지털 콘텐츠를 유통하는 전자상거래 모델을 제안하였다. 무선 환경에서의 온라인 유통 과정은 기존의 오프라인이나 유선 네트워크와는 다른 요소들이 많이 포함되어 있다. 더구나 디지털 저작물인 멀티미디어 콘텐츠는 쉽고 빠르게 불법 복제되고 전파될 수 있다. 이러한 환경 하에서 디지털 콘텐츠의 저작권과 관련된 당사자들의 권리와 이익을 보호할 수 있는 체계가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 유통 프레임워크인 MPEG-21에 기반 하여 무선 환경에서의 콘텐츠 유통 전자상거래 프레임워크를 제안하였다. 이 모델은 디지털 저작권 관리 시스템에 적용되어 전자상거래 시장에서 온라인 유통에 있어서 거래 당사자들 사이의 상호 권리 침해 방지를 위한 방법으로 활용될 수 있다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of human rights sensitivity and nursing work environment on workplace bullying victimization among nurses in small- and medium-sized hospitals. Methods: The participants were 255 nurses from 5 general hospitals in Busan. A dataset was collected using a structured self-reporting questionnaire during the month of July 2018. The data were analyzed with SPSS WIN 23.0 software (IBM Corp., Armonk, NY, USA) using independent t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. Results: Nursing work environment showed negative correlation with workplace bullying victimization. Being a witness to bullying, organizational support, head nurse's leadership, and relationships with peers were found to influence workplace bullying victimization, and these 4 variables explained 37% of workplace bullying victimization. Conclusions: Formal procedures for cases of bullying and improvements in the leadership of head nurses and peer relationships are crucial to reducing workplace bullying victimization among nurses in small- and medium-sized hospitals. Hospital executives' efforts to provide sufficient physical and human resources for nursing services and to improve the welfare of nurses are also needed.

This paper propose an interested digital rights protection scheme using license agent to address problems facing contemporary DRM approached : static digital rights management, and limited application to on-line environment. We introduce a dynamic mission control technology to realize dynamic digital rights management. And we incorporate license agent to on- and off-line monitoring and tracking. The proposed system prevent illegal access and use by using PKI security method, real time action monitoring for user, data security for itself.
