The Fourthly, it builds up public services like convenient facilities and resting areas. Fifthly, it must provide information through the build up the Cyber-Museum for the survival in the information-oriented, Globalization of current times. Next, it focus's on the public advantage of not mixing mean and purpose but of having a geared mind. Lastly, it educates the regional inhabitants through training professional human resources in each sphere.

소아에서 혈액암의 경우 간비종대 없이 신장 비대만을 보이는 경우는 매우 드물다. 저자들은 한 달간 급속히 진행하는 복부 팽만을 주소로 병원에 온 9개월 된 남아에서, 간비종대가 없이 양측 거대신 소견만을 보이는 급성 림프구성 백혈병을 경험하였기에 그 임상상을 보고하는 바이다.

Small hydropower, one of renewable energies, is the clean energy which emits no carbonic acid gas. It has noting to do with global warming. It is a useful resource to contribute to the dispersion of power. Because of ballooning oil prices, the need for small hydropower is increasing. Recently small hydropower development using dams, small rivers, reservoirs, water pipes, sewage treatment plants and cool ing water of thermal power plants is conducting. By suggesting the strategy of the enlargement revitalization of small hydropower development, we hope to waken the people's interest in the small hydropower

Over the past 6 years, from July, 1981. through June, 1987., 14 consecutive patient with congenital aortic stenosis underwent corrective surgery in our department of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery. The patient ranged in age from 1 to 20 years. There were 8 male and 6 female patients. According to the operative findings, stenotic site was valvular stenosis [5 cases], subvalvular stenosis [5 cases], supravalvular stenosis [2 cases], valvular and supra valvular stenosis [1 case]. We have performed valvotomy and commissurotomy [5 cases]. Resection of subvalvular membrane [3 cases], patch enlargement of Ascending aorta [2 cases], LV myotomy [2 cases], valvotomy and excision of membrane [1 case], patch enlargement of ascending aorta and valve ring [1 case]. There was one hospital mortality [7.1%]. He died of C-I bleeding and sepsis on the 25th postoperative day. All survivors showed improvement in NYHA functional class in the 160 patient/month follow up period.

In the national economy, rate of service industry is going up to compare with manufacture industry. In spite of getting lots of results to be introduced 6 sigma methodology in Korea, many service companies is suffering with trial and errors. Also 6 sigma isn't settled perfect yet. The reason for that, 6 sigma have been applied to various service without considering. Therefore, this research shows to you right practice plans for service industrial classification to check structural features and difference. So this research seeks methods for revitalization of 6 sigma methodology in service industry after checking existed research, case study for companies to be applied by 6 sigma. As the result, service industry is forecasted to contribute greatly in economic growth and employment enlargement through enlargement of service role in manufacturing industry production as well as by itself.

A 12-year-old, intact female Jindo was referred to our clinic due to the enlargement of all lymph nodes, as well as severe dyspnea. All palpatible lymph nodes were highly swelling and enlargement. The dog was diagnosed as end stage of multicentric lymphoma with multi-organ metastasis. In addition, the dog was diagnosed as having a pulmonary thromboembolism via computed tomography (CT) and D-dimer concentrations and prothrombin time (PT) results. This case report describes that lymphoma can be associated with pulmonary thromboembolism which is life threatening complication in dogs. The present case was managed successfully with chemotherapy and antithrombotic treatment.

Since late 1990's, the Fish Aquiculture Households belong Fishing Community have been faced very serious pressure of management. The surface factors of this situation have been understood to overproduction and too much imports from China, but basic factor was caused structural problem, that is considered small scale production system. Then, We should enlarge scale of the Fish Aquiculture Households belong Fishing Community to overcoming profitability aggravation. To the Enlargement of Scale, We should consider to change the regime of Fishing Community that means two practical programs. First, it need to enlarge the scale of Fishing Community than now, and Second, it need to incorporate the Fishing Community for exclusive Management of Fish Aquiculture Rights.

The flow characteristics of ice slurry which was made from $6.5{\%}$ ethylene glycol-water solution flowing in the special pipings including the enlargement, the contraction and the orifice were experimentally investigated. The flow patterns and the pressure drops were measured in acrylic pipes when the fraction of ice were varied from $0\;to\;30{\%}$. The pressure drop behavior of the contraction and the orifice appears to be similar to that of the elbow pipe, since these piping may provide similar frictional resistance to the elbow. In the mean while, the pressure drop increased unexpectedly high with the Ice fraction in the enlargement pipe. It seems that the onset of sharp increase in the pressure drop depends on the flowing time as well as the ice fraction and the flow rate.

The government have plans to improve the railway transport capacity and transport hub for the sustainable national transport and logistics system. Specially, there are much efforts to improve transportation capacity such as high speed transportation of rail freight, enlargement of BT train, development of double stack train, etc. between railway transport hubs. If the transport capacity between railway logistics hubs is increased as planned, we must increase the handling capacity of railway hub terminals. But there are limits to enlarge the terminal infrastructure because of investment scale, location circumstances and urban development plans. To ensure the capacity, with the minimum required enlargement of infrastructure, it is necessary to extremely increase the efficiency of terminal operations. For improving the efficiency, we have to introduce the efficient terminal operation systems based on u-IT and operation optimize technologies. In this paper, we analyse the issues and problems of railway terminals(including ICD) and suggest the concept of intelligent railway terminal and the construction components of technology.

This study is on the development of a new muffler composed of a valve system using an elasticity or spring. The valve system using the elasticity of spring is set along the exhaust-gas flow and designed to work itself alone the driving condition of a engine. By that reason the engine capacity is so enlarged that a muffler with controller sensing exhaust-gas pressure is able to be satisfied to noise reduction and- power enlargement more than conventional muffler. The purpose of this study is to develope the new muffler which has more noise reduction and power enlargement than conventional muffler and electric-control muffler.
