콩나물의 세근발생과 하배축 비대에 미치는 식물생장조절제의 처리 효과 (Influence of Plant Growth Regulators on the Formation of Lateral Roots and Hypocotyl Enlargement in Soybean Sprouts)

  • 본 실험은 고품질의 콩나물 생산을 위한 기초연구로서 식물생장조절제를 이용한 세근발생 억제 및 하배축비대촉진을 위한 처리 방법을 구명하고자 실험을 수행하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 식물생장조절제 중 $GA_3$나 NAA 처리는 세근발생 억제효과가 미약하였다. 반면 BAP처이믐 세근발생이 전혀 일어나지 않았고 하배축의 비대를 촉진하였는데, 저농도인 $10mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$$15mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$ 처리에서도 그 효과가 인정되었다. BAP의 처리시간은 짧을수록 하배축 비대가 촉진되었고 하배축 비대를 촉진하는 처리시간은 6시간 처리였다. BAP 처리 후 24시간 간격으로 관수는 세근 발생율이 낮았고 하배축 비대는 촉진되었다. 인돌비는 적정농도로 알려져 있는 4.2%보다 낮은 농도인 1.1%용액을 처리하더라도 세근 발생이 크게 문제되지 않았다.

교통흐름을 고려한 터널단면 확대 시공기술의 사회적 손실비용 산정에 관한 연구 (A study on the social cost estimation of the tunnel section enlargement method considering traffic flow)

  • 도심지 교통량의 증가로 터널구간의 정체현상을 해결하기 위해 기존의 터널을 활용하여 증축 혹은 개축하는 단면 확대공사가 최적의 대안으로 고려되고 있다. 기존의 단면 확대기술은 교통흐름을 차단하고 시공하나, 최근 프로텍터를 활용하여 교통흐름을 유지할 수 있는 교통류 보존형 터널 단면 확대기술이 개발되었다. 이 기술은 교통흐름을 보존하여 수많은 사회적 손실을 최소화 할 수 있으나, 교통흐름을 보존하기 위한 프로텍터의 설치 및 운영으로 경제성 측면에서 불리할 수밖에 없다. 이러한 단면 확대기술들의 경제성을 적절히 평가하기 위해서는 시공중 교통흐름을 고려한 사회적 손실비용을 고려할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 터널단면 확대 시공기술의 교통흐름을 고려한 사회적 손실비용을 산정하는 방법을 제시하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 그리고 매봉터널을 대상으로 사례연구를 수행하여 교통흐름에 따른 사회적 손실비용의 차이를 분석하는 것을 목표로 하였다.

  • 마 식물체(植物體)를 장일(長日) 및 단일(短日) 조건(條件)으로 일장처리(日長處理)한 각각의 잎으로부터 분리(分離) 정제(精製)한 추출물(抽出物)을 microtuber test로 검정(檢定)하였다. 1. 단일처리(短日處理) 잎에서 얻어진 추출액(抽出液)의 산성(酸性)충과 중성(中性)충의 추출물(抽出物)은 소괴경(小塊莖)의 비대생장(肥大生長)을 촉진(促進)하는 강(强)한 활성(活性)이 인정(認定)되었다. 그리나 장일처리(長日處理) 잎에서는 추출물 활성이 나타나지 않았다. 2. 산성층(酸性層)의 추출물(抽出物)을 활성탄(活性炭) 흡착(吸着) column 으로 정제(精製)하여 각농도의 활성(活性)을 생물검정(生物檢定) (microtuber test)한 결과(結果) 40% 에탈올 용출구의 추출물에서 가장 큰 촉진활성(促進活性)이 나타났다. 3. 포장(圃場)에서 재배(栽培)중인 식물(植物)에서 경시적(經時的)으로 잎을 채취(採取)하여 추출물(抽出物의 활성(活性) 변화(變化)를 검정(檢定)했을 때 괴경(塊莖)의 생장(生長)이 정체(停滯)해 있는 시기(時期)(9월 상순)까지는 활성(活性)이 나타나지 않았으나 9월 중순 이후 활성(活性)이 나타나 10월 상순에는 강한 활성(活性)이 인정(認定)되었다. 이 활성(活性)의 변화(變化)는 괴경(塊莖)의 비대생장(肥大生長) 패턴과 거의 일치(一致)했다. 4. 단일처리(短日處理)한 일에서 얻어진 산성층(酸性層)의 추출물(抽出物)에 다량(多量)의 JA산이 함유(含有)되어 있는 것이 밝혀졌다. 잎 1kg에 포함된 JA산의 양(量)은 $290{\mu}g/kg$으로 추정(推定)되었다. 이상(以上)의 결과(結果)에서 마 괴경(塊莖)의 비대생장(肥大生長)은 단일조건하(單一條件下)의 엽(葉)에 형성(形成)되어진 생리활성물질(生理活性物質)에 의해 기인(起因)될 가능성(可能性)이 큰 것으로 추정(推定)되었다.

만곡 근관에서 엔진 구동용 Ni-Ti File과 초음파 기구에 의한 근관성형 능력의 비교 (THE COMPARISON OF CANAL SHAPING ABILITY BY ENGINE-DRIVEN NICKEL-TITANIUM FILE AND ENDOSONIC FILE IN CURVED CANAL)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate canal shaping ability after canal preparation by using engine-driven nickel-titanium file and endosonic file in curved canals. 30 mesiobuccal canals of molars extracted within recent 3 months were divided into 3 groups. Group I and group II were prepared by using engine-driven nickel-titanium Gates-Glidden drill type and the engine-driven nickel-titanium file type. Group III prepared by using en do sonic file. The image of preinstrumented canals was taken by X-ray. The image of postinstrumented canal was taken by X-ray in the same condition of preinstrumentation. A magnified X-ray image on magnifier screen was traced and then compared the preinstrumentated canal image with the postinstrumentated canal image by superimposing method. The following results were obtained : 1. In the change of canal curvature, the engine-driven nickel-titanium Gates-Glidden drill type showed the least change and the ultrasonically filing showed the greatest change. 2. In the percentage of canal enlargement, the engine-driven nickel-titanium file type was greatest at all level(p<0.05), the apex of all group was the greatest, the difference of ultrasonically filing group showed greater between apex and cervix. 3. The percentage of canal enlargement on convex side was greater than that of on concave side in apex of each group(p<0.05). In the ultrasonically filing group, both sides of canal enlargement showed sharply difference(p<0.01). 4. The percentage of canal enlargement on convex side was greater than that of on concave side in the third of cervix of the engine-driven nickel-titanium file type and the ultrasonically filling. The percentage of canal enlargement of convex and concave side in the third of middle of the engine-driven nickel-titanium Gates-Glidden drill type show a similar canal enlargement between convex side and concave side. As above result, the engine-driven nickel-titanium file type was greater in canal enlargement than the other instruments. The engine-driven nickel-titanium Gates-Glidden dirll type was efficient endodontic instrument for curved canal preparation because it was least change in canal curvature.

자생나리의 기내 소인경 비대에 미치는 온도, 일장 및 자당의 영향 (Effect of Temperature, Day length and Sucrose on Bulblet Enlargement of Korean Native Lilies In Vitro)

  • 자생나리 8종을 식물재료로 소인경 비대에 미치는 배양온도, 일장 및 자당의 영향을 조사하였다. 대부분의 자생나리는 $25^{\circ}C$에서 소인경의 비대가 양호하였으나, 날개하늘나리와 섬말나리는 $20^{\circ}C$에서 비대가 촉진되었다. 또한 하늘나리, 말나리, 털중나리와 날개하늘나리는 암조건에서 비대가 촉진되었으나, 섬말나리와 중나리는 일장이 증가할수록 생체중이 증가하였다. 하늘나리와 솔나리는 명암조건과 소인경의 비대와는 무관하였다. 대부분의 자생나리는 자당의 농도가 증가할수록 생체중이 증가하는 경향으로 $120g{\cdot}L^{-1}$ 첨가구에서 소인경의 비대가 촉진되었다. 그러나 하늘말나리와 솔나리는 $60g{\cdot}L^{-1}$ 구에서, 날개하늘나리는 $90g{\cdot}L^{-1}$ 첨가구에서 소인경의 비대가 촉진되었다. 소인경의 비대는 인편엽의 형성이나 분구율이 낮을 때 촉진되는 경향이었으나, 인편엽의 형성보다는 분구현상에 더욱 큰 영향을 받았다. 그러나, 인편엽의 발생, 분구현상 그리고 소인경의 비대는 배양조건보다 유전적 요인, 즉 종에 따른 영향이 더욱 컸다.

하천폭의 국부적 축소 및 확대에 따른 수리특성 연구 (A Study of the Stream Specific by River Width's Downsizing & Extension)

  • This research investigated the way of generating the flowing of water in case of artificial fluctuation of river width by the unidimensional numerical analysis in order to reconstruct vertical and expanse features of flowing, and the problem of existing numerical analysis in accordance with local enlargement and reduction of river through hydraulic model experiments with results of numerical analysis. The result revealed that when the local section change in the same river is exist, it showed 0.93m in the case of no change of local section in the hydraulic model experiments and numerical analysis, however, it presented 1.645m on the occasion of local section changes in the hydraulic model experiments and numerical analysis. In other words, there was a significant difference in the existing numerical analysis, when there was a local section change. As a result of the experimental section for the enlargement and reduction of local river width, due to the sensitive change for fluctuation of flood discharge, there was a significant difference between numerical analysis and hydraulic model experiments. In addition, the result of comparison between the enlargement and reduction of local river width confirmed that the result of numerical analysis with hydraulic model experiments showed larger generation of deviation in case of enlargement of section than in case of reduction of section.

Utachlor가 귀리 (Avena sativa L.)의 세포분열 및 신장에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Butachlor on Cell Division and Cell Enlargement in Oat (Avena sativa L.))

  • The effects of varying concentrations and durations of butachlor [N-(bytoxymethyl)-2-chlor-2', 6';-diethylacetanilide] treatment on oat (Avena sativa L.) root cell division were studied. Oats were treated from 0 to 48h with concentration ranging from 1$\times$10-6M to 1$\times$10-3M of butachlor. The highest concentration (1$\times$10-3M) of butachlor caused significant inhibition of cell division after 6h treatment. After 18h treatment, 49% and 66% inhibition of cell division occurred at 1$\times$10-5M and 1$\times$10-4M, respectively, while 16% inhibition of cell division occurred at 1$\times$10-6M concentration at same exposure period. Oat treated with 1$\times$10-5M and 1$\times$10-6M showed 69% and 38% inhibition of cell division after 36h. Increasing herbicide concentration at a specific time increased inhibition of cell division, and increasing the duration of treatment at a specific concentration also increased inhibition of cell division. In most instances the greatest inhibition of cell division occurred between 0 to 18h during 48h treatment. A range of concentration of 1$\times$10-5M to 1$\times$10-3M reduced cell enlargement significantly during 24h incubation period. The 1$\times$10-5M and 1$\times$10-3M caused 34% and 75% inhibition of cell enlargement. It was concluded that butachlor caused the growth inhibition of oats by inhibiting both cell division and cell enlargement.

방약합편(方藥合編)에 수재된 신경정신과(神經精神科) 관련 주요 처방(處方)에 대한 연구(硏究) (Analysis of the Important Herb Medications Corresponded with Neuropsychiatry of "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun")

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to analysis of the herb medications corresponded with neuropsychiatry of "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun". Methods : The herb medications of "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun" Sang.Jung.Ha-Tong(上.中.下統) and "Enlargement side prescriptions" (增補方) are selected by comment on the chief virtue including reference word of corresponded with neuropsychiatry. Results and Conclusion : "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun" is a book most people who have a background or career in Han Medicine(韓醫學) would pore over. They corresponded with neuropsychiatry among the herb medications of "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun" Sang.Jung.Ha-Tong(上.中.下統) are 55 prescriptions that Sang-Tong(上統) is 8 prescriptions, Jung-Tong(中.統) is 23 prescriptions and Ha-Tong(下統) is 24 prescriptions. And the herb medications corresponded with neuropsychiatry of "Enlargement side prescriptions" (增補方) are 40 prescriptions. And then the herb medications corresponded with neuropsychiatry of "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun" received much influence from "Dong-Eui-Bo-Gam". Incidentally the herb medications corresponded with neuropsychiatry of "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun" Sang.Jung.Ha-Tong showed the high percentage in Neurosis. And the herb medications corresponded with neuropsychiatry of "Enlargement side prescriptions" showed the high percentage in Psychosis. Besides not only put "Enlargement side prescriptions a premium on "Dong-Eui-Bo-Gam", but also made it the herb medications which were recorded on books flowed after "Dong-Eui-Bo-Gam" known. It was entered up books quoted from "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun" Sang.Jung.Ha-Tong but the herb medications were that were not succeeded from "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun" Sang.Jung.Ha-Tong. Therefore "Enlargement side prescriptions" shows the efforts for supplement of "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun" Sang.Jung.Ha-Tong.

관절경하 전방십자인대 재건술 후 경골 터널 크기 변화 (Tibial Tunnel Enlargement following Arthroscopic ACL Reconstruction)

  • We retrospectively evaluated the changes in the diameter of the tibial tunnel over time following the reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament with a bone-patella tendon-bone(BPTB) autograft(25 cases) and quadruple semitendinosus(ST) graft(27 cases) in 52 patients at one year postoperatively. The changes in the geometry of the bony tunnel were measured with radiography. The demensions at final follow up were correated with the clinical results. An increased width of the tibial tunnel was noted in all cases. On the femoral side, however, no tunnel expansion was noted. In AP view, the average tibial tunnel enlargement in ST and BPTB graft groups were 1.30mm(13%) and 1.82mm(17%), respectively. In lateral view, the average tibial tunnel enlargement in ST and BPTB graft group was 1.30mm(13%) and 2.04mm(19%). The differences between two groups were not statistically significant, however, there was evidence of a borderline significance(P=0.0502). Although the tunnel enlargement does not appear to adversely affect the clinical outcome in the short term, the exact mechanism which are involved should be demonstrated. Furthermore histologic study is needed to evaluate graft replacements with emphasis on the graft-tunnel interface.

Precurved Endosonic K-file에 의한 근관확대율 및 만곡도 변화에 대한 연구 (COMPARATIVE STUDY ON PERCENTAGE OF CANAL ENLARGEMENT AND CANAL ANGULATION CHANGE BY PRECURVED ENDOSONIC K-FILE)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate canal shaping ability and canal angulation change of K-file, straight endosonic K-file and pre curved endosonic K-file. Twenty staight canals and thirty curved canals were selected and divided into five groups according to canals curvature and canal instrumentation method. VI group was prepared by straight endosonic K-file and H1 group by K-file in straigt canals. V2 group was instrumented by straight endosonic K-file, V3 group by pre curved endosonic K-file and H2 group by precurved K-file in curved canals. Radiographs of canals were obtained before and after canal shaping. And postoperative radiographs were compared with preoperative radiographs using superimposition method. The results obtained were as follows ; l. In straight canals, K-file group demonstrated lager percentage of canal enlargement than endosonic K-file group on facial view, but reverse results exhibit on mesial view. 2. In curved canals, precurved K-file group showed largest percentage of canal enlargement, followed by precurved endosonic K-fine group and straight endosonic K-file group was smallest. 3. Percantage of canal enlargement at convex side was greater than at concave side in apical portion of each group. Especially in straight endosonic K-file group, percantage of canal enlargement at convex side and concave side showed sharply difference. 4. In angulation change, the straight endosonic K-file group exhibited the greatest its change, followed by precurved endosonic K-file group and precurved K-file group was the least. Above results suggest that K-file is more effective endodontic instrument than endosonic K-file, and that precurved file is effective for canal shaping in curved canal.
