The purpose of this study was to provide the valid data about residential-linked pension insurance development. The development was a part of national housing projects, which was an incentive for rural living of retired people, in order to relieve residential issues of elderly and revitalize rural communities by residents moving from cities. The insuring intent, decisive insuring factors and the residential service demand degree of people preparing retirement were analyzed. Data was collected in October, 2007. 364 Sample Subjects lived in Seoul Metropolitan area. Firstly, more than 90% of respondents had intention to purchase a residential-linked pension insurance and about 50% of them necessarily desired receiving premium for moving in. This indicated that it could be developed as an insurance which helped to meet housing expenses by housing-linked system, and in the mean time, it met the original purpose of pension insurance as the pension benefit could be guaranteed for all the insurance subscribers. Secondly, the respondents, whose income and private assets were higher, were able to pay more for insurance compared to average. Therefore, It was necessary to regulate monthly insurance bill and the payment period according to asset states of insurance subscribers after establishing certain amount of total insurance payment. Thirdly, by and large, it indicated the tendency that the less they prepare for older age the later they wanted to move into the pension insurance residence. It was inferred that in the case of insufficient preparation for older age, people preferred preparing behind time by postponing move in to moving in early to enjoy retired life, due to uncertainties. lastly, the respondents understood the significance of health, medical treatment and emergency management service and these two services were preferred as essential provided services. Because of the necessity of developing residential-linked pension insurance was found to be positive, further research to find the real cost, directives for operation and institutional support for this type of pension insurance might be needed.
Although people have had more opportunities to enjoy various types of game, most of players have felt less satisfaction with the games. This is the reason that since most Non-player Characters (NPCs) are simple and uniform, they have some limitations for competing with a variety of players. Thus, technologies for creating intelligent NPCs that can compete with each player at a similar level are required. In this paper, we present an action information management method for creating adaptive NPCs based on the algorithm for calculating their action efficiency. This algorithm is useful to the adaptation method for saving and controlling player-appropriate action. In our method, adaptive NPCs observe the actions of players and collect the relationship data between status and action. The efficiency value of the action data is calculated and data of similar status are grouped, and finally stored at the action database. The game system of NPC updates the action database and stores diverse actions. Then, NPC selects action with high efficiency value. We have tested our algorithm on an action game. A random test subject performed a one-on-one game against an adaptive NPC in real-time. As a result, the action dispositions of both the subject and NPC are analyzed in a log file to determine whether or not the disposition of the subject is similar to that of the NPC. The statistics of the diverse test results shows that NPCs become adaptive to players with error rate within less than 6%.
Purpose - Since Korean distribution market was opened, the domestic environment in department stores has been changed by the pattern of consumption and consumer need based on income classes. As multilateral Free Trade Agreement (FTA) accelerates opening markets, the scale of circulating capital has become bigger. Large-scale commercial facilities have developed quickly as a form of a large shopping center, thus, the matter of choice and securing market area became an important valuable in this trend. Moreover, multi-complex space has been proposed as the goal of successful business with promoting the public benefit. Research design, data, and methodology - This research studied consumer behavior using data about the life style and sales of consumers, not statistical data or survey as previous studies. This research tried to find the differentiation in complex cultural space with consumption behavior of department store. Results - As the structure of society and culture was getting diverse and complex, economic growth and development with such diversity and complexity improved consumers' quality of life. The changes of consumer life style are quite natural like human instinct. Department stores have activated retail business with the products of accumulated technology. Moreover, they have created the space of consumption and culture. Because of these social and environmental changes, department stores are being developed as Multi-functional spaces as well as sale places considering the strategies of department and the changes of consumers' purchasing behaviors. Conclusions - Urban culture complex is a landmark standing for the culture era of 21st century. It has provided an opportunity for consumers to enjoy culture, and has been an important factor to improve company images. Based on these roles and needs, expectancy effects are related with consumer preference and space preference, and the attitude toward companies. Moreover, the expectancy effects from those relationships are getting bigger and bigger. We should respect nature, a characteristic of Korean architecture, maintain visual continuity that harmonies with nature in the development of the complex space of the domestic department stores, and should take significance in the development of the complex cultural space in the direction of feeling the hierarchy of the space to obtain the visual pleasure with the artificial structure.

The descendants of Jang, Chang-woo(張昌雨) reconstructed the Mangwijung (晩歸亭), which is currently located at Seha-dong, Seo-gu, Gangju Metropolitan City, in the context of succeeding the work of their ancestor. This study investigated the management viewpoint of Mangwijung that has been altered in going through the reconstruction and repairs processes, and examined the chronological history for a landscape of the Mangwijung Garden. First, in the Mangwijung Garden, three gazebos such as Mangwijung, Seubhyanggag(襲香閣) and Mukamjeongsa(墨庵精舍) stand in a row with three bridges between each of them in the middle of a wide pond. This is a group of gazebos that is a quite unique structure. Second, Hyowoodang(孝友堂) Jang, Chang-woo (張昌雨) built Mangwijung as a role of thatched cottage in order to teach younger students and enjoy the arts in his later life. The Mangwijung was reconstructed by the descendants of Jang, Chang-woo at the collapsed place later on in order to commemorate the achievements of their ancestor. By the way, it was revealed that the management of Mangwijung has been altered during the process of reconstruction. Third, when comparing the current appearance with those depicted in the 8 scenic views(八景) by Jang, Chang-woo and the literary works of his descendants, it was confirmed that the landscape and shape of the pond were damaged due to a road expansion caused by a construction of Seubhyanggag and Mukamjeongsa as well as an advancement of the city. Fourth, it is speculated that the pond of Mangwijung Garden is probably a spring not a reservoir to store the water stream that flows in.
Focusing on the individuals' structural positions and roles in the internet discussion network, this research explores whether and how the opinion leaders' network characteristics are associated with the message quality and interpersonal influence in terms of attention-drawing and response-generation, which prior studies often failed to fully explicate. Findings suggest that discussion participants with high message quality occupy more central positions in the discussion network, thus enjoy more attention and responses of other following participants. However, opinion leader's network centralities, which tap the structural positions and unique roles in the online discussion network, systematically mediate the effect of the message quality on interpersonal influence. Moreover, significant interaction between opinion perception and network centrality was found only on the majority opinion group, rendering the entire discussion structure toward more enclaved deliberation and group polarization. Taken together, the results imply that the influence of the online opinion leader can only be substantiated with participant's central positions in the discussion network, which has been ignored by the prior opinion leadership research.

As accelerates the technical evolution of high-speed network and progresses the digitalization of broadcasting network, TV channel service through satellite/cable/terrestrial networks becomes more stable and mature. However, TV channel service using IP network such as IPTV is recently emerging. Especially, when it comes to current mosaic EPG(Electronic Program Guide) as a channel guide, the implementation of EPG via IP network is under developing. Furthermore, the personal target mosaic EPG is not provided at all in the IPTV. This paper proposes a construction method of mosaic system which can support fixed and personalized mosaic EPG using IP network for viewers. The fixed mosaic EPG is made several steps as follows ; First, H/E generates several mosaic A/V streams. Then, which are transmitted to the STB in terms of multicasting via IP network. Finally, mosaic EPG is displayed on TV through STB. In addition, this paper describes a construction model of the personalized A/V mosaic EPG that represents each person's favorite channels according to their tastes and interests. As for the contributions. The TV channel guide using IP network enable viewer to select channel more easily with practical adaptation of multi-channel expansibility and sufficient usability. In addition, through personal mosaic EPG, a number of viewers can compose their own mosaic EPG and enjoy a variety of channel easily in accordance with their preferences. Finally, the personal mosaic EPG can prohibit non-adult users from connecting adult-only contents more efficiently.
The electronic structure and properties of the 1H-indene and mono-sila-1H-indene series have been investigated using basis set of 6-31G(d, p) and hybrid density functional theory. Basic measures of aromatic character derived from structure, molecular orbitals, a variety of magnetic criteria (magnetic isotropic and anisotropic susceptibilities) are considered. Energetic criteria suggest that In(Si7) enjoy conspicuous stabilization. However, by magnetic susceptibility isotropic this system are among the least aromatic of the family: Within their isomer series, In(Si4) is the most aromatic using this criteria. Natural bond orbital (NBO) analysis method was performed for the investigation of the relative stability and the nature of the 8-9 bonds in 1H-indene and mono-sila-1H-indene compounds. The results explained that how the p character of natural atomic hybrid orbital on X8 and X9 (central bond) is increased by the substitution of the C8 and C9 by Si. Actually, the results suggested that in these compounds, the X8-X9 bond lengths are closely controlled by the p character of these hybrid orbitals and also by the nature of C-Si bonds. The magnitude of the molecular stabilization energy associated to delocalization from X8-X9 and to * X8-X9 bond orbital were also quantitatively determined. Molecular orbital (MO) analysis further reveal that all structure has three delocalized MOs and two delocalized MOs and therefore exhibit the aromaticity.
This study aimed to assess the rental housing ABS in Korea, and to suggest ways of improving the structure of existing rental housing ABS. Thus, the three major assessment for existing public rental housing ABS case can be summarized as follows : First, when viewed in terms of the accounting treatment, rental housing ABS which use the future receivables as underlying asset, can not enjoy off-balance-sheet effect. Second, when viewed from the point of financing costs, the rental housing ABS interest rate being higher than unsecure bond is very unreasonable nevertheless the ABS being off-balanced. Third, when viewed from the liquidity effect, the originator (LH) use the ABS as a means of diversifying funding in a serious liquidity crisis situation. The Improvement of rental housing ABS based on the evaluation results can be summarized into two broad. First, it is a plan to handle the off-balance-sheet effect in a way of changing the accounting treatment of rental payment. Second, it is a plan to reducing the structuring cost and interest rate in ways of multi-asset securitization structure, self-trust structure, and adopting legal CB structure.

Drugstores have several kinds of merchandises which customers can take a choice for their demands, so most of customers the young generations. However, market customers will be changed to medium, and old generations as drugstores set freely. Furthermore everybody will enjoy in at drugstores effectively this reports that include of counter based on proposals and validities. This study show examples that have been executed successfully by the advanced countries, moreover big companies in domestic market have been expanding their market share for drugstore business. Through out change of circumstance surrounding drugstores, this report indicate how to induce the large drugstore with validities and trends. Since speciality of pharmaceutists and doctors executed, direction and a forecast of developing drugstores under change of distribution of them and may be suggested. I hope that this research will be helpful of interesting in drugstores, and also lot of distributors focuses on drugstores to develop the drugstores in future.

The object of this study was to analyze the speciality of Korean traditional waterscape and unique landscape formed with reflection of the phases of the time sat the area of Juhabru(宙合樓) in Changdeok Palace as a basic research to find the prototype of Taeaek pond at Changdeok Palace and restoration of the palace. Originally, Taeaek pond at Changdeok Palace was constructed in KingInjo(仁祖) period as a name of Yongji(龍池), later it called Taeaek pond after King Sukjong(肅宗). There is an island as a symbol of the immortal isle, and Chungseojeong(淸署亭), Taiksujae(澤水齋) and Buyongjeong(芙蓉亭) which were built to view the waterscape in Taeaek pond. Buildings were built asymmetrical balance around Taeaek pond because of the morphological character of tetragonal pond. Arrangement of this area has a definite form of axial structure. Yeolgokwan(閱古觀) Gaeyuwa(皆有窩), pavilions, bridges, islands, Osumoon(魚水門) and Juhabru are located on the north and south axis, and island and Osumoon play a role as a intersection and form an east of west axis. In this study, manual of construction for an island and pavilions is provided by analyzing transformational process of island and pavilions at Taeaek pond. Furthermore, kings and officials used to statically enjoy the view around Taeaek pond area, but dynamic fishing and boating activity happened in King Jungjo(正祖) period. These historical backgrounds have an influence on the spatial organization of Taeaek pond. For instance, bridge between Taeaek pond and island was destroyed with the increase of the importance of boating. Symbolic structure around Taeaek pond means 'fish changes to dragon' and 'both of king and officials become one'. Taiksujai, carving fish, Osumoon and Juhabru are provided as a related spatial factors.
