허밍: DeepJ 구조를 이용한 이미지 기반 자동 작곡 기법 연구 (Humming: Image Based Automatic Music Composition Using DeepJ Architecture)

  • Thanks to the competition of AlphaGo and Sedol Lee, machine learning has received world-wide attention and huge investments. The performance improvement of computing devices greatly contributed to big data processing and the development of neural networks. Artificial intelligence not only imitates human beings in many fields, but also seems to be better than human capabilities. Although humans' creation is still considered to be better and higher, several artificial intelligences continue to challenge human creativity. The quality of some creative outcomes by AI is as good as the real ones produced by human beings. Sometimes they are not distinguishable, because the neural network has the competence to learn the common features contained in big data and copy them. In order to confirm whether artificial intelligence can express the inherent characteristics of different arts, this paper proposes a new neural network model called Humming. It is an experimental model that combines vgg16, which extracts image features, and DeepJ's architecture, which excels in creating various genres of music. A dataset produced by our experiment shows meaningful and valid results. Different results, however, are produced when the amount of data is increased. The neural network produced a similar pattern of music even though it was a different classification of images, which was not what we were aiming for. However, these new attempts may have explicit significance as a starting point for feature transfer that will be further studied.

보건의료인력 양성 프로그램의 만족도에 대한 질적 연구: 이종욱펠로우십 프로그램 임상과정(캄보디아 재활)을 중심으로 (A Qualitative Study on Satisfaction with Healthcare Workforce Capacity Building Program: Focusing on Dr LEE Jong-wook Fellowship Program for Clinical Experts (Cambodia Rehabilitation))

  • Background: We aimed to provide basic data for improving the effectiveness of the invitational training and reflecting it in the program in the following year by identifying the satisfaction level of trainees who participated in the "Dr. LEE Jong-wook Fellowship Program" funded by the Korea Foundation for International Healthcare. Methods: A qualitative study was conducted using a questionnaire interview. In the first stage of analysis, only the interview contents related to the research topic were classified by the researcher for the conversations recorded at the interview site, and in the second stage of analysis, the interview contents classified in the first stage were classified into each of those mentioned in this study. Results: The longer the trainees participated in the program and the better the accessibility, the higher the satisfaction with the program. In addition, the level of achievement of the trainees' goals and the level of improvement in their competence affected their satisfaction, and their difficulty in language communication during the training period was identified as a factor affecting the trainees' satisfaction level. In addition, competency improvement and satisfaction were positively correlated (r=0.75, p=0.03). Conclusion: When organizing a rehabilitation workforce capacity training program, it is important to identify trainees' needs, ensure accessibility, organize courses effectively, enhance English proficiency, and expand practical lectures to increase trainees' knowledge and understanding of rehabilitation.

한국판 통계에 대한 태도 검사(K-SATS) 타당화 (Validation Study of Korean Version of Survey of Attitudes Toward Statistics(K-SATS))

  • 전통적으로 대학에서 개설되는 통계학 강좌의 지향점은 통계적 지식과 기술의 습득 여부에 주된 초점이 맞추어져 있었다. 그러나 최근 연구에서 통계에 대한 태도와 같은 비인지적 요인이 통계학 성취도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 통계 학습에 대한 긍정적인 태도의 함양이 통계 지식 및 기술의 습득 못지않게 중요한 통계학 강좌의 과제로 부각되었다. 이에 해외에서는 통계에 대한 태도를 측정하는 검사의 개발 및 타당화 연구가 많이 이루어졌으나 국내는 아직 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 통계에 대한 태도를 가장 타당하게 측정하고 있다고 평가되고 있는 SATS-36(Survey of Attitudes Toward Statistics-36; Schau 등, 1995)을 우리나라 대학생들의 특성에 맞게 수정한 한국판 통계에 대한 태도 검사(K-SATS)를 타당화하고자 하였다. 예비분석 결과 원척도의 6요인이 아닌 흥미, 가치, 인지적 역량, 용이성, 노력의 5요인 구조가 한국 학부생 및 대학원생들에게 적합한 것으로 나타났으며, 본 검사 분석 결과 K-SATS의 신뢰도와 구인타당도가 확인되었다. 또한 K-SATS의 전체 혹은 하위 척도별 점수에서 성별, 강좌 수준, 학위 과정, 전공 계열에 따라 학생들의 통계에 대한 태도에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 한국판 통계 태도 검사가 추후 연구와 교수방법에 주는 시사점에 대해 논의하였다.

한국 수출중소기업 롤 모델로서 독일 미텔슈탄트의 성공요인 분석 (Success Factors of German Mittelstand as a Role Model for Korean Exporting SMEs)

  • 글로벌 경제불황과 유로존의 재정위기에도 2012년 경이적인 무역흑자로 인하여 독일경제를 재조명하는 분위기가 고조되면서 이러한 성장을 이끈 주역으로서 독일 중소기업에 대한 관심이 증대하고 있다. 각국에서 국가경제를 회복시키기 위한 방법으로서 독일 미텔슈탄트를 모방하려는 시도가 나타나고 있다. 세계 제조업의 절대강자인 독일 중소기업의 수출경쟁력은 독일경제와 유사하게 수출의존적 경제구조를 갖고 있는 한국의 중소기업들에게 시사하는 바가 클 것이다. 따라서 본고에서는 독일 미텔슈탄트를 글로벌 강소기업을 목표로 하는 한국 중소수출기업들의 롤 모델로서 상정하고, 독일 제조업 경쟁력의 주역이라 평가받는 미텔슈탄트(Mittelstand) 성장의 역사적 고찰과 함께 수출경쟁력 구축 성공요인을 조명한다. 성공요인 분석의 결과는 한국 수출중소기업을 위한 비즈니스 전략 시사점으로 제공될수 있을 것이다. 독일 미텔슈탄트의 수출경쟁력은 기업 스스로의 기술 혁신성, 경영전략의 장기지향성을 보증하는 가족경영의 전통, 핵심역량을 작은 목표시장에 집중하는 니치전략과 함께 적극적인 글로벌화에서 그 성공요인을 찾을 수 있다. 이와 함께 미래지향적이고 효율적인 직업교육제도, 중소기업을 겨냥한 금융프로그램 그리고 정교하게 설계되고 운영되는 산업클러스터 및 산학연 네트워크 등이 미텔슈탄트의 내부적인 경쟁적 자산과 유기적으로 조합되면서 수출경쟁력에 시너지가 나타났다고 본다.

한국 간호사의 국제적 이동 (International Migration of Korean Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study investigated the Korean nurses' international migration to provide the basic data for establishing plans of supply and demand for nurses and the status of Korean nurses' application for foreign nurse licenses and overseas employment. Method: The subjects were 5.447 nurses who requested English written nurse license to the Ministry of Health and Welfare for the application of foreign nurse license examinations and overseas employment. Human Resources Development of Korea provided documents of nurses migrated to Saudi Arabia. Data were collected from December, 2002 to July, 2003 and analyzed by using descriptive statistics. Result: The total applicants for foreign nurse license were 3,149 for 2 years. In the year 2001, 1.129 nurses applied, 2,020 nurses in the year 2002. Out of 3,149 total subjects, 2,705(85.9%)nurses applied for U. S. A. nurse license. Eighty percent of the applicants of the U. S. A. nurse license examination applied for the New York states. The number of applicants for Canada was 215(6.8%), followed by Australia 88(2.8%), U. K. 86(2.7%), and New Zealand 45(1.4%). Average age of the applicants was 31, 49.0% of them were in their twenties. Three year college graduates accounted for 64.1% B.S.N. 33.9%. Applicants graduated from universities or colleges of Seoul area were 37.3%, followed by Daegu. The total number of nurses employed overseas were 1,291 during 2001 and 2002. Seven hundred thirty eight nurses(57.2%) were employed in the U. S. A.. Average age was 34, 60.9% were 3year college graduates, nurses graduated from Seoul area were 44.9%. No one applied for Saudi Arabian nurse license, 172 nurses were employed during 1999 and 2002, 39.5% of them were in their thirties. Conclusion: The results of this study shows relatively young and experienced nurses have intention to migrate internationally and they actually migrate to other countries. Comparing the number of nurses migrating to other country with the number of newly issued nurse licenses in Korea every year. the percentage of overseas employment was relatively high. To cope with Korean nurses international migration. new policy to monitor the status of nurse's international migration and an institution to deal with the affairs should be established. And the further study is needed to measure nurse's competence and influencing factors of Korean nurses employed in the U. S. A.

보건소 비만예방관리 사업 현황 및 요구도 분석 (Current Status and Needs Assessment for Obesity Prevention and Management Project at Public Health Centers)

  • Purpose: The obesity prevention and management program led by public health centers are important in the community. This study aims to identify the current status of obesity prevention and management programs at public health centers and perceptions regarding facilitators and barriers when implementing programs. Methods: This study used a concurrent mixed methods design. A survey was conducted to investigate the current status and infrastructure of the obesity prevention and management program at eighty-three public health centers nationwide. Nine program managers and six local residents with experience in the program were interviewed by using a semi-structured questionnaires. Results: Most of the infrastructure facilities for the program were inadequate, and insufficient budgets and lack of professional staff were identified as barriers. Facilitators included diversification of program delivery methods, operator competence, and visible outcomes and rewards. For the effectiveness of the program, it is vital to have adequate assistants, a sufficient budget, various promotional methods, and connections with various institutions in the community. On this basis, it is acknowledged that the public health center serves as a platform for preventing and managing obesity in the community. Conclusion: It is expected that infrastructure improvements in public health centers and the link with community resources are needed. In addition, there is an urgent need to set standards for obesity prevention and management programs implemented in public health centers to 'resolve regional disparities'.
