우리나라의 전자정부는 명실공히 세계 최고를 자랑하고 있고, 공공정보화 개방에 대해서도 2015년 UN 평가지표에 의해 OECD국가에서 1위를 하는 등 ICT (Information Communication Technology) 분야에서 자타공인 세계일등국이다. 그러나 국가정보화역량측면에서 보면 구체적인 역량이나 교육과정에 대한 정의보다는 단순 교과목의 나열에 의한 교육이 수행되는 경향이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국가정보화 모델에 대한 연구분석을 통해 국가정보화역량을 세부적으로 정의하고 관련 교육과정을 정의하고자 한다. 이는 세계적으로 우리나라의 전자정부를 모델로 하여 우리나라로부터 ICT와 전자정부를 배우고자 하는 나라들이 많이 있기 때문에 개발 뿐 아니라 국가정보화역량을 어떻게 함양시킬 것인가가 매우 중요한 이슈로 떠오르고 있기 때문이다. 이 논문에서는 먼저 국가정보화역량모델을 연구하고, 이 모델로부터 국가정보화역량에 필요한 교육과정을 도출할 것이다.

오늘날 우리는 지식의 창출과 습득, 축적과 이용능력이 사회발달의 기반이 되는 지식기반사회에 살고 있다. 사회 구성원들은 지식의 소비자가 아닌 생산자로서, 자기 주도적인 평생학습자로서, 유연하고 개방적인 사고를 갖추어야 하며 평생을 새로운 정보와 지식을 얻기 위해 노력하여야 한다. 이러한 사회적 변화에 적응하기 위해서 기술습득을 위한 교육이 절대적으로 필요하며, 특히 급변하는 IT분야에서는 신기술에 대한 교육이 필수적 요소가 되었다. 본 논문에서는 IT업계 종사자를 대상으로 IT교육과정에서의 면대면방식과 WBI의 장단점을 분석하고 효율적인 교육을 위한 향후 발전 과제에 대해 연구하고자.

교육정보화에 따라 교수 학습 과정에서 정보통신기술이 통합적으로 사용되기 위한 교사교육의 개혁에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있으나, 여전히 교원양성기관에서는 교사가 수업과정에 정보통신기술을 적절하게 통합하여 사용할 수 있도록 준비시키지 못하고 있음이 지적되고 있다. 이와 같은 인식을 바탕으로 본 연구는 예비교사의 ICT(Information Communication and Technology) 활용 교육에 대한 능력 수준을 조사 분석하여 학교 현장에 나가서도 7차 교육 과정에 따라 ICT 활용 교수-학습을 전개할 수 있도록 기초 자료를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구는 공주대학교 사범대학에 재학중인 예비교사(대학 4학년)를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Science) 12.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다.

ICT 수학교육은 21세기 수학교육의 중요한 한 부분으로 자리매김 해 오고 있다. 국내 수학교육계에서도 이에 관한 다양한 연구가 지난 10여 년 간 활발하게 진행되어 왔으나 대학 수학교육에 사용되는 대부분의 공학적 도구들은 외국제품의 수입에 의존하고 있다. 중등과정에서의 ICT 수학교육도 특히 공학적 도구 부분은 어느 나라의 도구를 사용하느냐의 문제 때문에 실질적으로 교과과정에 반영되는 부분은 미뤄져왔다. 그러나 2008년 ICME11에서 소개된 공학적 도구 Sage-Hath는 훌륭한 대안을 제시한다. 본 연구에서는 최근에 개발된 Sage-Math를 한국의 웹기반 ICT 수학교육, 특히 선형대수학의 교수-학습 모델에 적용한 사례를 소개한다. 우리는 Sage-Math의 한글버전을 개발하고 다양한 예를 제시하며, 한국의 모바일 환경에 적합한 Sage-Math를 활용하는 Mobile Service 모듈을 개발한 내용과 관련 웹사이트를 소개한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate various opinions on changes and revisions in the Medical Technician Act, to compare the curriculum of radiological technologist and physicians or dentists, and to compare the definitions and scope of work of radiological technologist in Korea and abroad. From the information, The goal is to review whether the phrase 'guidance of a doctor or dentist' specified in the definition of the 'Act on Medical Technicians, etc.' is realistically appropriate. radiological technologist receive specialized college education on radioligical science & medical imaging. The training hours for radiolgical science student are greater than medical students. In addition, radiological technologists are continuously developing their competencies for new knowledge and skills through continuing education in clinical fields. In particular, radiological technologist are making steady research efforts to reduce patient exposure and improve medical image quality. As a result of this investigation, it is considered that the term "guided by a doctor or dentist" as currently defined in the 'Act on Medical Technicians, etc.' may need to be revised in consideration of the professionalism of the radiological technologist.

2015개정 교육과정에 의해 2019년부터 초등학교 5, 6학년을 대상으로 실과과목에서 정보교육이 진행되고 있지만, 국외에서는 초등학교 저학년부터 정보교육을 시행하는 경우가 많다. 이에 본 연구는 초등학교 저학년의 특성을 고려한 프로그래밍 언어의 선택 방향성을 제시하기 위한 목적이 있다. 목적 달성을 위해 저학년의 발달특징과 교육용 프로그래밍 언어의 필요요소를 고려하여 평가 준거를 개발하였다. 준거에 근거하여 두 언어의 사용성을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 비스킷은 학령이 낮은 학생의 표현력 고려, 프로그래밍의 개념에 대한 학습 없이 알고리즘 익히기 등에 활용할 수 있으며, 둘째, 스크래치 주니어는 알고리즘이나 프로그래밍에 대한 개념 학습에 용이한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 향후, 초등학교 저학년 대상의 프로그래밍 교육을 대비하여 학생들의 발달 상태를 고려한 시사점을 제시했다는데 의의가 있다.

The importance of color is increasing in modern life and we call such present age that is 'color age'. These day that all areas of life are being getting fashionize, ordinary people as well as design specialist are required of culture and knowledge about color. Color design education is important curriculum at liberal arts course and in special design trainning course. Color expresses by hue, value and chroma in Munsell color system. But design spot is using mainly hue and tone color system. Therefore it is very important that educate tone concept in color design education. When think influence that increase of color, we must develop hue and tone color system in suitable for color design education. This research designed usable 'Hue and Tone 313 Colot System' for efficeint sensual color education. Also I designed 313 color papers with attached the Munsell notation which could reappear the spare color paper when needed. The 10 hues classification of this system are Red, Yellow Red, Yellow, Green Yellow, Green, Blue Green, Blue, Purple Blue, Purple, Red Purple. The 19 tones classification of this system are vivid, light, standard, deep, pale, soft, dull, dark, very pale, light grayish, medium grayish, dark grayish, very dark, off White, off Pale, off Light Gray, off Medium Gray, off Dark Gray, off Black. The special colors of this system are gold, silver and copper.

Purpose: This study aimed to examine the development and improvement direction of university education according to job type and investigate the types of knowledge required for employment after graduation for departments of emergency medical technology in preparation for the era of the fourth industrial revolution in a converged society. Methods: From June 3 to June 10, 2019, data were collected through structured questionnaires from 90 paramedics working in firefighting, hospitals, different industries, and emergency patient transportation. Data were analyzed using the software SPSS version 18.0. Results: For employment after graduation in departments of emergency medical technology, character and sincerity education should be strengthened. To prepare for the fourth industrial revolution, educational innovations such as improving the field practice system and devising a convergence curriculum are needed. Preparation for the fourth industrial revolution should be accomplished through the development of convergence subjects such as forensic science, information and communications technology, and safety engineering. Ninety percent of the study respondents indicated their need for convergence subjects. Conclusion: The demands of future society should be responded to flexibly by holding and conducting convergence subjects. Furthermore, preparations should be made in anticipation of a shortage of 120,000 college freshmen for the 2024-2025 school year by increasing the competitiveness of departments of emergency medical technology.

본 논문은 인력양성의 성과에 미치는 요인별 영향을 분석한 I-O 모델을 기반으로 모션그래픽스 전공과 글로벌 호텔리어 전공을 기준으로 산학협력 인력양성 과정을 수행한 결과와 그 의미를 분석하였다. 산학협력을 통한 인력양성을 위해서는 먼저 산업체 수요조사를 통한 공통직무 개발과 기업의 환경에 맞도록 미러형 실습실을 구축하고 교과, 비교과 등 교육과정 전반에 걸친 산업체 전문가의 적극적인 참여가 있어야 맞춤형 인력양성이 가능하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 성공적인 산학 맞춤형 인력양성을 위한 전략으로는 산업체의 교육 참여를 통한 학생-산업체 매칭, 산학 일체형 교육, 교육 품질 고도화, 맞춤형 교육인프라 구축 등 4개의 추진전략으로 추진하였다. 본 논문에서는 모션그래픽스와 호텔리어 분야에서 5년간 산학협력을 통한 인력양성 성과를 분석하였고, 성과도출을 위한 노력이 어느 정도인지를 분석 및 개선점을 제시하였다.

In school safety education, it was difficult to apply how to link the safety education according to grades year, and student's interest was reduced due to the repetition of existing safety education contents and the absence of new teaching methods and tools. In this study, as a new type of safety education, a performance forms fire safety education program was developed. This program aims to increase students' interest and satisfaction in safety education, and to this end, it was connect with korean elementary science curriculum and combined various engineering teaching materials or tools and methods. Developed program was applied to 2,231 students, 25 schools in 10 regions of Gyeonggi-do and surveyed 476 fifth and sixth grade students program satisfaction and 3 factors of interest in fire safety education who could respond to the survey. As a result of applying the program, more than 90% of students responded more than 'satisfied' in all areas. and statistical test(independent t-test and non-parametric test) indicates over-all satisfaction and interest factors in the program are high regardless of gender and grade, so the effectiveness can be guessed indirectly and there is a universal applicability also. Moreover, examining the influence of student interest level in the satisfaction of the fire safety program, it was found that in order to increase the satisfaction of fire safety education, students should have more fun with the content and feel interest in the teacher's teaching method or explanation.
