본 논문에서는 정보통신 소프트웨어관련 표준에 대한 정보를 제공하는 표준정보제공서비스시스템을 소개한다. 이 시스템은 마이크로소프트 윈도우 NT 운영체제에서 오라클사의 Oracle8i 데이터베이스 서버와 어플리케이션 서버를 기반으로, 자바와 자바스크립트, html 등을 사용하여 개발되었다. 이 시스템은 국내 정보통신 소프트웨어 관련 표준안뿐만 아니라, 표준관련 행사 등 표준에 관련 다양한 정보를 제공하며, 표준 사용자의 의견 수렴이 용이하도록 구성되어 있다.

VoIP 패킷을 전송하는데 있어서 MAC Header는 패킷의 데이터 크기에 비해 많은 대역폭을 할당 받고 있기에 제한된 무선자원의 사용에 부담이 되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 패킷 압축기법이나 패킷번들링을 이용하여 부하를 줄이기 위한 연구가 진행되고 있으며, 효율적인 무선 자원 이용의 향상을 가져올 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 WiMAX 시스템에서 스케줄링 서비스에 따른 VoIP서비스에서의 성능 분석을 하였다.

최근 엔터프라이즈 애플리케이션을 개발하는데 있어서 J2EE 이 중심 기술로 부각되었다. J2EE의 핵심 기술이라고 할 수 있는 EJB 는 컴포넌트 기반 분산 객체 시스템을 개발하는데 있어서 생산성 향상 및 유지 보수성 등에 있어서 장점이 있지만, 성능 등에 문제점이 발견되었다. J2EE 기반으로 개발된 엔터프라이즈 애플리케이션의 성능 저하 부분을 측정하여 그 요인을 알아낸다.

센서네트워크는 유비쿼터스 사회에서 기반환경이 될 가장 중요한 기술 중 하나이다. 이러한 센서네트워크를 보다 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서는 IP 망과의 연동이 필수 적인 조건으로 부각되고 있다. 이러한 흐름에 맞춰 IEEE802.15.4 위에 TCP/IP 를 사용하기 위해 IETF 워킹그룹 6LoWPAN 이 만들어졌다. 본 논문에서는 IP 네트워크와 연동하는 센서네트워크(6LoWPAN)에서 센서의 특성에 따라 데이터를 효율적으로 요청하고 수집하는 프로토콜을 제안하였다.

현대에 많은 사람들이 스마트폰, mp3 player와 같은 휴대기기에 많은 음원 파일을 넣어 음악을 듣는다. 그 음악 중에는 잘 듣지 않는 것도 다수 존재하지만 사용자는 그런 파일을 즉시 지우지 않을뿐더러 자기 자신조차 어떤 음악을 즐겨듣는지 아닌지 모두 파악하지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 사용자들이 음악 재생기를 조작할 때 발생하는 행동 패턴을 기반으로 음악의 선호도를 산출하고, 이를 이용하여 음악 선호도 순위 정보를 사용자에게 제공하여 음악 관리를 편하게 할 수 있도록 해주는 시스템을 제안한다.

In this paper we discuss Gigabit information communication service utilizing Gigabit information super-highway, multimedia data processing technology for the services, multimedia communication protocol for transmitting multimedia data and construction of Gigabit information communication network which can be accessed everywhere and present items which should be tactically prepared for high-level information society of the 21 st century.

This paper introduces page-level rewrite interval prediction (PRWIP). By recording and analyzing the memory access history at page-level, we are able to predict the future memory accesses to any pages. Leveraging this information, this paper proposes a faster incremental checkpoint design by overlapping checkpoint phase with computing phase and thus achieves higher performance. Experimental results show that our new incremental checkpoint design can achieve averagely 22% speedup over traditional incremental checkpoint and 14% over the previous state-of-the-art work.

Contrary to the traditional text-based information, 4S(GIS,GNSS,SIIS,ITS) information can contribute to the citizen's welfare in upcoming era. Recently, GSIS(Geo-Spatial Information System) has been applied and stressed out in various fields. As analyzed the data from GSIS arena, the position information of objects and targets is crucial and critical. Therefore, several methods of getting and knowing position are proposed and developed. From this perspective, Position collection and processing are the heart of 4S technology. We develop 4S-Van that enables real-time acquisition of position and attribute information and accurate image data in remote site. In this study, the configuration of 4S-Van equipped with GPS, INS, CCD and eye-safe laser scanner is shown and the merits of DGPS/INS integration approach for geo-referencing is briefly discussed. The algorithm of DGPS/INS integration fur determination of six parameters of motion is eccential in the 4S-Van to avoid or simplify the complicated computation such as photogrammetric triangulation. 4S-Van has the application of Laser-Mobile Mapping System for three-dimensional data acquisition that merges the texture information from CCD camera. The technique is also applied in the fields of virtual reality, car navigation, computer games, planning and management, city transportation, mobile communication, etc.
