  • 건설클레임중에서 설계자와 감리자를 상대로 하는 클레임은 그다지 주목받지 못하였다. 그러나 건설현장에서 설계자나 감리자에 기인하여 클레임이 상존하고 있는 실정이다. 실제로 설계자와 감리자와 관련된 클레임은 전문책임과 관련된 사항이므로 판단하기가 무척 어려운 면이 있긴 하지만, 실제 클레임으로 비화될 경우 설계자나 감리자의 자체재무능력만으로 해결하기 어려운 것이 현실이다. 현장에서는 많은 설계자나 감리자들은 클레임의 위험에 노출되어 있으면서도 그에 대책에 마련되어 있지 못한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 설문조사를 통하여 설계자/감리자가 당면하고 있는 클레임에 대한 인식을 조사하였고, 그에 대한 대처방안을 조사하여 제시하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 소자 designer의 측면에서, 회로 designer가 원하는 AC/DC 특성을 만족시키기 위한 HEMT의 구조 및 물리적 변수를 추출하고, 또한 압전세라믹 Transformer를 실제의 적용 예로 들어서 소자의 전기적 특성을 만족시킬 수 있는 세라믹 소재의 물리적 특성의 선택 방법 및 그 조건을 제시하고, 전기적 특성을 만족시킬 수 있는 압전세라믹 Transformer의 구조를 결정하는 분석차례 및 적용방법을 소개하고자 한다. 아울러 향후에 각 소자의 생산을 위한 preproduction line에서의 효율적인 inverse engineer의 연구 및 그 이용 가능성에 대해 기술하고자 한다.

  • This paper introduces the present status of application of arc welding robots, construction, engineering subjects, design requirement, example of design modification for welding by arc welding robot.   • Mold design is a knowledge-intensive decision making process where product designer, injection molding engineer as well as mold designer affect each other. Representation and management of design knowledge is a prerequisite for an intelligent design system, which aims to guide and support designer to carry out design activity in more efficient way by avoiding or minimizing unnecessary trial and errors. This paper discusses the issues in knowledge-based mold design, and describes the structure of a knowledge-based mold design system fur parts with micro features under development.

  • IVNS(In-Vehicle Navigation System) which developed by the advance of technological system including computer, display and communication will procide the important interface functions between the driver and the ITS (Intelligent Transport System). However, hat the human factors engineer can actually offer to the designer is by no means a complete set of design specifications. Therefore, a set of boundary conditions and operational ranges within which the designer can be assured that physical, perceptual and cognitive abilities and limitations of drivers will be accommodated system atically[6]. Also, this will be the considerations to compose the IVNS HMI (Human-Machine Interface) design guidelines and IVNS HMI evaluation system. As the first phase of developing the IVNS HMI evaluation system, this paper describe the architecture and the content of this system.

STEP AP214 자동차 설계 데이터 정리 시스템 (Healing of STEP AP214 Automotive CAD Data)

  • To exchange CAD data between heterogeneous CAD systems, we generally use a neutral format especially STEP, which is the international standard (ISO-10303) for product model data exchange. AP214 (Application Protocol) for the automotive industry not only takes into account geometry and organizational data, but also provides a classification mechanism for product modeling. When reading a STEP file during a design process that is exported from other CAD systems, it is a burden to a designer to go through the tedious process of removing duplicate or non-manifold entities, adjusting parts, and rearranging text. We analyze the structure of AP214 and develop a healing tool to solve the following problem. Without the assembly information in the Master workspace of CATIA, or to read a STEP file from Pro/Engineer, a designer should do a repetitive process of disintegrating an assembly into parts one by one. We have developed a post-processing tool for STEP AP214 that separates out a part from an assembly model and adjusts superfluous or useless entities using the ACIS kernel.

  • A knowledge-based system with CAD is widely used to implement a designer's know-how and a routine calculation within a system. An engineer needs to change several design parameters in an early design stage. However it is not easy to change the design parameters when it needs to update an existing model and data. In this paper, a module has been proposed to make it easy to change the design parameter so that the engineer can easily update and change the design model. Also a flexible interface of the module can easily add or extract the design knowledge.

  • The verification of software part and HW/SW interface suffer from the absence of the hardware platform at the end of partitioning and coding phase in design cycle. In this paper we present the design of easy verification for hardware design. Hardware and software engineer can verify their software program and hardware design for a chip that is emulated in proposed verification environment. Besides, designer can easily design the DEMO system.

  • This report is prepared to assist designers acid mine drainage treatment plants. The purpose of this outline is to give the designer insight into tile evaluation of possible alternative and justification for choosing a certain method or process and also this report will allow designers to derive and estimated budget number for capital expenditures.

  • The process of guaranteeing that a distributed real-time control system will meet its timing constraints, is referred to as schedulability analysis. However, schedulability analysis algorithm cannot be simply used to analyze the system because of complex calculations of algorithm. It is difficult for control engineer to understand the algorithm because it was developed in a software engineer's position. In this paper we introduce a Response-time Analysis Tool(RAT) which provides easy way far system designer to analyze the system by encapsulating calculation complexity. Based on the RAT, control engineer can verify whether all real-time tasks and messages in a system will be completed by their deadline in the system design phase.
